Front desk personal was annoyed when we checked in. Pool was very dirty. Door handle to bathroom fell off. Bartender was on her phone instead of helping customers. Took 10 minutes to get service AT the bar. Patrons at tables had to come up to bar to ask for service. Thinnest walls ever!!! Could here everything above us, next to us and coming from the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had any issues. However, my recent stay was different. I'm not sure if they changed the mattresses but I woke up feeling like I had slept on the sidewalk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

I didn't use the pool. I stayed here for proximity to the Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium. Two nights for nearly $600, and they didn't even have free coffee. No continental breakfast. Only breakfast was $1700 buffett which was terrible....ran out of eggs, certain things weren't in containers (empty containers)....asked for a to go container to go back to the room. Was told unavailable, then witnessed same person giving a "no" response give one to an employee. Not even a pad of paper or pen in the room. Just overall TERRIBLE. And for $600???? NEVER AGAIN. I want a REFUND

I know it was rodeo at Houston but the price for the product was not comparable.

The stay was pretty decent, some things were definitely overpriced like the breakfast and it seemed as there was construction being done but it wasn’t terrible. It was in a decent area and we had no big issues.

This hotel is not worth the money! Within 15 minds of being in the room, we had to call for maintence due to toilet not flushing. It is advertised to have a gateway to NRG stadium which in fact it does, however they cant open it! It is up to the NRG Stadium workers as to when it opens, so we had to walk all the around. I asked several times for the manger and he was always unavailable, I will be calling back Monday! The trash and beer cans that were thrown all over the lobby and the trash cans outside that were not emptied was nasty. Upon getting ready to leave this morning there was not hot water to shower. Breakfast is not included in the outrageous price of a motel, its $17/person and its hotel breakfast, that you serve yourself. I was disappointed in this hotel for the money, Will never stay here again!!!!!

The walls are paper thin and you can hear others. My husband has brain cancer and there was a loud gathering in the next room until midnight. Plus the ice machine is very loud in the hallway.

Loud talking, laughing, and other noises started about one something in the middle of the night. Even though I was on the 10th floor, I was awakened and unable to sleep as it continued for hours. I will not go back there again.

Good variety of food. Only complaint is we were only allowed 1 bottle of juice per person and for breakfast that is our beverage of choice. But food was good and service was excellent. I ordered the Doritos nachos from the bar and they were horrible. It was literally a big plate a Doritos and a little queso, about 20 black beans and a tea spoon of pico de gallo. Definitely not a salad or anything that resembles a salad. I did request more queso and crema but I was given very little queso (maybe a table spoon extra) and a to go pack of sour cream so even with request there was no change to flavor. Waitress did remove plate from my bill but I feel she was upset because she never came back to offer more water when glasses were empty or if anything else was needed.

Nothing They market themselves as gateway to NRG. The hotel has no control over gate to NRG , so if you walk over the gate might be locked on returning to the hotel. No one told us this! So we had a longer and treacherous walk back to the front of the hotel. We would have NEVER walked had we known the gate would be locked. We were there for our grandson’s graduation. Upon arriving the toilet in one of the rooms would not fill up or flush. We changed rooms and our toilet in that room worked until we got back from NRG! Too late to change rooms for my husband. By morning tank had filled enough to flush. In addition to these issues there was no hot water in either room! The next morning we could not wait to leave! Probably our worse experience staying at a hotel ever!!!

Nice property with a great view of NRG stadium. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only downside was that Expedia showed the pool closed at 11pm but when we arrived we were told it closed at 10pm so we didnt get to swim. The pool looked nice.

