The location was convenient and the amenities were exceptional. They have every other day room service with help upon request which is normal today and they replenish your rooms snacks and drinks daily which was surprising and inviting. The only set back we had was not having a jacuzzi to unwind in but the trade off was a balcony which we enjoyed using to awake and eat our FREE BREAKFAST at. To be honest this was a remarkable start and unless we are staying five star we will continue to use this Home 2 Suites every visit to Houston.

The room needed to be deep cleaned, the side and underneath the fridge had to be cleaned. The microwave, fridge, and dishwasher needed to be cleaned as well. I purchased cleaning supplies and did it myself because I requested to the room be deep cleaned and it was not. I had to talk to the front desk about it and the maintenance man was sent to clean the sides and underneath the fridge. I also cleaned both sides of the bathroom door, all the cabinet in the room, and the cabinets in the bathroom as there was visible dirt. Additionally, I requested the room be serviced while I was out and the gentleman said ok. Just to later act shocked when I asked when housekeeping would be done. He first asked who I spoke with, it was him, and then saif that he told me that housekeeping doesn’t work in that fashion.

Will definitely stay there again.

They have to change their cook. The bacon was too cooked. The eggs were not seasoned well. Everyday it is the same choices. It is too difficult to get the food from the warmer.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered more than most hotels do.

This hotel stay was one of the most frustrating experiences my sister and I have had, despite staying at many Hiltons. The check-in employee was dismissive and rude. We couldn’t check in because the floors were still wet from cleaning, yet he suggested we enter the room anyway. After a long drive, being told to return in an hour was disappointing. When we returned, we asked for compensation for the inconvenience, suggesting free parking for one night. He acted as though we wanted the entire stay refunded and falsely claimed the room was ready, though the floors were still wet. He eventually gave us free parking for the stay but seemed irritated by the request. The room itself was disappointing: flat pillows, an over-freezing freezer, and no real cable channels. The bathroom was extremely small, the toilet was hard to flush, and the sink opening was dirty. The pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that we couldn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. Breakfast was awful. The eggs were thin and tasteless (no scrambled option available just thin patties of eggs) , the bacon was pre-cooked and heated up in the microwave, the sausage smelled sour and was inedible as the smell alone was enough to make you want to throw up, and the hash browns were frozen, microwaved and soggy. The walls were also very thin—we could hear the toilet seat being let down above us. As Hilton members, we expected much better and will not return to this location.

Get a room with the balcony, you won't regret it! Will be back really soon. My family and I absolutely loved it.

The hotel is old-dated that is the reason requiring constant maintenance ( noisy extractor in the bathroom same for the refrigerator) we reported it and a person came to the room and did his best. Furniture in the rooms are old- very used. However clean. I will stay again. Remodeling is needed, considering that is not cheap. It will be great if they do some changes.

Great place to stay, breakfast is great and unsliced. Parking is $20/per day no problem in a covered garage, huge plus when rain or heat is out. Food nearby, indoor pool, you’ll love it here.

Good value compared to similar local hotels. Breakfast included but not great. Room had everything needed but layout made space tight for moving about when using the sofa bed. Location walking distance from local retail & food . Plus the huge mall 19 mins walk.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Loved that there was a parking garage, especially because it was at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was free either my stay and offered an impressive spread. Will definitely be back.

We reserved a balcony King for the evening, arrived to find music blaring out of the room next to us, you could actually hear it halfway back to the elevator and we were near the and of the hall. We switched rooms and all was very well after that, easy parking, nice area outside for quiet morning coffee, neat as a pin and friendly staff (I gave 4 out of 5 on staff simply because of the hassle of changing rooms though the gentleman at the desk was very courteous about it).

I appreciated the amenities—it truly felt like the full package. I also loved the complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. What I didn’t like was that housekeeping did not keep us well stocked with towels during our stay.

Plans. There was nothing on hotels.com or home2suites site saying anything about the pool being closed. I didn’t find this out until I asked about during check in. The “hott” breakfast was cold and no way to heat it up. Specifically the eggs and cheese. The hotel was clean an staff was professional. Other than this the hotel was fine.

There was an indoor pool out of service during the weekend. The issue was the personal never told me the was closed during check-in. That issue change the experience to a regular one.

Nice staff, good value for money, breakfast nice. Gym a small bonus. The pool was out of action the whole time. Quite noisy at night time, mainly other guests running and shouting in corridor.

