Ok stay.

The room was pretty worn down. Our mini fridge wasn’t working so we requested a change in rooms. The front desk clerk was very helpful and honestly the best experience about this hotel.

The front desk clerk was nice and helpful getting us checked in. When you walk in, the hotel already has an unpleasant smell. The actual room was not as clean as it could’ve been and the furniture and tub definitely needed to be replaced.

I do not recommend it, especially if you travel solo. It is unsafe. I found a person sleeping on one of their lobby chairs at 2 AM and the front desk didn’t respond when I asked. Then, a young man came out of the elevator and ran to the parking lot. It is kind of scary.

I’m never disappointed at this property. They staff whether an or pm shift are great representation of the company. My room is always a pleasure to see in . It feels like home.

The room was clean and bed was well made. The fridge worked but was old. Hallways smelled like smoke but nothing out of the ordinary. Standard place to stay, breakfast had hot food - eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, waffles etc

my rating was good + . Parking was good and safe. Breakfeast looked good but we opted to go out for breakfeast to a favorite spot. Chec-in was excellent. They were very courteous and allowed us to check in 2 hours before the 3:00 PM time frame since we arrived early. I would stay there again

Good location. General level of cleanliness of property was good. Condition of amenities is okay (acceptable), but the hotel is showing its age. Repairs usually consist of restoring original elements (from over 25, 30 years ago), and not replacement of the now old fixtures. Rooms can vary, some are decent, but some have problems (I saw three rooms after I needed to move from my original room due to dirty mattress with stains). Mattresses are comfy, but they MUST be cleaned, and the spots must be removed- this is doable, and is just being disregarded. Also, the cleaners of the rooms need to spend some time wiping off dirty spots, and must use RUST and MOLD removals, there are several sections, especially in the bathrooms where mold is showing up.

I like that I got a free water bottle. Nothing it was old and run down looking. It wasn’t in the best location. They had security sitting down smoking cigarettes. The room itself wasn’t the best. The toilet bowl was broken the ac was not in the best condition. The tub was old. Basically the property needs a face lift.

Outlets on bedside lamps didn’t work (for plugging in cell phones). Two bath towels only for a 3-night stay. Door frame in bathroom only partially repaired with nails and screws exposed. Bathtub partially painted. Rust around base of tub. Damaged “tray” that refrigerator sat on. Poor lighting in suite area. Trouble with security key-card for door.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food and the manager or attendant did a great job keeping everything tidy. We booked a King room and they moved us to a 2 Queen room. The desk agent said they were full and that was all that was available. The furniture was beat up, stained and looked like it came from a Garage sale. There was 1 tv in the bedroom area, not in the large sitting area which looked like it used to have a tv you could watch if not sitting in bed. Our toilet did not flush properly and we could not use it during the night. They did bring us a plunger. Will not stay there again. Also, the lobby and the room had a funky smell.

Pool needs some work and the door inside from the pool needs to be fixed so it scans the room cards. We had to walk outside the pool and around to the front door because the door from the pool did not work.

Convenient location with easy access to all the areas we were traveling between. Everyone was courteous and guests were all very quiet. Was thankful the mini fridge also had a small freezer area.

Yes the room seemed cleaned, the only 2 problems i noticed when i 1st checked in my room i noticed there was a piece of hair on the bed cover, also over there by the couch looked like it haven't been wiped down or mopped, and the shower was hard to turn on, but it was fully stock and staff was very nice, but most of all the hotel was nice and decent so out of a 5 would rate it a 3 or maybe a 4

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, I used the laundry machine provided for guests, and it completely ripped my shorts. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, the employee simply told me that the machine was “new,” which clearly didn’t seem believable based on its condition. Instead of trying to help or take responsibility, they just dismissed the problem. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. My room was dirty when I checked in, and the entire hotel had a very unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope the management seriously improves maintenance, cleanliness, and how they handle guest complaints.

Room itself was great. But the bathroom had long black hair at the base of the toilet. As well as the shwer and tub had long black hair in the bottom. If it was ni for the late hour of our arrival we would have went elsewhere.

This property needs an upgrade. Compared to other Comfort I have stayed in this was the worst. It making me consider staying somewhere else for my next planned trip.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Front desk at night unfriendly. Also, typical herd of buffalo at breakfast. Free food makes humans act like pigs at a trough. Ridiculous. I wish they charged money for breakfast, even if it was a lot less.

