Location is easy access to the Southwest Frwy. The breakfast was ok..one day the orange juice was like water. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The king bed was very comfortable. Cleaning ladies were helpful. Where do I start? It was not a good experience. I will list the things that happened because it's too much to explain each thing. When we checked in someone spilled a drink in the entry way and we had to wait for someone to come clean it. Our key kept getting deactivated and we would have to keep going all the way back to the lobby to activate it again. The ac was leaking water, our sink was clogged and we had to wait a day to get it fixed. The elevator smelled like weed, the pool was dirty and I was really looking forward to getting in. The place just didn't seem clean at all. One working elevator ...very inconvenient.

All staff was helpful and very professional handling my needs and special request for water while I was out of coins for the vending machine

Basic comforts such as reliable water, functioning AC, and proper ventilation are essential. My room was extremely humid, to the point where my clothes and even the sheets felt damp. This made the stay more difficult than expected.If not for the wonderful breakfast and the exceptional staff, my rating would have been much lower. I truly hope management invests in improving the building, because the team working here is outstanding and deserves a facility that matches their level of service.

Average breakfast. Only one elevator working and only a notice by the elevator that the next morning the water was going to be cut off and thr power to be cut off couple of hours later. No notice of this when making the reservation or by the staff when checking in.

Area is a little sketchy. Sign on the door states front door is locked by 10 due to safety concerns. The elevator and halls reeke of Marijuana smell and didnt look very well maintained. The room had a musty odor and the carpet near the Ac unit was wet. The room phone rang randomly on the middle of the night. It felt more of a room you rent 'by the hour'. Surprised that it is apart of the Comfort Inn chain.

Breakfast didn't have the basic options, room was really smelling bad as well as the entire floor. Property needs a good renovation. I wouldn't suggest this to family with kids.

It was a good secluded location. Very nice staff. Five roaches were found during stay including killing one on my face (Picture 1). We have some videos, but we have another still image of one we killed that fell from the ceiling. (Picture 2)

1. Room was smelling due to carpet i guess. Bryan was nice to change the room. But still carpet need to be replaced. Its too dirty. 2. We stayed two nights ( wed and thurss) and buffet breakfast was same . Both days scrambled eggs, meat was changed. 3. Staff us professional 4. At around 3:30am both days room service phone was ringing. Wiered.

Roaches. I get it’s Texas but I’ve stayed at other comfort inns in Texas and no roach issues. Bed was sinking in, no hot water second day but they did get it repaired later on. Hallways smelled liked weed .

Parking was very well lit, I think to ward off possible theft or vandalism.

When I first arrived, one of the two elevators was out of order. Upon entering the room, I found a small cockroach in the bathroom, and the curtains were quite dirty. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and the free breakfast wasn't bad. However, unless the issues I mentioned are fixed, I wouldn't want to stay here again.

A bit dated , but they were making repairs and revamping the place when I was leaving . Overall great place to stay. If you have rent a car or have a car is best option as the shops are a bit far away from the property. Staff team amazing !

Nothing.. Everything. ONE This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures provided. Everything is broken. My room smelled like sewer water, trash wasn’t cleaned out from the previous stay and the hallways smelled like weed. I will never come back to this place again. ON A SIDE NOTE: I have already stayed here prior to this booking (not by choice since it was a trip among a group of ppl package trip). At the time a stranger’s key card was able to open the door to my room!! Had i known this was the same hotel I would have never booked it.

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. But I've stayed there for about 2 weeks and the entire time. The washing machine was broken and the hallways reeked of marijuana. The street people who live under the freeway would come in in the morning and eat breakfast. While I watched the attendant telling residents of the hotel. No,no,no not to much.

Breakfast and kitchen staff Took a bus knowing the name of the company I'm use to clean and bug free rooms.the first thing the microwave didnt work. And also it was a fire on the 3 floor we all went down yo lobby. The room I had was 225 I started noticing bits on my daughter.. so we stayed up ro see what was going on it was bed bugs on the left dude of the room.. then the wifi wasn't working the host put in the system 210.. so I went down to talk to front desk.. I pulled him to the side ro let him know.. he changed me rooms and there wifi work but then I started seeing Hella roaches and bugs... I request a refund or at least half back for the uncomfortable stay.. I suppose to check out today I left way earlier in the Moring...

My vehicle and two other vehicles got broken into 15 minutes after checking in. This area is not a good area to book a stay. Police was called and they never responded. I had to drive with a broken window to the police station to make a report. It's been 2 days since the incident and the hotel still hasn't issued a refund.

The employee at the front desk was nice. However, the elevator reeked of weed, the hallways were hot and stinky, my room was full of roaches (not the kind you smoke). It was late when I arrived so I just stuck it out and slept with the lights on. I am definitely marking this location off the list of "places to stay" and would not recommend to anyone!

On a positive note, the service was fine, the breakfast was okay, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. But the combination of humidity, corridor odor, and roaches completely ruined what could have been a comfortable stay.

Room 210..The hotel had roaches. I didn’t notice until I opened the refrigerator and thought I saw something until I got to the front door and a roach was crawling on the door.. another was on my bag when I picked it up off of the floor. This place was horrible. Every SINGLE room smelled like cigarettes. They did not have a clean pool at all, and not even a first aid kit at all. Do not recommend. Only the employees there are super nice, but other than that 0/10.

