The room we were in was lovely, refurbished. It was close to very close to the airport which made it handy when flying in or out. Close to the NRG stadium. The staff were lovely, they gave us water on arrival at midnight - they are 24hours, made us feel comfortable, anything we needed they were there. I didn’t dislike it, the hot water for the shower could of been hotter, it was warm

The staff was helpful, and the room was exactly what we needed for the trip. It was clean and had the amenities I needed. I wish they had a breakfast but it was not a deal breaker. They provided local restaurants we could go to near the hotel.

I liked the fact that the heater was working very well. I liked my room 111 and where I was placed . They clean the room while you leave. Maybe they could get bigger t.v ..but besides that it was pretty great spot.

Very close to the airport. Literally walking distance should you be so inclined. Gentleman at the front desk is as good as it gets. Reasonable price. Not the most scenic area of town, but not important to me. Could use some night lights.

It was a good location for the conference I was attending. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, which was necessary during the intensely hot weather while I was there. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not provided, contrary to what their online profile says. There was coffee but no food. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable but could use some repainting due to marks on some walls. The bathroom tub also needs upgrading.
