Four Points by Sheraton Houston Intercontinental Airport

Honestly, we were only at hotel overnight. You have to call hotel to arrange shuttle. Realized after 20 minutes, took another 15 to arrive. Driver was great. Check in was smooth & quick. Only had 15 minutes before restaurant closed but they took our steak dinner order without complaint & used vouchers toward total. Room was ok. King suite but was a mix of old & new. Room was pretty bright, even with shades down. Pretty loud also. Had 5am shuttle so basically ate & slept. Staff was friendly & efficient.

The room was great. My bed and pillows were like clouds. The bathroom shower was very nice and clean with fog resistant mirrors. The restaurant/bar was nice as well. There is some minor maintenance/ construction in the hallway and outside. Overall great stay.

Happy hour at the bar was good and the food was good too.

Clean, comfortable, easy accomodations, The staff is nice and helpful. This hotel gave me a peace of mind. I would highly recommend.

Cons: you can tell place was under remodel, still definitely needs work but I did like my room a lot, only wish there were more choices on the tv, even if it was paid movie. Issues with elevator were I didn’t always have choice and it kept sending me to the staff entrance. They also make dining area sound really nice but there were not good breakfast options and it didn’t even link to the room so I had to pay downstairs. I wasn’t impressed paying 18$ for same breakfast I could get at several other locations for free. Pros- again the room was very nice and clean. Staff for most part were very nice.

It was not actually close to the airport—a 15-20 minute shuttle ride.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Airport shuttle from IAH. Indoor pool was excellent.

The hotel was nice other than one of the elevators was out of order and the chef didnt show up to work.

The hotel is not a typical Sheraton by any means, with poorly painted areas showing, an elevator not functioning properly and room keys not always working.

The shuttle came quickly once I called to inform the front desk that I had arrived. The driver, Steve, was very professional, courteous and helpful. He loaded and unloaded my bags and helped me to my room. The room itself was nice and clean. My checkout was quick and the shuttle was waiting for those of us for departure. That return trip to the airport was quick and the driver very friendly and helpful as well. All I all, it was a great experience.

Staff was extraordinarily responsive in getting the shuttle to pick me up within minutes of my arrival at the airport. The bar staff was welcoming and the front desk ladies were super courteous. They are doing some construction on the floors, so other than that being an eye sore when you get off of the elevator, the hotel was very clean and modern. I would stay there again.

Airport shuttle was great! Reliable and helpful driver. Front desk was exceptional. My room never got cleaned and it appeared not thoroughly before I checked in either. This was a sore point for me. When I entered my room there was a used water bottle and some other hints that indicated the room was not sufficiently made ready for me. Pool was lovely however the toilet area near the pool needs to be refurbished

The airport shuttle was great but the room was very dirty and smelled.

Room card did not work, one elevator did not go to our floor but kept opening when we called for elevator. Pool had no towels available. The staff was very friendly however. Room also had a weird smell, sort of like sewage which was off putting.

Everything was great but the elevators needed service. Buttons didn't work and only the left side went to the top floors. Should be an important fix.

The hotel was a bit worse for wear. Needs a face lift. One elevator was not working at all.

The one elevator buttons didn’t work and the other elevator you had to use the rear door to get out on 1st. Not a big deal, just one of those things.

Hotel was adequate for one night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower was hot and powerful. Bedding and towels clean and in good condition.

The pillows contained mildew as well as the shower. There was poor lighting in the bedroom and the elevators to the second and third floors did not work. We had to walk to our floor. Also, parking was limited.

The hotel and hotel room were clean. The hotel was quiet. It appears the hotel was going through renovations and both elevators were not working accurately. Also they don’t allow early check in. Checkin is at 3pm and I was informed to check in at 2pm it would be an extra $25.

I enjoyed my stay. The pool was like bath water. It was an amazing comfortable peaceful stay. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable.

Waited 40 minutes for shuttle from airport to hotel (had to call twice). Only one elevator was working. Coffee in lobby was warm and probably not fresh. Property is not convenient walking for food, we opted for food from their little store. Bed was comfortable and shuttle to airport was on time

The shuttle didn't have a sign on the side, so we had difficulty figuring out where they were. 1 of 2 elevators is down, and the main floor button on the operational one doesn't work, so we had to exit to the staff area behind. The shuttle only goes to the airport once an hour, amd fills fast... We had dinner at the restaurant, but the single employee was over burdoned, so even getting water and orders taken was difficult The beds were great, and the rooms are in decent shape.

