The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!

Breakfast was disappointing, more like a Holiday Inn Express (small prefabricated cheese omelettes or runny scrambled eggs) and packaged danish. The great Texas shaped waffles are a thing of the past. The light switches were not all functioning and the rooms are showing their age. Staff were less friendly and had difficulty with English. Probably our last stay there after visiting on Ang for more than ten years. Needs updating and investment.

Breakfast was great just had the get there at 630 to be fresh!

The hotel was horrible! Just don't say! Trust me the showers are nasty. The hallways smell like dog pee. Staff rude.

Overall we had a good experience. I would recommend keeping the elevators and rooms a little cleaner. When we first arrived our room had some white crumbs on the floor, it might be construction waste but the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Also the shower wasn’t built properly, the water kept running out into the floor. I didn’t complain since we were staying for one night. The breakfast was good though. We enjoyed the pool as well.

First off I’ve stayed in the hotel many time before. I also a rewards money. However room 232 was not well maintained. The attempted repair of water damage was very visible as the used two different colors, the shower knob came off and the foot of the bed was broken when you sat on the edge. The sofa looked dated and dirty.

I accidentally booked the standard King vs Studio King for the kitchen. They would not make the change at the hotel or through Expedia. That was why I booked this hotel. Zero customer service or loyalty on all sides. Terrible experience.

I had to move from the 3rd floor to the second floor because we had a roach in our room. They wouldn't not even accommodate us for the inconveniences. They said the roaches comes out when the rooms are sprayed. They didn't even give me a credit for having to change rooms. Won't stay there again.

This was my favorite hotel experience so far. Shout out to Rosa and Blanca for their exceptional customer service. I had a really bad day in checking in with Rosa was so pleasant. And then waking up to speak with Blanca made it even better. So clean and so comfy! God bless this property.

The bed was super comfortable. Rooms give hosiptal vibes, very small for the price. Just not visually appealing. Would not recommend for that reason only.

Convenient location, looks clean, but bathroom there are ants , shower water was black when you first turned on , let it run few minutes. Breakfast was not fresh….. Checking staff was not that friendly….

First the room were not clean. They did changes us to another room. They clean just fast the rooms. My truck window got broken and they didn’t care or just told us that we have signs all over the hotel. It was 3 trucks and 2 days later was another vehicle. The food service Personel were great. Those guys are a 10.

The property was fine and the area was nice but we reserved cribs and there were never any available. We did not get much sleep and my toddlers fell out of the bed. I did not know there was a possibility that they would run out of cribs or we would have made other arrangements.

The female hotel employee who checked me into my room displayed a profoundly negative attitude. It was evident that she was disinclined to engage with me and provide any form of customer service. She failed to complete the check-in process and abruptly departed, leaving another employee to complete the task. The original employee subsequently left the premises for the day. This behavior was utterly unacceptable and left a deeply unpleasant impression.

Hotel was incredible. The rooms were great, the breakfast was delicious amd the staff was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Location, and parking. People were excellent. Parts still under renovation, and breakfast was cold. Possibly due to Thanksgiving holiday. No ice machine available. WiFi Very Slow.

We visited the Element when our AC went out, and it was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Check-in was easy and the staff was welcoming. I’d definitely recommend.

Hotel was dirty and the elevators are in need of service. One was out of order and the other was a rough ride! Informed the staff of my concern about using the elevator again and they were dismissive. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. However, overall the hotel was dirty and unkept. I came here for a work trip, and no other hotels were available, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see there was a sink with filtered water and a desk that had a TV that squirt from the bed to the desk to view. The shower was also absolutely beautiful and the unit stayed. Cold is spicy, humid, muggy heat.

The property wasn’t bad compared to the situation of no lights. The main problem was walking up the stairs to the 4th floor because the elevator was down. the dog big dogs were so unruly loud and the owners had no respect for others. Also leave pee pads from their dogs in the stairwell. The washers didn’t really work well

Good, but I expected better quality. The fridge was making noise and I had to wake up after midnight to unplug the fridge because it was so noisy. Breakfast was fine regular not many options for fruit. They use clorox to disinfect which is good but the smell of clorox was irritating for me.

PLEASE don’t waste your money, this place is terrible, absolutely no customer service, if anything extremely rude. We had no house keeping even after making multiple calls to get someone to clean, front desk hung up when we called to get rooms switched. $700 for 2 nights for 2 rooms went down the drain. The Element Houston Vintage park is an amazing place, the check in desk was pleasing and inviting. I enjoyed the experience with a quick and to the point check in, no issues with the customer service was courteous and respectful. the room was very nice, clean, and amentias was all in place. I liked that the room had everything in there, the kitchen, the living area and the bedroom was very nice and the bathroom was very elegant. I enjoy the stay it was worth every penny.

I don’t like the fact that there is no security I have stayed at this hotel many times and unfortunately they have broken into my van twice the area seems very quiet which is a great opportunity for thieves. It’s also hidden away.

I like the rooms are really nice and modern. The place reminded me of a resort with the nice option to cook. The breakfast was okay but could be better overall it was great.

I went to spend my weekend to he relax at the pool and to rest and sleep in my room . When we were at the pool the Bathroon at the pool was not flushing , I told the guy at the counter, during my stay my room was connected to another room and you can hear all the loud voices from the kids and their parents talking next to the door . To finish ruining my stay theres is a food truck doing delivery to the hotel At 6:am 😩 for a lot of time 😩? What kind of place is this???? I couldn’t go back to sleep!!!!! As soon as I picked up my things I went to the counter and I told the lady that can’t happen there where people are paying to rest and sleep!!!! I would like my money back as soon as you can since the lady at the counter didn’t do nothing for me .

I was disappointed in breakfast. The sausage links were a cheap frozen type, there was NO cereal and NO pancakes/waffles - but there was syrup out. And the elderly Hispanic man (he spoke Spanish to someone) that apparently put the food out, made a couple inappropriate/crude comments/jokes about a younger male staff member - something about the TV remote missing etc. The worst breakfast in the 6+ stays I’ve had over 10 years. So a bad ending to my stay. I may not come back.

We have stayed here plenty of times before. It’s always clean and comfortable! We will continue to stay here when we are in the area.

The area the hotel is located in is great. The lobby is modern ans you can tell is updated. The rooms are like stepping into the time machine back 10 years. They are old and smell like a wet dog. The hotel was booked through Expedia and upon arrival they charged my card additionally for a nights stay plus what Expedia charged. 1 month later and i still have not been refunded.

I was really happy with the lobby and the girls in front but that was the last of my happiness with this place.....i would not ever stay there or recommend The Element to anyone i like or care about.