The property does not prioritize guest or worker safety. There was ongoing construction to the pool and no notice on their website or third party resellers like hotels.com. Toxic fumes permeated guest areas due to the aforementioned construction and there was deceased insects in areas with food contact. Molded or mildewed outdoor furnishing and visible neglect. Very disappointed. There were no other rooms available and we were unable to complete our stay. Management was either unwilling or unable to address and remedy our concerns.

Clean room parking can possibly improve but overall great stay felt safe and staff was welcoming.

When going to the garage it would be helpful to know when the floors stopped someone to keep going up and up could hit the wall. The parking and getting in and out is difficult. The parking would be my biggest issue but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We normally stay at a different location when we are in town. This was the best available at the time and it did not disappoint. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was professional and friendly. Shops and restaurants nearby that is a short walking distance. Galleria is walking distance as well.

It was cheaper than others and also with a bigger rooms The canceled my reservation even tho I messaged at booking that my flight got rescheduled and I will be arriving next day. I had to make a call from the airport in order to figure things out, which added some stress to my trip. I also requested the adjustment of the stay but they never got back to me

The pool needs maintenance, it had a black corner which you couldn’t tell if it was mold or just very dirty. The pool water was warm which was nice. The room was clean but the towels had different types and color hairs which was very off putting, the customer service was okay but if you need something they don’t bring it to you, you have to go get it. The breakfast was okay, the coffee was good.

I will like to speak with someone because your service was poor I pay for 2 rooms just for me to find out at the check in that the front desk Mac heal stated that I only pay for one room how can I pay for one room while I have 2 adults and 3 teenagers. And I was trying to making understand but he kept telling us that we pay to Expedia not to them and he was very rude, because I was upset and decided to cancel our saying there imagine after 7pm we have to go and search for another Hotel. I am very upset and disappointed.

This place was a great location and amazing pricing. I had to pay for parking even if i parked my car myself. The parking attendance were so helpful and they went over and beyond to help us during our stay.

When we arrived, just after checkin time, we had to wait 10min because the only person working the desk (and possibly on property) had taken a bathroom break. No complaints about bathroom breaks because when you gotta go, you gotta go. But, when she finally did appear, there was no rush to help, no “sorry for the delay”, she was very put out that we were there and had interrupted her afternoon. There is a parking garage on property and we were not told that only one of the room keys was programmed for the garage. So, when we split up to park and take the bags to the room, I ended up with the non-programmed key. I had to back out of the parking garage entrance and return to the desk, just to be told “well, I told you only 1 key would work.” The next morning, we arrived for breakfast 5 min after the scheduled breakfast time since we had an early morning. No food was out and desk staff was no where to be found. We finally rang the bell and woke up the lady (who was supposed to be working the desk) and was sleeping on a sofa in the lobby. We were told breakfast wouldn’t be ready for at least 30min and we could come back later. We left to get breakfast. I don’t usually leave reviews, but when the staff makes the visit uninviting, I feel management should know.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a day of shopping at the Galleria. For our purposes, the location was excellent! The rooms were large and comfy, and the breakfast was good!

Balcony nice view, variety of breakfast choices. Everyone was really nice. My only complaint is I heard room doors slamming all during the night. The doors shut so loudly. And I just happen to have some loud teenagers in my floor.

Breakfast was set up but we didn't have it today. So I'm not reading that, but everything overall was good. Also, the 6th floor was cut off. So we had to park on the 4th floor that was the only inconvenience

My room was near the elevator. It wasn't quiet on the first night. During the day, the room service staff are quite loud as they move their carts. The bed sheets and blankets had stains. A quite smelly odor in the bathtub drain. The recipient asked for proof that my blankets had stains like showing him pics of the stained blankets as there is no one available to verify my claim.

Good location, nice clean room etc. However, after paying full price through expedia i was charged an extra $50 on the card i gave them for incidentals even though i didn'tdo anything to incur a charge. Not cool at all.

Ant infestation in bathroom and bedroom. My husband and I got bit up and the hotel did not move us rooms.

Really enjoyed the balcony. Room was very comfortable; bathroom vanity lighting was very poor. Outdoor noises were no concern; indoor noise was quite something--the doors close very loudly, and people were coming and going, very vocally, through much of the night into the early hours.

