It worried me at first and I didn’t know if I wanted to stay but then I saw more people coming in and decided to stay and it was nice overall. The bed sheets felt sandy or rough

Location for what I need was great, the breakfast was good and hot, staff was very nice. I had food delivered and they didn’t put my utensils in the bag. I went to front desk and they were very helpful and gave me some utensils. The water pressure in the sink was very low

The owner was very accommodating, friendly and helped us out with a special request. He did not have to make special considerations for us but he did. The rooms were clean and the property was up to date. I was very happy with the stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

The room size The management were rude. During the night I reported people were disturbing, puching and hitting the next room door, some people arguing and the manager did not do anithing. It was awful! Beside of that, the front desk charged me extra money for two beds, I requested the same rate because it was disclosure on booking. POOR customer service, POOR breakfast and bed sheets stinking. It was unpleasant!

Significant effort has gone into the hotel's recent renovation, resulting in a polished outcome with all systems operating as intended. My only minor issue was being woken in the middle of the night by nearby children, though once I informed the staff, they handled it promptly and there were no further disturbances.

To say that we were catfished by this property is an understatement. It looks nothing like it does online. It is literally an open air motel that has been renovated. While it was somewhat clean, it still gave somewhat trap house motel. And it had a slight odor to it, that did not go away. If it had not been the fact that we were only staying for a night I would not have stayed. I slept in my clothes.

Room is clean , Air conditioning works well but ventilation inside the room is not great whatever perfume you are using or eating anything, smell will stay in the room for a long time until you open the door for like 20 minutes. Stuff is not bad and the good part they sell water and soda for cheap prices! Water for 1$ that is something new!

The room was really nice. It was clean. The A/C was off in the room when we got there so it took a while to cool down. But once it did, it was cold!! Overall it was great for a 1 night stay.

We stayed here for one night so we could attend a concert downtown. We got there super early and was allowed to check-in for a minimal fee. The man at the front desk was nice and friendly. The 3 bed comfort room was spacious and clean. This was our second time staying here and we would do it again if need be.

It was quite The breakfast sucked really bad. It was like a made up breakfast they had a gallon of milk and a carton of orange juice. Stale muffins, and bread just ridiculous. They gave us a handicap room that was not clean then switched us over to a different room which they made us pay an additional $30 for just to stay in there which should have been complementary because the other room was dirty and no one was handicap.

While the area around the property isn’t great (next to the highway) the Inn itself makes up for it with their hospitality. They truly care about your stay and ensuring your comfort. The Roos are large and comfortable.

The iron did not work, dog barking and ladies laughing at 4:30am. The property was good for a night stay but not longer than that.

The shower head not working. It had a paper bag wrapped around it. Went to front office and nobody's available at desk. Called booking.com and they contacted proper which lied and said that I did not attempt to report and left the keys in the room

The photos shown for this hotel are very misleading and do not match the actual property. It looks like a completely different hotel in person. I traveled with children, and the surrounding area did not feel safe for families. There are several adult stores around the hotel, and we saw people smoking pot during our stay. It was not an appropriate environment for kids. If you are traveling with family, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

The overall look of the hotel wasn’t bad. The rooms are outside but they are updated. Unfortunately, when I checked in, my room was not ready and I walked into a dirty room. No problem, got moved to another room. Room was not bad, but something was off and I was uncomfortable. The floor wasn’t as clean, had hair on the floor still. The bed’s comforter looked like it hadn’t been washed and the towels were covered in hair. I wasn’t very comfortable with staying there, so I left. But the staff were very friendly. I just decided to get my things and go elsewhere for the night.

The AC smelled like mildew and it made the entire room stink and the sheets were stained. I would not stay here again. It was good for a cheap motel but the area didn’t feel safe to us. The staff was nice and overall the room was clean.

Room was very clean and updated. We had a larger corner room so lots of extra space for our family of 4. The parking lot is well lite and we felt very safe. Great location near UH. Beds were harder than we like however that it always a personal preference.

This is my 4th time staying at this property. The rooms are always clean and cold. It’s right but a busy highway but I don’t even notice the noise. The shower has good water pressure. It’s close to the University of Houston. The parking lot is well lit. Great price for staying the night.

The motel was dirty out side on the sidewalks and stairwells. No elevators, and the area seemed unsafe. The worst part was within 4 minutes of getting into our room, we saw roaches. So we did not stay and they refused to give us a refund, even though we took pics of the roaches. Would NEVER stay at this place.

Thank god that we didn’t spend all day in the hotel or anything and we had busy itinerary. The TV we tried turning it on and it was not working at all. It was stuck at blue screen and wouldn’t work. The tub wouldn’t drain, the shower head wasn’t even working properly. Most of the holes on the shower head were clogged, and the pressure wasn’t even close to where o felt comfortable to wash my hair in. I had to pretty much dance around in the shower depending on where the water was strongest at to get the shower done. Like I said thank God we had a busy schedule to keep up so we only would come back to take a quick shower and then sleep and then wake up and then go with our busy day again.

