    It's very dated, but wouldn't be terrible if the hallways and entryway hadn't been stifling hot and smelly. Our tween said the bed was comfy, but I thought the mattress was too thin. It was mostly clean and well maintained, with the exception of the shower floor which was very grubby and the ice bucket that was straight up filthy. It was fortunate that the restaurant was never open since trying to eat there would not have worked well due to the temp and odor ugh. we absolutely got what we paid for, and wouldn't do it again.

    The place smelled bad as soon as you entered the lobby. None of the pictures on their website when booking are accurate. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because it mentioned a hot tub, which was filled in when I got there. The room was disgusting, it smelled like urine and it was not well lit despite having all lights on. The room felt dark and dirty. As soon as I stepped into the room I went back to the lobby to let them know I cannot stay here. They REFUSED to refund and were immediately hostile. Expedia called the hotel after I reported the entire situation (the building should be condemned), and the manager refused to approve the refund form. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to Anyone!!!

    Someone truck window was broken into in the parking lot, i went to the front desk to report it and ask for the police to be called, nothing happened. Remind you we must report our license plate numbers at the front desk.. i think there management needs to be checked....the whole experience wasnt welcoming 😕

    I reserved two rooms. The rooms were very dirty. Furniture was missing doors. The VERY TINY refrigerators were barely working. The tv only had a handful of channels in one room and only analog channels in the other room. The pool water was very cold. The elevator will scare the heck out of you every time you get in it. The room keys kept loosing connection with both rooms. That was exhausting! I will never stay here again!

    Free shuttle which is great but it smelled like cigarettes. Also you’d have to call for the shuttle service, it doesn’t seem to do hourly or wtv rounds. Check in was easy and quick. Room is of decent size, furniture might need of an upgrade. But otherwise fairly clean, kinda smelled like the cleaning products on the first day. Free parking if you rented a car.

    The staff was very rarely available. The shuttle wasn¿t running, they called me a Lyft and then told the Lyft driver the incorrect address , so that caused an issue. The room had large stains on the carpet and chair and the small was like a dirty sock.

    This is a nice hotel and I have stayed there before. There need to be a lot of upgrades the elevator will make you fall if you’re not holding on because it come down hard. The staff is not friendly at all and I was approached by gentleman around1:00 am as I came through the the door with my key in my hand asking me if I had a room there on my 2nd night. I was very disappointed but my room was clean.

    Specifically booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Indoor pool was out of order. Ice machine on our floor was broken. No microwaves in the rooms. And every time the elevator went up and down it felt like it was going to break.

    We asked for room service and did not get any. The room and hallways smelled bad. The bedding and towels had stains. The hotel did not provide extra toilet paper, conditioner, or even any box of tissues. The hotel was overall unclean and not well maintained. The bathroom fan only circulated the air instead of guiding it outside. The tiles of the bathroom were loose and the bathroom needed new adhesive. The highway was very noisy. As most hotels, the bed was hard like a rock. The staff did not even move the card to let us pass with luggage. We had to move it ourselves. We will not stay there again.

    This property was not at all as advertised. Shuttle ONLY ran 2-3 hours in the morning. Food service shut down-failed inspection. It felt like you opened up a hotel that had been shut down and out of service for several years and open doors but did nothing before the first guest arrived. Do youself a favor do not book here no matter how attractive. They make their business from airlines cancelled flights when the airline needs to put their passengers "somewhere". Jesse the front end person did a fabulous job of trying to help us guests as best he could. But he did not have anything to work with. Radison Hotels should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. The people of the Radison Hotel franchise dept. needs to make a surprise visit to this hotel.

    He traveled all day and was told that they would not give him a key to his room, that he would be let in by them. I’m on the phone with him as I write this listening to this BS. Really???!     no lights in the rooms on the lamps in my king suite. I was told I would be moved to another room when it was available and guess what I wasn't. I was stuck in a room with dim lights I was about to go get some bulbs for the lamps but that is not my job. No food unless you order it from door dash or uber Eats because the food service workers didn't feel like working that night or day. I was charged more for a dark room I couldn't get any work done!!!

    Mind you I booked a month in advance. Traveling from out of town get to the hotel to find out my room wasn’t available they gave it to someone the front desk man gonna say oh sorry it seem we overbooked 3 people, okay what does that have to do with giving my room away mind you I had a room with a balcony. So I told the front desk guy okay I’m go look into find one at another hotel. So on to the next day I wake up and they had ran my card and charged me for the room which I didn’t have. Worst hotel and customer service I’ve seen in a long time.. don’t book here they will give your room away then try charge you for a room you don’t have. If I could give them a -1000 I would and all the screens was tore on the patio windows and windows I’m glad might of been roaches and bed bugs there!!!

    Lobby a/c was out, side door key card reader was out (walk back around the building after parking). Elevator was broken (climb 4 floors of stairs with suitcases in 90* heat) Room window was open, very muggy, room window was very dirty, room sink had tape over drain. Room A/C was very good, bed was comfortable enough. Room seemed clean. This hotel needs some updating and some decent management. Hard to believe this was a$100 stay.

