That was the dirtiest inn I’ve ever seen. The first room was full of debris, dust and ROACHes on the floor and stinky. I didn’t accept the room and they changed it to another room but it was still stinking and there was some dust and debris on the floor but we didn’t have any other choice. It Is NOT BREAKFAST INCLUDED! The notorious fact is that they leave phony comments and rates with fake accounts with many same Indian names!!! Their rate was 7.6 but it must be 0. DO NOT BELIEVE that

There is absolutely nothing in the room. No shampoo, no conditioner, no bath gel. Only a thin bar of soap. It has a kitchen but has no utensils, no cups, no bowls, nothing. It is absolutely a room that is un-sanitized. It should be put out of business.

Killed 2 roaches and squished numerous fleas. Floor was sticky. No breakfast, as indicated on the website. No ice machine, they said to use the ice trays in the freezer. Fully stocked kitchens required a purchase of the "fully stocked" part of it. Thought it was going to be a great fit while welcoming another grandchild, but NOPE!!

She will continue to look at you especially if you have any children with you, I wouldn’t suggest bringing them here. There’s also some illegal stuff she does with the Indian man. Ive already filled my police report and hopefully everyone sees this before they take it down. This place should be shut down and the two workers should be in federal prison.

The room smelled like they swept it with pee in some areas. The 500 number number you are suppossed to call is never answered. The fact it doesn't have front desk all time is terrible. Staying away from it as much as I can.

Even though we had 3 people they only gave towels for 2 people and got extra towel and when went to exchange for 2nd day and asked for 3 was only given 2 big towels but enough hand towels for 3.

The room fit my needs. It could use grab bars, since I am a senior. The only complaint I have is that you need a regular pest terminator. I saw two small roaches during my stay. Same thing with your property in Fort Lauderdale. I only saw one that time three weeks ago.

The staff art this location are very courteous and helpful. The quality of communication is excellent upon entry I was greeted warmly. My stay was exceptional the hotel is clean,the noise is at a minimum which is great compared to other hotels I’ve visited.

Elevator didn’t work

Booked online and paid only to show up and they have the lobby closed early and no one to come check in despite having after hour call lines. No one was available. Completely unacceptable and will never boom with extended stay in life.

The manager in the office is bery unprofessional and very messy she called the police for no reason and then apologies after the fact refund our money then tried to reverse it and couldn't messed everything up and she been trying to charge my card everyday so i think she got my card info because i booked on Expedia so now i have to get a new card she copied my credit card information

Terrible property, they charge you a pet fee of $25 each, a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana throughout the property and in its outside areas, I booked a non-smoking room and inside the room the smell of cigarettes was horrible in the rooms. sheets and towels, plus cockroaches all over the room, don't book here if you don't want to have a bad time

Location is ok Discomfort, dirty floor, shower head broke,smell like mold, look like there was some blood on the floor. I paid thru booking already, but by the time i checked in, the staff charged me again. Now i have to go thru this

I always stay here when I'm in Houston. Last evening, I ran to my car and realized I had forgotten my room key, so I propped the door and within 30seconds a very loud alarm and a flashing light went off! You cannot prop the doors here and that is an incredible safety measure I didn't even know existed here. Just one more reason this hotel is great!

The hotel has roaches. The bathroom wasn't clean. The kitchen wasn't clean. The floor wasn't mopped but yet the carpet was vacuum. I wouldnt recommend staying here due to the roaches. The bed was hard as heck but atleast they had a mattress protector bag

Check-in was easy and fast. Room was average and clean. But you can hear people talking and walking all night long. Feel like I was at a basketball game and my team was losing.

The man at the reception counter assisted in looking for a replacement room. I was told to follow him and when we arrived the room was locked and he couldn’t get in. Then he proceeded to look for a third room but this time checked on his own. At this point I was pretty tired and was checking in close to 10pm so that’s why I didn’t leave. The carpet had blood stains and there was at lease 1 roach. The towels were dingy as well. I know that housekeeping cleaned the room, made the bed, and took out the trash but beyond that this was the most dissatisfying experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life. I did also tell the property my experience before leaving.