Staff was very courteous but room floor and some thing in room was making noice like water dripping .Also we could hear noice from other rooms loud and clear, so we hardly got any sleep.

The staff at the restaurant bar was terrible. I understand she was new, but I waited almost an hour and was never served a thing.

The hotel was great.. the problem was the pool. The chlorine level was extremely too high. My hair got fried, I'm still trying to wash out the chlorine 3 days later. We all were coughing afterwards due to this. I did let the staff know, and they said they would address this.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable I really enjoyed the decor and overall vibe. The only small concern was that the sheets had a slight odor when we first checked in. I’m sure it was just a minor housekeeping issue, but I wanted to mention it. Overall, we still had a nice stay.

However, there was no nightstand on one side of the bed we each need a CPAP machine so we actually have nowhere to put the other one. We had to pull a table close. It meant there was no luggage rack so nowhere to open our big suitcase except the bed so we kept having to pull it on and off the back.

The wall unit sounded like a Cessna taking off and the bathroom fan sounded like a high pitched siren. There is no soft lighting in the room which can be tuff on people who aren't trying to land a plane.

There was a networking event at the hotel restaurant and we got to go and dine with live music and free appetizers. The restaurant staff was very rude and there aren't those many restaurant options nearby. The floors in the restaurant were very sticky.

Waited an hour for the shuttle (an unmarked silver van) then called the property. Was told to wait as the terminal (E) I arrived at wasn’t normally on their route. I waited another 20 min then, just as I opened the Uber App, he rolled around the corner. Not a big deal, but would call as soon as I landed if I had it to do over.

We immediately left the property and were fortunately accommodated without issue at a Hampton Inn down the road, where customer service was handled properly.

Room was small, but clean and bed was comfy. Shower with low water flow (hate that). Bathroom mirror light did not work. The mirror is small and only one person can stand in front of it at a time. The TV was kind of challenging to figure out how to make it work. The rolling bathroom door does not keep the bathroom sounds from coming to the rest of the room. this is definitely a 3-star hotel at most.

I am very disappointed with Expedia claiming this place had a restaurant and bar and it had neither. And there was nothing close enough to walk to. I paid extra for the restaurant and bar feature and there was no food or drink at thaii place.

This property was near a lot. Directly off of the expressway. The staff was amazing we enjoyed the indoor pool and the patio.

Everything was five stars about the sheridan, the staff, the food, the facility, the room. I will never say in another hotel again. It was amazing. It was truly a fantastic experience. And I am in the hotel business, so I know hotels and this one it went above and beyond.

The system was down for the key so staff had to let us in our rooms. Very nice person . He made us feel comfortable.

TV channels. Hand soap. Air conditioner broke around 2am. Kids screaming in the hallways around 1am. Bathroom door couldn't be opened from inside after closing. View from the room was of countless electricity pylons.

The property was newer and very clean and they have an airport shuttle service. Its nice that they have a restaurant and a bar but neither was very good. The restaurant served cold coffee in the morning and the margaritas were terrible. The restaurant menu is limited and the soup tasted like canned minestrone soup. Stay away from the restaurant and you should be ok.

Shuttle drivers were polite. Front desk (overnight) was efficient (thank you!) and communicative about shuttles and breakfast options. Room was well apportioned. Comfy bed and ample pillows available. Shower products were not my scent of choice. My A/C was loud and rattled during "on" phase. Overall good stay.

Loved the curtious front desk clerks. Roome was very clean and even the sheets smell clean. Only downsid was air con didnt work very well but it wasnt unmanagable and the room was atill cool. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Location from airport and shuttle service, breakfast, weight room, and pool. Would be nice to have a pool with the option to be inside or outside. It was 95 in TX with heat index 101 Internet wasn't available during our entire stay. So, I was not able to access streaming services. The parking lot arm gate....when buzzed no one was available to lift so we could enter. The shuttle was blocking the parking lot entrance.

Unfortunately kitchen was closed for evening when we arrived due to unforeseen circumstances. they did offer to take us to a fast food place down the street which was nice but really not the food I would have wanted. Room key access was down so staff had to take us up to room every time which luckily we didn’t do once we checked in. Then after being in room for a few hours they called to check who was in the room. They stated that they had us in a different room but the card we had said the room # that we were in. Just a little chaotic but room/facility were clean. Didn’t sleep well due to hearing noises coming from outside along with the air unit. Staff though were pleasant.

