The pricing was just right, room was very neat. The location was next to I-610. I felt safe. No one hanging out in parking lot no moldy smell. Great place to stay if driving cross country.

I asked the guy at the front desk, and he said that I needed to go to the reception to pick it up—this was on a stormy night, at midnight, when I was wet and tired—in the second floor. I went downstairs to pick up the functioning hair dryer, and the gentleman at the reception was on his way to deliver something else to another guest. I found this extremely rude, as he made me go downstairs, wet, on a rainy night to get something, when he was already delivering things to other people. Not okay.

The condition of the hotel is older, the room was clean. Breakfast was only a stale muffin and bad coffee. You could not get into the office it was a window talking thru a speaker.

The room was clean and provided the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, and the overall space felt adequate for a short visit. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby food options, which made getting around Houston simple.

The staff also seemed disengaged and uninterested in guest experience. They often stayed locked in the office, and the common area was consistently closed off, making it inaccessible to guests. If you’re just looking for a quick overnight stay, it may be fine for one to two days. However, for anything longer, I wouldn’t recommend this location. While it is conveniently located off the highway, there’s not much else nearby.

Avoid at all costs. Not only is the hotel in terrible condition, but the “staff” is even worse. I am confident that the “staff” actually own and operate the hotel. They have zero experience with customer care, and are extremely rude.

Breakfast is very poor. One Indian guy gets it ready in the morning around 6am. Coffee is bad, lukewarm, powdered creamer, sticky cup cakes, and oatmeal bars in plastic is considered "breakfast". Yuk!!!!! Don't bother with that.

This hotel was filthy the sheets were dirty . Management is terrible no help at all . Room was stinky and very musty.

It’s nice and house keeping came often so it was definitely clean and worth the price! We had asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room which freaked of cigarets, couldn’t make the smell go away no matter how much spray or febreze we used.

The room was decent for the price, clean and not outdated. The staff was nice. The room is located near the freeway which is very noisy so I didn't get much rest. Then I was awakened by gun shots in the late night hours so I'm assuming that the area isn't the best.

Theu said they sold out of Non-Smoking rooms and asked if smoking was okay. I didnt have any other options so we took the room and Oh My Gosh it smelled so bad!!! We had to go buy air fresheners. My daughter was suck all night!! Also, breakfast at 6am was a cold nasty chocolates muffin and a granola bar!

READ THIS, this is not a 8.2 hotel, I saw a roach in the room, the beds are not soft, I could hear the springs on it, it only provides a grain bar. Coffe bread and juice as "breakfast" this was the worst breakfast ever on an "breakfast included hotel"! , I have seen plenty better hotels than this for this price. I just dont understand how this is rated 8.2 in average... its not outstanding as many comments say..

It is 2 exits off the freeway from my job. They offer breakfast but I never made it. I work from. 6am to 2pm. I didn't want to get out of the bed early on the weekend. Housekeeping did come to the room daily. I noticed my towels were changed and the trash was taken out. It seemed to be pretty much empty for the week I stayed there but there was always somebody in the rooms right next to mines. They didn't change the sheets for the week I stayed. Luckily I always bring my own disposable ones. The price should be lower for the area. They wouldn't allow me to cancel my upcoming reservation for free a day before. That's when I found out my place was ready to move in.

I love how the staff shows respect to the guests and is very attentive to their needs. The hotel is in a quiet location and also has multiple truck parking spaces for truck drivers with tractor-trailer combinations. Essential amenities aren't stained or dirty; shower water is always hot, and air conditioning is consistently cold. There is a food truck out front as well, and the food is delicious; I'll include that as well. I highly recommend this business to others. To be honest, I can't think of anything not to like. However, if I could recommend anything to make the stay better, it would be a gym and a pool-that's about it.

See next 1. the bathroom floor was leaking 2. Breakfast: only muffins, tea and coffee 3. the roomrate charged and paid via booking.com was USD 100, while the hotel rate was USD 83.

The front desk agent was friendly and kind, however, it is middle of nowhere like industrial area not convenient for anything but Whataburger and delivery. Accident at the traffic a few times while we staied 2 nights and 3 days. Access to the freeway is just around the corner, that was the only convenient part. There's no comforters, bring your own if you get cold at night, The blankets are thin and doesn't get warm at all, also pillows were thin. Housekeeper speaks spanish only, I use my Google translation to make communication. We didnt use Breakfast but theres free BF 6am to 9am. Guest quority is not so good, more like day to day worker/living people there. And group of people hanging outside of their room fighting, talking loud and smoking.all night. We didnt feel safe at all. But the guest service was good.

This property was not downtown as stated in name. It felt unsafe and deserted. Non smoking smelt like smoking, out dated and not welcoming.

The drains wouldn’t stay open for water to drain properly. The microwave took a total of 10 mins to actually reheat food. lastly the WiFi was just poor quality.

Property is clean and newly remodeled, manager on site is good, but property is right off high way and rail road and next to a truck stop or something related to 18 wheelers , the noise level is bad and I am light sleeper, but the room is clean and neat, if you can handle the noise, it is good choice.

They stole my money. I booked through Expedia and they was mad because it was cheaper online so they cancelled my room and kept my money and Expedia is not trying to help me get it back. I'm low income and I was just trying to get somewhere warm for my family throughout the freeze and I got taken for money that we need. At this point I'm not even using Expedia anymore either. VERY BAD SERVICES

Although this was not my usual type of hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could have included an iron and ironing board. Breakfast hours could’ve been longer, 6-7 am is not an appropriate time for someone traveling especially when check out isn't until 11 am. Lastly, there was not a pool.
