The gentleman at the check--in (Sat April 11, 2026) was very polite and professional. Very pleasant conversation about where to eat close by. He gave me suggestions and diretions.

Room was rundown walls and doors were dirty. Towels look dirty with black stains. The lobby smelled like cat pee, and the bed was absolutely horrible and lumpy.

The room was okay. The sink water pressure in the bathroom was horrible and the room was super hot until I turned on the a/c. It cooled off in about 30 minutes. The customer service was good.

The man at the front desk was nice. Once we got in the room it wasn't bad. We enjoyed the hot tub. The blankets had cigarette holes in them. Instead of changing them, the cleaning staff left them on the bed. I had to go to the front and ask for a new one. Then there was glue all over multiple services. I told the guy at the desk, and he said Don't worry about it and that he had tried to scrape it off with no avail. The pics of this place are definitely edited. It looks like a sketchy place. The breakfast consisted of six powdered donuts from the little pack, some cereal, and a waffle maker. So, needless to say, we went to Sonic for breakfast.

Room resembled a refugee shelter with lumpy pillows & worn ,thin , faded blue blankets,it smelled like a 20 yr old ash tray . I booked a king but got 2 full beds instead. The bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in at the bottom . It was nasty!

The hot water also did not get that hot. I ran my water with just the hot water on. Compared to water I stayed at the night before the place was nice

The property is ran down. My bed sheets had bleach marks, furniture was completely chipped and wobbles. Stains absolutely everywhere. Even had hair on my towels from previous guest. It’s not a vacation home but could use some updates

We could reach everywhere we want to visit in short time. Room was clean. Hotel seems to be renovated. Breakfast wasn't diverse. Our reserved room wasn't empty when we arrive. We are offered a different room. They said it's booking.com 's mistake, they overbooked.

Bed sheets had hairs which did not belong to us. We paid ~ $140 for the night (due to hotels taking advantage of people not having power in the area); I would not have paid more than $50 (pushing it) on a normal day. All other hotels were completely full around us and we needed a place to stay before our flight the next morning. I do not recommend this place at all.

Management was attentive to the small issue we had with the television and WiFi. There were some guys who kept hanging around the stairs smoking "blunts." That's not too inviting. There were also some children who were using the walkway as their personal playground. But, that's not necessarily management's fault.

Bath towels are sized for Hobbits. If you're there on a Friday or Saturday and are bothered by outside noise, take ear plugs. It sits on a busy corner, and people seem to love hearing their loud car/motorcycle pipes echoing as they go under the overpass at that corner. The young lady who checked us in was quite friendly. The rest of the staff.....not so much. The breakfast selection was poor. The cereal was so old that it was all stuck together in the dispenser. My wife was unable to get enough waffle batter to even make a full waffle. They also had a few packaged off brand pastries and juice. At the price paid, I don't expect a 5 star breakfast buffet, but would it kill you to put out some fruit or maybe a boiled egg? Oh! By the way, you must eat in the designated area. No grab and go or taking it back to your room lest you be chased down and verbally berated by staff. To summarize, you get what you pay for. I thought I found a deal based on previous reviews. I will not stay there again.

Disrepair mostly, the bathroom sink water barely flowed the toilet seat was loose there was a large gap beneath the door, there was however a very large screen television and the channel selection was quite impressive.

I was told yes, no mention of any deposit Walking my dog in the evening was chased down by the employee saying we had to pay a $35 deposit, then asked if we had cash. Seemed a little shady to be asking for cash!

The room was clean, but was located beside the ice machine so we heard people there several times. The air conditioner was quiet, but the sirens we heard were annoying.

This property was very clean but the remote was pretty messed up and the light behind the mirror went out. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Fairy quiet Problem with computer system, stating that I was a 2hr reservation!? (That's gross) I was 2 day reservations. How I found this out was a man came into my room to see if I was checked out already 😱 He was apologetic.

I was pleasantly surprised. The site is extremely clean. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Quiet and cozy. A great place for a getaway. Family friendly. The reviews don’t lie. I highly recommend this location.

