    First of all we were staying here because i was having surgery. Check in was easy! The frony desk ladies were very welcoming. They answered all our questions and were very helpful! The room was very clean and was exactly what we needed for my recovery. I would say a few other things in the kitchen would have been helpful. Measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful. We purchased Roku.remotes tobuse on both tvs. Extra blankets would have been helpful, but I know if we asked they would have brought one up. We arrived on a Wednesday, so the dinner they had was very welcoming

    I enjoy the stay in a great area and staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was overall great for the price of my stay a night. Just one thing gym only had one bike due to the repairs and remodeling the reason i stay for a good gym.

    Property was under construction. Furniture was as outdated. They gave us breakfast in a paper bag ( muffin, Apple and an egg sandwich). I forgot my toothbrush and they did not have any to provide so i had to order it from the CVS the next morning. Not a very pleasant experience. Staff were nice and helpful.

    None of the amenities- pool, gym, breakfast buffet, etc. were available. My stay was for 11 nights. I only booked this location because it was a Hilton, for the amenities, and because the rating was above 8 on expedia. I'm SO disappointed in Expedia & Hilton. Renovations are great but they should have to be disclosed. I was on the 1st floor directly attached to the areas- hammers, saws and all. I requested to be relocated to another similar location (same rating, pool, room size, kitchen, etc.) that was NOT under construction with said amenities- even if further away and was told I could do that but no refund would be given for my remaining nights that were paid. It is FRAUD n should not be allowed. On my last day, a huge ROACH came crawling across the floor which I killed, took a pic of, & showed to the manager. Not a good experience at all & finding another place, last minute for around the same price was impossible. That was the only reason I did not take time from my vacation to move.

    The room had 2 TVs and a full kitchen. I reserved this room specifically in advance (1.5 weeks in advance), paying 100% in advance for a deluxe room with a king-size bed because we are with our baby. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a queen-size bed because they sold out all rooms. I had to sleep on one side all night and hold my 11-month-old baby so he wouldn't fall out of bed, and my husband had to sleep on the sofa with his feet on the armrest, as it's not designed for a full-size adult. There was mold on the wallpaper in the bathroom, and the tub was sealed with masking tape. Breakfast wasn't quite what I'd expected, but it wasn't too bad (Fried sausage, hash browns, oatmeal with water, cereal, pastries and omelettes are the main dishes).

    We couldn’t use the pool due to they are currently doing renovation . My sole purpose of booking a room at this hotel was for the pool. Also the bathtub in my suite was leaking water all over the floor. I had to use all the towels I had to try and clean up the water. There was so much water it had the carpet in the room wet .

    The Gym was closed. I requested a room cleaning and new towels after the second night. They provided only towel for me and my family. They said their washing machines were broken. I said I was going to file a complaint with Hilton ad they then evicted me.

    The hotel was under construction, but that happens. They had an alternate entrance, but everyone was very friendly. They didn't have their normal breakfast but made accommodations with what they could do. The only problem with the room is the carpet looked pretty bad. But everything else in the room was clean and tidy. Over all a fantastic lower price hotel.

    Traveled here from Missouri thinking that the stay would be how it is anytime we book with Homewood Suites and man was I wrong. There is no front desk or lobby area. They turned a room into the front office. no breakfast offered, no hot tub, no pool. That’s not even the half of it. Beds….TRASH!!! Housekeeping…..TRASH. They are supposed service your room every other day and the day they were supposed to come change towels and sheets they didn’t and when I called the “front desk” they said they would have housekeeping bring everything up to me. Knocks on the door and hands me a bag of towels and tells me to call the front desk for the sheets and she didn’t know anything about sheets @11:30am. Needless to say once we returned to the hotel after midnight to lay down no sheets were dropped off to the room how the front desk said

    It sucked and horrible. I still have a pending transaction of 375 days n my bank account waiting on them to close out. Window fell off during stay, breakfast was a box of sausage bisques passed out to guest and had to pay again after running my card 5 times on an alt card cause the first card I used has an 375 hold that is still pending today. I was never told that the full buffet breakfast that was supposed to be included with my stay was only a grab and go Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit that needed to be warmed up and a muffin. We were a party of 8 who booked two of the two bedroom suites. The rooms were very clean but extremely outdated with soiled chairs and a ripped headboard in one of our rooms. Looks like a dog ripped it. The front desk person (Shania) was apologetic about the fact that we were not told at check-in about the construction and the poor breakfast set-up. My grandchildren were so looking forward to making their own waffles and did not care for a sausage biscuit. Seems like this hotel chain should have offered breakfast accomodations at a sister hotel nearby or a voucher for breakfast out.

The coffee in-room is abysmal. And the breakfast has been GREATLY reduced. Gone are the waffle station, yogurt, and orange juice. Basically the bulk of my usual breakfast. On Saturday the hot service basically had just scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The Sunday service had eggs, a mostly empty tray of carnitas meat (maybe two scoops left in it), hash browns and an empty tray that used to hold bacon. An hour before breakfast service was over, the service staff said they would not put out any more food. 9a and you got whatever was left over. And the quality was poor. We used to love the breakfast here. Now it's pitiful. I ended up going elsewhere off property to get a decent breakfast. We make a trip to Houston annually and this was a regular stay for us. We're looking elsewhere next year.