The breakfast is very, very limited. They don't have much variety. I was expecting a good breakfast, but not just salty and greasy potatoes, bacon, a little egg, and cereal. Oh, and a waffle. That was it. I think you have more options at Motel 6. Oh, and they charge you for it. Almost $18 per person. At IHOP, you spend much less on whatever you want for breakfast, and it's much tastier. Better breakfast and more variety

I only had coffee and it was good The food in the restaurant was not good.

Staffs was very nice and helpful. Helped me find my way towards their shuttle and waited for me. Front desk was nice in getting and arrangement the way for my transportation.

Flexibility for payment

Everything was good. We feel welcome and very clean. Our stay was thumb up!

Overall, it stay was good. There are limited food options. I contacted the hotel in advance to ensure my grandmother had a roll in shower and her room had a tub. Yay was unfortunate.

Nice gym and pool. First receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Food was not bad. Room was nice except for the sofa bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable.

Very expensive and no perks whatsoever. No Free Breakfast. Nothing is around. Just not worth the money for the location. Usually when I stay at a High End Hotel there are lots of Perks but this place may as well be a Motel

Staff were super amazing and so was the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport! The only concern was that the shower was not cleaned well and the bathroom door was falling off… other than that the beds were clean and comfy! Can’t stress enough how awesome the staff are!

Staff were exceptionally kind and considerate. Maria at the front desk was particularly helpful. We are so glad we chose this hotel!!

Was very disappointed to find out that I booked the wrong hotel! We had previously stayed at the Sheraton a few miles closer and really enjoyed it. My fault! Restaurant and bar were a joke and room was a little worn out. Window blinds didn’t work and no nightstand on one side of the bed. It was clean and most of the employees were very nice.

The room was big and clean. Shower had great water pressure, the a/c unit worked great. Staff was friendly. Theres a shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed the time here. But the pool was very cold.

It is where most of the airlines staff stay, nice comfy bed. Dinner was good watched football in bar alone on my Sunday restday after cruise. Lots of updates. The shampoo and such large size. Mirror light, defig button. I loked the hotel. We ordered doordash for lunch

The area around the property is nothing to look at or be excited about. It’s just convenient that it’s located near the airport. At the restaurant inside which is only open certain hours - I had the worst cheeseburger and fries. The burger patty was burned and hard and so was the bun. It seemed like whoever made it had never made a burger before. Also, the fries were not fried well and were soggy and pale. It was the worst meal after a long flight. I ended up ordering takeout and waited another hour for a meal.

The internet did not work the staff said she could move to another location but half of the tvs don’t work and the outside fence was broken

We unfortunately found a roach swimmimg with us in the pool. That kinda ended pool day :(

Property was flooded our room Had to use two huge blower fans and a dehumidifier,carpet was wet

The restaurant was closed due to a recent hurricane, you could see a lot of repairs were made and still being made, but the hotel was clean, our room smelled a little musty but the had windows that blew out

The hotels only suite had no air-conditioning so I ended up paying for a suite and a moved to a double queen size room. Between the hurricane and the global Internet problem…. Just not a good time to visit

Sastaff gave minimal help. Food was horrible. Back patio not functioning properly. I wouldn’t pick here to stay for vacation but a quick in and out stay is doable here.

Beds were good. Area is sketchy and staff is very rude. Fire alarm at 2 am didn’t help

Everything about the hotel was wonderful but the road is terrible

They lock the door in the parking lot u have too buzz in with card for the parking in the building after 11pm no free breakfast you have too order in pay for it overall it’s a nice clean hotel quiet

She was unapologetic. Second room was very dimly lit. Bathroom mirror light did not work. Refrigerator did not work. The manager did comp our food at the restaurants when she was informed about our experience.

This was a very professional property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book here again when I am in the area.

Restaurant closed right after I checked in (around 10pm) making it difficult to get food or beverages after a long day. No water pressure in shower. Signs in the room and hardware on the door made me feel like I was in a dangerous area. Airport shuttle had no AC and we were experiencing a high heat advisory during my visit. Not a fun stay.

Water went out and I was not notified I was unable to shower due to water discoloration and no hot water

I checked in to my room and the front desk clerk told me that Expedia canceled my reservation (which was untrue). They simply gave my PAID room to someone else. I am in an unfamiliar city without a room because ALL rooms are sold out. After being hung up on by a rep, then being on hold with another for over an hour, I am STILL waiting to find a room.
