The room we had was spacious, but bland decor. I believe they gave us a handicap accessible room. The hotel is in the midst of remodeling. It was quiet.

Very clean, smelled good, breakfast was good, pool was decently cleaned, and room was fresh!

Nice hotel and nice staff but this is the second time I stayed in this hotel and the a/c is too noisy. It’s impossible to sleep. Every time it stops or starts back it makes a huge noise that wakes you up.

All amenities were closed during my stay. The property was dirty due to construction. My sink was stopped up and I let the front desk know the first day and it never got fixed. No room service until I called and asked for the room to be cleaned. Everything was terrible. Mold in drains. Everything.

Although this wasn't a new hotel it was very clean. We booked a suite and it was really roomy and included a desk, sofa and mini-kitchen. The beds were super comfortable! It seemed very well constructed because you couldn't hear other guests in next door rooms. We appreciated the water pressure in the shower also. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing

The morning front desk guy was awesome and super chill the over all room was clean and the breakfast was super good The floors in the elevators were extremely dirty the floor in my room 408 was also dirty both could use a really good carpet clean there was a few stains on my sheets and leftover hair and one of the towels as a person who manage vacation rentals I know things like this happens from time to time so I really didn't make a big deal about it but the carpet area in the elevators was a big deal because that's the first impression for the guests along with the front desk Team

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well appointed. Appreciated the nice lobby and very clean gym. Felt very safe and the convenience to the hospital was great. Loved the outside fireplace and gathering space. Comfortable bed.

Staff was nice The couch felt like it was damp and nasty to sit on. When you came out of our room there was heat blasting at us in the hallway. The shower head had calcium buildup.

One caveat is that we came back the next week for just one night, booking directly through the hotel, and that room had quite a few broken things and a very loud AC. So not all rooms here are equally good.

I liked all the amenities and overall cleanliness, but at the same time the sofa in my room had dirty spots on it and there were spots on the run between the beds. Although the bedspeads were both white in color, they didn't match. The cleaning crew didn't restock the shampoo. I didn’t have a shower door

Had a prepaid reservation. Hotel gave my reservation to another party. When I arrived near 11 pm they said they had secure a reservation at another hotel. However it was only one queen bed and a sofa bed I’m traveling with 4 adults. Had to secure my own room at a third hotel.

The bedding and pillows need to be thoroughly cleaned with hot water, laundry detergent, and bleach! They all smell heavily of bodily oils.…absolutely disgusting. The second set we received smelled just as badly as the first set. It’s unsanitary!

Have two roaches in my bathroom

I liked that the property was close to restaurants. I did not like that there was a brown stain on the sheets that looked like old blood stain, that was really gross. Would not stay again.

So a previous stay in home 2 suites (3/25/25) I was kept up all night due to someone on the 2nd floor (my room was ground level) was playing human bowling until it either stopped or I was so tired I just fell asleep. So that was my first experience, then for this stay (3/26-3/28) I noticed the hot water in the shower was warm but not hot…probably 90°F-100°F, which normally I would’ve just not said anything and gone about my day & I honestly thought maybe it was just due to the hotel being at capacity & it was late & maybe the hot water was run out due to the fact that there were a lot of people there. But when I woke up in the morning (3/27) it still wasn’t hot. So I mentioned it to the staff thru a text message that they sent me asking about my stay. To Shelby’s credit, she immediately rectified the situation by getting me another room for my last night. Which I was grateful for. However, when I got everything moved over & got back from getting dinner, I walked in to my air conditioning units blower motor making a terrible high pitched noise. I’m a Senior HVAC Technician/Engineer, so I thought about grabbing my tools & just fixing the issue, but didn’t. So overall, the people at both locations were very helpful & accommodating, but I wasn’t quite able to relax or get the rest I needed. I will be returning back to the area next wk & will need somewhere to stay & I like this style of hotel. But I’m unsure that it will be worth it for the cost of the hotel unfortunately. Thanks

An incident happened, wasn’t the cleanest

The room was not bad, but we had no hot water in the shower and the phone in the room didn’t work. We were so tired after a long work day we decided it was not worth addressing the situation issues. Oh and well before 10 the housekeeper knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out. This was on our checkout morning. Don’t they have a list?

