I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always extremely clean which I appreciate. The staff is very kind and helpful and the lobby is inviting. I wish there was tiny bit more variety at breakfast but other than that small thing, I will continue to come here.

It was a great place at an excellent price. The beds were comfortable, amenities, and breakfast were great. I LOVE when hotels offer coffee 24 hours per day (because I get up before breakfast starts), and they do. The only thing I'm not a fan of is carpet in rooms because it can be so unsanitary. This hotel has that. It may be a "just me" problem, though.

The staff was very cordial. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was great.

Amazing.. we had over 80 people in our group and the hotel accommodated our needs and let us use the common facilities. Love coming here year after year.

I love this hotel. My family has stayed here several times and it is always very clean and the staff is always extremely nice and very accommodating. The price is always great. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast time to 10:00. But that's certainly not a deal breaker and not really a complaint.

The hotel was not in the best neighborhood. You have to be careful when booking these places online if you are not familiar with the areas.

I was there for a week so I got the hang of it but again a little inconvenient. There’s no food nearby so you got a plan accordingly within about 10 minutes. You can get a lot of different fast food restaurants. But nothing wasn’t walking distance

Eye contact is REALLY beneficial. The rest of the staff, however, seemed a bit friendlier - the lady doing the breakfast, a manager (I assume) I ran into a couple times - very cordial.

e’ve been booking rooms at different hotels 2–4 times a month in Texas for the past 10 months, and this one truly stands out! It’s very clean, modern, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We arrived on a stormy, rainy day well before check-in, and when I asked the front desk how early we could check in, she kindly said we could go ahead right then. I was so grateful—it’s rare to experience that kind of flexibility without an extra charge. Such a blessing!

Breakfast was good I liked it compared to other experiences. I was on the ground floor so I had some noise disturbances from the top floor- i think the bathroom or bed and people going back and forth.

Staff is what set this property apart from the rest. Always friendly and welcoming. Stayed here multiple times and always clean! Great location with restaurants close by.

Like the fact that they have security outside. Lobby was clean the room was clean and elevator kept clean. Breakfast was good. Staff greeted you asked for extra towels gave me the towels. Will stay again!

I didn’t have a shaving razor so I went downstairs and the desk person gave me a complimentary one, wrapped in plastic, from a drawer (dual blade).

When we walked in the reception area was clean and had a nice smell and the receptionist who assisted was polite to us. We got a king size room, and the bed, shower, and small sofas were very clean and comfortable. The toilet worked well, the shower had a lot of water pressure, and the AC unit was great. Noise from other rooms is neutral I suppose however, we did not encounter an issue during our stay at all. Good parking spaces and security at night. Breakfast was warm and had good options to choose from: waffles, coffee, scrambled eggs, orange juice, cereals, oatmeal, and bacon. Only small details it was from 8AM-9:30 AM maybe have an extended 30 min will work better for those who wake up later. However, the staff who was in charge of breakfast was very clean and would restock breakfast quickly. We left the room during the day to go shopping and when we came back after 7pm the bed was made and none of our items were missing, had new towels in the restroom, and trash taken out. Recommend it 100% and will go back to stay in next road trip and it is honestly a fair price through booking as well and is near the expressway. Just breakfast time it is too early and finishes too quick.

The hotel was clean inside and out. Rooms was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and they changed daily. The Texas shapped waffles were a hit. The pool was a bit on the smaller side but worked for us. Staff was helpful when we needed them.

Excellent stay. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, good hot breakfast, clean and quiet room with plenty of pillows, complementary coffee and assorted teas available in lobby 24/7. It feels like home away from home every time we stay here. We will absolutely return, and can highly recommend.

My family and I stayed there for a baseball tournament. My son enjoyed the fitness room, as he was able to get his workout on before the game. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a safe area. The room setup was ideal for family staying. You had lots of room compared to other hotels. And the beds were comfortable. I did have an issue that was not solved to my satisfaction. But other than that the hotel was a good place to stay.

We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. They allowed an early check-in and late check-out with no fuss or extra charge, which we truly appreciated. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and our room was wonderful—spotless and incredibly quiet. It honestly felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the perfect start to an awesome day. We will definitely stay here again! I honestly have no complaints—it was that good!

Within walking distance of a great restaurant/bar (Bar None) with amazing food, drink and friendly owners and staff!! Room was very clean, as was entire hotel public areas! Enjoyed the pool…breakfast included was very good and the reception staff were friendly and quick to accommodate any request! Overall a great stay and would definitely return!!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was very nice the building was really clean. Breakfast was really good as well. I liked that they let me have a pool party for my baby with no complaints.

Bathroom had an exhaust fan which is a bonus at this level of hotel. Plenty of uparking available. Cons: TV didn't work at first but staff was able to fix it. Desk attendant was coughing quite a bit and did not have a mask. We presumed it was nothing contagious, but still a bit disconcerting. Breakfast did not live up to the site's picture. No pancakes nor bacon, and potato cakes vs the diced potatoes shown. Had the typical powdered eggs and cardboard sausage patties, though zero-sugar yogurt was a pleasant surprise. Mostly the same breakfast items as every TX hotel at this tier.

Over slept so missed breakfast (6am to 9am) every time. Did not like that curtains on 3rd floor (I assum e 2nd and 4th Floor as well) do not close. Only 1st floor (due to headlights) All else was perfect

Great location very calm, the pool was clean as well as the rooms. Traveled with 2 kids and a baby and was accommodated with a baby play pen. Had no problems.

My room was spacious and had a clean, fresh scent from the cleaning products, which I appreciated. I requested a room away from the highway, which turned out to be a great choice as it was more quiet. I did not use the breakfast option. The surrounding area is a bit bleak, though that is not the hotel’s fault; I drove about seven miles away to find a nicer area for dinner.

I felt comfortable and safe no matter what time I returned. I also was always greeted with a smile. I definitely will be staying here again.

Traveled with family including kids! This property was one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at,very spacious room, the staff was so nice and welcoming, the location was quiet, they had security on site for safety. I would definitely be back.

A large group of us attending Jr. Olympics stayed at this hotel. I have no idea why this is a 2 star hotel. It is updated and clean. Staff was wonderful when we needed them. If you are looking for a hotel, stay here!

I stay here due to the fact I’m always satisfied when Income here. This time it was oddly lacking. They forgot to come clean my room no fresh towels. No linen and when I asked for some towels they only had a handful. I’m not sure what happened to them.

As soon as you enter the building it smells clean and the room as well. Safe area and convenient to get around the Houston area. Galleria is about 25 mins away. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again

I love this place. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Today as I was checking out, the registrar asked if I was sure I hadn’t forgotten anything like charger. I had forgotten my charger and was able to retrieve it then thanks to him.

The cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the room, invites visitors to return without hesitation. The bathroom was tidy and well-maintained, which is a bonus! This will be my go-to place for future visits.

The breakfast usually included eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. There were also apples, waffles makers, yogurt, and bread products like bagels, bread, and danishes. During the weekend they had 2 different waffle mixes to choose from. Check in and check out was super easy. The pool was open for the season. There are a lot of good places to eat not far from the hotel. The only issue is getting into the hotel can be a little tricky depending on which way your GPS takes you.