At Check-in, there were "surprise charges" because they weren't declared when purchasing on line. The morning after check in, we could smell that someone was smoking pot close by & we were on the top floor(8th floor). Very sad!

For us, this wasn't an inconvenience; it was a genuine health hazard. It is irresponsible for a hotel to create an environment so dangerous for guests with medical conditions. Avoid this place if you have any respiratory issues. They clearly prioritize masking odors over guest safety.

My only suggestion is since this is a dog/pet-friendly hotel that they should be accommodated on lower levels / limited floors. Other pet friendly hotels implement this because is a health and safety precaution. Per Home2 staff, families with pets could occupy any room on any floor. Please revise this in the near future.

The people are very nice and pleasant. Very helpful although my flight was cancelled and they just held my room (no refund, it wasnt their fault) Overall the property was very clean, nice and well kept. I gave a 4 because the room surrounding bathroom sink. toilet and shower needed a little better cleaning in the corners and area as such. It looks as if rust or something was building up around certain areas.

I was very impressed with this property. Everyone that came to visit was like wow this is really nice. It gave an home feel to it. The breakfast was really a shock. Expected just the regular continental breakfast, that was some of the best breakfast I had. I was sending pics of it to other family members that stayed at other hotels in the area and they were saying I want to come down there. Especially once they found out I didn’t have to pay extra for it like some of them had to for theirs. I would most definitely recommend staying here.

My entire stay was pleasant. From check in to check out. I loved the digital key. I could open my room door, building doors and enter/exit the parking garage all from my phone. My room was clean and stocked.

Property without anyone caring was crazy to me. I also had a particular clerk that appeared to be annoyed when I went and asked for pool towels. I’m not a big complainer, I know yall will look at these and bring it to their attention. My job does things like this similarly.

Complimentary breakfast with a decent spread. The staff was nice, and parking, though an additional cost per night (I think $15), was covered and had easy access to the lobby and rooms from the garage elevator.

The property was great from check in to check out. Great staff and nice clean rooms.

It’s was a very comfortable room. The only downfall is we didn’t have shampoo or conditioner but other than that it was great!

This hotel was clean. The staff was professional and it is a great location when you’re staying in Houston it is 10 minutes from the Galleria Mall, but it is much cheaper to stay here than stay in the actual galleria. There are great Mediterranean restaurants all around at the level of service was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel close to the museums. Great food options near by, clean building, good staff. Great great breakfast options. Parking was $15/day very reasonable compared to others. The pool is located inside which kept us away just because the water is colder. But overall this place is great. Will absolutely stay again.

Pri at the front desk was great!! She was professional, informative, and had a great personality. All the staff I encounter where helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean(inside and out). The parking and hotel feels secure. The location is accessible to several retail and food places in walking distance. Not far from galleria mall. A nice stay while in Houston.

You can not put makeup on in these rooms as the lighting is bad. The concept of a hotel for families is a clever niche but people with kids wear makeup. I did not know the hotel’s concept when i booked but i would not have thought that a mirror that allowed you to wear makeup was too much to ask for. Thanks

Great stay. Located near places that we planned to visit or needed access to.

This was a last minute booking due to the previous hotel being DISGUSTING! The front desk receptionist was super friendly and welcoming upon our arrival she even apologized to us for the experience we endured from the previous hotel we originally booked with. The breakfast variety was great, close to shopping and restaurants, had a really nice view, and the room was nice and comfortable I will definitely book with Home2 my next visit.

The hotel was excellent overall, except for an unpleasant smell in our room—possibly caused by dogs. When we first arrived, we didn’t notice it, likely due to the strong scent of cleaning chemicals. However, by the next day, the odor became noticeable.

The rooms and property were very clean and new. The parking garage felt very unsafe and twice when walking to car in garage there were large groups smoking weed and blocking driveway. The area around hotel felt very unsafe as well.

Came to a baseball game in Houston, wanted to stay in a safe area and secure parking. This hotel was the right choice!

Very friendly staff. The room had a problem with the toilet but staff quickly addressed it. Overall a great stay.

Front staff was great. Only reason I gave a 4/5 is that they do not enforce the EV parking, there were gas cars parked where there were charging stations, hence couldn’t use these

Room was spacious and balcony was great to have. We chose it because we like balconies. Convenient to the Galleria and highways.
