Booked a 4 night stay. Check In 1st room was dirty beds were not made trash from the prior guest was still all over and the smell was horried! Had to go back down and recived a new room that the beds made and no trash. Night Two arounf 10:00pm found a cochroach cliaming the shower curtin!! Killed it and took it down to the desk they did not have any other rooms. Gave my cell number for the GM to call me. NO CALL TO THE NUMBER GIVEN! OH a note in the system saying "I called the room and sent an email" NO CALL OR EMAIL. Could not sleep had to be a a traing first thing in the moring so as so I checked out and booked a new HOTEL!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Clean and friendly The floor was soaking wet by the chair in the corner. We were in the room right next to the staff storage on the first floor so it was a lot of noise early in the morning.

The staff made my stay even better. Jaiden (front desk receptionist) was so professional, polite and knowledgeable. She greeted us with a smile each time she seen us and she asked if anything was needed. She's the BEST! I will definitely choose this hotel when for my next visit.

The staff was very freindly and helped me get out of a jam when needing to print a shipping label late at night so I could drop of a package at a UPS drop point. Really saved my bacon with this so it was very much appreciated!

The room was spotless, front desk was super friendly! The one suggestion I would make is putting at least two coffees in the room. The rooms only have one coffee and we always have to go and ask for more.

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve returned to this location for 5 years and know that I will be helped and greeted. Rooms are neat. The variety of breakfast has reduced and the quality of coffee items have declined. The bed in the suite I stayed in was very hard, no cushion to it. The treadmills either do not work or are experiencing wear and for the price we pay, all of these things should be considered to be improved. Even though I return to this location, I am considering other options because it’s not as exceptional as it once was.

The lobby was clean and inviting, all of the staff was helpful and attentive, and the rooms were very comfortable for a short stay. Our room was quiet and clean with a lot of natural light. The parking was sufficient and we felt our vehicle was safe overnight. The hallways outside of the rooms were quite humid, but it's a very minor inconvenience compared to the rest of the facility. It's summer in Houston, humidity is a given, I would say! There seemed to be a lot of children at the time of our stay, but I wouldn't say the hotel is "kid-centric," just something I noticed.

The staff makes this property for sure as they were all friendly and helpful. Gym is excellent and clean. Bed was very comfortable and quiet for a good night’s rest. No food or alcohol is available after breakfast other than a snack shelf. Nothing is close enough to walk - no shopping - no dining - no sidewalks even to walk on.

The breakfast was very good. A changing offering of hot foods such as oatmeal, scrambled eggs, egg sandwich eggs, bacon, pork sausage, turkey sausage, tiny quiches, etc. They had make-your-own waffles with your choice of maple syrup or blueberry compote with whole blueberries! The typical choice of cold cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, etc. Coffee, cocoa, tea, milk, chocolate milk, OJ and apple juice. They had a bar which was never open.

We never got any housekeeping services from the hotel staff during our stay. We checked in on the 20th of February. The next day I went to the front desk to ask if we could get a housekeeper to clean our room the staff at the front desk told me it would be the next day and I said okay. The next day one of the housekeeper lady came to my room and I was still in bed sleeping and I told her can u please come back I’m still sleeping, the lady said she doesn’t speak English and I said okay. Please come back later once again. I couldn’t go back to sleep so I left the room in case she comes back to clean the room. I came back to my room 4am in the morning my room wasn’t clean and it was the same way I left it. Nobody came to take out the trash the whole time I stayed at that hotel. And me being in a suite I thought it would make a difference, but it didn’t. I had to be putting my trash in plastic bags I took from my friend house. On Sunday I went to the front desk to talk to one of the staff that was there at the time which was the 23th of February. She was very unprofessional after I told her I haven’t gotten any housekeeper since I been here, and if she can send somebody to my roof to clean it and change my sheets. She told me the have a group coming in so they’ll be busy. So I told her I pay $970 for the room I’m in so what come the group that is coming in better than me? She lied and told me she will send somebody to my room and nobody went to my room.I don’t recommend the hotel

Very clean, staff very nice & attentive! Location was perfect for my stay in Houston. Breakfast area was good!!! Website advertises a bar area but d/t staff arrangements the bar was not in use during my stay. Didn’t like that it wanted you to join/sign up to enjoy the complimentary WiFi.

Clean They did not clean our room and when they did come we were in the shower and I asked if they could come right back and she said no. Trash and towels piled up everywhere. They have a every other day policy but we got there Friday and no one came until Sunday and refused to clean

Hotel cancelled reservation due to no power. Reservation transferred to another hotel by Hotel.com. On arrival that hotel had been without power for days. What a mess! Called on my own to find rooms for my family. Made reservations at a hotel that was actually open for business with power.

Had to change rooms. The toilet did not work in our room. Was very upset I was charged an extra 50.00 for each room on top of my booking charge for incidentals. Total of extra 100.00 in undisclosed fees.

Luckily we were able to crack the window and it had a screen. A plug in the ceiling and wall was falling out. And unfortunately, my daughter saw a roach in the bathroom on the evening of the second night. We had to check out early.

I can always count on a nice stay when its a Fairfield/Marriot. Staff was super friendly and helpful with my extremely late check in due to a delayed flight. Would definitely stay here again :)

The property was nice, clean, and up to date. I would have preferred more breakfast options. We stayed over the weekend and it was the same breakfast meun both days. The staff was very friendly (front desk and the guy working the kitchen area). The hotel is not to far from downtown. It took us about 20 mins to get downtown without too much traffic. I would stay again.

The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. She even changed our room when our room tv could not get basic channels. We would return.

I really like this hotel. The room was very clean although it smelled a little musty probably due to heat and humidity but overall 10/10 - will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very nice definitely 2.5 star. Had to wait till someone came from out back office to check in could hear them laughing and talking in the back; perhaps maybe a bell or something to let your staff know when someone at the front desk. Also 5 vehicles were broken into overnight maybe think about hiring some type security to walk the ground overnight

My room had a bigground floor window that was 100% unlocked... so check your windows before you retire for the evening. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

I had a great experience while staying at this Fairfield Inn. It was clean (appears to be a newer building); excellent customer service, great selection for breakfast. I only wish more restaurants were within walking distance; however, there are a few around the corner. Overall, I had a great stay!

We were in a King suite, this is a great room with 2 Large modern TVs, one next to bed and one next to couch. Room was clean and well maintained. Was quiet during our stay. Breakfast was usual fare of eggs and sausage with waffles, etc.. Best option in the area with lots of good restaurants close by (IHop just a block away).

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was great. The only issues we had were that the room wasn't ready when we checked in, at 5pm, and the pullout couch bed was tiny. Definitely not a queen size bed. We also had to go down and get sheets and blankets for the pullout bed. Overall, it was clean, safe, and nice for the price.

Wonderful clean hotel. My only complaint is the room was freezing when I entered. But luckily it’s a walk themostat. So I was able to warm the room up quickly.

I liked how flat and smooth the concrete was in the nearby wells fargo, it was perfect for a night skate sesh. Excellent friendly staff who were all very pleasant to deal with