The desk person showed up and was apologetic but somehow there should be a person available for late check in which we left a message about before hand. Second, the TV was not working in our room. We had to wait for the next day to get it work. Third, the breakfast was good.

Room was clean and they cleaned up when we were out of the room. Which was nice. However there was a person downstairs smoking weed and the smelled wen up through the vents into our room. That was hard bc I went to houston for a job interview and the last thing I needed was that smell on me. Other than that the staff was really friendly!

Overall it was an ok stay. They didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner , soap, or toothpaste so make sure you take ur own essentials the floor was a little dirty when we got there the walls are pretty thin we could hear someone running upstairs.

I’ve stayed at this property about 7 times in the past 3 weeks. This last time I booked a 2 day stay and I was disappointed my room was never cleaned.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate for me. There is some restaurants in walking distance. Recommend and would stay there again.

The experience itself was fine. We stayed just 1 night to keep from driving hime after a baseball game and was the right price and distance for what we needed. However the couch in the room was horrible, looked like what were cigarette burn holes all over it and very dirty. We had to throw the blanket from bed over it to sit on it. The bed sheets had a big stain on it when we pulled the covers back when we checked when we 1st got there but i will say i called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to change right away

The property seems to be a small fMily owned type place. She was sure to tell me the room was non smoking but there were burn holes in the couch and it seemed dirty. There is no workout room and the breakfast room and lobby look nothing like the pictures. Its small and cramped. Room was fairly clean looks like they are upgrading, new floors etc. Workout room has 3 large machines with no access to the room, so no workout. Room smaller than expected but decent for a one night stay.

Amazing experience the overnight lady is extremely nice and responsive to any questions I had . I couldn’t figured out the tv in my room and she came right away . The morning guy is nice as well . I love my stay so much I extendend it two extra days . It’s so convenient to downtown house and other areas . Right off the freeway it’s near a Walmart , Heb , Ross and so many food places . I love they have a fitness room , a washer and dryer down stairs , they sell snacks. And the hotel itself is extremely lit so it’s not dark areas always light. I can’t wait to book again thank you so much for your hospitality . I book to get away from my abusive ex bf tell the police got to my apartment so staying here made me feel safe til I was about to make my restraining order and come back home .

I love my stay so much I extendend it two extra days . It’s so convenient to downtown house and other areas . Right off the freeway it’s near a Walmart , Heb , Ross and so many food places . I love they have a fitness room , a washer and dryer down stairs , they sell snacks. And the hotel itself is extremely lit so it’s not dark areas always light. I can’t wait to book again thank you so much for your hospitality . I book to get away from my abusive ex bf tell the police got to my apartment.so staying here made me feel safe til I was about to make my restraining order and come back home .

Amazing experience the overnight lady is extremely nice and responsive to any questions I had . I couldn’t figured out the tv in my room and she came right away . The morning guy is nice as well . The room was good, bright modern furniture clean and big enough. The hotel was conveniently located, and very visible from the street. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. The one thing which caused me to downgrade it was the bad experience in the laundry room. The laundry came out of the dryer still damp, even after the second round, and smelled bad, as if someone had peed on it. Someone must have peed into that dryer. It needs cleaning and maintenance. Earlier I had already called the staff because the dryer did not accept the coins, and after the person on duty wasn’t successful with the coins either, and got the manager, I got a lecture that one should not drop the coins into the slot, but throw them with just the right speed. That worked, but it made me unwilling to contact the staff again after I found that the dryer made my clothes stink. So instead I downgrade the hotel, and wash all the laundry again at my next hotel.

Oh and breakfast, same food every morning, scrambled eggs , sausage , cereal and yogurt. It would of been nice if they had a waffle maker , a lil change of variety of fruits .Either way, it was a very comfortable place to stay at .

Had an amazing stay

Hotel was clean bed comfortable it was a little noisy with highway but I was ok with it. The ac was turned off so it took awhile for room to cool down.

It was beautiful. The blankets need to be thicker. However very clean.

Tv did not work

The Days Inn was a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of nearby freeways. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would highly recommend this motel to those needing accommodations in this part of Houston.

Rooms were pretty clean but the breakfast was super dirty. No one made an attempt to wipe anything down. The cook was also the one in charge of taking out the trash. They just seemed understaffed and irritated.

Very clean and friendly. Great place to rest when visiting Houston! We will definitely recommend and use this place again!

Older place. Cheap. Crappy water pressure. Overall clean and comfy. Not a great neighborhood so take all belongings from vehicle. People hanging out on steps smoking pot.

The air conditioner wasn’t working right and we called the front office two times to get a better room and they just gave us a fan

Very clean. Loved the amenities. Refrigerator, micro, iron n and ironing board, it was very quiet. Staff respectful. Overall an excellent stay.