The room was not completely clean when we checked in. The trash had not been taken out and the sink had not been wiped. We took out the trash and wiped up the sink. I reported this to the office and asked for hand towels. They apologized and the room was cleaned daily the rest of our stay. When I received my credit card statement there was an extra $200 charge. I called and was told we had taken the microwave. There was no microwave in the room when we checked in. I did not report this as I did not notice there was no microwave right away and we did not need to use a microwave during our stay. So far the hotel has not reimbursed us for the errant charge.

I kept answering “no” to all their questions but they never stopped waking towards me. As a woman, yes, I got completely scared and immediately walked back to my vehicle to get my husband. Husband could tell I was scared so he jumped out of my vehicle and I let him know what was going on. The young men never said they worked there nor were they wearing anything that seemed like they were working. Both were wearing basketball shorts and a tshirt. I asked them again if they were employees and finally they said yes and let us know where to park because where I had parked was a spot “only for the owners”.

For a handicap room, the shower didn't have any seating, only grab bars. Also the shower heads had very little water pressure. The overall smell of the room was musty, not pleasant at all.

This property is much cleaner than most, my amenities weren’t the best as they didn’t function as they should and my sheets on the bed had more than enough obvious stains on the sheet and should not have been used for guest.

I might not have given such a good review if it hadn't been for the wonderful service I got from the general manager, Ripal. He was very pleasant and professional, especially in dealing with a relatively small complaint I had after arriving to discover that the "efficiency unit with full kitchen" that had been described as an upgrade in the listing of rooms available, indeed had a full kitchen, but it had no pots, pans, utensils provided, or anything else to cook or clean up with. When I brought this to Ripal's attention, he said that such units are usually taken by people staying for longer periods who came with their own cooking equipment. He apologized however, and gave us the lower rate for a regular unit without an efficiency, but said he didn't want us to have to move all our stuff, so we still got to use the bigger unit. Also, the television in our unit didn't work, but when we told him about this he came up himself immediately to fix the cables and get it working.

I love their Jacuzzi suite it's well worth the price, clean and comfortable and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

Very happy with our stay- room was clean, staff was friendly, location was in a convenient area and parking was readily available. The only downside of the stay was weak water pressure from sink and a twitching light in the bathroom. Other than that it was a fantastic stay!

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HOTEL. EVERONE WAS VERY NICE. JUST WISH HAD CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST BUT DONUT SHOP NEXT DOOR. LOVED THE SMALL KITCHEN WE WERE THERE 4 DAYS CAME IN HANDY WITH A 7 YR OLD. EVEN TOOK A POT FROM HOME FOR HIS NOODLES. WOULD STAY AGAIN WHEN IN AREA.

I have stayed here way too many times. This hotel is and has always been nice in every aspect. I recommend it highly. And they keep on top of security issues. Many cameras. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but I personally haven't had a issue in the last 5 years. Location is perfect for shopping, eating out. And washers and dryers work well.

It was great no complaint front desk was wonderful i stayed here extended amounts of time to the point workers learned my name they were very helpful cleanliness was a must for me and they passed if recomment this to anyone price affordable and all

The first night was great but the 2nd night when we had a late night out we woke up a little late and the office guy was so rude, rushed us out of the room wouldn’t allow me to pay for another night there completely disrespectful and would t help me understand there situation and why we had to leave

Not bad but not exceptional. Noisy. Very close highway. HVAC system has an annoying loud rattle. Lighting in vanity area is too dim. Had to turn on the other room lights to be able to see.

My stay was amazing. The hotel room was fresh and clean. Great location. Front desk clerk was very nice. Felt safe staying here.

Don’t t judge a book by its cover, place was very upgrade, new vinyl floors, new beds, good lighting, the works, other than that not enough towels but great stay. 👍😀

I like that there is NO carpet in this nearly new hotel. I am smell sensitive and this helps. The floors are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Have stayed here 4 times in last year. will continue to use in future.

This hotel very nice staff and very clean place. I enjoyed the time there. Good location. Many restaurants around the area. Freeways. So easy to get around Houston area. Safe area too.

Breakfast offering was minimal due to corvid-19; noisy guests congregating at stairways

Friendly staff rooms were clean and very accommodating

Breakfast area was closed, but i expected thst and to front desk provided me some bowls. I brought my own pans, they dont provide. Room was super clean and like new, except the tv remote didnt chane channels.
