Called this location for 5 hrs never answered needed to cancel a reservation that was for the wrong city. Hotel.com tried to call 6 times as well. Horrible. Even the 800 line would not help me.

Only stayed one night. No complaints really. Staff was nice. Room was clean

The hotel served as a great place to lay our head at the end of a long day at the Houston Rodeo. The room was clean and met our needs. We used both the mini fridge and microwave and were glad they were included in our room. I would stay at this property again.

Only things need to be upgraded are the tvs need smart tv.

So the Hotel itself is good and the staff. However, the street side of the hotel is horrible. Traffic noise all night with truck traffic that stops at a light just outside the hotel and have to rev their engines to take off and get up to speed.

The breakfast was great. I bought a new suitcase and left my old one in the room when I left because I didn't need it anymore. The staff called me twice and left messages about it. Very attentive. The pool was closed. The key didn't work many times and I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk. The internet connection was very bad

Nothing. I booked with you guys with the knowledge they accepted a service dog. The person behind the desk was really rude and called me a liar and said it was just a website certification. I have a heart condition called Afib and my dog can detect it so I can take my meds. They completely dismissed me and sent me away. And you guys have my money. What a bait and switch. I will never use booking.com again. They and you lie.

Super clean all around. Large, if average, breakfast buffet. Nice to see an attendant art the desk 95% of the times I walked down stairs. Entire stay would have been 5stars were it not for the absolute animals that stayed next to us Saturday night. They came in at 3AM screaming like it was an outdoor playground and at 4AM we went down and complained. After what I assume was a call from the staff, it quieted down a little until 5AM. We checked out at 6:30 and they were still awake talking loudly. Not the fault of the hotel but not good being that our stay coincided with the time change and we were already losing an hour.

My room was located on the first floor, as the first room on the hall next to the elevators. There was no hall door to separate my room from the lobby and the breakfast area. This felt a little unsafe, and a bit exposed. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor.

Family wedding weekend. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Front desk staff very accommodating. Restaurant staff, very nice. Would like to call out Marcia in the restaurant who went out of her way to accommodate my 98 year old mother with being able to order off the menu during the time when it was the buffet only for breakfast. She was amazing and continued to check on our table and mom during our breakfast even while she was so busy as the restaurant was packed. I thought she was so wonderful that I spoke to the front desk manager to also personally let her know what an amazing employee she has. She confirmed she knew it! She had been trying to get Marcia to transfer to the front desk herself. It would be nice to have a chair or small couch in the room as an alternative to only lying on the bed.

Not for sure if this is a real Holiday inn express, bathe towels were cheap and thin and rough, the bed linen was thin and not soft like usual , also the air wasn’t working that well either,oh for Breakfast they could of done a lot better the food wasn’t that hot the fruit were old and the juice was watered like they were trying to stretch it ,I travel a lot and always stay in the Hilton or holiday and never experienced this. bed linen , breakfast, the thermostat, the elevator need to be fixed , overall I will never stay there again and probably won’t book another Holiday inn , just so I don’t get any surprises

Not enough front desk presence throughout the day. In the late evening and night doesn't feel secure. Twice my friends and I saw a man wandering throughout the main floor and floor 3. We didn't think he was a guest. When we booked our rooms we had no idea that there was construction.

I didn’t eat. Coffee was good My room was supposed to be handicap accessible? I’m a double amputee and there was no shower chair? No grab bars to get up off the toilet? No desk chair to work from? Some of the lights didn’t work? I couldn’t shut off one of the lights because the switch was faulty, so it was on all night. The sink in the bathroom delivered the water all over me and the floor the way it sprayed, never have seen that before?

High end feel with very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room. Nice lighting, fixtures and furniture makes it feel like an upscale hotel. Spacious bathroom and shower and very quiet. Really appreciated the cleaning staff didn't keep knocking on the door before checkout time. There isn't anything to complain about

We stayed a week and everything was good until Saturday night when the hotel booked out the entire 4th floor for a private party. Unfortunately, we were on the 3rd floor where the party music and stomping around went on to 3:00 AM. Why would a hotel do this? No apologies, no explanation, except a sign in the elevator that read, "Private Party on the 4th floor." Will never stay here again!

Next day came they folded the same comforter back and put it on the bed again and said they thought I'd checked, out when I went downstairs to confront them about it they put me out. I asked for a refund they said they'll give it to me never received it, and didn't receive the deposit either.

The tub felt like there was a film left in it. The beds were comfortable, and we could set the thermostat on a desired temperature, which was nice.

My 3 year old took her shoes off and was playing in the room for 10 minutes and the bottom of her feet were black from how dirty the carpets are.

Decent hotel but half of the things were broken. The toilet, shower, door handles.. lots of broken things. Staff was kind. The area is what it is - not one of the best parts of Houston of course but everything went fine. Need to work on fixing things and then it’ll be more worth the money.

Arrive for my brother's funeral. Stayed two nights. The front desk personnel were really good. No issues there. Friendly . The room was great and the bed was awesome! Definitely a very good place to stay, short or a week. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed

If I ever come to this area again,I will stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, neat and ck-in was easy. If this is a recently renovated, they did a great job. Close to airport.

The hallways and elevator is very hot, there’s no AC at all. I sat on the lounger in the room and was itching. Of course I bought my Lysol. Had to rinse the shower out. The room door is not installation at all, you can see light coming in underneath the door and all around the sides. You can slide a special tool underneath the door and unlock it. Not good Security AT ALL. The pool area doesn’t look like the website. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room for your coffee. The room could have been dust, disinfectant and clean more. The housekeeping needs to be able to speak English. Stop hiring people who can’t understand or speak English.

The overall stay was very good the only issue was cleanliness. There were stains in the bathroom and on the sheets.

This place is a 10 out of 10 highly recommend there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Everything was perfect including The free breakfast the pool was absolutely spotless and it smelt very good. Staff came in and cleaned the place every day. You cannot go wrong staying at Holiday Inn. Even the staff were absolutely perfect. Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far!!!