It was my fault but you can address things without yelling at your guests. I reported an issue with front desk about stained pillow and you can tell he didnt care.

    The shower was horrible water was filling up in the tub and the hot tub was not hot the towels and wash cloth was rough and old and the toilet paper was like sand paper it was definitely a no frill hotel and they have the nerve not to give you complementary water because I was not staying for more than one night so I have to buy a bottle of water for four dollars. I have never heard of that in my life, I feel like as long as you’re staying at the hotel you should have the right to a bottle of water for free, but because I was only spending one night I was not allowed a bottle of water I had to pay for it. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The price was good, but that was all I do not recommend this hotel.

    I stayed two times and there was soap by the sink that was inconvenient. The second time there was no soap in the room at all. There also no eating utensils in the room. Other than those things it was good and I enjoyed my stay.

    Everything was good overall. Just disappointed that treadmill was not working. There needs to be a repair done the floor was separating from the base board. Please fix the air conditioning in the lobby.

    Our room was nice. The noise from upstairs and our neighbors were heard but not the worst. The bed wasn't all that comfortable but the pillows were good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Being able to have/make meals in our room was definitely a plus. Couldn't enjoy the pool bc the chlorine was overwhelming and burning our eyes. But overall we had a good stay

    The suites were very large and beds very comfortable. Especially liked the large refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Would have liked to have waffle maker and cereal options. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again as it is close to family.     We weren’t in the room much but to sleep and shower… Breakfast was okay not worth waking up over sadly. And we stayed for 4day after 1day they cleaned our room took our towels from our room and didn’t replace them. We asked for towels every day after and was told there in the washer or the dry but was never given another bc now they were full capacity and have a towel shortage. We ended up buying some from Walmart. I love Homewood hotels in general especially bc of there amenities but probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

    The only complaint is that hotel’s equipments are too old such as Air conditioning, machine is so loud while running, and temperature was not match the degree I set up. There was no cool air at daytime when outside temperature was hot. Shower rooms are old too, drain pipe was clogged and shower head could not be able to adjust. Pool and Gym room were too small.

    There were no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived, so we had to call and get them. But there was only one member on staff that evening, so we had to go down to the desk to get them. There weren't enough towels for the 3 of us. We had asked for 4 extra pillows and were told, "We only have 2." Do they only have exactly enough pillows and towels to stock the rooms and no extras? As I said, it was very average. The employees were kind and helpful. I blame the facility for any shortcomings.

    Hotel was great except the ceiling and vents that were dirty. we had an emergency and arrived late and I was assured everything was fine, we stayed only one night. I was never told i was checked in, and then I was told after check out I would receive a refund because we only stayed one night, we even tried to extend and we couldn't. After 2 weeks of going back and forth and being told i was going to be contacted and never was i was told i was denied my refund because they took it upon themselves to check me in instead of changing the dates as I was told. I never have had problems with Hilton Hotels as a member, this was my first time but I will not stay here again, but best believe I will fight this.

    I was skeptical about this place before booking because it looked outdated. It does need updating and repairs to ceiling in hallways. I stayed 2 nights on the 2nd floor and I loved my room! It had everything I needed.. Oh yeah there’s a $50 holding fee but I received it back the same day after checking out… Truthfully, I would stay here again. I used all amenities that were available.. Also, the front desk employee (Jose) was very nice and accommodating to all guest….If I ever come to Houston again, I’ll definitely book here .

    Did not feel safe here, low water pressure in the bathroom sink. People are allowed to bring their big dogs in the lobby and I think that's a safety risk depending on the temperament of the dog and the behavior of the owner.

    The hallways smelled like someone was vaping or smoking in the rooms. We requested extra towels, never delivered. It was noisy in the lobby area, people had parties in the dining room, they brought their own food, people screaming on the phone. The pool looked dirty. There's room to improve, location was conveniently close to the highway.

    After a 4 hrs road trip in the over 100 degree weather, we arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time.     The overall atay was ok. Not the best Hilton property that I have stayed in. Did not have pillows for the pull out sofa. Did not work to get any qnd I was definitely disappointed in that fact. Pillows are readily availble to purchase anywhere. Apolgizing does nit make the situation better. If there is a problem, work diligently to fix it.

    The staff is nice. My room was clean. The hotel itself need some serious updating. Getting off the elevator and being smacked in the face with the smell of the trash cans in the hallways was awful and very unpleasant.

    We checked in late at night due to flight delay. However the toilet did not flushable and overflow to the floors. Contact Front desk and she did not help but passed rubber plunger for us to do and clean up water overflowed.

    It was just a night. I wish more but maybe next time. It felt like being home. Both room sections have big TV's. The Kitchen was perfect.

    I found myself perplexed by this hotel was rated as fabulous. It is a good hotel at best, they were a number of things that were lacking. The tub in the room needed to be resurfaced, the tile was older, amenities were older, amenities in the kitchen or cheap and base. The front desk staff had also a lot to be desired. They weren’t exceptionally friendly or helpful and even though it was a holiday, they refuse to give any allowance on even 30 minutes of late check out after the holiday. The breakfast was OK, but definitely not fabulous. The eggs were from a mix, the bacon from a premade box, and it wasn’t a fabulous hotel in anyway. Overall, I would give it a good stay. I hope baby
