Location is good; it is rather conveniently located. And I appreciated that there was amble parking. I was able to get my tasks done. There was water leaking from the faucet of the tub/shower. The floor and carpet felt somewhat damp. There were stains in the sink. The hall smelled.

Anyway, I waited about 20 min before checking in but there was a sign. The room itself (312) was not up to my standards. Rusted refrigerator, stains on carpet. Overall, unhappy. So I decided not to stay and booked another room at another hotel.

The minute we walked into our room it had a dusty smell. The ceilings had weird stains, the bathroom had hair in the sink and the tub. Not only that the countertops didn’t seem wiped down very well.

The convenience to Galleria mall No security cameras. Room was something out of horror films. “Breakfast” was nothing more than crap. Hallways smelled and bare feet stuck to room’s carpeting. Overall a disaster.

Nothing is a positive System is not operational between 11PM -4PM. While booking Breakfast was included, but in the property they said no Breakfast will be provided. Kitchen is ther but no vessel even boil water.

It’s an extended stay so a mostly real kitchen. Could overall use some upgrade love but the room was clean and air conditioner worked. That’s about all that mattered to me this trip.

There is no ice machine on property, the in room freezer has two blue plastic trays to make ice by hand, tub has no stopper or mechanism so forget about taking a bath - water drains down pipe, sink was missing stopper as well, there was no pots / pans in room when we arrived, had to ask for them, then they were short on bowls, only 1 bowl for 2 people, no hot breakfast, it's granola bars, packaged oat meal or stale muffins, coffee and hot water, in room phone did not work, tubs / showers are old and need upgrading, nothing provided for extded stay but pots pans and silverware, they issued a room key to other guests who came and unlocked our door, place looks run down and needs upgrades. They have good parking lot security and good location, but that is the only thing good I can say. They gave a room key for our room to other guests who came and opened our door. No stopper on tub, do you can not use bath tub, in room phone did not work, no ice machine on premises, you have to make your own ice from two blue plastic trays in freezer.

There was a fire on my floor and the staff did nothing. Provided no guidance or instructions to help ppl evacuate. The alarms started going off just after midnight, there was smoke in the hallway and when I was evacuating the building to wait outside I saw staff in the lobby telling ppl they didn’t know what to do. Overall, fairly quiet, room waa comfortable, TV was a bit difficult to operate (had to do some configurations with the cable wires), bed was comfortable. Ms. Charlotte, (night attendant) was an absolute joy! She was warm, friendly and very helpful!

The tv didnt work, the phone in the room didnt work, the bed was hard and not super comfy and i like firm beds. The customer service was amazing. If you want cookware, cups, plates, forks and such you have to request it as they are not in the rooms even though they are kitchenettes. There is no information given that explains this but they will tell you if you ask. I liked the staff they were kind and polite.

This property is in urgent need of renovations and cleaning. It smelled like a senior citizens retirement center. Room refrigerator was very dirty. There were no blankets. The bed was small. The TV didn’t work. We will not be staying there ever again. The only nice part was the friendly front desk staff.

First room.. I could hear puppies barking from the nearby rooms, phone didn't work, water wouldn't go cold and overall, room felt uncomfortable and didn't feel clean/safe. Called down to the very nice front desk associate and she accommodated me nicely by moving me up a floor.. but my employer booked me to stay at this hotel without fully understanding that a lot of the guests of this hotel are almost full time residents and/or off the streets.. and had a close interaction with one of the guests who I think was on drugs and yelling at the front desk associate about her sights/delusions. Definitely not the hotel for one to stay by themselves and/or for anyone who wants to stay comfortably.

The staff was very nice but the property itself was very deceiving from pictures on site . No breakfast served . If it wasn’t for the very nice staff would have never stayed here !

The room was clean, but it had a horrible smell. I had to spray Lysol just so we could tolerate it. The bathroom sink kept getting clogged but became unclogged when we stuck a pencil down it. The place needs some minor fixing and a good cleaning. Good part was the staff was nice, no bugs at all, and it was reasonably priced.

The hotel is kinda old in comparison and not fancy but it’s clean and safe and excellent for the cost. Refrigerator broke while we were there but we weren’t using it so no harm no foul.

Getting there after a 5 hours drive and get to a bathtub with mold and rust in it, was just disappointing. Besides that, staff provided good service and it was easy to park, location is pretty good too.

I've stayed here 3-4 times. The location is excellent, actually easy walking distance from the Houston Galleria. Easy on and off the W610 Loop and very safe area. For the bargain price the hotel is excellent. It is no frills, but clean, comfortable and very friendly. You will get all you need for a short one night, or a longer stay. Parking is free and convenient. Good tv service, comfortable bed and all you need if you are not looking for luxury.

We were on the plane the whole day and came there late at night and they didn’t have any rooms available for us!!!! Even though we booked AND paid a month in advance!!!! This is an awful experience with no rooms and bad customer service. They couldn’t help us at all and I was tired and disappointed. Nothing like this ever happened to me before . Worse experience ever!!!!

The hotel looked great, was very clean, very comfortable. The parking was free and easy and near my room. The next morning I found myself needing a printer and even though there was no business center the girl that worked the front desk was unbelievably helpful she went way over and above what she needed to. Compared to other hotels in the area this one was economical, clean, the staff was friendly. I would recommend this to others without any second thought. The lady at the front desk was very personable.

The appliances were rusted, the dresser looked like something you would find next on Craigslist for free, there was a huge crack in the shower wall and the curtains were falling off the rod. The bed was terrible, and the bedding and towels were thin and cheap. Also, there was hair on the pillows and sheets in the room my daughter's family stayed in. Only one elevator was working and the breakfast consisted of coffee and a packaged muffin. The only thing you are getting for your money is location but I would pay twice as much to stay in any of the other hotels in this area.

We booked a room super last minute and I was still so pleased with the service that was given. I dealt with two young ladies at the front desk and they were both extremely professional and cordial as can be. They went out of their way to tend to our needs and I am so happy that we decided to go with this facility. Everything about it was amazing. But the service really made the stay worth it.

I dealt with two young ladies at the front desk and they were both extremely professional and cordial as can be. They went out of their way to tend to our needs and I am so happy that we decided to go with this facility. Everything about it was amazing. But the service really made the stay worth it.
