Really enjoyed the hotel. The kitchen was great - large fridge and microwave. Loved that it is pet friendly!!

The staff was very helpful and informative about my stay. The room was clean and comfortable.I also like that the hotel is in a good location and easy to get to.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. I also like their interior decorations that have gone on. Property was OK there wasn’t that bad. The type of people the hotel attracted was OK. Stayed from the fifth to the seventh our second night there they gave us breakfast and served some sausages that was disgusting. Nobody ate it. Everyone was complaining about it. I don’t think you guys should serve that anymore.

I truly enjoyed my stay and will be coming back! Check in was very easy and the staff was friendly from the time I walked in. My room was clean and felt comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I really wanted a waffle station and theirs have not one but two so that made it even better so it wasn’t ever any ack up at the station. There was plenty of seating inside and out and the bar top is nice if you don’t mind the “cafeteria” style seating. I got to chat with another lady who was alone and it was nice.

Breakfast was great and the food was replenished timely, when finished.

I definitely did not like the stay, first thing our room was booked a year in advance, and when we got there the room was not ready and then they accommodated us with a much smaller bed than reserved, also the breakfast was horrible, everything about the hotel was bad and I would never stay there again.

My only issue is with the breakfast bar. Kind of inconsistent. One morning there were condiments for the make it yourself biscuit sandwiches and the next there wasn’t. They were, albeit momentarily’ out of coffee and lastly the “fruit” juice dispenser claims “100 % Juice” but I’d be willing to bet it is not 100% juice. Tastes like juice drink and has bubbles in it.

We were welcomed by all staff members from the front desk to housekeeping. Our room was ready with a personalized message on screen. We received various text messages throughout our stay from Kamaree who checked us in, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. The breakfast staff was excellent as well as all other staff members. We will stay here again!

Breakfast was okay. It was stocked and clean, except for the waffle area which could have used some additional cleaning throughout service. Coffee bar could have been in a location that was more accessible. Only one person could get coffee and there were often people standing around blocking other individuals trying to get to breakfast because of it's location. We also didn't have any soap in our bathroom, which seemed strange.

How it wasn’t far from things / places It was dirty from the pool to the rooms. Staff wast friendly they was almost angry when you asked or questioned or needed something. Breakfast …….. let’s not talk about how it was nothing there the dishes was dirty,

Everything is very convenient

It’s very clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is central to a lot of great restaurants and activities. The rooms have a good variety of dishes, towels, extra bedding, and a good sized fridge with freezer. The only downside for me was the bed- it’s extremely firm and not very plush, and the pillows deflate immediately. My husband slept just fine but I have fibromyalgia and several other joint pain issues so it was a fairly brutal night in that regard.

Room was clean but was only set up for 2, and the staff was hesitant to give us additional pillows to accommodate our family of 4. The breakfast was okay, lacking fresh options and mostly good if you like waffles or breakfast sandwiches. We only stayed one night and the beds were comfy and the hotel was clean and felt safe.

Here’s the not so good news: 1. $225 per day; 2. The rooms are noisy facing south towards I 10. Traffic noises all night long. Also guest congregate outside talking until midnight; 3. The breakfast was a joke, so don’t even bother. There’s an IHOP across the freeway. Old hard boiled eggs, weak nasty coffee, unrecognizable fried eggs & ? potatoes, dirty serving area, the attendant unplugged the toaster oven around 9 am, and boxes/equipment/clutter etc was stacked behind the serving area and in full view of the public. Furthermore, the dining room area was practically empty. I guess the guests knew better. The breakfast attendant was also non responsive and unfriendly. 4. I spk to the manager about the above. +/- response. We won’t be returning to this hotel. The Guest Quarters, which is 1 mile away is a better choice and also a Hilton.

The bed is horrible, and the pillows are worst. Me and my wife had neck pain just sleeping on them for a night. Please look into changing the beds and pillows they are horrible. I had to see dr for the neck and back pain after staying in the room

Plenty of parking. The only let down was the breakfast buffet. When comparing it to other ones I would say it was limited in selection, seemed warmed over, and the coffee was very weak.

We quite enjoyed the property as it was in a lovely location, the energy corridor has quite a neighborhood friendly vibe with shops and boutiques around so we enjoyed that. The establishment was clean and the room was also very neat and prepared for our arrival. The kitchenette was well stocked and the extra seats, lights and even extra sockets to plug things in were a nice surprise. The carpet did not have any lingering odors and the tub still had a nice bleach smell, the bathroom was cleaned. The room itself was nice, and the only thing we would of preferred was a better mattress. The mattress was clearly worn and we needed a firmer one, or at least the option for a firm topper (without extra charge). The breakfast was the only disappointing thing, nothing but processed, heated up sausage patties and egg rounds. We didnt eat those at all, the cereal was very lacking in selections; (nobody wants fruit loops, cheerios, and frosted flakes as the only options). There was no covered yogurts, and the only coffee they had was more like brown water with absolutely not a coffee bean in scent. Not sure what that was, but it got tossed and the room coffee was no better. Hilton has billions of dollars and needs to do better with breakfast amenities without charging its guests extra. Buy real food and real coffee!!!! Off multiple selections and listen to customers!

