    La atención muy buena desde que llegas al lugar te atienden para darte instrucciones de donde esta el estacionamiento, cuando entras en la recepción todos muy amables y atienden tus dudas de buena manera, el cuarto estaba limpio, el aire acondicionado muy bien, camas todo perfecto lo recomiendo mi estadía fue solo de 1 noche pero sin duda regresaríamos a 11 min caminando de la Galería y restaurantes cerca

    The covers is full of mold and mildew on both beds. Talked to manager and was switched out. Same thing full of mold . Shower pressure is very weak. Very disappointed !

    This hotel knows what they are doung. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The first guy who helped unload my car and get everything to the room was frienly and professional. I got to check in early and go shopping at the nearby Galleria. I slept well in the cool, dark room with soft sheets. Thanks, Hilton!

    Does not have 24/7 room service. When you are starving because flights were cancelled and you couldn't get anything to eat all day, that is quite the inconvenience. A lot of the facilities are kept extremely cold, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next to you. Would I stay here again? Not unless I have to.

    I didn't like that it is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and we got complaints about our dogs barking after 10 mins of arriving and it was not late at night and it was not that big of an issue, they barely barked a couple of times. They also do not explain anything to you about the parking situation or that you have to pay for parking at the front desk and not at the parking garage, so I was overcharged at the parking garage and then told after the fact that I was supposed to pay for parking at the front desk. Why was that not mentioned to me or why was I not asked about paying for parking when I was checking into the hotel? It was just not a great experience, not good communication to a guest who had never been there before (and I told them it was our first time) and we only needed a place to sleep for one night because we were having something done to our house and could not stay in it overnight.

    The lobby area was nice and it was nearby The Galleria mall. The staff manager on Night Shift name Jackie was very rude, impatient and passive aggressive. A lot of the guest smell like weed in the room next-door to mine smelled like weed. The parking was not free, which was not disclosed in the booking. The bedsheet was stained. The toilet paper roll holder was about to fall off the wall. This place marks up their prices due to the convenience of the area.

    Not only that, this hotel was obviously NOT CLEAN. There were six old French fries and an olive on the carpet next to our room, and they were on the floor for all six days of our stay. No one cleaned the hallway. No one cared. And now that I have called and talked to three people at the Hilton Post Oak hotel, I know that no one cares because they treated me horribly, intimating that I was lying. I told them that the lice specialist I hired to comb through my and my son’s hair gave me the maturity of the insects and eggs, and I KNOW I caught it from this hotel. I KNOW it was the sofa bed because only my son and I got it. The timing is exactly right. Bad service. I told them to check on the people staying in that room now because they could catch the lice too. They laughed at me. Stay someplace else. This place is dirty dirty dirty, and if they mess up your stay, they do NOT CARE about

    I had found a bloody bogger on the bathroom wall when I first walked in to the room. I also had the problem of leaving my room before checkout time and when I got back to my room they had cleaned the room out and took my stuff that I had to hunt down my stuff.

    I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. Upon arrival, I discovered that the hot water in the shower was not working. I immediately informed the front desk, and they assured me that maintenance would be sent to resolve the issue. I proceeded to the gym, and when I returned several hours later, the problem remained unresolved. The staff mentioned that the boiler was working, but I explained that while the hot water was available in the sink, it was not working in the shower, which suggested the issue was with the shower handle. They assured me once again that maintenance would be notified. As my son and I had an event to attend and urgently needed showers, I requested a different room. Initially, I was told there were no rooms available. After I explained our situation and the necessity of having a working shower, a room was eventually found for us. While I appreciate the staff's attempts to address the situation, I was disappointed by the lack of promptness and concern shown for our comfort throughout the process. This experience does not reflect the high standards I have come to appreciate from Hilton properties. I hope you can address this issue to help improve future guest experiences. Music from wedding reception audible in room very late at night. Insane. Spent nearly a grand here for a weekend stay in a corner room, at that price point, in this area, this hotel falls far far far below expectations. Would never stay here again.