    The staff was very down to earth and friendly. The rooms were in decent shape, and everything looked pretty clean. The only reason I wouldn’t give this a five star, is because they still do not have any breakfast options available despite Covid being in year 2-3. Tons of hotels provide options such as Grab and go. I don’t feel that you can justify not having a breakfast option because of Covid if your other amenities such as the pool are open. Other than that, everything else was nice.

    There isn’t enough character count to put my entire disastrous encounter with this hotel… Please check google reviews… In short: no phones in the rooms, no iron or microwave in our room… They consider a patio a balcony.. There were spiders in our room and the shower head was spewing water… The front desk never had maintenance fix the shower head and the latch on the door was broken… I don’t recommend this trap to anyone…

    From the moment that I got to the hotel it wasn't issue the woman at the front desk was a very very nice lady but I chose pay at the hotel and handed her my ID and my credit card that I wanted bill as I did the reservation with my debit card and she build my debit card and hand me the card back and I thought it was kind of fast so I was like did you charge the credit card so you want me to bill the credit card so I had her redo it with the credit card they didn't have to leave for the keys so she wrote the room number on the keys in a marker and it rubbed off but I mean we knew the room number so we got to the room and I inspect rooms because my kids were there I actually laughed all the room down this hotel claimed to be a facility with no smoking my room was fully smoked in and involved it was really bad but I didn't want to complain so I left it as it was I found a whole bra stuff up at the top corner of one of the beds there were roaches dead roaches but they were shoved in the corners like the vacuum just didn't get there they were five different q-tips used and shove the corner behind the curtain it was just a mess the room had no microwave it did have a refrigerator and that was it the TV we have to figure it out it had like a button where you could change the channel and everything so it was nice but we had to figure it out it was kind of cold to us at the at the desk also we went out to dinner right after we got everything into the hotel room and the side door is loc

    Our stay was terrible. Not only have they attempted to steal from me by charging me twice for our rooms but the service was terrible and the rooms smelled like mildew and were not clean. We did end up getting moved to better rooms but even then we spotted a roach and our key cards didn’t work the entire stay. We knew the key cards weren’t any good when they number of the rooms were hand written in marker on the cards. The manager and two of the front desk workers were nice but that hotel should be shut down. One guy who worked the desk was rude and just gave us the hardest time because our key cards didn’t work. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

    Our stay was terrible. When we arrived we were originally placed in first floor rooms. The rooms smelled like mildew and flooding and the furniture was dirty. We then got moved to the third floor with no hesitation. We had 3 rooms. Now upon arrival another customer complained about roaches… we should’ve believed her. There was one roach crawling on the wall of one room which we recorded. When we went to complain we were told all that could be done was giving us another room. The keys to our rooms didn’t work the entire 3-5 night stay which was a huge inconvenience. We were told maintenance would fix it, maintenance never came. The phone in one room didn’t work and was disgusting as it had old food on it maybe ketchup on the ear portion of the phone so you can’t see it until you pick the phone up. Two of the nights a guy was working the desk and he was rude to us and gave us a hard time which felt really racist. The manager was nice but she was off the entire weekend so we only saw her at check in. Due to the key cards not working it really hindered our being able to freely leave our rooms. One of the times we left a key card was placed in the door by staff after we had gone to dinner so that we could easily get in but left our room open. We were so thankful nothing was missing as the hotel made sure to let us know that they aren’t responsible for missing items in the room. This was my birthday getaway so I was extremely disappointed. No compensation given.

    Do not stay here. Hotel is a dump. Drug heads in the parking lot and elevator broken. We tried to check in early but was told no rooms ready and she will call us when ready. Never gotten a call. When we showed back up at check-in time Front desk said we look in shape so we should be fine on second floor. After carrying our luggage up the stairs we get to our room with no balcony or a phone. Had to walk back down to the lobby to complain and was told there are no other rooms to switch. We were never given option to cancel. We ended up leaving since the place didn’t feel safe and booked another hotel. Worse place to stay!

    When we got there, there was 8 people stuck on the elevator on the 3rd floor 5mins before we got there. Children and adults. Once, the firemen came, it took 5 more mins and they shut the elevator down the whole 3 nights we were there. Our room was on the third floor. My husband and I knees are horrible. We had to take all our lugguage up the stairs. Couple of times we had to pack our 5 yrs old sleep granddaughter up the stairs. It was hot in stairwell and the hallways. We had to go to the 1st floor for ice and toiletries.

    I love how they accommodated us for an extra night on our reservation the night we arrived due to a very dangerous hotel we unwittingly booked before. They gave us a night on short notice which I found very kind. However the hotel grounds were a bit concerning. There’s a vehicle there with no tires at all and two vehicles got broken into while we were there. That was alarming but I made sure to keep my weapon close. The room was clean and fresh, bathroom was great. Lighting could be better but we both had a great experience. The gym was open but not the pool which was upsetting. The common bathrooms were pretty bad, smelled terrible and there was a roach but my private area was wonderful.

