I liked the location right next to a gas station and burger kind I didn’t like that they commercialized their studio queen size rooms w.kitchen to be furnished w. Pots & pans & silverware &weren’t able to provide any of that nor willing to provide room serv as in cleaning your room unless you have been there for 2 weeks ! Also not to mention unable to provide clean towels any hour of the day you had to personally collect your own USED TOWELS TO BRING DOWN MIND YOU ON A CERTAIN DAY ONLY TO BE ABLE TO RECIEVE BRAND NEW CLEAN TOWELS ! Other than that staff was okay & didn’t bother us !

The facility was clean but had a strange smell throughout. Room are clean but showed heavy wear and unlevel. Dresser and nightstand drawers were constantly opening by themselves, outlets at desk and kitchen did not work, microwave/vent hood is falling, light switches intermittently worked, TV would not change channels, desk chair broken, toilet seat broken, cabinet door missing, no kitchen supplies as advertised, no breakfast as advertised, elevator door on a couple stuck and couldn't exit. If you're on a budget and need a place to stay it will suit you. But my employees and myself will not be staying here again.

OMG, where do I start? I literally have video of the horrible conditions of my room. I have stayed in hotels that were a little challenged, but I have never stayed in a hotel with this low level of maintenance and disappointment. I literally should’ve went to a motel 6. Lightbulbs cracked, raggedy dresser., holes in walls, the outlets were so bad I had to use a shoe in between the wall and the bed to hold my plug . no pots no pans on site and they didn’t even offer us new towels for the next couple of days that we stayed there. There was a kid jumping up and down on the higher floor that sounded like people were upstairs fighting. The room literally smelled like piss to the point we had to go and grab Lysol. There is no doubt this hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt or do a serious remodeling. To be honest, I cannot believe they are renting out rooms at this location. They should refund my entire purchase. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. I will give them that but the rest of this hotel was completely garbage. I have video to back up my experience so when I recommend anybody staying here, I recommend going to motel 6. At least they will leave the light on for you because these likes were cracked. SO MY ANALYSIS OF THIS HOTEL LET’S JUST CALL IT ONE STEP CLOSE TO A DUMP. It is what it is. I don’t even know if I’m gonna ever stay at the extended stay again.

Checked room before I bring in my luggage. Notice sheets were not clean (dry snot),room smells,restroom dirty,kitchen dirty,hole in wall,dust on walls,mold behind restroom sink faucet for not being cleaned. I asked for clean sheets & was denied. I asked why? He stated that he need proof. Took pictures to show him he proceeds to tell me that it's nothing that he can do because this is a private owned company. I asked for clean sheets not a new room. We had to go & buy cleaning products, sheets,blanket to clean a room that should've been done PROPERLY. I also let him know that his lack of customer service was rude. He goes to tell me that I can check out & go somewhere else to stay. We clean when we have time. Lol... I ask the front desk to do a wellfare check on my room 224 today 08/11/2025 around 11am to 1p I called the front desk to be transferred to my room 3 times no answer, the front desk clerk told me he was to busy to go do a wellfare check and my wife phone was dead, I had to call the police to do a wellfare check. So at this time the front desk clerk was too lazy to go check my room to see if my family was still alive. I didn’t like the fact that this Mexican said he not gong to do a wellfare check, simply ignored a live and dead situation. That’s not good.

I would like to request a refund, the tables were not wiped down dirty tv stand, the wall plus looked hazardous popping out the wall, elevator was not working, it was a non smoking room and you could smell cigarette and weed smoke as soon as you walked into the hallway, we were on the third floor with no elevator had to carry our bags up, floor was dirty, sheets and curtains were stained, roaches running around looked like people were fixing there cars parked all accross the lanes in the parking lot, carpet was stained the drawers looked like they were falling apart, wall had stains. We weren’t even there 30 minutes before we left and booked somewhere else. I have pictures to back up all this information so please accommodate us and refund our hard spent money for this very disfortunate situation and waste of money and time in our vacation.

No where to sit in the lobby while waiting for a taxi. Front desk was unattended and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to Dallas a taxi the second morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was good size and the TV worked fine.

The pictures for this property need to be updated. The water is dirty, there are roaches and all of the dressers are really old and broken. I’m usually not one to complain and the price was reasonable but all of the pictures online show nice new furniture, beds with more than one thin sheet and no comforter and furniture that doesn’t look like it has been thrown from a two story window. If you smoke crack or are looking to hang out with roaches then this is the place for you.