NO WATER FOR 2 DAYS OF MY STAY

We get there and we've already paid for the room and there is no water in the building so we can't shower we called ahead of time to ask about the reservations and the person over the phone didn't tell us anything about them not having water or else we wouldn't have stayed there. It was late we were tired so we got the room keys go up to the room the room key doesn't work I go to get my bags out of the car wife goes to get a different key gets a different key and was told a different room I come back and was told a different room than that we both come back down aggravated takes even longer for the clerk to get it together to give us another room it was just terrible terrible terrible will never stay there again.

Aside from the cockroaches, the lack of towels, and the poor management, the place was decent. Expedia wouldn’t let me change places without pics of the cockroaches. Have you ever tried to take a pic of a cockroach?! There was plenty of parking for our moving truck, the front desk people were super nice especially Ranisha. It was obvious the management was poor and the maintenance and front desk people had to compensate and work real hard to keep things running. Breakfast was decent. The pool had bread in it and they house some homeless people and people were hitting their kids. Won’t return

No hot water. No water at one point at 9 to 11 am in a Saturday so i couldnt even wash up at all before i left for the day. Loose dog on the property attacked my 6 yr old daughter.

The pictures on Expedia are deceiving. The hotel isn’t in good condition and we had to change rooms 4 times because of the sewer smell. Furniture was in very bad condition. Not a good hotel. I have to say though, the manager was very sweet and tried very hard to help. Do not recommend this hotel.

The man that checked me in was nice. He informed me that there was not hot water and offered free cancelation. Since I arrived at 11pm I was not going to try and find another hotel to stay at. When I woke up the next morning there wasn't any water at all. When I went to the desk the employee informed me that they cut the water off because they were working to fix it. So I wasn't able to take a shower at all. They don't offer a discount or no sorry for the inconvenience. Just nothing so I just paid to sleep there and couldn't even take a shower. I just wish they would have informed me when I checked in so all the customers could be aware.

The stay was anything but ideal. First night there was no hot water the second there was. The third day there was again no hot water and was woke up in the middle of the night to a false fire alarm. There were cockroaches in the room. The staff that checked me in was not very kind. I ended up canceling the last two nights of my stay and moving to a new hotel. Thankful the expedia customer service got me a refund and was so kind.

We stayed four days and just horrible. Air didn’t stay on and cold, no hot water, refrigerator didn’t cool off items and roaches

At the front desk, the staff said there is no running hot water at the hotel and suggested me to cancel the booking while I was about to check in. I agreed and the staff cancelled to booking right away. Later, I learned that they cancelled the booking, while charging the night that I didn't stay. The cancellation was not free-costing the night that I did not stay.

The room was very outdated. Found a red stain on the curtain, as well as a roach or some weird orange bug on the alarm. Also, the hotel or room smells weird.

Staff was nice but that was about it. Rooms and hallways smelled like cigarettes and just bad overall. Room and bathroom did not feel or smell cleaned at all prior to our arrival and we were notified the day of that there was no hot water after driving from out of town. You could smell the smoke coming from the vents in the shower to the point it made me a little sick. Additionally, the area itself is a little sketchy. I probably would not stay here next time I'm in town.

Its really bad hotel it’s old and our bathroom didn’t clean . And didn’t have any hot waters.. cause I’m read review didn’t believe what people said , but when were when there it’s true. Not come back again

The Hotel didn’t have no Hot water the whole weekend and its roach infested.

No hot water at all and was not told until after payment! Made to sign waiver or wouldn’t let us check in at 1:30am! Forgot a bag and cologne was stolen

Hotel was having water issues..they told us the hot was out and would be fixed by the afternoon, so we decided to stay and it was not, on top of that the water from the shower barely even came out. There was trash piled up all over the place. The hotel is very out dated it looks nothing like the photos online.

We ended up not staying because of the water heater not working and no hot water.

Their water heater was not working and we had to find a new hotel to go too. The staff was pleasant and helpful. But we felt that they should have contacted us ahead of time and let us know so we could make alternate arrangements

This hotel let me book a stay and it did not have hot water. When I arrived and then I was informed about the water situation. The guy said he called but he did not. I had to find another hotel the same day which made it a lot more expense.

No hot water for 2-3 days but didn’t notify us until the check in date 330pm, we had to cancel and book another hotel which is more expensive without option

Everything was good except that they had no hot water in the building. They did call before our check in to let us know and gave us a chance to cancel but also mentioned that they were actively trying to fix the problem. When we got there to check in we were then told that it would not get fixed until Monday.

Hotels didn't have hot water.What is a reason they were taking booking without hot water ??? While Check in Front Desk guy said property do not have hot water, would I like to stay ? If I like to stay I have to sign waiver. It was very disappointing for me, where I gone a go at middle of night so stayed at hotel with No hot water.Front Desk guy was so rude, don't care about guest, No apology.

We stayed for 3 nights, prior to checking in the front desk associate said they were working on the hot water and would be available tomorrow. All lies, we stayed 3 nights and had no hot water. The internet went down for 2 nights as well. Traveled over 400 miles, they could have called in advance to let us know the conditions of the hotel so we could have made other reservations.

Very good

It’s was wonderful view and bed are amazing but wish they need fix the hot water for shower