Everything was excellent and clean ... My time was too short to enjoy everything

The bathroom had hair on the floor and some on the bottles located in the shower. The bed pillow cases were stained and dingy from prior use. You can tell they were washed, but stains did not come out. If the room was cleaned you can tell it was rushed. Looks like it was spot cleaned. I would stay again, but room has to be cleaned better.

Breakfast was poor and there was not enough space in the dining room for the amount of people.

Air conditioner was cold, the room and location was clean, quiet, safe, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and great location. Will stay here again.

Housekeeping did not really clean bathroom floor well or replace bath mat. Otherwise hotel was convenient and comfortable. Overall I am committed to Hilton properties and their consistency.

We did not like the hard mattress or the pillows. I woke up both mornings with terrible back pain.

I have stayed there four or five times now, and everytime I have issues with the tv and most channels not working. They send a maintenance guy to fix it, say its fixed then I still have the same issues later that day. It is very frustrating.

I chose this place for my little gym-cation bc it was in the center of some gyms I wanted to check out! I enjoyed my stay and the staff were sweet and very assisting. I also did like that they had security patrolling the place at night.

The person at the front desk was very disrespectful. He didn't make me feel welcome at the hotel. He treated me very rudely and impolitely.

They had to go to the front desk to let them know and John was so accomodating and waa able to switched them to another room. The check in was a breeze. The onlt thing i didnt loke was the fee for my dog. On the qebsite, it says $50 but had to pay $75. Webaite needs to update their information. I like the fact that the room has a diswasher, sink and a bigger firdge compared to other hotels.

Everything was really good. The breakfast could have had some More options and it was too open. A dedicated area would have been over but the room layout was fantastic and there was a really large tv and drape to separate the tv area from the sleeping area. That was nice. There was lots of storage in the rooms. It was excellent.

I enjoy my stay for the most part. The staff was friendly and pleasant. My only issues was the walking through of the construction, and the pool not being cleaned of the bugs. Oh, and waffle machines kept sticking, so we couldn't enjoy that perk!

Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Interstate was nearby but it wasnt too loud. Parking was easy and well lit at night. Felt very safe entire stay. Lots of food close by with easy deliveries to room. Pool wasn't very clean, but kids had a good time still.

Since the moment we arrived the hotel did not meet expectations. The linens were dirty, the pillow cases stunk, the tv gave us a hard time, the water pressure was horrible, the room was dirty. Would never stay here again.

Monique handled my checkout with equal kindness and was extremely helpful in setting up the hotel’s conference room, which we had rented for training. My stay was excellent—I slept well, the room was clean, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

I love all the amenities it offered, only thing I did not like is it’s only two elevators for the whole hotel which had 6 floors, so during busy times you have to wait 10-15 min on a elevator, the complimentary breakfast was mid, no bowls was available for hot or cold cereal, but over all I loved this place

I recently checked in and had reserved a room with 1 king bed, but was instead given a room with 2 queen beds. So disappointed

The room and hotel had a moldy plumbing smell! Also we noticed a drunk driver had hit to cars in the parking lot while parking we told front desk but was unsure if they did anything about it. The hotel had a lot of dogs staying there and it smelt like animals.

I loved my stay here the staff was very welcoming and the other guests were very pleasant and kind. The staff also made sure there was enough breakfast options put out and stayed on top of replenishing everything once it got low. My room was neat and clean, the bathroom and shower was nice as well. I also enjoyed being just minutes away from several food places.

The front desk was very friendly. What i didn’t like is that it was very noisy. I heard the vacuum from house cleaning at 7am. The hallway was very noisy. At 4am people were walking and talking loudly being very inconsiderate of other guests. Personally I would not recommend staying just because it was very noisy the room smelled but it was fairly clean.

I liked the counter space in the rooms, the seating and the large refrigerator. The lobby was a little limited on seating for breakfast. The staff was friends for the most part.

I love this hotel, always very clean and staff are friendly and courteous. The only thing didn’t like this time was children running and screaming in the corridor at night. Around 11 pm they were playing in the corridor.

The property is noce, rooms are spacious. Room has nice half kitchen, kitchenette and good size refrigerator.

I liked that it was in a safe location, clean and convenient to where I had to go for travel ball with my daughter.

It was a great stay as always i have stayed more than twice there, always clean and friendly.

Loved the property and staff! It was a great experience especially with us having to book a room at the last minute due to water issues at home!

"Your feelings about this are completely valid." ... "I can hear how important this is to you." I arrived in an emotional state and I messed up booking. I admitted. No empathy. Humankind at its worse. stayed for one night, paid for 2

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Towels weren't so clean and the cups had stains. Breakfast wasn't ideal. Room is big and quiet.

The mattress need to be update.
