Very comfortable and generally quiet so it is easy to rest and catch up on sleep. In house cafe with limited hours and a fair amount of options. Quick pick up and drop off at airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean, starting to look a little worn. Dinner in the bar was was good as well

It was very nice and the lady that was working the desk in the afternoon after 5pm was super helpful and polite with all the issues I was having. The Ac was not working correctly so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix, then the refrigerator did not work correctly and the toilet seat was loose for my daughter sat on it. She almost slid off of it. I was able to tighten up the bolts myself.. Then as me and my daughter, we’re going to have dinner we could not close the door because a latch that’s on top of the door was broken so we had to wait for maintenance again to come fix it and they had to remove the latch so the door could close and they said they were going to return and never did so. We ended up having to order food instead of going out to eat. And there was also an issue with the noise coming from upstairs that continue for an hour or so.

The pick-up at the airport was a hassle. The dumb driver pointed to his shirt and indicated he only went to Spring hill. We found out he should have taken us as it is part of the Marriott courtyard and they are both at the same location. He drove off with an empty van! Our wait for the next shuttle made it an hour wait. The other two drivers were very good, but the asshole should be fired!

We waited ages at the terminal for the free shuttle. In the morning it was a free for all for the shuttle so we organised an uber to get back to the terminal. My recommendation- go anywhere else

Nice room, clean, close to airport. Booked a room with 2 beds for 2 people and selected the breakfast included option. On arriving at breakfast was informed the included breakfast was only for 1 person so had to pay for my son to eat. Unacceptable.

Overall, great place to stay! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean location and small bistro/bar with great service. Our only complaint was the noise level from other guests. You can hear everything going on above you and there were a group of kids staying above us so it made it hard to sleep with them jumping around all night.

The staff was very kind and efficient. When we walked in the room the temp on the AC was 62 degrees! Freezing. The room next to us had their TV up very very loud til midnight.😞 The shuttle drivers were very accommodating for an older gentleman who had forgotten his wallet in the lobby and was headed to the airport. They were sure they met him quickly at the airport. So he would have his ID and wallet.

We have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott before and love our stays. Try to book when we can.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms were nice. Check-in was easy checkout was easy. Keep in mind that the shuttle runs every half hour and it is an airport hotel so if you need to be at the airport by a certain time, you want to make sure you come down early enough for the shuttle. Also, if you have an early morning flight and need to be at the airport by four or 415 that that is a busy time for the two hotels in that block and you may not get a shuttle unless you walk over to the other hotel we came down early enough to make sure we could get on the shuttle because we had an early morning flight and was told we needed to walk over to the other hotel. I have mobility issues so that was not an option we ended up just ordering an Uber..

Had problems getting información on shuttle, Unfriendly staff didn't like being asked to provide information when arrived and restaurant staff told me to leave keycard as no one at desk. The floors were sticky, the shower head leaked everywhere so very little pressure to shower. No shower soap empty. Sheets were very hard made my skin itchy, Towel not in order. It looked like maid rushed clean and did finish. I was to tired to call to change rooms, especially with frontdesk attitude on arrival. Very disappointed in quality of service, cleanliness and maintenance problems. Unfortunate as I was looking to switch to Marriott hotels.... not worth the price I paid and not even a other to complete in morning. Difficulty reaching shuttle phone number on websites, as 3 different calls as took me to Reservations. Attitude of Staff member, cleanliness, laundry soap, lack of maintenance on important bathroom feature (showerhead)

No pool and if you need an early shuttle get downstaors at least 30min before no matter what your told. Check in was easy and they let us come early!

Our stay was 5 hours. Our biggest disappointment happened when our luggage didn’t arrive at the airport, making it around 11:30pm when we tried to reach the hotel for the included free pickup. After 3 tries to reach hotel we were unable to reach them. We then went to the at the cab station to a cab that we found out had no meter, charged $35.00 that had to be paid in cash.

Just had a short overnight stay to catch an early morning connection out of IAH. It's very close to the airport which is good for convenience but it's pretty loud. Rooms are clean and tidy. Not much water pressure in the showers and the water is just hot enough. Amenities as expected for the class of hotel. The wait for the airport shuttle was around 30m so plan for that. Our group was too big for an Uber with all our luggage so we opted to wait. The shuttle back to the airport in the morning was convenient and timely. Food options were limited, many menu items weren't available.

The staff was Rude to talk with. Would not help in any way. We missed our flight and did not our luggage with us with TSA issues. They were not able to provide anything (like toothpaste / shaving kit etc). Even those items are not available for purchase. Do not expect this from Marriot hotel. The staff was Rude to talk with. This stay was a welcomed rest on our way back from a cruise. We arrived early, but they had our room ready - which was a great surprise. It was spotless, had microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was wonderful, and the bed comfortable. The staff was all great too. 10 out of 10. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Derek your shuttle driver was very rude. He packed 5 people in the back seat because he didn't want anyone riding in the front seat. Said it was marriot's rule not his. When we got to the airport I asked for his name and told him id be reporting him. He said again that was marriots rule. There was no reason to stack that many people in that shuttle with the front seat open. He then went on to tell me looks like someone got their feelings hurt. Will never stay here again.

