No soap in the bathroom. Maid service tried to be helpful but didn’t speak English and did not have any soap. The front desk didn’t understand what the word soap meant, and still didn’t have any. At check in one of the guest at the front desk was arguing with a prostitute about whether she was going to come to his room or not. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water and the carpet was soaked.

I was really disappointed once I got to this hotel. The website and Expedia stated there was a morning breakfast. The hotel is going under renovations and new management therefore, no breakfast is being served. The pool was closed. There was no iron in my hotel room. The hotel reeked of marijuana. Definitely a waste of money and I would not recommend at all.

I’m unsure of what amenities they had because there was no Breakfast in the morning as advertised. The area for water bottles etc was empty. Most of the ice machines were out of order. The water in tub was brown initially when trying to shower. The a/c didn’t work. It worked for 10 minutes then some kind of way went to 90 degrees on its own. I wouldn’t recommend. The staff was okay but those issues are out of their control…

I woke up at 2 am with bedbug bites all over my upper body .

When we arrived the window was open and it was extremely hot. There were bugs and roaches in three separate areas. The faucet head for the shower was damaged and practically flooded the bathroom. Location was not a great area either. I would never stay here again.

Holes in the walls, curtains torn and off the rod, wood trim on walls damaged, bathroom not clean, carpet stained and filthy, and I could go on. I have photos if you would like. We will never stay at Comfort Suites, ever!

I stayed at three hotels in the US this time, and they were both terrible. There were blood-like stains on the sheets and blankets, on both beds. When I asked to change rooms, they refused, and in the end, they just gave me sheets and blanket covers. The woman at the reception was on the phone the whole time, laughing, and didn't even listen to what I had to say. She was the worst woman. I've stayed at Comfort Hotels in Japan, Canada, and Orlando before, but this was the worst and I was furious.

Although the rooms appeared clean initially, they were not. The restroom was very dirty, and I noticed multiple small cockroaches, which was very concerning.

Hotel rooms were in really bad conditions, dirty, moldy, the air was very stuffy. Even window was broken, and no warm water. Do not recommend you you booking in this hotel. The room I got still had stuff from previous guest.

Too poor the attention

During my entire stay (Wednesday to Sunday), the room was never cleaned—only towels were provided. The place smells musty, and the area is very noisy; we even heard gunshots on two nights.

I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the airport and all of the amenities they offered. However, this place was terrible and absolutely everything was out of order. Pool- out of order, Womens restroom-out of order, juice machine during breakfast-out of order, airport shuttle- out of order, fitness center- out of order. Rooms have roaches and beds have bugs. I will NEVER stay here ever again!!!!! I stayed here for 7 days and everything I mentioned was out of order the entire time.

There was a bad smell in the hallway and lobby.

I ultimately decided to cancel my reservation shortly after arrival. The lobby was dimly lit and had a noticeable musky odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the public restrooms were not well-maintained. After hearing from another traveler that their room was in poor condition, I felt it was best to find alternative accommodations.

At first we got a room without sheets, and all for stay. Then we got a room where 20 cats lived before us- smell was awful! Plus cockroaches, TV wasn’t working, microwave can’t be used due to the danger. We couldn’t have breakfast because there was a homeless person having breakfast!!! Terrible nightmare!!!

The pillows were really flat and small. The bathroom door knob was hanging by a screw so you could noy lock it. The shelf that held the towels was also hanging by a screw. Thevtowels were on the floor when we got in the room. The mini fridge kept doing a nocking noise every hour on the hour. And it was a loud knocking that would wake you up. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights . I couldn't do it longer.

The room stunk like closed in mildew, the light was so low that part of the room was dark, lime on the floof, cracked up walls, red stains in the bathtub and something was wrong with the bathroom door handle. I didn't stay nor take any luggage in the room.

Everything was great. Id definitely book again. Ny only issue was that the pool and hot tub were drained during my stay and that was a big part of me booking there.

The carpet is hindding holes in the floor. The room housekeeping never came to the, there were roaches . So disappointed in this hotel.

