Any other hotel I have nook or stayed a month has gladly giving his back . I know they will file that I stayed so they won't have to pay it . So they are keeping it . I plan on filing with the court because they are very rude to most customers. I am very versed in tax law and I have am not gonna double talked . Each employee has said something different so I will take it up to the courts

Nothing at all We end up canceling after we entered the room and found hair all over the sheets and pillows. Also, when we first arrived, we found the emplyee sitting with his legs crossed ontop of the breakfast counter. We ended up returning the keys within 5 minutes of checking into the room. It was filthy.

Active pr0stitute and pimp activity (also assuredly ‘John’), bugs in room, and room smelled of smoke. Stayed for (maybe) 20 min before checking out and booking somewhere else. Wild.

The towels and washcloths had stains on them. Roaches everywhere (in the bathroom and one crawled near my head) The shower didn’t work our whole stay so we had to take bird baths. Went to front desk to ask for a new Room but they said they didn’t have any more which I feel like was a lie because there wasn’t even cars parked and the hotel was quiet. I hated my stay and want my money back!

The staff gentlemen was rude. His customer is of poor quality. He did not explain services of the establishment in a professional way. As a disabled woman veteran I felt belittled by his behavior.

Horrible experience. The room was filthy. There were crumbs and hair all over the floor. There was a pubic hair on my "clean" towel when I got there. I killed a cockroach (or a similar type bug) on day 1 of my 3 day stay and left it on the ground next to my bed. Room service just left it there, never vacuumed it up. The sheets were never changed. There were stains all of the towels. Mold was all over the shower curtain. The neighboring room BLASTED their music with full base until 4:30am. There were a bunch of shady people haning around in the parking lot, that resulted ambulance/police coming after midnight. The motel is located right by a busy freeway that is very loud. My room keep kept quite working so I had to take it to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. Overall, a very poor experience.

Refrigerator didn't work at all. Anything that we bought went bad because it never turned on. The ice machine was also broken so there was no way to keep anything cold or drink anything cold. The room has handmade reparations that looked terrible, the toilet top cover was all cracked and seemed to be glued together by hand and not even painted over. Besides that we were never given new towels during our entire stay and the room smelled like mold and humidity. The AC unit was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to break any second. The pictures online by no means properly depicted how bad the rooms of this hotel truly are. The prices are cheap but clients should have a better idea of what to expect when booking here instead of having a false idea of what they are coming to.

Within less than ten minutes of being in the room, I noticed movement in the corner of my eye and realized it was a roach. Shortly after, I began seeing smaller roaches appear as well. At that point, I was extremely uncomfortable and immediately decided to leave the room. The staff member at the front desk was helpful and assisted me with processing a refund, which I appreciated. However, due to the condition of the room and the apparent roach infestation, this location is unfortunately on my list of places I will not return to. The property would benefit from a thorough restoration and proper pest control to address these issues.

The floors and bathroom were physically dirty. Like boot prints on the floor . Crumbs, and debris. ROACHES. But the safe was kind and I appreciate kindness. Just hire better housekeepers that actually MOP and scrub, instead of just change linens and make the bed.

The sheets were clean. Everything was unclean from the floors to the tub and appliances. I didn’t even brush my teeth as there were dead roaches also. The air conditioner made a sound all night even when it was turned off.

When I moved the dresser to plug in the microwave (because it wasn’t even plugged in), I found a syringe behind it. That was beyond unacceptable and completely unsafe. I honestly felt uncomfortable and uneasy staying there after that. The bed was on a cheap metal frame and squeaked loudly every time I moved. I had to get my room key reprogrammed every single day. The door lock didn’t work properly, and the smoke alarm had a plastic bag over it. The entire room smelled musty and old. Outside, there were loud trucks and people making noise at all hours. I was in town on a business trip and my boss had already paid for the week, so I didn’t want to complain and cause issues — but I will never stay here again. It was disgusting. I cringed the entire time and honestly felt scared to shower or sleep there. Would not recommend.

TV Room noise, the light in the room was so poor, the Indian guy who attended me during the time that arrived wasn’t polite, he didn’t guide where you stay, so I asked about my room location he just answered me with bad mood. During breakfast the food wasn’t ready, I had to asked to turn on the coffee maker.