I had an incident where someone was banging on my door. I immediately called the front desk to report it. I was told someone was going to come up, but if they did no one ever got back to me to say anything. With all of the security issues in hotels, this was not a good experience.

It was clean and modern. The location was perfect since my grandson love Taco Bell and it was right across the street. We got an Uber ride back to the airport in the morning and it all worked out well. Thanks for the free ride from the airport. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

I cannot say enough at how thankful I was to finally get some much needed rest.

Also i forgot my headphones in the room I called back to see if something could be done as i was already catching my flight back to Maryland and their response was not very helpful! They were saying they didn’t know or found them! My location on my iPhone shows they are on the premises or in the room! They never said anything back after I called the front desk

We had to change rooms at midnight due to the AC unit not working and making a loud noise. No one was willing to come check it. Just the option to move rooms. So we move rooms and that morning the floor drains are not draining in the handicap bathroom. The bathroom, room carpet and outdoor hallway carpet flood. I called maintenance and they send someone hey needs google translate and can’t even identify himself. He tells me via translate that the drains are working. I said they aren’t working if all the carpet is flooded. I then had to call a s ask for a supervisor that wanted us to leave our room door open all day to run a fan. I said, no way! We have to leave here today and will be gone for most of the day. Then he wanted to bring the fan in and for us to run it when we got back. Again, hard NO. This has been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had an d absolutely the worst customer service.

Next day we came across Mz Paula such a beautiful spirit, a warm person who lights up the room, she also went out of her way to help us out with info for a last minute shopping spree before our 14hr flight home These sort encounters with Ben & Paula are the definition what real customer service looks like, they are both genuine people who CARE, the Golden Rule "Treat people the way you want to be Treated" they both put us in such a good mood we would stay here again and recommend to family/friends, definitely deserve a promotion and are a asset to the Courtyard of Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport, please with very much appreciated thank them both for us J. & Mel Iosefa from New Zealand 🇳🇿

My stay at this hotel was very unpleasant the morning I was getting ready in the bathroom just as I walked out the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed and water fell through the ceiling. I quickly called maintenance to see if the above room was flooded. They assured me that it was nothing and that I could continue to stay in my room, but the conditions were unsafe

5/5! it's rated excellent for many reasons. My family and I stayed only 1 night because our flight out of IAH was super early. The staff at front desk was super friendly, hotel amenities and comfort of the room was excellent. Only complaint is the parking bays are very narrowly spaced. We would stay at this hetel again.

The marriot advertised free airport shuttle as long as your flight is after 7 am dont have an early flight. And the joke behind the desk will tell you you cant get the shuttle from terminal e, you have to go to second level, well the signs leed you to terminal e for shuttles so you are in the right place. Very incompetent at the desk will not help you get a taxi if the shuttle is not running just tells you get an uber. Well then you have to download an app connect vemno then you can get a ride so leave extra time.

The property looked clean and refurbished. It was quiet, had on-site eatery, provided immediate check in, offered an hour ‘grace period’ for late check out by simply asking….Comfortable mattress and clean linens. Newly renovated bathroom was clean and inviting.

Was really bad service from staff AC was loud noise never stopped need some sleep long day and 5AM flight did t sleep much 4 hrs asked for a quit room they send tech was worst! Going report them to AMEX, BBB, Marriott, Expedia, TikTok

The hotel was very clean and smelled so good! All of the staff were very helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. We also used the gym and laundry and were completely satisfied with it.

Simple clean convenient

Important caveat - automated entry doors to the lobby LOCK if anyone is outside standing near them. I was locked inside and missed my shuttle because a boy was standing outside the lobby door. Even though the doors had emergency exit stickers, they could not be opened. Potentially dangerous situation

Close by airport, greeted by friendly staff, shuttle service, and most of all feeling safe.

The staff at the front desk was outstanding. The other staff were also very good. The evening food counter staff was average. The place was clean, reasonable and very convenient to the airport.

Clean smelled nice and quick check in

Room had strong smell and bed/pillows were terrible. Airport shuttle doesn’t run 24 hours, and had to find alternate transportation for early flight.

Had to wait over 15 minutes for a staff member to show up at the bistro to be able to order food and drinks - burger was burned and fries over cooked.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, i was charged for praking when i parked my own car not sure why didn't see it when i was reserving a room.

Very clean and courteous staff. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport running so early in the morning. It was the perfect layover hotel. Very modern and good amenities for a great price.

Easy check in and out process

It is quiet, clean and convenient to the airport.

I chose to stay at this hotel because there was shuttle service available. But I had to wait at the shuttle stop for over an hour. I didn't know I had to request a pick-up by phone and even though I called them they didn't ask me in which terminal I was and the driver seemed to skip my terminal. Very bad communication.

Very good fitness facility. Same cardio equipment as my gym at home. Good airport shuttle service. Keurig didn’t work but coffee available in lobby.
