    The location was fine but the staff that evening was horrible and unknowledgeable about my reservation. I attempted to educate her even after she called her supervisor but she remained non chalant and ride. After she continued to be rude I snapped back and I finally left. I wouldn't recommend this facility if thats the normal attitude of the staff. Staff needs better attitude.

    Just stayed here because of the location and I was tired. Upon check in the lady at. Front desk wanted me to pay. I informed her that I had paid through a third party. She had to call her boss and get authorization to give me a room key. This after I showed her my authorization code. Towel that was for stepping out of shower was soaking wet. I don't believe it was changed from previous guest. Top sheet wasn't clean. Looked like it was stained or had something on it.

I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around the hotel. Walking distance from a lot of food places and shopping. This hotel is very nice and I will return for another stay.

    It was close to stores The rooms smelled. The elevators were awful and eventually went out of order so I had to haul all my things up and down the stairs. Tubs were nasty. Would not recommend and will not be back.

    We had a place to sleep. The condition and the fact that we were charged an extra $100 or $200 (we don’t even know how much yet) for an excessive cleaning fee. That is ridiculous. We only left our towels on the floor and the sofa bed out. If this is what they consider the need for excessive cleaning, they definitely need to post this this info. Nobody can explain to me what the need for excessive cleaning was for. Please do not stay at this hotel. If you do, request a walkthrough with a manager and take pics before you leave. Besides that, we had to listen to the fire alarm going off!

    Inability of management to solve problems. Fire alarm went off and manager was unable to able to operate the panel. The TV did’t work. The hooks in the bathroom fell off the wall. The towel racks were rusted. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room as advertised. Day management did not have a replacement or a solution to the problem. Hot water did not work in the room, no solution as the hotel was sold out.

    The receptionist was rude and rolled her eyes when we had a question about what she was charging us and why our reservation wasnt the same as we expected from Hotels.com. The room smelled damp and the carpet was humid(wet) the hotel itself smelled old when we walked in. The AC wasnt really cooling either. The bed seemed very lose and wasn’t comfortable at all. The swimming pool was very dirty. They have a patio with bbq pits and when we used it, it was filthy dirty, I asked for a broom to sweep it up myself. Never again. Do not recommend.

    The front desk attendant was incredibly kind. The property needs renovation and needs better amenities. I am unsure why this property is rated as 8 stars. No bathroom trash can, no ice bucket, the door needed repair. The front desk attendee had to go check our room to ensure it was clean and stay ready.

    N/A The so-called kitchen stove was an electric hot-plate and there was only one very small pan to cook in available in the room. There were a few forks and zero spoons to eat with. We went to the front desk to ask for another pan and all they had was another very small pan. There were people hanging around the lobby and front door who looked homeless and the entire hotel smelled like marijuana. When we checked out, I was told that the $100 deposit had been released back to my bank at that moment but that was a bald-faced lie because four days later, I called my bank, and they told me the funds had not been released by the hotel. Called the hotel and was told the funds were indeed still "on hold" and the woman says she just released them. I don't usually write reviews, but this was the dreariest feeling hotel that I have stayed at. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else until they improve the place and improve the customer service.

    Was charged $319 for twice in one day. I locked my card and luckily I did because they tried to run my card for another $319. I was told to come see the manager at 6 am the next morning. No manager was there in the a m. Clerk at front desk said I had to wait until i checked out and then wait another 3-5 business days for my money to return. The hotel is very run down and in need of update. Bed was comfy I will say. The first night I killed a pregnant cockroach in the bathroom. Very sketchy area. I would never stay at this hotel again.

    Well located with lots of amenities close by including Wholefoods and fast foods. Friendly reception staff. Room was well appointed but a few items could use attention to maintain standards - stain on recliner (head) and carpet hole near the wall. Good value for money and I would stay again.

    I used to love this hotel but ownership has changed since I was last here. They have no idea how to clean. You can see attempts have been made but the corners of the carpets are dirty, the floors are warped and peeling and seem to be washed with dish soap so they are sticky in bare feet and deadly when wearing shoes (slippery). There was trash/ clothing/hangers in the parking lot. I could go on but will leave it at sadly, I won’t be back.

    Room service is weekly, so if your stay is shorter than a week, they won’t clean the room unless you ask. But other than that, great place. Has a kitchen and necessary utensils and is really good for its price.

    They have suites with kitchenettes where the stove burners do not work, the sink does not drain, and the staff promise they will fix it or change the room...Neither of the promises was true!

    I was surprised at what the room had to offer such as a larger refrigerator and very comfortable beds. What I didn’t care for was the incomplete paint job around our bathroom door and the way the bathroom door would rub against the bathroom floor tile when opening/closing.

    I got bumped out of my room on Thursday, 8/1 becuz they were overbooked so I ended up staying in the room with one of my sisters. Then I was told to come before noon on Friday so they can find me a room. They did and they were supposed to comp the room but I ended up gettin charged full price for a room I had already paid for thru Expedia. The mgr guaranteed me I wouldn’t get charged and so did the desk clerk when I checked out and I got charged anyway. So to say I’m pissed is an understatement. The room was disgusting and the service was horrible. The manager wouldn’t even return my ph call to correct their error. I will never stay there again and I will never use Expedia again. My next move is to call corporate and then I plan to blast them on every social media site possible.

    My only complaint about this property was the noise with the plumbing. Every time you flushed the toilet, there wouls be this loud, incessant noise that followed.

    were 2 closets, 2 tv’s and a dressing table which was great. But I have to mention that housekeeping forgot to clean the kettle and check in time was delayed. Other than that, candlewood is still on top of my list.

    Check-in was slow and inefficient—we were actually given the key to a room that was occupied! There was a pipe in the hallway ceiling right outside of our room that was leaking steadily into a bucket. We had to ask at the front desk to have somebody empty the bucket so that it wouldn’t flood into our room. Also, one of the windows in our room was broken.

    They made me feel comfortable and provided excellent and friendly service. Shout out to Gary who shuttled me to our local office and cooked some great Chinese food for the customer reception on Wednesday’s. I’ll be back in two weeks to stay again.
