The bathroom shower floor was super slick. We both slipped multiple times and I fell completely onto the shower floor

Breakfast. Parking and then there was only one luggage carrier available. The $100 dollar incident fee. WHEN DID THAT START HAPPENING!!! I’ve stayed here before and that wasn’t even happening.

Staff, especially at front desk, was professional, friendly and accommodating - the best part of our stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. The location was easy to find and arrival/departure was easy. Neighborhood appeared to be safe. The output of all lights in our room was dim and insufficient, especially in the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush correctly. Breakfast had insufficient food on 2 consecutive days. Towels were small and low quality. Needed more electrical and usb outlets for device support and charging. Overall condition of hotel building and furnishings showed insufficient general maintenance and age.

The breakfast was also over an hour late from the time posted that it would be available. And the lights were off in the breakfast area for most of our breakfast. The room was fairly clean, beds were pretty firm. Bathroom was a bit moldy looking.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Clean. They had food items available to purchase in the lobby - including frozen dinners, chips, drinks.

TV connection signal was disconnected after every time when turn off. I had to manually connect signal to when turning it back on

We always stayed overnight. Staff was good and courteous. Don't think we use the Wi-Fi, but it was offered if you needed. The only bad thing I have to say is even though it's not smoking when we walked in I could smell that somebody had been smoking in the room. It just kind of stays in the furniture and walls you know. But all in all for an overnight trip it was good.

This is remodeled hotel, but you can easily see where there still needs to overhaul…baseboards in hallway

Which was right in front of the front desk. Kinda obvious. And no I shouldn’t have to call and complain for someone to tell them to quiet down. And I could hear doors slamming through the night.

I had a lovely visit. The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly! A better variety for breakfast would have been nice.

The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Easy access to the rooms. Room was very spacious. I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't as clean. In between the tiles in the shower and ceiling it had dark spots along with wall post by the tub. The walls were very thin so you could hear the people next to you or across the hall and leaving out the front exit of the parking lot was a bit confusing.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Cars revving engines on the road outside all through the night. Walls are also paper thin inside.

There was no blackout curtain in the room and the drapes could not be pulled over the window. Room was next to a warehouse with great lighting at night. Exhaust fan just screamed but did nothing.

Our only complaint is lighting the the bathroom sucked. Two little 40 watt, maybe, bulbs. In fact lighting in the entire room was poor. My wife went to the window to put on her makeup. Please fix the wattage of bulbs!!

Very clean , has a fridge and a microwave along with a keurig machine. Location is great 30 min from nike clearance store and downtown houston. My stay was great !

We chose this hotel for Beyonce concert weekend. It was in Driving distance of NRG and felt like a safe option with security. We had a 2 queen room with a couch and that was the perfect amount of room for 3 people preparing for a concert. I read reviews from countless places and almost didn’t choose this one but I’m glad I did. It was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was amazing and the staff managing it were so incredibly thoughtful and nice. I would stay here again.

It took almost 45minutes to check in. Keep in mind I am second in line. The line was growing while the receptionists was on the phone with another person who was looking to book a room for next week. As busy as this hotel was @ 9 pm you would think that it would be at least 2 people in front to check in. I finall made it to check in and despite how busy he was he so polite and friendly. You could tell he was very stress and everyone was not being polite to him because of the long wait. He told me he needed my license plate number so my car would not be towed and to write it down on the paperwork. I went outside and waited 10min to return paperwork and left again because I did not want to wait. I went to my room and came back an hour later to return the paperwork so my car wouldn’t be towed and the line which is wrapped around in the lobby luckily this time he noticed me and I just handed it to him. Hey get your employees help. I was so tired and exhausted and waiting for almost an hour to check in is not cool. Kiddos to that employee for staying so polite and helpful.

After my flight was canceled, this was the only property near IAH that I could find a room. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Wish I remembered the women who helped us that night she made everything so smooth.

The property is nice but only one elevator was working and the pillows are too soft for me. I’ll bring my own pillows next time.

The laundry room washer was out of service, they hadn’t any quarters and they were outta soap for sale… they didn’t care at all when i told them… also really rude breakfast employee closed the light on us twice while we were siping coffee in the breakfast area around 6 am… didn’t feel valued at all

We’ve booked before a couple years back. We had a wedding so we booked 4 rooms since it’s close to relatives. My parent and I got rooms second floor right at entry. So we heard every guest that checked inn. It was loud, i couldn’t sleep with all the noice. I finally had it and I msg front desk at 3am. I had two more nights and it was the same. Pool had too much Clorox that when you entered the room your eyes would cry from the gas’s. Will not book again. I would definitely find something else. Plus my sister paid $8 for skittles. Oh and no breakfast. It’s said from 7-10am. 8 am eggs are out and they said they would not refill. So beagles, cereal, yogurt, juice and milk. Disappointed.

This property was great. They makeup your bed and clean your room when you’re out. There’s free breakfast in the morning. The attendants are accommodating and very nice. It was an easy and smooth process to check in and out. The room was clean, nice and spacious. I love the room had a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. I love watching the movies that had on there cable TV. Everything was wonderful. I do recommend to stay at this property. Great job everyone.

Staff was super nice. Unfortunately my truck was STOLEN from the property during the the night. And Yes i did leave it locked. Acccording to the staff the theft happened right after Security left at about 3 a.m. besides having my truck STOLEN the room was clean and well kept. Conplimantary breakfast tends to shut down sooner than posted time.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel, a lot of small bugs inside the bedsheet & the blanket!!! it makes me itchy and sick about it 😭 pls maintain the cleanliness and make sure to change and do laundry the bedsheet & covers, pillow and everything after customers checked out… bcs im not sure they doing it right…

Only down side was one night the bathroom smelt of smoke (even though it is made clear that it is no smoking) maybe from near by room. There was also a women sitting outside of a room door who looked lost and was also crawling around the hall around 10pm.

It was good overall. The shower was not working properly, the water pressure was low. The breakfast dish was not filled in timely manner.

wanted to change the room because toilet flush handle broken, bad smell in the room but was asked more $$$ due to suite room only. Stayed outside until 9 pm, jumped to bed just for sleep only because of the room sticky smell. Curtain pins stayed out from the first day till one day early check out, don't know how room cleaned. I made Reservation for a room with two queen size beds and was paid for in advance. Once I got to the location I was told that that room with the queen beds was not available anymore and that they did not have nothing for me. They ended up giving me a room with double beds instead so basically once you make a reservation, it is not guarantee you’re even going to get what you asked for and paid for in the beginning very disappointing, considering that’s the only one in that area that is a good place to stay