    This location should not bear the name of Radisson. It is a high end MOTEL at best. When I checked in my towels were dirty and wet. The placement towels were clean but still wet. That has to be a health code violation. The iron was broken, the microwave had no plate to set you food on to warm up, their were water beetles (roaches) in the bathroom, the ice machines on level 2 and 3 did not work... What more needs to be said. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE I LOVE! AN ENEMY YES!!

    At 3pm heck in Hotel had no running water. No towels in the room until next day. The ones we finally got were still damp. Pulled the curtains closed to find a large Wasp Nest size of an apple stuck to the top of the curtain. Had to switch rooms. New room had no microwave, was told by front desk that we had to purchase from the lobby store to use the one in the lobby. Ice machine on each floor inoperable. Pool, fitness center, lobby hot food service was not available. Customer Service made me so mad at even being in Houston.

    1st off they didn't have a room even though i had a reservation for up to a month in advance! Then tried to make it seem like a big deal that they even got us a room. It looked fine till the next morning when we woke up covered in bugs that looked like flying ants. Couldn't tell if it was a termite or not. No food was in the room. Well we let them politely know about tye bug situation, and they offered to refund us. Only they didnt. They double charged us. Almost a week later, and still not resolved. So don't waste your money.

    King bed suites have nice balcony and are quite, staff is great. There isnt shuttle service, breakfast or restaurant as advertised. Recommend managers to inspect rooms after they are cleaned.

    They wanted more to cancel than what the room itself cost. The room had some sort of stains on the carpet and bed. There was no comforter so take your own blanket! You have to ask for anything that belongs in the room, such as a coffee maker, hair dryer or any of the other items that are listed on the page. The ice makers on the 2nd and 3rd floor were broken. The elevator is not in great shape, use the stairs, if you can. They said that it gets stuck some times. Our $200-300 trip turned into $700 in our 2 night stay.

    This was a very nice stay! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the set up and cleanliness of the room. The check-in and check-out service was very quick. We enjoyed everything about our stay, besides the fact that parking is very limited. We assume there's just enough parking per rooms because we got back late one night and happened to get the last spot available. Otherwise, service was fast to bring us any extra amenities we needed.

    The hotel was just okay. Location is easy access to and from the highway. One of the entrance/exits was locked which was inconvenient and there were old rugs/trash right out front. The parking was absolutely terrible and saw a few roaches scatter by the front door and thru the lot. Although I commend the amount of handicap spaces, both nights i had to park in the neighboring hotel lot because there was no parking available. While checking out, i noticed i was never given a parking permit which other vehicles had displayed. The check in prices was garbage. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to come up there and inform me that the type of room i booked was not available. About 10 minutes after, house cleaning informed her i was "lucky" and there was only 1 left although we had reserved 2. House cleaning never came and i had to go to the front desk to change my own sheets. Would not be my first choice to stay here again. The beds were okay. The rooms were comfortable. Blankets were thin.

    Horrible experience I would never return to this disgusting place!!!! We arrived around 2am due to unexpected traffic. Upon arriving I noticed the front desk guys were very rude and short with us. Then when we headed up to our room there was a huge spider on my bed, which I had to kill. The room was very dirty and the bed sheets and towels had yellow stains on them. The whole room screamed bed bug infestation!!!! I mentioned it to the staff and they said that was the last room available and there was nothing they could do!!!Everyone was exhausted from the road trip and decided to go to bed. We had reservations for 2 nights which I refused to stay due to the hotel conditions. I booked another hotel early that morning and decided to check out early. Upon checking out a very friendly lady in the front desk after explaining our awful experience in the hotel, offered to give us another room, but since we had already booked another hotel we declined. She begged us not to give the hotel a bad review but I think people need to be aware of this disgusting hotel and the rude staff. Please do not stay here it’s disgusting!!!

    The cleanliness of the room was off had to do alot of sanitizing the beds had then sheets had to ask for blankets there was an o ongoing leak in the main halkway the tub was dirty the elevator was not running right breakfast was not open and the front of the building was not appealing with rugs and storage supplies everywhere. I wont recommend this place for anyone who has OCD!

    There was a giant cockroach dead in our room! The front desk person (in the morning, not the afternoon) was hiding away in the back and it took about 10 minutes to get him to come out! Our room smelled super weird too. Beds are not comfortable.

    Property should not have been open to public. Severe damage due to frozen pipes. Nothing visibly done since winter. We had to walk through the area to reach the stairs since the elevator was broken down.

    Card key never worked. Reactivated 6 times, still never worked. Window screen was shredded. Bathroom sink handle was broken, could be pulled off the valve. Toilet seat was broken, broken hinge. Pool was unavailable, bar was unavailable, breakfast was unavailable.