5 Trucks was broken into at 9pm, including mine. Obviously the hotel wasn’t going to do anything or reimbursement, but the crazy part was it was parked in front of the hotel lobby. Literally can look right at my truck when you walk out. Never again.

Cons: computers down at check in so it took over 10 minutes of just standing there to get checked in. When we got to our room, we opened the door and someone else was already occupying that room (suitcase open, curling iron on, shadow in the bathroom). Pretty scary. There was only one elevator working, the pool was closed for maintenance, they don’t heat anything for breakfast (but there is a microwave), side doors do not work with keycard, so you have to enter through the front. Overall, I’d definitely search for a better place to stay.

My stay was a few days after a hurricane hit Houston. Frankly, I had more amenities than most people in the area, for which I was grateful. It was close to where I needed to be, and would be ideal for people who need to be near the hospital.

Staff professional and friendly. Paid for a four nights stay. Flight canceled due to two days of flooding in Florida. Advised hotel to propose stay to following week. They refused, lost that money, had to rebook and pay again. Trip was for medical reasons. Hotel rug needs cleaning. Had a bad smell. Room large and clean.

After the storm we lost our AC at home had to wait a couple of days for installation but we decided to move to H2 suites to stay cool for a couple days they treat us very well. They extended us as the project extended

I’ve stayed in a few Home2 previously with little issues considering its budget and family-friendly accommodations. Willowbrook does not quite have a handle on how to handle noise complaints. The worst was for an entire week, we were awakened to children running back and forth over the length of our ceiling and loud thuds and drops overhead. When we complained we were told it would be handled and unfortunately the guests ignored any requests that may have been made. Furniture could use better deep cleaning. Housekeeping was friendly, but inconsistent. We stayed for a week and requested cleaning twice, one of which agreed to return for cleaning and didn’t.

The stay at hotel was great. The only thing i would warn others would be your incorrect information about the pet fee. Your website advertised it as $50 per pet. But when I checked in to the Home2 suites hotel they iformed me it was $100 pet fee.

My go to spot. I usually stay by the airport so it's good to know it was just as theirs was. Location was safe, came with glasses,silverware, and dishes to reheat your food. Set up from extended stey.

The hotel has lots of potential to be nice. Staff was very professional and nice, the only downside I had was beds were uncomfortable, pillows need to be replaced, there was no way to keep the ac unit on. Overall not terrible but could be better.

I don’t like the fact that I was charged after I checked out. I was charged 52 dollars for a pet fee. When I told them I had a service animal. Service animals don’t get charged!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again and will recommend to my family and friends. I love because the hotel is by a lot of shopping places, food places, grocery stores.

I’ve stayed in several H2S by Hilton and the staff is always kind and willing to serve, that’s on of the main easons I keep coming back. Unfortunately this particular hotel is worn out and in need of serious renovation in some areas. Had to change room because the AC was super noisy in the first room. The staff was comprehensive and helpful. Both rooms are in need of new upholstery in sofas and chairs. There’s several areas to improve. I feel kind of bad writing this review given the great people working here

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and really, that is all I can say. The pool was down, I dont know for how long, but it was one of our main reasons for choosing., and we came from out of state. The door on our bathroom did not shut all the way. You could only use the the front entrance and it was locked by 11. Breakfast was not ready by 6am. Was hoping for a discount due to no pool, was told management would contact me, that never happened and was charged full price.

The hot tub was not just out of order but was absolutely disgusting. Half full of murky moldy green and black water.

Room had what looked to be blood stains and filth on the sofa and desk chair, what looked like pubic hairs on the shower wall and a spiders in the bathroom. This room was gross. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this room. Never again!

Would have been nice except for the plumbing issue. Booking with Expedia seems to guarantee a “broken” room

It seemed odd that you would have to pay for parking, which is not typical of hotels I've stayed at. Good breakfast. Room darkening shades and noise canceling fans were a plus. Friendly staff set up a rollaway bed for us.

Very convenient location. Mostly clean, though it looked like our housekeeper hadn't quite finished the floors (hair/fuzz piled in the bathroom) when we checked in. The light over the bathroom sink didn't work. I'm sure the friendly staff would have handled both issues or changed our room, but we were there for a surgery at the hospital across the street and didn't have time to mess with it.