I want to say that Tania, the daytime front desk manager, was great. I had an emergency come up while staying there and had to leave early Saturday morning. I wasn’t able to make it back in time to check out but she secured my room and personal belongings and held the room for me another day over the phone and was very understanding of the situation until I could get back that afternoon and pay for another night’s stay. Great staff and I will stay here again soon.

The carbon monoxide alarm went off when we had the ac on, and it stopped when we turned the AC off. There was black mold looking spots in the tub and outside edges near the tiles. This location is a health and safety hazard to all its guests. Did not feel safe to stay especially with the carbon monoxide detector going off. It could have caused fatal harm to the point of not waking the following morning. The staff is irresponsible, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The front desk person began to raise his voice to us when we asked for a receipt showing check-in and checkout times when we informed them we were not going to stay the night. We asked for a refund because we stayed only 2.5 hours. They told us we had to call Expedia to get that refund. We did. Expedia had to call the front desk (same person we talked to) and they said again no refund. We had stayed too long and had used the hand soap. If we had only stayed 2 hours, they would have refunded us. Do not recommend to anyone at any price.

Upon check in, the staff was wonderful and very kind to me. The rooms are as clean as you can get for the price, and the cleaning staff was super friendly also. The location was right off a highway so it was easy and fast to get to where I needed. Breakfast is very important to me, and they had great breakfast but no hot breakfast besides waffles.. So be prepared for no eggs or sausage! The waffles did just fine however and got us full on top of the yogurt and their coffee machine. Their coffee machine is modern, so it serves hot chocolate and that was amazing! My only complaint is when I was checking out I stopped by the closed breakfast area to fill up my Stanley cup with water from their juice fountain (which was locked because breakfast stopped at 9am and that’s no problem) but it was just for the water that wasn’t locked, since it is JUST water, and one of the female workers came by and immediately started yelling at me saying breakfast was closed. Which is obvious btw because there is absolutely nothing to grab there, they even take away the paper cups once they close down, so there was nothing I could’ve “taken”. Once I told her it was just water (as she was still yelling at me) she calmed down but started yelling it’s not filtered like GIRL okay. Like why are you mad and immediately yelling at me?? Besides that the rest of the staff was 10/10, I hope she stops the immediate yelling at people with no context though.

Then spent half the night killing roaches, scared to go to sleep because, I didn't want something crawling on me. And the next day at check out I let the front desk know and he said he'd look into it and kept my identification card because I called up there later and asked if they had it and they said no they didn't. I know for a fact they did! I would definitely recommend to NEVER EVER STAY THERE! And when you see this Days Inn! RUN!Your better off camping in a tent than staying there. Hospitality- there clueless in that department as well.

Didn’t offer much for breakfast, and everything was dirty especially the sheets where they all had stains and even cigarette burns in them. Even with the room renovated every inch of the room was dirty. The only good thing was the price of the room.

I reported a broken hair dryer multiple times, but no one ever came to fix it. The customer service was unresponsive throughout the stay. Shockingly, the housekeeping staff entered the room without any permission in the name of cleaning, which is a complete violation of privacy. There was visible mold around the bathtub, the silicone was peeling off, and the tiles and bathtub tap were broken. The lighting in the room was also very poor, and there was no room fan, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and responsive place to stay. It seriously needs maintenance and better management.

I am not sure how this hotel has such a good rating. It is fairly clean but reeked of weed. The fire alarm malfunctioned in our room at 3am. Called the front desk and he arrived promptly. Had to disable it for it to stop. Very loud thumps and bumps throughout the night. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The common area is good but rooms are not ..my mattress was void from center .There was no extra light in room other than night lamp so we used mobile torch.Although I understand property is not responsible for parking area but I need to mention that someone scratched our car from passenger side with an object like key .

There was a cockroach, a man without a shirt outside at 2 am smoking idk what and we left after 1 night. They did refund us for a night without hesitation.

I’ve been to many Days inns before and this one was on the lower end of what I was expecting. It was run down, had a very weird smell when we first walked in. Blow dryer didn’t work. Mini icebox was dirty. We stayed there 4 nights and stayed with the same sheets, bedding was never changed. (Not used to any of that) Just wasn’t expecting that’s from a company that I highly enjoy.