Hotel has been updated super clean and the beds are amazing and soft . AC works well the couch could be replaced but for the price did not disappoint .. staff was amazing

Multiple lights out made it hard to see in room. Reservation was for handicap, did not receive such room. Parking was far for disabled.

Comfort atmosphere with clear room condition. Mu family love this place!

It’s obvious they are upgrading the property. My unit was clean, many new improvements, the staff were very helpful. I felt safe and rested well!

Poor facilities

It was a quick trip to Houston for graduation. The stay was basic, no one went out of their way to give service. Staff was cordial (expected), not particularly friendly, but did the minimum required.

This property worked well for us. We basically needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting our grandchildren. The staff at check-in were friendly and kind. My husband went to breakfast, but did not think it was very good. The area around the property was a little sketchy, but the property itself was secure and clean this basic hotel served its purpose for us.

I just wish they had water in the lobby!

Is a motel disguised as a hotel

i couldnt sleep because of a racket going on on second floor . it sounded like construction was going on all night.

Real Comfortable Beds And We Gote Some Great Sleep

I stayed with my band for 2 days. It was cool. I did see one roach, but other than that, it was cleaner than it had any right to be saying it's technically a motel.

Close to the area i needed to be in.

We had a good stay. The only problem we had was that the toilet was sluggish; it didn't want to flush.

I have been at this hotel a few times before the service experience it's been good every time the rooms are clean quite place and very well lit fenced parking lot my only issue this time was that a couple of things were damaged the phone was missing buttons as was the A/C unit the stuff was excellent taking care of this very very quick but I think you shall not come to your room to find and report that some things are damaged however like I said the stuff was very very very good at fixing the issue

I only gave a 4 for the area because of all the road work. When that is finished it’ll be a 5

Would definitely go again

The property is awful. Bad management. Roach infested. Seedy looking characters hanging around. Total catfish hotel. Please do a quick Google Maps street search. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel itself. It is unsafe on a stretch of highway by an Adult Video store and run down apartments. You will NOT get any refunds due to their conditions of the hotel with rodents and coach roaches and being in an unsafe unlit area on a stretch of highway. Proceed at your own risk. Especially if you are traveling as a woman or alone. Don’t recommend ever! Awful hotel you got me this time but hopefully people read this and never come to your nasty unsafe hotel!

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30am (we called ahead to make sure this was okay). They didn't have our room ready and asked to use the hot spot on our personal phones to access their computer systems. They put us in a larger room for the night, made us pack up our things by 11am and we could re-check in at 3pm for a different room. We also chose this hotel for the light breakfast they offered. It had dry cereal, a few bagels and apples. We never ate breakfast there.

Failed to mention a 50 dollar cash deposit is required at checkin no atm is available on property and they only take the deposit in cash

The room is big and comfortable. The AC/Heater works effectively despite the room being big. The rest room is also good and tidy.

Phones didnt work so we couldn't call front desk when when adjacent rooms were out of control.

Minuses - The tv did not work(at night), the phone, in the room, did not work, and the wi-fi was spotty. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It was in a good place and affordable in the downtown area.

The sheets were dirty and had dog hair. The pillow cases were also used. That was so gross. I slept on the mattress cover ansed the towell to cover the pilllow.

The hotel is in great location for what we needed . The people that ran hotel gave excellent service to us they upgrade our room with no extra charge. The only problem we had was the microwave had mold growing in it . And cable tv only had like 9 channels with no sports

I just wish housekeeping wouldve stopped by and provided us with some cleaning and some extra towels.

the front desk staff is not very helpful or accomodating. There is no conditioner in the room and he said if there is none in the room then thats it they dont have it. Did not even bother to look, so did not offer to bring it later because they are out of conditioner! The ice machine is also broken

Stayed twice in the last two months. Staff is very friendly. Great stay at a great cost. Clean rooms and convenient location.

A very new property . Completely fenced in for safety and the best owners and management . Large , clean rooms . Hot water with pressure and ac and heating works well . Comfortable beds and free parking .

The room itself was nice and clean. The service at the front desk was terrible. The man that was there when we checked in was rude and raised his voice at us because we got there late into the night. We explained that we called ahead of time and said we would be there late but he did not listen. He continued to be rude and raise his voice, telling us he could give our room away.

The property was in a very bad neighborhood. I checked in and saw a suitcase on the lawn outside. The lobby front desk was behind bullet proof plexiglass. I checked out expecting I would get a one day penalty....but they claimed it was non refundable. I did not feel safe there and left and booked another hotel.

Nice easy check in. We didn't get in until late and it wasn't a problem. Good front desk service. Room was nice and clean. We could not ask for more for the price.

The pictures are deceiving, when you pull in its a motel. Very disappointed with Expedia giving them a 8.2