Breakfast was great. Was listed as continental breakfast, but had more than danishes and coffee. Waffles, eggs, french toast, sausage, cereal, juice and coffee . Staff was short and didn't know where the room was located to tell me where to park.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The TV did not work in the first room. The toilet was stopped up in the second room and no cable options. There was a terrible smell in rooms 1 and 2. Breakfast was subpar.

The the room up keep was poor. Pull out mattress was disgusting and there were no sheets for it in the room. The the shower faucet would not stop dripping. The lastnight of the stay the fire alarm went off and rang for 2 hours which was very annoying and disturbing.

Checking in I forgot my toothpaste but brought my toothbrush I simply asked for some toothpaste. A gentleman at the front stated he did not know where it was at. So when I tried to purchase some from their convenience store they had in the hotel there was none in stock. This made it extremely inconvenient for me being that I'm used to getting toothpaste as an amenity or even being able to buy it. He told me that I would have to wait till 9:00 a.m. or maybe 7:00am when the manager came in. I am only staying in the hotel because of work and will be needing to be at work at 6:00 a.m. making this very inconvenient. Also, the gentleman in the front was very unprofessional and I don't understand how he did not know where the toothpaste is but is an employee here. I really liked the staff service. They were nice and helpful. The only downside to staying was that the furniture was ripped up in our hotel room and there was a big roach in the room.

I loved the hotel and the inside of the hotel until it was time to turn the tv on it wouldn’t work or come on . Front desk told us it’s a “maintenance problem” , but we were only there for a night so it wasn’t a big of a deal overall 9.5/10 !

I liked everything about this stay except the air/heater made the room smell so bad I barely could stand it. And the breakfast could use gravy with the biscuits or eggs. But it was a very nice room. The staff was nice. The shower was less than average. It was partly painted and hard to turn on/off and it had little pressure to it. It really was a nice stay though. It only smelled horrible if you use the ac/heater. The staff was very friendly and it was clean.

The front desk guy was very nice and professional very helpful. When it was time to check out in the morning she was also so nice. Make you feel like they’re glad you were there

The room was not in good shape. Light bulbs were out. There was a wad of chewed gum just laying on a table. The sheets were stained. And the room was very dark. I was with a group and the couch in their room had a horrible stain as well. We will not be staying there again.

Stayed overnight with husband and 2 kids after being in Galveston over the week as our flight home was early. Outside of hotel was sketchy when we first got there, and outside our window was a couple sitting on their truck tailgate listening to music and drinking beer. They were not staying at the hotel. But inside was very nice. Staff was great.

Our bathtub was missing the drain stopper but the manager had that remedied within one hour.

The amenities are very old and need to be updated. The fridge in the room had a leak, the curtains were ripped, the WIFI kept going out, the hotel key was not working, and the the lights were flickering when you turned them on.

Room was decent. Very noisy a/c, like pie tins tumbling in a dryer. Definitely needs some updating. Chipped paint, scuffed and broken furniture (dresser drawers and closet did not close). Plus, the bed wasn’t very comfy. Not worth the amount I paid. The room was clean and the front desk employee was friendly.

My stay was just okay. When I first arrived, I saw a roach right away and had to go back to the front desk. The staff was helpful and gave me a new room, but the second one still wasn’t very clean—there was debris on the floor and hair on the bathroom counter. The next morning, I found another roach in the bathroom towels. The property itself was quiet and felt safe during my one-night stay, but I ended up canceling the rest of my reservation due to the roaches and cleanliness issues.

Nice property jacuzzi needs repair. Bass could use a little update but other than that it was nice for a night

Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. There were long dark hairs all over the bedding

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room met my needs however the frig did not seem to be cooling and a main light did not work. Door knob on the bathroom door was very loose and prevented from easily closing. It was very clean and had a pleasant smell. I was overall pleased. Would stay again.

Only mild warm water in shower

Walls are scuffed and stained. Light switches were abused and/or not installed properly. BATHTUB was NASTY. There's a reason why you don't see bathroom pictures in the listing. Water pressure was pathetic. Windows were very dirty. Holes in the bedding Door access card had to be inserted 4-5 times to unlock the door. One day, during breakfast, I saw one of the worker try to replenish french toast (or something similar) in the heated tray. There was an overflow of french toast, so the guy used his BARE HAND to scoop them into place. He was wearing a plastic glove on the other hand, but that was holding the container. yummy. I stayed by myself so I can tolerate this, but I would never bring my family here. Would not book again.