We always enjoy staying here! The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and so quiet. This is, however, our second stay with no morning coffee in the lobby as advertised, but we will continue to stay here. Very affordable and safe.

I liked the rooms , ac and the staff that checked us in but on my way out when I was about to ask a question the Hispanic lady at the front yelled at me saying to wait a min she’s busy , so I walked out. She don’t need to working there if she can’t handle 1 questions with 1 other person in line.

Security is great and the staff is always on top of things and always very courteous! A very convenient spot too, with restaurants within walking distance and a big convenience store! I can't believe I get such a great hotel at such a great price!!!

It was very clean and a great experience. I was on the first floor and I could easily find everything. The lights went out due to the weather, but they came back on in less than 2 minutes. Overall, 8/10 experience.

I extended my stay and before I can even go downstairs to check back in she stood at my door while I had just got out the shower naked and proceeded to ask me all this information even after I told her that I had already booked another reservation. She then told me to check out even though the reservation was already there. The trash room gets full really quick and that’s where the Roach factory is so when I put my trash in a bag In the hallway they told me they were going to charge me $10. Oh and the cops regular there, you can see them at least once a day

Booked my room online only to get to the hotel and was told they didnt have any rooms avaliable! No accommodations were made

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I actually didn’t even stay all nights I booked it was so bad! Mold in the tub,the tub was clogged. There was hair in and around the sink as if someone shaved. The room smelled like cigarettes and old food. Microwave and refrigerator were broke. Also 2 out of 6 lights worked. Neighbors were very loud and arguing sounded like physical violence a few times. I even think some prostitution and drug trades were going on at that hotel. Very sketchy place. The elevator is a safety hazard and is broke. My room key didn’t work. The housekeeper spoke very little English.

Didn’t use amenities, the grounds are ok, there was a car with a flat tire next to ours that never moved the whole week we were there. But the crew that was busy picking up the garbage and made sure to pick up and keep it clean .

It was a OK stay, but the only thing I am upset about is that I called to hear about their pet policy and I was informed that it would be $25 more and that it was ok to book online it would just be $25 more when we got there. We get there and they charge me $76 plus what I had already paid. Super disappointing

It was ok. I’m pretty sure they have roaches though. The keys to the door wasn’t working either. Had to get a new key every time I came in. The room also smelled like old mop water.

I have been staying here for the past 2 months and possibly another. I have had a great experience as the people that work here are friendly and get to know you as you stay longer. I've also had the pleasure of meeting about 8 people i became friends with. It does get pricey but using hotels.com ive accumulated 3 free nights and using coinapp ive gotten 2% cash back which is pretty cool. I give this a solid 3.5 to 4 star. Its no Marriott but when your needing a place to stay space and doesnt matter this hotel has all you need to enjoy an extended stay.

I went to reserve this hotel and the power was out and never received a notice the power was out just no power no service

unavoidable by facility was weather which caused power outage. The issue I had with them was that there was no power and we were unable to leave hotel due to ice storm. They offered no assistance with food items that we could purchase. Staying in hotel without power or food. I left day early as soon as roads were semi safe for travel and braved the next travel route.

Overall, the stay was okay. Our room smelt of smoke and there definitely were smokers inside the building who did not follow the no smoking rules. The room was fairly clean but you could tell they don’t spend the most time in between stays cleaning. I’m not sure if it was just during our stay or if it is normal, but a lot of commotion and loud people sitting next to us. Staff were very nice though and for what we paid, I’d say it was worth it.

The air conditioning in the room was out and I went to complain and see if we could change rooms and the attendant didn’t speak and or understand English so she didn’t know what to do. Overall I’ve never had a worse experience than this.
