All three elevators were non operational, the comforter was soiled and a clean one was not provided as requested. Our room key gave access to numerous rooms, making us not sure if that was the case with all guests keys and someone could enter our room.

like the fact that you guys had a place to set with family and talk with out setting in the room the price of the food and drinks in the bar area was a little high for what I ordered.

Receptionists weren’t friendly, just wanted us in and out. One receptionist was even on her phone playing a loud video while talking to us during check in. Only one way in and one way out! Side doors only used to exit, can’t even use our keys to open any doors for the outside. Would rather stay somewhere else cheaper with better quality like a holiday inn!

The building was nice, rooms were a good size and comfortable, WiFi was what you would expect. The gym was nice, enough freeweights. Breakfast was great if slow, I would look elsewhere for dinner. Also had one elevator out of commission, so dinner being lacking and the elevator are the reason for the star lost. Staff was amazing though, super friendly

Hotel was very clean and nice beds are super comfortable made me want to take the bed home lol. Gym was amazing had everything I needed to get a good workout in before beginning the day only thing I would have liked to have was free breakfast.

The boho theme made the ambiance warm and inviting. The beds were so comfortable and it was hard to leave. Two things that made the stay not a exceptional experience was first, there was only one elevator working. Secondly, the water pressure was too soft.

The room was a good size as a family of 3. Having a sofa bed and a little kitchenette was handy. Lady in the bar was kind enough to get me some boiling water so I could make a tea as the coffee machine was dirty. Front of house staff disappointing lacking customer service skills. Never even asked how was your stay when we checked out. Had to wait ages and chase up a second time for bedding for the sofa bed for our kids when it was already late. No apology from the staff for how long it took. Lift was out of service when we stayed so we had to use the service lift which was fine just an inconvenience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access and ample parking. The rooms are clean and tidy, the check-in process is smooth, and the service is excellent. Be sure not to miss the delicious cookies provided daily as a welcome treat!

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff fantastic. My only complaint we had to use the service elevators due to lobby elevators being out of service.

Not much To begin with , the elevator was out of service , so we had to go with our luggage through the restaurant while people were eating to take the service elevator to my room . The AC was extremely noisy and the humidity inside the room was unbearable.

Booked a suite that claimed to have a stocked mini bar because I needed to work from the room for a few days. Upon check in I quickly realized there was no stocked mini bar and the room was in really rough shape. Damage everywhere, exposed nails, broken light switches, and an overall lack of care for the room. The pool was closed and the elevator was out. I lasted 30 minutes at this property before checking out.

That being said everyone was polite and helpful. It just wasnt the romantic experience I wanted.

Room was clean, the 4th floor smelled pretty badly of mildew particularly at the elevator. Staff were kind. WiFi quality was solid. Parking was a bit of a bit like hunger games overnight. Breakfast was solid. Overall, wasn’t a bad stay but I can’t say I’m itching to book another.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Hotel looked and smelt amazing inside. The room was spotless and the cookies were delicious! Will definitely be my go to Houston hotel going forward!

The rooms are not ready when we arrived there. Then after checking in the room the table has lots of hair on it and it’s dirty. The pillowcase has blood stains on it and night lamp table has also hair on it. When I went in restroom there is long hair on glass of shower.

This property was in a nice quiet area. The overall stay was decent for what we needed it for. However, the room & bathroom was not cleaned properly. The bedsheets looked like they were thrown together in a rush. I waited hours for towels, although the front concierge was very nice in trying to resolve the problem. I personally don’t know if I’d be back. All in all not terrible.

We stayed ine night on our way back home to Az. Rooms where nice and specious. Beds were very comfy. However, on the way out the door to check out there was a huge cockroach crawling on the door frame and almost got on my daughter! So gross and so not a way to start our morning. We told the front desk at check out and all i got was a "I'm sorry ill let management know"

My stay was okay two things I didn’t like . Hotel is clean but the carpet there smells like wet carpet. Second thing I was told I can call for towels at anytime . Call last night for towels never got them .woke up at 6 this morning called again and was told I had to wait until after 7:30 to get any . Had to leave early this morning without the use of towels

This hotel is close to Chinatown and next to expressway. It is convenient to get to other parts of Houston. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Hotel has a huge gym which is a plus

Came in town for the Beyoncé concert this past weekend and even with a full hotel and multiple guests, the service was top tier. Manuel was very helpful and attentive during our stay and the room was spacious, clean and at a good value. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport on the other side of town so not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but that wasn’t an issue for me.

The manager (Manny), the hostess (Nancy) and the front desk agent (Tori) all were so helpful and pleasant. There customer service is wonder.

We were sleeping and at around 8 in the morning the cleaning lady knocked on our door and when we didn’t respond (because we were sleeping) she opened our door. Once we opened the door because we were confused the lady asked if we were staying or checking out. Excuse you that we have until noon to check out. Why would someone ask that by opening our door?

The staff is super nice. The only negative is the temp in the hallways is super warm - I'm sure it is energy efficiency, but still. I think the humidity in the hall ways cause a musty smell. Definitely safe, clean and nice - just not quite 'DoubleTree' nice.

What I like most about the property were several things. The check in process was quick, the rooms were clean, we felt safe and the staff was great. What I like least about the property the loud flushing toilet. It sounded like it was going to explode when you flushed it. By no means a deal breaking but it sounded annoying at time.

Our room was dirty. Hair on the bed and shower and you could tell they didn't scrub the counters. Also leftover food was left in the fridge. Very noisy with road traffic as well. And the humidity in the room was awful.

No Security in the facility, my truck got stolen and when inform the front desk I was inform that several vehicles has been stolen in the past, It was very inconvenience, to get my Vehicle stolen and no sings of security

The room was nice and cozy and beds were comfortable. I really liked the gym. I didn’t like the fact the person at front desk didn’t know the answer to when I told him that I had all inclusive breakfast and they were going to charge me because they were saying it’s only for one which reservation was for 2. I’m glad manager was there and was able to reserve the correct way.

No body soap in the room. Room service only came to clean the room 1 time (we were there 3 days). Front desk lady was not friendly at all. She seemed very Inconvenienced when asked questions.

The room on the other side of the wall had its TV on until I attempted to phone the front desk. The Guest Services button doesn’t function like it is supposed to. I had to call the Google listed phone number to the outside to get a hold of the clerk. All this was at 3 am. Turns out no one was even staying in the room. Cleaning person must have left it on all day.

My husband and 2 tender age children stayed a night as we were traveling from out of town. Everything appeared clean until I discovered a large coachroach on the ceiling above the bed my child was sleeping in. My husband attempted to speak with manager but was not present. Front desk receptionist provided an email. We have yet to hear back from the manager about our poorly and quite frankly unsanitary experience.

The hotel gives us comfort and easy walking access to work. The property is in pretty good condition. The food at the restaurant could have non chilli options.

The property had just underwent a hurricane and they were still trying to get the moisture out of the lobby area. The staff were friendly, but they had also had the software glitch that morning and were still dealing with that. I cannot speak for the property under normal circumstances, but our stay was just fine considering the weather related and technology issues they had encountered.
