The room was spacious and clean. The location was very good for my purpose. The staff was responsive to my needs. The breakfast was served cold. When I arrived in the breakfast area there were no eggs. I waited a few minutes for the attendant to bring more and was standing at the egg section when she loaded them in the hot station. They were cold! Not warm - cold. The potatoes and bacon, also in the warming device were cold.

The price was amazing for what I got. I did not know that this hotel was so nice. I will definitely be coming back The front desk ladies were so kind in the morning and at night, and there was surprisingly a lot of parking available So this is definitely probably my number one hotel to stay at in humble from now on. The price is so good honestly like I pay the same price to stay at La Quinta and they are nowhere near in comparison

Check in was great. The clerk was extremely helpful, when I wanted to make sure that my family (on a different reservation) and I were on the same floor. Great location - near everything that I needed to have access to. Hot foods could've been replaced a bit quicker at breakfast.

The room was clean and smelled good when we arrived. The beds were uncomfortable and the toilet did not function properly so it added to the noise level of outside traffic. Not a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was mediocre. Will not stay at this facility again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They did their job exceptionally especially when we accidentally left our tablet and had to come back and get it the next day. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, the sheets had stains on them from previous people. Half the outlets didnt work great for our chargers and breakfast made us sick since it had some kind of chemical taste on all of it. That was the last straw and we canceled the rest of our stay.

I can't say enough about how pleasant my stay was. It's hard to beat free parking. Jonathan was welcoming and accommodating. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. Don't sleep on this gem. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area.

The one thing that was upsetting is there was an item displayed at the registration desk and when I tried to purchase it (Lorna Doone cookies), they didn't have any available for me. Turns out it was ONLY FOR THEIR PREMIUM members!

Do not let these pictures or ratings fool you. This place is a dump! It was rated 9.2 on Expedia and should’ve been a 2.9. We were scared to touch anything in the room, or restroom. We were stuck due to the time of night we booked because of a cancelled flight. The continental breakfast was disgusting. I would never, ever suggest this place to anyone!

I stayed for 7 days. The fridge didn’t maintain an adequate temp. I didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention. I would have liked to have had a microwave in my room. I didn’t check to see in advance nor ask. There was one in the lobby. Housekeeping staff were very cooperative. Front desk staff were very friendly. The property was well maintained.

Staff is all very friendly. Hotel is clean. The room is weirdly laid out but fine. Breakfast has a good assortment of foods. Surrounding area seems sketchy but there are plenty of food options nearby. If the sound of traffic bothers you request a room on the back side of the hotel.

The halls smelled strongly of marijuana and the rooms were musty. We requested to be moved because we are allergic to mold. The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite, but unfortunately the suite smelled heavily of cheap perfume, and we woke up with severe headaches—likely due to the mold issues throughout the hotel.

The hotel breakfast was not what I was expecting. Very disgusting, I would have rather left to go eat breakfast else where. Toast in the toaster took over 10 min and didn’t even come out hot. Overall the heat in the hotel was very humid everywhere inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On the surface this property is good. For me attention to details is what differentiates a mediocre property from a great one. Unfortunately for me this one was mediocre. Staff was nice and friendly. Arriving to my room there was a cluster eyelash that was stuck next to that trash can in the restroom. They provide decent quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion and travel size bar soap, my shower had a spot for what seemed like body wash but the bottle was missing. In the main room, there were stains and dust on the walls and certain areas of the carpet that were sticky. The charging ports next to the bed were loose and unusable, there were other ports in the room that were usable so it was just one of those annoying things. The room had a small fridge and coffee maker- no in room microwave. My daughter hated the bedding, the comforter was a bit rough and uncomfortable. There are several options for breakfast in the morning but nothing outstanding typical watery eggs, flimsy sausage and mushy potatoes. They also had coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt,oatmeal, pastries, breads and waffles. Overall the stay was fine for only one night but I would consider a different property for future visits.

Due to construction in the area, it created hazardous driving conditions by not being familiar with the area.

The check in was simple and the attendant was very helpful. It was convenient to have have complementary breakfast on sight. Although the bed was not the most comfortable, it was pleasant for its intended purpose.

The hotel was in a convenient location for where we had to go. The breakfast was not appealing and did not seem to be of good quality. We stopped eating breakfast after the first day or two. The coffee was kept in un-heated pots so it was often just warm and not hot. The housekeeping was not daily but we were able to easily ask for clean towels at the front desk, only on one occasion they were out of towels. There is not an in room safe so this was concerning and we are used to using the safe for personal items. The front desk staff at times especially at night seemed a little less than professional. Often times they are consistently on their phones and one guy was wearing a hat all the time. The breakfast attendant would also be on her phone and not cleaning up the buffet area or checking on the food. The laundry required coin payment so we did not use it, we did laundry at a relative's house. The elevators were efficient, 2 elevators but they do make a signal or beep at it passes each floor.

Hotel was great. Very pleased. It will be my go to when flying out of IAH.

This was a quick 48 hour trip and I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast options. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Very quick response times to all our requests.

Me and my 1 year old stayed here for 2 days. I just bought a house in Kingwood but didn’t have electricity set up yet so we had to stay at the hotel until it came on. The staff/ front desk were so sweet and nice. My electricity came on in 24 hrs but I decided to stay the second night at the hotel because I was so content lol. Would totally come back

Hotel was overall clean and soon as you walk through the lobby doors you get a pleasant aromatic fragrance..The receptionist was friendly and helpful..The room we booked was 2 queen beds with refrigerator (refrigerator wasnt cooling enough for my taste) One of the beds was too firm. But overall i rate it a 9 out of 10.

I am very picky about cleanliness, and my room was very clean upon my arrival for my 3 night stay. Traveling alone for my son’s was also a concern for me. Although he stayed one night with me, the other 2 nights of my stay I felt completely safe, even coming in late. The fitness center was very nice, and the complimentary breakfast had so many choices. Hampton Inn will be my first choice when choosing a hotel again.

Bed was very comfortable. My room did not have a bath tub so can not speak of it but my shower was great. My room temperature stayed a crisp 72° and it felt great as well.

Check in was super slow. Clerk says they had new system & he struggled. Then got to room & key didn't work. Room was on 3rd floor & at end of hall so lugging luggage was a task! FOR this , I rated service as med....but they did try & had to get 2nd person involved . But tired & wanted to get to room was our goal. I'd stay there again but next time I'll check on on app & not front desk!

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds but the hotel must have given our room to someone else. They wouldn’t switch us to our reserved room. We ended up with a king instead

OMg!!!!! Customer Service was very warm and friendly. Don’t be discouraged by the outside atmosphere because once you’re inside, you’re in another world! The bed was so comfortable, I wish I didn’t have to leave lol.. Felt like being at home..

Great hotel! Quick check in, though my room wasn’t ready. Still gave my id and credit card for incidentals. When I came back to get my room key hours later I was asked to put my card in again for incidentals so I hope both charges fall off. Room was big and clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to get longer shower liners as it kept coming out when the shower was on and wetting up the floor. Would most definitely stay here again.

This property was okay. The construction around the area was a lot of hassle (not that it was the Hampton Inn's fault). Some of the front desk staff were a bit rude, at times. The hotel rooms themselves were very clean and comfy.