Long drive completely exhausted been going since 5:30am. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower/bat was perfect. The breakfast was okay but it didn't have any meat or eggs. I wanted grits and bacon but got a mini waffle with water instead. No apple juice just water came out and the cranberry juice was orange. The coffee machine was nice with its different options for my husband.

My stay was good for the most part. The air conditioner blew hot air. There were not any more rooms available to swtich but besides that, everything was good.

The outdoor area was in disrepair, with parts of the building literally falling apart—most concerning was the second-floor metal railing, which was missing pieces and felt completely unsafe. The pool was unusable, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom had disgusting stains that made it feel unhygienic. I had expected a decent stay based on the Days Inn brand, but this location fell far below even basic standards. While the bed sheets seemed clean, everything else felt neglected. On top of that, the hotel sits next to an incredibly loud and busy highway, making it nearly impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. For the price, this was unacceptable, and I would never stay here again.

This place was so crappy I don’t know where to begin. First off, the Door lock didn’t work properly so it took 10 or more attempts to open the door. The Tv only had one channel that was clear enough to see through the fuzz.. no cable or even local stations… the mattress was worn and extremely uncomfortable (you could actually feel the spring through it). Apparently they thought painting it was a good idea but apparently hadn’t heard of masking tape . The Bathroom was dirty and they actually painted the toilet seat. The bathtub had chunks of enamel missing and was rusty. I wasn’t lonely though, while showing, several baby roaches came out to help me shower. Thank you wyndom and days inn for the incredibly poor experience!

While we stayed the rooms were spacious and clean they are working on a remodel of the rooms so there was lot of noise early in morning but the hotel for most part is a decent place to stay

Hotel.com needs to look into this booking as I the guest couldn't show up due to some act of nature. I should be reimbursed for my payment for this booking as it was all due to an act of nature not a fault of me. Paid for hotel in Kenner for these nights as was struck there. Any consideration will be highly appreciated

Roach infested. It was clean the bed was comfortable but I just can't get over the roaches crawling on the walls through my luggage

First day there was no hot water, items missing from room. Hidden charges when got to hotel, breakfast there is a juice machine, doesn't work, coffee machine has multiple functions but only coffee works.

Rooms are disgusting and have a dingy dirty smell, had to be moved twice because bed bugs were in the first room, during our visit housekeeping insisted that they have to come in my room which I cleaned better than them, I refused to let them in and they tried to make it seem like I don’t have a choice on letting them in, so I told them you can switch our towels but you are not entering. The next day when me and my partner had to work they entered the room ignoring the don’t disturb sigh hanging on the door and threw away multiple of my belongings but didn’t wipe or vacuum or actually do her housekeeping duties in the room she did change the towels like she had done the day before when I told them they cannot enter and hadn’t changed the bed or sheets that were there.

Waffle maker broke, ice maker broken and service was sad! The guy was to busy talking with gf or wife to even say good morning

Breakfast? What breakfast fast, waffle maker was broken, no milk for cereal and no fruit! Ice makers broken, personnel was not very friendly! I noticed renovations but no update connection for cell phones (old lamps)!

If you're on the run and looking for a low key place to hide, this would be a good option. On the positive side, the staff was nice. On the negative side, the accommodation was pretty bad (and I'm not joking or exaggerating). I would have relocated to another hotel, but figured I'd stay since I already paid for the room. The toilet seat/cover wouldn't stay up and was loose (probably missing a screw). The a/c unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Half of the tv screen was dark so it made it too hard to watch tv. I saw a few cockroaches in the room. The worst part was there was a definite musty odor when you walked into the room. I left Houston with a sinus infection and I have a feeling it was from the bad air in the room or from mold in the a/c unit. Next time I will spend the money and get a decent hotel room that doesn't smell when you walk in from the outside.

This hotel should not be open. The rooms were very disgusting. The first room had no working appliances and burn holes in the comforter. The manager would not give us another comforter. We asked to have our room switched the next day. The second room had exposed wires from an outlet that was not installed. The carpet was so dirty that it turned our feet black so we had to wear our shoes the whole time. The manager/general manager that was there in the morning was very rude and did not want to help us in any way. I would like to request a refund or some form of monetary compensation from this business do to the unhealthy and unsanitary conditions of this property. I would like to know what you could do to help me with this process. I have never had an experience at an establishment like this before and I find it very concerning that they are allowed to operate like this with no code enforcement and such dilapidated conditions.

