    When I arrived at my room the first thing I noticed was the window was busted from the top to the bottom, dirty q-tip behind the bathroom door on the floor, fridge was over freezing on the bottom half cause it to run on the floor

    Everyone was friendly but the hotel was full of mold. We stayed a week, and used the pool multiple days- the pool area wasn’t cleaned a single time we were there. The bathroom in the hotel room was super moldy and made my family and I sick. They tried covering it up with wallpaper… Every time we would go in there, we would sneeze a bunch of times. it happened to ALL of us. Especially during/after showering. It was so bad. & The bathroom vent didn’t work. The first night, we were getting ready for bed and the lights were off- I turned them on in the kitchen and there were at least 15 little bugs crawling all over the kitchen floor. Last day, we tried washing our clothes before we left… it took 2 & 1/2 hours for one small load to wash & dry. Turns out, the dryer we were using didn’t work :) we had to sit in the lobby and waste hours with a toddler. Again, the people were friendly. That’s the only plus to this hotel.

    The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day.     We had a Wonderful stay . The only thing u was disappointed was they said it was a heated pool but pool itself was not heated , seems just the pool room was hot and the chlorine burned our eyes just sitting there with the heat in the room

    Spacious room and decent employees There was an odor in the room when I first entered and there was hair all over the bed and on the covers also some in the shower. Had to change the entire set of covers due to hair being on them. The mattress had yellow stains on it. It was over priced for the way the room turned out to be.

    My sister was giving the key to decorate at 12 or 2 pm thought someone checked her in and she dos too because he gave her the key When i arrived a few hours later there wasn't anyone at the desk so I could check in but my sister told me she already had the key she meet me at my room we entered there was dirty dishes in the sink and trash under the edge of the couch I went downstairs to let someone know about the room i had to wait again and the guy finally walked up i let him Know what was going on he said he couldn't do anything about it because I wasn't checked in i said wow how is that if you gave out my key so that was that

    ホテルのロビーには、水、コーヒー等が置かれていて、朝食もワッフル、卵、ソーセージ、オートミール、コーンフレークなど数多くの種類とソースやトッピングが置かれていました。時間がなくて朝食が食べれない人でも、コンパクトにまとまった朝食ボックスが置かれていたので、些細な心遣いだと思いました。 ただ、ホテルの立地はIAH空港から車で15分ほどのところにございますが、ダウンタウンや下町に行くには車で約30分ほどかかる事が少し難点でした。洗面台バスの電気はとても明るかったのですが、部屋の電気はとても暗くもう少し明るみが欲しかったなと思います。また、カードの不具合なのか2泊3日で予約したのですが、毎日にロビーに行かないとジムや門のゲートを入る為のカードが使えなかった為、不便に感じました。

    I rarely leave reviews, but this time I have to say that the manager, Kevin Pereira, is absolutely fantastic. Not only does he greet you warmly every morning, but if you need anything, he's always there to help. He made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Houston!

    It was the best hotel I have stayed in this area. Clean and smelling good! My mother was getting radiation for her cancer. Mr Kevin greeted us with a smile and was the best help throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. The swimming pool was so warm and refreshing. The breakfast was top notch. We spent 2 nights and felt like Queens! I can’t say enough good stuff about Hampton Inn and suites!

    I always stay at this particular Hampton Inn when I visit Houston area. Upon arrival on this trip, there were two police officers talking to people in the front of the door which should have been a red flag. After checking in, we go to the room 108, which had a very foul odor. The room smelled like Mildew. We asked to change to a different room and was told they were booked up. We dealt with it. When it was time for bed, my daughter pulled the blanket back and found that the sheets on the bed were filthy. There was stains and spots everywhere and they have clearly not been washed. I contact the front desk, their solution was to bring two clean sheets for myself to change them. Again, they would not change the room. I go to change the sheets, I picked them back up from next to the tv and a roach runs across the stand/cabinet that the tv sits on. We then left the hotel and was refused a refund or any compensation! This used to be my favorite hotel to visit. I will not be returning!

    Pool was not open. One back door wouldn't open with key card and it wasn't anywhere near the time that was stated that it wouldn't work. But they were very nice rooms for the price and area of town. The hot breakfast was good but not actually very hot at all. We would definitely stay there again though.

    We booked ahead and when we got there our room was not available, they gave us a king bedroom but we were three adults, so we agreed to use the sofa bed but had no blankets or pillows, we requested and were told out of blankets and then no iron or coffee in the room