We got the suite but the couch did not pull open and staff insisted it did and when someone finally showed up over 45 minutes later, they too were surprised the couch was not a pull out. The sink did not drain and after multiple complaints, no solution was made. We stayed in the same room with a toilet flush as loud as an airplane engine about to take off and the customer service was not polite. I was hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately did not have the best time due to the sink, couch and service.

    We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and pleasant. One staff in aprticular was amazing. Jackie! She is the overnight frint desk and all around manager. Her gesture, empathy and genuine care for guests was exemplary.

    There is a balcony but over the years it has gone down in value and service . The care for the building has decreased . No microwave , the WiFi would not work . We have to get different sets of keys cause they repeatedly didn’t work. The fridge in the room did not work . I’ve stayed here a few times before and it wasn’t this bad . Also out of the 4 elevators they had only one worked , filling the elevators or waiting a long period of time to get on. I won’t be coming back to this hotel , the balcony is not worth it .

    Unfortunately, the room had some issues that were deal breakers for me and cleanliness was one. The pool was filthy and had so much chlorine you couldn't see through the water. The staff was very responsive and promptly addressed all issues I reported. The best thing about this place was the staff.

    Nice property. Convenient location between restaurants and shopping. Galleria mall in walking distance. Our toilet wasn’t working properly and maintenance quickly resolved the issue.     The hotel had extremely unfortunate luck the weekend we visited... with the main water pipe bursting leaving the hotel without water for 24+ hours AND no A/C in the 90+ degree Texas heat. This was all unlucky, but the worst part of the situation was the hotel managers lack of accountability and inability to help us make our trip better. we were given the opportunity to go to a new hotel downtown which was much nicer (hilton americas) but we were told we would have to go there one night, come back to post oak, and then go back to the other hotel is everything was still broken... which it all was. We ended up spending over $100 on Ubers going back and forth as we were out of town for a concert... the managers gave us free coupons for the bar, which was nice, but we spent hours of our trip uncomfortable and upset due to their attitude. Would not recommend.

    One night stay w children. Arrived at 3:50pm and was told my room wasn’t ready and still had to wait to check in. While trying to check in the lady was in her cell phone most of the time and kept telling me to hold on. Then put it down and got on the hotel phone as she told me my room still was not ready. As I asked rudely if check in was supposed to be at 3pm she then rudely says yes but we were sold out last night so we’re busy. Then her coworker offers 2 free beer or wine tickets for the bar. Room was ok but AC didn’t really cook properly and was loud AF. Went to take a shower and had no cool or warm water. It was boiling hot on all settings and had to sponge bathe in the sink. Last but not least the plugs were broken in restroom and could not do my hair or get ready so had to do everything in the room off the lamp plugs. Not sure if I’d stay here again. Only great thing was the valet service. Their service was extraordinary and one of best valet services I’ve used.

    On the very first day there was loud noise disturbance at 5 am of a group of women arguing above us we requested to move rooms and they tried to move us to a smaller room . Room service never cleaned the room only gave towels one night upon request . The water stop working and then shut back on . Toilet paper ran out . It just wasn’t a place I’d visit again .

    I'm actually very disappointed. The rating has 4 stars when actual it should be a 3 star hotel. I purposely chose this 4 star Hilton over the 3 star hotel my friend was staying at bc I wanted a great spring break experience but I was sadly disappointed. Room and especially the bathroom is super out dated. The tub is peeling and the the inside curtain shower is dirty which is unacceptable. Honestly, this is the worst Hilton I've stayed at in a very very long time.

    This hotel is fine with nothing major, negative or positive, report. Some minor items that could use improvement- The bathtub needs updating as it's chipping and the air conditioning blew right on me as I slept. The tub was no big deal, though the chipping makes it look shabby. The air vent pointing toward the beds is unpleasant. I appreciate the black out curtains to darken the room for sleep. Quite a bit of light comes in through bottom of the door which is doable but if you redo the doors- please consider this. In and out of the parking garage was easy and the location was great. The Hilton Galleria served me well. Thank you.

    The room was awful. Beds are uncomfortable, Red stains on carpet, bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor. Had a two night stay booked, but checked out after one and moved to a different hotel. Staff at desk acted as if it was not really a priority to address the issues and could not print a receipt at departure. Stated I would be emailed the receipt, yet it still has not been received nor my refund