The smell of wet carpet was very penetrater in those rooms... we stay at room #127 and we kill 7 cockroaches and took some in a napkin to the front desk. The extra sofa bed was in terrible conditions. And some administracion lady was kind of rude the next morning, because she didn't understand why I was in a diferent room. Horrible experience!!!

Nothing at all! It was filthy!

Elevator was broken and room was on third floor. Had a period of time where power was out. Juice machine broken. Pool hasn’t been open and working in months judging by the green layered muck on the bottom.

The room was not properly clean, the bathroom had several broken fixtures, the smoke detectors were damaged, there were cigarettes in the stairways, and the elevator was out of service. This hotel was a complete disaster. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night.

Staff was in pajamas and sleeping at the desk, the room had a potent smell to it and lights did not work. On top of that there was stains on the beds and black spots on the pillow that had an even worse smell then the room itself, the toilet did not work and had to plush it 4-5 times in order for it to go down. The staff was nice, the room was crawling with roaches. Absolutely disgusting. Contacted Expedia for a refund due to the fact that I actually left the hotel and was told to provide photos of the roaches. To be quite honest, I left the hotel immediately the following day and did not return to try and photograph roaches to validate my complaint. Do not go here.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk to check me in to my reservation. Another customer and myself waited for 20min for an employee to check us in. 30min later a woman comes walking around the corner. It was very unprofessional to say the least. I will never be back.

Many parts of my room were broken, like the security latch on the door. Remote was missing from the tv. Bathroom sink wouldn't stop running. The room - and hotel in general - is nice but under-maintained. Disappointing, but fine for a basic overnight.

The towels in the bathroom had holes in them, chunk of plaster/paint 1’ long peeling off the bathroom ceiling.

Lot of places on the walls need painting, and in the ceiling covers were missing off of the sprinklers or something. There was no battery cover for the tv remote. We got to the hotel in between 8:30pm - 9:00pm, and we left at around 5:15am. The outside of the hotel needed some attention also. The pool was not in use either. I will not return, not recommend, I was so dissatisfied.😣

Dirty room, no TV, no hot water, unattached shower handle, roaches, and bed bugs.

I made the reservation on line from the airport, took an Uber to the motel, walked in, and found 5 people sitting glumly in the waiting room. Theere was a sign on the door and one on the desk telling us the reservation desk was closed until morning.

Upon entering it smelled stale and had no AC in the lobby. My room had a nasty smell, everything was dusty, there were tiny little roaches in the bathroom, and BLOOD on my bedding. When I went downstairs to complain, there was a note on the front desk saying that they had to leave for an emergency and wouldn't be back till 7 am. The lobby was full of people that were in my same situation, booked the hotel online, and then couldn't check in because there was no staff! If I could have found a hotel close by with vacancy I would have gone to another one. But sadly this is where I ended up. Needless to say, I definitely won't be back and will be pursuing a refund.

The waffle mix was soured and thawed the water and mix were separated I fed that to my toddlers before I tasted it to know it was spoiled. The pool was empty and disgusting. The sores did not work the room was decent enough to sleep in and shower.

While linens were clean, the floors in rooms, hallways, elevators were not. The free breakfast did not look appetizing and was very sparse. The "hot" water and coffee were luke warm at best. Many repairs were needed around the entire hotel from the entrance way where you had to pull open the sliding doors and there were no luggage carts.

I don’t normally right reviews but for safety of others here’s what we found. Pulled up to the hotel and there was just a hand full of potholes that could wreak a car they were so deep. Went into the building and it seemed normal and decent enough and then we got up to our room… and disaster. The room was spacious but the door security lock was broken off, the shower was leaking, the toilet moved if sat on, the closet door didn’t have a knob to open it, and we found a card on the floor that looked like it was used to attempt to break into rooms. We moved the couch in front of the door in fear of safety.

I don’t normally right reviews but for safety of others here’s what we found. Pulled up to the hotel and there was just a hand full of potholes that could wreak a car they were so deep. Went into the building and it seemed normal and decent enough and then we got up to our room… and disaster. The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not sleep because the beds were too gross and there were roaches crawling around on the bathroom walls. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and walls are too thin.

The walls are dirty and a dry wall patch. The fire alarm was torn off the sealing and there were little insect visitor. Overall, never going back.