Couldn't sleep for smoke smell... blood on door handle panel inside of door, toilet was not totally clean handle had something visible on it. Keys didn't work when i returned and had to pee. Thank God for the overnight front desk person running the key up. I checked out the next morning and they had the audacity to keep the money for the day i didn't stay. Never again. Carpet had a huge red stain in it not sure what it was.

This was one of the most unforgettable hotel stays of my life. Between the used food stuff littering the room, the cigarette ash, and the window that just fell apart and into the room one night, I can't imagine how little cleaning and maintenance goes into this property.

Terrible !! Got to the room and it reeked of a musty smell. Toilet did not work so we tried to call the front desk only to find out our phone didn’t work. We went downstairs and the worker told us he would give us keys to a vacant room to use that restroom when we needed to (instead of just giving us a new room???). We waited 30 minutes for the worker to come back upstairs with the new room key and he never came. We went to the lobby and there was no one working. Called the front desk phone, nothing. We had tickets to an event so we left. When we came back to the hotel for the night, no one was working because after 10 pm everyone leaves except security !!!! So we talked to security (who was very nice) and he said there were no empty rooms so we were basically stuck with a room and no functioning toilet. We decided to go home, didn’t even spend the night. Terrible !! Spend money elsewhere.

After paying for our stay, the door to the lobby was never opened therefore our money was just taken from us. And we had to wait in the car till morning, when a worker told us that they would no longer be able to compensate the money that we paid because we were too late to check in

There were roaches all over the room and the toilet was stopped up

made a reservation for the room and upon arrival was told that there were no rooms available and that they were not able to honor the reservation.

Do not use! This hotel was absolutely horrible! The customer service was non existent, the rooms were disgusting, the smoke detectors were ripped out and there were bullet holes in the ceiling!

Soon as I walked into my room there was roaches and a very dirty/rusty kitchenette ... don’t let me get started on the bathroom!!!! This place smells very bad and it’s obvious that’s there’s a rat problem. The workers at the front are very lazy and act clueless so please don’t waste your money or time. NOT TO MENTION they LIED and said i stayed for two nights so I wouldn’t be eligible for my refund. I LEFT THE HOTEL RIGHT AFTER CHECK IN

Everything was wonderful except the fact that when I checked in my room there were roaches in the restroom and by our beds.

To noisy, there were roaches in the room. When we got there my wife pass a chub on the table and it was dirty. And as we get inside the hotel the smell of cigarettes was intense. We had to buy febreze to help with the smell in the room. I am a cancer patient and when we got to the handycap parking there were cars without the handycap permit or tag.

Roaches. Night staff is infriendly. And if your cooking and get smoke in the room they will ley you book and the. Refuse service. Screwed out of 80 dollars never staying here again. Doors slam shut key card system is trash, the red roof is better than this dive.

Stay away! This place reeks of cigarette smoke! My room stunk so bad. Every time the a/c turned on, it smelt like a locker room. The faucets leak. The bed sheets are stained & torn. The doorknobs to the side entrances have been removed so parking is extremely inconvenient if there’s no spaces in the front entrance. One night I was woken up by the fire alarm! It was awful. There’s always trash in the elevators, hallways, & parking lot. The staff is helpful though. Honestly, I think the tenants are what make this place awful. The owners of this property really need to invest in their business. But of course, the staff are responsible for holding people accountable. Just stay away.

When I came to check into my room. There weren’t any room available. But had charged my car before my arrival. I had to sit in the lobby for hours till they figured out they could find a room for me.

It wasn’t good. The tv wasn’t working. I tried calling the front lobby. The front lobby wasn’t picking up. I called from my phone still nothing. I went downstairs and it took about 5 mins to get someone to assist me. Once I advised them that the tv didn’t have the HMi cord they said maintenance would come and fix it. That took another 30 mins to an hour for someone to come over. And course more time for maintenance to fix it. Once maintenance left I also noticed the lamps don’t work but I kinda just gave up.

Bugs, room smelled bad, just seemed really dirty and rundown

This room was filthy, and when I say that I mean I had to go buy my own can of raid. Roaches were everywhere. Walls counters bathroom cabinets and even the bed. We didn’t even sleep. It was that bad.

The staff was very kind and went out of the way to ensure my cleanliness and accommodations for perfect for me however the room's the traffic the thin walls small TV rickety elevator and a lack of proper accommodations outside of the hotel staff said slot