The location was good walking distance to NRG but the room was not your normal holiday inn room, it felt old, bed was hard and halfway clean but parking was good , gated inn. When I come back to NRG , I won’t stay there again but that’s just my preference,

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only bonus is its walking distance to the NRG stadium but the rooms are trash. Walls need to be repaired, repainted, and rooms need to be overall renovated. He promised maintenance would stop by in the morning. Maintenance did show up—kind of. The guy walked in, yanked the AC cover off, slammed it back on, and left without saying a word. That was it. And the parking situation? Total chaos. Hotel guests are charged for overnight parking, yet when there’s an event at NRG, they sell the lot for $60 to the public. Saturday night during the Morgan Wallen concert was a mess—hotel guests had nowhere to park. Bottom line: there are much nicer hotels in the area, including one right across the street. Went to the Metallica concert. Hotels did not let me know they were selling patking. I had to park on the grass I only got parking paid for parking. I should have gotten more than just parking. They need to tell me up front.

I like the fact that it was close to the rodeo venue. What I didn’t like was their false advertisement of a clean, modern hotel. The photos did not represent the hotels poor condition. The hotel charged me $300 plus dollars which seemed reasonable, but it was not clean or modern. I booked a room with a king sized bed and I was given a room with two queens.

Great place to stay overnight breaking up our driving round trip to Santa Fe from Austin. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were kind and friendly!

Our first night there where 18 vehicles with their widows broken out by the demoncrafts/democrats of the neighborhood applying their craft of robbery. Achilles security vehicles are parked around hotel with blacked out windows, they may only be rented vehicles only, no occupants, because they were never moved the whole time we were there, or they are in on break-ins. The hotel excepts no responsibility for break-ins it's all on you. They also don't notify you of the problem and your best action if staying here is to remove all valuables from vehicles and leave it unlocked. God Bless and have a prosperous life.

THe staff at the front counter was excellent. The bed had black specks of dirt and the carpet was extremely dirty and needed to be deep cleaned.

Property is dated, staff isn't overly nice, just get the job done. No smiles. Only hotel that has a direct gate to NRG park for concerts, football games and other evets like the Houston Rodeo. Great place to park, although you need to hide all valuables, there was a break in beside our vehicle. We felt safe and fine, just need to be vigilent.

The room I stayed in had a loud ringing noise so loud that the ac noise wouldn't drown it out. It's wasn't worth $130 for one night. Other than the noise, everything was great.

Accessibility to NRG Stadium is easily achieved by walking through the property gate and into the stadium parking lot. Convenient and allows you to avoid paying to park at the stadium. The hallways of the hotel need some renovation.

We had an anime convention and could walk thru gate right to convention center. This was super convenient!

Dated, but clean. Horrible hours related to food/drink. Charging for parking? That’s new for this property. And not in a garage or valet, just simple parking in their own parking lot, lol. Next we will probably see a resort fee!

Room was clean. However the TV was having issues throughout the hotel. Reported it right away to the front desk. They told me that they were away and working on it. It never got resolved. TV was still broken the next morning. No complementary coffee till after 630am. Worst experience was the bed. Like sleeping on a rock. So hard both of us were sore for two days.

My daughter and i were in Houston for Cheerleading Competition at NRG . Our suites were fantastic accommodations ! Big , spacious and comfortable ! My second time staying there when in Houston .

First of all for the price of the stay I would have expected everything to be covered. Yet we had to pay $10 for parking a night, there was no complimentary breakfast and if you wanted to eat there it was $15.95 a plate The food was not to that level. Also, the refrigerator in the room was to be laughed at.

Zero customer service skills needed to work here. 259 days a year I spend in hotels across the country, and out of, I will never use this place again. Back to Marriott where we are treated like humans.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We went for the Lions/Texans game and the stadium is literally in the hotels backyard!! Check in was painless, Katie was an absolute delight. Honestly every employee we interacted with was engaging. The breakfast food was good and the fruit water in the lobby was a great additional perk! Highly highly recommend this hotel and I NEVER leave reviews!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, area was the only downfall.

The hotel was nice. Check-in was over 30 minutes because of the long line and 2 people working thd front desk. The bed was uncomfortable and one of the drying towels was dirty. Didn’t complian just uded a clean one.