The momemt we walked in there was a foul smell, i immediately checked the beds and there are bed bugs and roaches on th floor snd walls just crawling. My family and I got out faster than we came in and thankfully the hotem refunded us and they did not seemed surprised as if they already know about it.

The refrigerator didn’t work. It has roaches & moths. It looked like it was falling apart. The elevator was trashy. Just not a good look

As soon as we opened the door to our room, we saw bugs on the bathroom floor scurry from the light. If we hadn’t been so tired, would have left right away. Bed was uncomfortable so we might as well left. Made a reservation elsewhere 1st thing next morning & checked out.

There were roaches and mold the price was 107 and they charged 140 at the desk to get an extra day they even had roaches by the breakfast.

The staff was extremely rude it was very dirty and even the room stunk

Unfriendly front desk lady. Bumps hang in front of the hotel drinking alcohol I'm sleeping in the lobby. The carpet inside is so smelly and cleaned. The room roaches inside the room and the bathroom Very dirty towels. I Travel. across country. I've never seen as filthy as this place. I will never recommend anybody to go to this playes.

The hotel was advertised as having available rooms, but what it did not say was that it didnt have electricity. Hotel guests were sitting in the dark, in the lobby and smoking right outside the front door. The hotel staff was rude and short-tempered.

Woke up to no water

My family did not stay the elevator was nasty trash and candy on the floor the hallway smelled like cigarettes the room was not clean it had mold around the tub and the shower knob was missing. The customer service with the receptionist at the front was really rude.Also another customer was complaining about mold in there room as well.

Roaches were in room, one actually crawled on my arm while I was sleeping! The hotel smelled horrible and had bad customer service. Worker had me wait at least 5 minutes to check in and when she came she was on her phone and act like I was inconveniencing her.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. The service was very poor and rude, and the room and the hotel were dirty. I won't stay in this hotel again, for sure. The shuttle service was not available. I was told that the engine of the van was broken. It was not convincing.

The elevator worked well from the first floor but the second and third floor had signs saying it was out of order. It would take you up, but not come pick you up from other floors. The stairwell from the third floor required a lot of force to open fully which would have failed a fire safety inspection.

The staff was super rude. I understand they were very busy but there is no need to be rude. We were told our room would be ready at 2. Our room wasn't ready until almost 5. They gave us another room that was ready. I don't understand why they didn't do that sooner. We had to wait 2 hours for a room. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains and holes. The elevator didn't work. The ice machines didn't work. The pool was discusing and unusable. The pictures online are very misleading. We ended up only staying one night and checked out early. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first room (101) had been occupied by a smoker but the staff was able to move us to another room which was satisfactory. The ice machines on levels 2 and 3 were out of service.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Customer service was ok. When I arrived to check in there was a customer complaining about a bug in her room. My room was ok but the restroom was a little dirty. The doors were dirty the restroom itself needs some repair. The luggage rack was broken. The ironing board was falling apart. The room door lock was broken and it looked like it had some type of water damage. The shower curtain rod was broken. The restroom on the first floor was flooded when we got in. We will not be staying here again.

DO NOT waste your money go somewhere else. The whole place smells like smoke and mold

Confusion with rooms. Lack of communication between staff. Ultimately caused a us to be uncomfortable. Items missing from personal belongings. Never returned, no compensation or refund, credit etc. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Very dirty hotel…..no vending machines….we were stuck in Houston because of a cancellation flight….got this hotel and very disappointed

There was a pile of snot like substance on the table near the front water cooler in the lobby entry which was extremely disgusting to see. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Drywall was also peeling off the walls. Finally, the walls were very thin. We heard the people being loud in the room next door very late at night. Yelling, screaming talking very loud. They were also smoking weed in the room next door and the whole hallway and downstairs airway reaked of marijuana. The staff were dressed in sweatpants and hoodies…It appeared there was a major lack of cleanliness and standards. Clearly a lack of leadership. Will never be staying there again. It was disgusting.

Hotel seems beautiful from the outside but the condition of the beds, linens, carpet and damaged walls. Yikes! Not to mention the small roaches running around throughout the interior. So sad if this is what we are showing our visitors from other cities and countries. Shame on this hotel!!! I will not be back