Very Dusty. I have to check out at midnight because my allergies won't allow me to stay.

My room is not clean there is trash under the bed. The pillow case not clean, bed seat not clean still have odor. My friend room the refrigerator not working, the room smell very strong weed and I asked for non smoking room. I asked the front desk clerk to put an air freshener in the room but for 3 days they did not do anything about it. Overall this place is not meet my expectations. I think this hotel needs to remodel, and upgraded.

The check in was not too bad but what got me extremely upset is that the first room that we got when we opened the door, there was a huge amount of pot coming from the room. When my daughter opened the door, she found a woman and a man having sex and smoking pot. I am allergic to pot. the smell upsets my stomach and makes me sick. The maid service never informed management that they were still in the room. Then the room that they resent us to was above two more rooms with pot coming out. The ac was stuck at 83 degrees, we tried everything to cool the room off and it would not go lower then 83. The room was hotter then outside. Due to the horrible smell, the room not being cold, and the incident that we encountered, we left the hotel at 11pm. some of the lamps didnt work, the ice machine was by the pot rooms. I want a refund personally!! Checked in at 3-4 and left at 11pm. I will never stay at this hotel again!! I will again never ever stay here again!! I know that they are fixing the whole place but this was a nightmare of a hotel!!

Facility was rundown and in poor repair. It also reeked of smoke. The clerk at the front desk was attempting to solicit a $100 cash deposit from each guest in addition to the fees and rates that had already been paid for. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend to others.

Stairwell smells of mold. Extra lock on door is broken. I used rope to secure the door, just in case. TV remote missing batteries. Would not recommend.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable not just a hard mattress. Haven’t seen any bugs and neighbors were all quiet. I came back for a second night and honestly will probably stay here everytime I have to come to Houston. The guy at the desk is very nice and friendly.

SATURDAY, So he would have gotten off at 2pm and would have fixed our reservation. He told me i would still have to check out and re check back in. I have never heard of that. Neither had i heard of calling the headquarters and listing the current reservations. So i just gave in and packed. My husband missed two hours of work as he is a mechanic. Ive also seen a family get put out for similar. I packed and left. We came back after 5 pm and checked back in. Only to go from room 262 which is the best room on property, to going to room 158 which is a crack head room smelled bad and chipped paint mold and stomping from people that cant seem to sleep at all. Theres only 2 good rooms there and its fighting teeth and nails to get either of them. They will check all guest that book online into one of these horrible not up to standard rooms. Its worth 35 a night and after re checking back in 158 phone didnt work. My whole stay was evolved around 🙄 asking them to fix it. The manager he is the worst human i cant even stand it. I ask that any guest staying or planning to make a new reservation, take this into consideration. Also ive had someone scratch my car two different times and they refused to assist in helping me with who did it

Stanky rooms have a very funky smell

You can only see three channels on the TV. The mattress was broken and the sheets were not the right size too. Small carpet was old worn out and dirty.

I like my overall stay. I was just a little upset because my mini fridge didn't work. And I had brought a lot of food and drinks.

Numerous things broken such as fridge, microwave, lighting, & tv. Both rooms had stains everywhere. Overall, dirty. Would not recommend.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had so thought I should spare someone else from making the same mistake. Days Inns can be great but this location had incredible rude staff, the plugs were pulled out of the walls, no hot water most of the time(only Luke warm), the satellite was not working properly so the TV would go in and out, the laundry facilities were closed, the bathroom in the lobby was closed, breakfast consisted of bread slices and cold biscuits(gravy was always gone, and the juice machine was broken. overall the place was dirty and poorly maintained. Staff threatened to charge $35 if not in the lobby by 11 sharp so not accommodating in the slightest. Days Inn should revoke their right to use their name.

The first room had a used tampon in the corner of the bathroom and there was shredded pieces of paper on the carpet. The room are really old and the paint is chipping off. Really bad, close to the worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room was clean, but needs more cleaning in the carpet corners and where the floor meets the walls. Bathroom was clean, but needs new toilet seat. The room need new paint job, because many areas the paint is peeling.
