The only thing that I didn't like was all the noise from the people above us. The ceiling would crack everytime the kids were running across the floor and you could hear them jumping on the bed. That went on for hours and we'll past midnight. That however, that is out of the control of the hote,l but parents need to do better. I get it their kids, I have my own, but just because you're not at home doesn't mean you should allow that when there's other people below you having to listen to that and I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced to pack up all my belongings back into the luggage to move to another room that late at night.

There was not enough parking and it did not feel safe. The staff was rarely seen. I was allergic to the cleaning products. The room was extremely loud at night. So loud I was not able to sleep. I did not feel safe. I checked out a day early. I would not recommend.

Other than that the room was great! The blinds are the absolute best anywhere around which I love considering I typically need to be in a dark setting to actually sleep undisturbed which this was no problem for me!

The staff was clear about charged deposits. The breakfast was fresh and ready on time. Drivetime to different locations was convenient. The office staff had to leave the front desk to check your room for deposit refund. That's an inconvenience to have to wait for them ride elevators to check rooms. The staff should have a radio to ask another worker to check rooms, especially was a guest is ready to leave.

Noise insulation was lacking. I heard footsteps from an upstairs guest between midnight and 4 AM. After my first complaint at 2 AM, the attendant did little. For my second complaint at 4 AM, I had to ask the attendant to go with me to the room above mine.

The staff was amazing and giving that the hotel is currently under remodel (didn’t know) there was not the best stay. The shower head and mattress were great. But there were furniture in the halls from the remodel and the fire sprinkler in the room as growing hair. There is no coffee maker or blow dry in the rooms … make sure you pack your blow dryer. The door is not water treated so the bathroom door will cry tears of “help”. Give it time and this hotel will see better days.

Took them 3 days to clean our room and that wasn’t till 5pm when we were trying to get ready for dinner after being out all day. There was only one towel in the room when we checked in and there are no comforters or duvets on the bed. There is also tons of construction going on at the hotel.

I tried to check out early (2 nights), I explain and give notice with time and they didn't help me.

Much of the property seemed to be under construction with lots of noise and boxes of materials all around. It is in an industrial area, and it is impossible to walk (and fairly difficult to drive) to any interesting destinations.

Great stay! Easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable bed and great options for breakfast! Only thing to note is there is only an outdoor pool (online it said there was also an indoor one).

The sheets were mismatched, had old stains on them, and the bed was semi comfortable. BLACK MOLD was in restroom and air conditioning area. The tub dripped the entire time. The lights needed to be changed as they were very dim, and the walls were dirty, looked like people splashed coffee, etc. The microwave looked like it caught on fire briefly at some point (on the inside). Extremely noisy starting around the 9-10pm hr. The paint makes it very dark and unwelcoming. I hope changes are in the works.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Behind the bed there were loads amount of trash and dust. The curtains were ripped. The tub had rust on it. The bathroom sink was not clued down.

Staff was very friendly! The property was getting pretty run down, but rooms were clean all things considered.

Less than five minues of being in my room, I noticed another persons earing on my bed. When i turned around to grab my things to go back down to the front desk, there was a roach crawling on my jacket. Front desk agreed to switch my room. When I got into the new room the tub was leakong from the faucet. I couldnt even take a shower because the tib drain was clogged. I was terrified to turn off the lights in fear that roaches would start to come out. I was not able to sleep. I was constantly hearing the screech from thw elevator opening and closing all night. I did not feel comfortable eating any breakfast from this facility due to sanitary reasons. This was my first and last visit to days inn and suites.

You can tell that it's old but also very well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The Internet is absolutely terrible and he breakfast worse. Overall I didn't have much to complain about.

The hotel had painting going on outside, the towels were dirty, the beds were dingy, the windows were covered up , the air was awful I mean everything about this hotel was unsanitary and horrible! I can not believe that hotels.com even attached their name to something so godforsaken awful! The last and final straw is that hotel.com left me unsafe and feeling like me and my child was in danger without ANy solution but there’s nothing that they can do, that was definitely disheartening so my question to you is ….when is a refund or even another hotel room put in the picture? When someone is rapped or robbed or even hurt!!!! Hotel.com and the hotel dropped the ball on this one and going forward I’m not sure I will even use you guys again I felt like my life may have been in danger so we left and slept In the car!!! If I could give the ratings a -0 I would and hotel.com you guys get a freaking 0 too

The only complaints i have is the bathroom cosmetic stuff! The toliet seat was broken, there was a large water mark on the wall between the bathtub and the door jam & the shower curtain bar was crooked so the water ran over the wall (probably why there was said wall damage) it didn't change our stay though and we would 100% choose the hotel again!

Repairs to the room and pool need to take place. I really don’t understand why you would leave a chair like this in a guest room. The patio lights for the pool weren’t on at all and one is broken and a safety hazard.

We got a great deal at the last minute. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. The late night front desk staff was very nice. The room was super clean, inviting and comfortable. We slept so well. Breakfast was very good and we even hit the pool before checking out. I got to meet the owner. He’s terrific! We got the 5 star treatment and facilities for a less than 5 star rate. We wanted to hit the gym but the pool was just too much fun. We were thoroughly satisfied and then some!!!!!

Stayed at Days Inn due to Hurricane Beryl. Appreciated early check-in with kids, but that's where positives end. Room was damp, pull-out bed had no bedding, uncomfortable king bed, constant bath leak. Only stay here if it's a last resort or one-night stand."

This hotel did not fit with my expectations and we ended up not staying. The management is very polite and I believe striving to provide a quality hotel experience however, we believe previous guests had not been respectful of the 2 rooms we reserved. There was damage done that could not be “cleaned” away and we did not feel it was a good environment for our children.

I did not like the fact room service did not clean the room for two days and didn’t get clean towels for two days. I had to ask front desk for clean towels and request room be clean during the 4 day stay. Not acceptable

I was initially given a room that had chiiped walls and chipped bath tib with hair allover. Then ai was cahnged to a room with so much damp and mildew. The staff was rude, and I was drained. I immediately told 5hem I was canceling my booking, but I was stuck for 1 night there. My allergies were triggered, my nose and throat inflamed. I was lucky I had my inhaler, nose drops, centirizine, and olbass oil...which I liberally applied to neutralize the mildew and damp smell. That one night stay at DAYS INN, is my most deplorable hotel stay.

Very good stay. The only complaint I have is when I was checking out I asked for a receipt. For some unknown reason the front desk staff was unable to print out a receipt. So I was informed that if I gave them my email address they would email the receipt for both nights. But to date I have not received my receipts.

I liked the location of the hotel. I did not like that my room smelled dirty. The chair in my room was ripped & torn apart. Also the shower head needs updating because it looked filthy & the water pressure was inconsistent.

We arrived during a severe storm, and the receptionist, did quickly put us into a double room when we arrived. However, once the storm settled, she told us we were going to be moved to a different room saved for us. It wasn’t until the next morning that we realized the shower head was not working. We were not able to properly shower, as we had to crouch in the tub and use a cup to clean ourselves. When we checked out l made the same receptionist aware of the shower problem, and her response was, “Okay.” I hope they corrected the issue. Also, more towels should be supplied.

The check in area was ridiculously disgusting. Our room wasn’t ready at checking. We then told we could upgrade to a suite that one was ready so I did. We got upstairs and in fact it wasn’t ready. The tub had been painted and the paint was peeling off. The bed was like a brick. If it were up to me I would close that place and start over.
