We stayed two days as we went around town. NASA museum and Astros game. Hotel was great. Quiet and clean. Staff was terrific. The breakfast we ordered was really good. Would for sure stay here again without question. Very happy with our stay!

5 stars for all but one survey question. The customer service was wonderful from the front desk to the clerk in the dining hall and even the housekeepers. Our room was clean but the bodywash was out and the bedding needs to be updated or needs lint removal. Other than that I cannot complain. Peaceful, quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay!

I thought it was great other than 2 things.. the first was the pool was way cold definitely not heated and we couldn’t swim. The other issue was when the electric went out they didn’t have a plan or backup generators.. I had a recent heart attack and had to walk up three flights of stairs which took forever and I was holding my chest to my room (definitely scary). Then once in the room, the ac wasn’t working and it was hot as well as no alarm clock to assure I woke up for my early flight. Nothing was offered to me for the inconvenience and when I asked staff they were like normally in weather events they don’t do anything (but they even thought they should). Said maybe call ihg customer service. The other places around them had electric. Seemed specific to the hotel, rain damage to the building caused the outage. Regardless, it’s good client relations to do something for the customer when the hotel was lacking a back up plan. It was beautiful and they even offered a free drink or appetizer. I would gave it prefect but the no backup plan in a disaster sucked.

I came down to retrieve some items from our car, there was a couple with a dog checking in at the desk, the dog looked like he wanted to attack me, so I walked to the other side of the lobby to get to the front door, are there additional rules in place to prevent guest from being attacked by dogs of another guest?

The Internet for my room didn't work and the staff was completely clueless. I asked for a code in which they said they didn't have one???? I have always had codes available when this happened but wow not this time. No one seemed to know what to do

Walked down, and they assigned us a different room. Went back upstairs and the second room had been serviced - but wasn't clean. There are chips of plaster gouged out of the walls, black scuff marks on all the walls, the bathroom door was _stuck to the floor_ and the bathroom light was orange. We booked at another hotel and got out of there fast.

The staff and lack of service.

I made a reservation through Expedia and after I traveled five hours to reach the property, I was informed by the staff that there were no available rooms upon arrival. While the hotel staff was courteous and did their best to assist, it’s concerning that Expedia allows bookings for rooms that are not actually available.

The swimming pool was not open that was the reason I got this place. The water faucet in the bathrooom didn’t work well.

My room was spacious, beautifully appointed and offered an exceptional level of comfort. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

First the sink in room 200 had small sugar ants coming out on the sink area. Second i walk out to my truck in whats suppose to be a secured parking lot and my back window is smashed in. Then i ask about cameras and i get told they are down.

No nothing letting us know that the water is off and couldn't get a hold to no one at the front desk. when I went to get my breakfast Monday morning for the ticket that I purchased ticket says Buffet or entree and drink but the lady says I can only get this particular item with that ticket and she says that they just changed it a week ago but yet again no information no update or nothing informing customers that that occurred. The tv was not a smart tv so had to watch basic tv and old movies. Then houses keeping mops the lobby and elevators with dirty water making it smell like wet dog.

It was a nightmare, i think there was a huge amount of people from one family celebrating something and the noise was unbearable, try.to contact the receptionist never answer and also went down to look for help and no one was there to help. I paid a hotel night to rest and got an sleeplessness night. Terrible

They told us there was nothing they could do about it, but that it would end at 11 pm. Also, we had to pay $11 per person for breakfast, when we booked the room, which was supposed to open at 7 am. They didn’t open until 7:30, which had us running late to our softball game. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast and the tea that was made was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds. They were so uncomfortable I could not sleep nor get comfortable. Everything else was exceptional.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and service was good. I’ve stayed here many times and the only thing I wish was better is the lighting in the bathroom, which is more like mood lighting rather than task lighting. Also, wish free breakfast was included in the price of the hotel.

Our mistake,location was not near the event we came to town for but totally our fault.The property was wonderful.Did have a problem with our reservation. Needed one room with 2 Queen beds but it was given away even though we made the reservation weeks ago.They did comp us a room for our 3rd person.He's autistic ,my nephew,but got use to being in the room at night alone and wound up enjoying his privacy.

Overall it was an ok stay. The rooms lack in having enough towels to accommodate a family of three. You could hear the heavy room doors slamming all night. Our room was very basic not much decor or ambiance but beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was not friendly at all from the time we checked in to the time with checked out. I noticed they didn't engage or acknowledge/greet people that were coming and going (not welcoming at all). The hospitality was definitely lacking at this location. There was an indoor pool which is one of the main reasons I chose this location but it was ICE COLD and all the front desk lady said was "oh its not heated". Overall the price was good for what they offered. If you're look for a basic affordable stay then this would be the place.

My second time staying in this hotel I found a blunt that somebody probably just smoked in the room and it smelled like it a lot in the room. I also found food in the fridge that wasn’t taken out.

The property was very clean, everybody was accommodating, check in was easy and the staff was very friendly they even helped me sign up for the rewards program to earn points on future stays. The only criticism I have is there needs to be hand sanitizer available in the dining area and by the elevator. I encountered kids leaving breakfast and the buttons were sticky I’m assuming from syrupy fingers.

The property was good, but the food that you have to pay for was TERIBLE! We ordered an ordinary breakfest (not lunch)to eat there in that dining room and they brought a"to go" box with a litlle untasty,cold scambeled egg,2 small uncooked ,saggy pieces of bacon and believe it or not, some cold french fries,saggy ,in small broken pieces wich was leftover from previos night probable.In a closed box.Then the coffee was watery,no milk or dairy creams,just a chemical creamer in a cheep botlle with who knows what flavor.No choices at all.Looks like they try to save the money and not please their costumers who pay for all services. DONT BUY THEIR FOOD AT ALL! You ll feel sorry.There are fast food restaurants around. Disappointed!

Very clean and comfortable hotel near the beltway. Staff was lovely but they were understaffed so there was no cafe open for dinner in two of the three nights I stayed there.

This hotel had the modern vibe. Different from other holidays inn. The hotel was clean and organized.

Everyone that works here is absolutely wonderful! Melissa is outstanding and the wonderful way she greeted and received me after a long trip, arriving for the funeral of my cousin, was exactly what I needed! I was super hungry so I went to the eatery before going up to my room. The people taking the orders and cooking were so kind and accommodating! My food was fast, made to order, and was accompanied with great coffee!! Fresh creamer was the only thing missing and would have topped it off perfectly! But my food was hot and good! I ate it for two days! My room was cozy, clean and comfortable! I was totally happy with it and rested so well, I didn’t want to leave it! When I ran out of body wash, Dani came right away to replace it! Great staff!! I enjoyed every moment.

The hotel was in a secluded area. I felt safe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was extremely clean and decorated for the holidays. So lovely! Out rooms were large. We could not have asked for a better spot.

I was rather disappointed, the staff said that the hotel is overbooked and they couldn’t honor my reservation as I had booked through a third-party; however, I did not get any notification about how I didn’t have a room for the night. It left me to find an elsewhere to stay for the night last minute. It would be nice, for next time, to have better communication between the hotel staff, Travelocity, and customer. Is there a chance I could receive compensation for my inconvenience?

The room was ok but the bedding on the bed had makeup on it and the toiletries they provided were empty and the fridge was cool but we didn’t even use or put anything in it and we have a huge puddle in the morning in front of it.

The bed was comfortable and the commons areas were nice. Breakfast was extra (but clearly disclosed in the booking process), and the bathroom felt a little cramped, especially as the bathroom door came within less than an inch of the toilet when opening/closing.
