Overall pretty clean. My main complaints are about staff and amenities. Any time I went to the front desk, no one was there. Even in the middle of the day, no one was ever at the counter. The vending machines didn’t work and there was no continental breakfast even though they had a kitchen area in the lobby. It was just kept closed. The entire property also smelled highly of marijuana and cigarettes. So bad that it gave me a headache and we stayed in a non-smoking room

The location was close to restaurants and I-95. A continental breakfast The breakfast could have included hot grits, bacon, sausage, and eggs or pancakes, but I guess they did not have the staff nor the facility to make this possible.

Absolutely nothing. I walked in the front door & all I smelled was sm9ke. There was Noone to check me in. The lobby looked like someone had not cleaned it in weeks. I had a really bad feeling about this place so I picked up my bags & left. This location gives the hotel a bad name. Not all of these hotels present like this one.

The room was not clean at all. The toilet handle was off and would not flush. The bathtub faucet was broken. And the entire hotel smelled so badly of smoke!

Our room was right off the lobby so the non smoking is not adhered to. There was no complimentary breakfast as indicated, even on their sign. They had that portion taped off so it couldn't be accessed. There is no sound proofing between floors. We could hear the people above us walking around. It sounded like they were going to come through our ceiling. Plenty of noisy people in the halls at late night/early morning hours. A 2 night stay for my son's AIT graduation was plenty. The only thing that I liked was the service from the evening shift front desk clerk. She went out of her way to make sure me and my family had clean towels and clean linens for my bed because my sheets were dirty when I got there. Room wasn't clean. The structural building itself was in desperate need of repairs. There wasn't any wifi. The laundry area was disgusting. The ice machine shouldn't even have been made available for guests..things were growing inside of it. Curtains were torn from the ceiling. We had a universal remote to the TV but, that didn't work. It had cockroaches.

Customer service horrible, room nasty and out-dated, room/ hotel had a terrible order. I was over charged. Rate says $70 but i was charged over $100. Breakfast was very unsanitary! Owner walking around with socks on. I would not recommend this hotel!! Glad i didn’t have to stay long!

I am a disabled veteran and am trying to get adjusted to staying on my own due to seizures. It was not the best room but I stayed because it was just a place to stay due to me situation. My uncle would come check on me to make sure I was ok. I decided to extend my stay for one more night to because I felt I was doing ok. When I went to extend for another night the person was very rude. He was yelling at me telling me I can’t have the do not disturb sign up and my uncle could not come to check on me even after I explained my situation and I showed my military card that has 100% disabled veteran. He even told me the guy wasn’t my uncle. My uncle and I are three years apart. We grew up together which I also told him. Not only do I have seizures but I also have PTSD. It’s things like that that causes me to have seizures. I asked him why he was yelling a lady came from the back but at that point I decided to leave and my uncle and sister came and picked me up. He should not be working there.

When I arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk to greet me. I waited about 10 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. The breakfast had nothing to offer, nor did it look appetizing. The only reason I was there was the price and the close proximity to my family.

We were concerned when we walked into the lobby and saw the glass wall separating the lobby from the clerk. We wondered about our security if there was a need to put the clerk behind safety glass. The room was comfortable. The parking lot was nice and clean.

Nice location. First I was put in a smoking room. I was changed to a non smoking room which was much better. Please make the entire sleeping rooms NON smoking. The smell throughout the property takes on the bad odor of smoking smoke. Update all bathroom please.

My worst hotel experience. There was one employee who was manager, front desk, and housekeeper during our stay. He was rude and beds had no blankets. Asked for blankets and he brought up curtains. Just terrible service. Will never reserve a room here again.

I did not stay at this hotel. When I booked this hotel through hotels.com it was listed as pet friendly. When I arrived after a terrible day of driving down I-95 in bumper-to-bumper traffic, the person at the front desk said the hotel was not pet-friendly. I am very upset over this & will hesitate to use hotels.com in the future.

It was great that they offered a continental breakfast and a couple beverages in the lobby but that was really the only good thing about this location. The entire hotel stinks bad of cigarettes and curry. The rooms are dirty and unkept. The first room we were given had a broken sleeper sofa and reeked badly of cigarettes and was dirty. The second room had a very old sofa bed you could feel every spring in. The sheets on the king bed were dirty, had a men's sex stain on them, bed was hard as a rock and we found pubic hair in the bed and in the floor. 2 electrical outlets didn't work, the coffee pot was broken and dirty also, the bathroom wasnt cleaned at all. Definitely not worth $69 a night, just gross!

The owner(s)/mamager(s) were so rude it was ridiculous! My fiance' was told by myself to check us in, while i was on the road to the hotel. Upon me making reservations w/ my name. I then called the hotel & explained to them I made the reservations but he would be checking is in while I'm on my way. I then asked would that be okay with them, seeing it was in my name. Whomever answered the phone stated that would be fine. As long as I would show my i.d as well upon me entering the property. I then agreed to do so. I entered the hotel at maybe 6pm, upon entering the building. 2 male (employees) asked "are you staying the night?" I said yes as they stood at the door entrance lile security. Never coming to see if I needed help nor looking at my i.d. As per their request. They BOTH just ran out the building after I entered. While standing at the counter awaiting my i.d check. I noticed a cardboard note stuck on the counter stating. "Anyone staying is to have no visitors, company, etc". I immediately felt like I was in some sort of jail & wasn't allowed visitors (as stated). After paying $80 for the night & they have a no refund policy. This was by far the worst Hotel we ever stayed at. We killed 2 roaches in the room and found other bugs around. There were stains on the couch. The bed sheets looked dirty. We complained to the owners and they said they could put us in another room. But the hotel room most likely would be same, we asked for refund and was told sorry no refunds. We will be flying back down next month and will not be staying at this hotel again and will never stay at a Econo Lodge again. Bill

There were stains on both the comforter and pillow cases. The floor needed sweeping/cleaning. There was a picture on the wall that was hanging upside down and could not be turned right-side up due to the hooks on the wall. It appeared that painting had been recently done in the room as there were little spatters on the ac unit as well as on the knob of the tubs faucet. The overall stay was good considering these minor things that could've been fixed.

Hotel is falling apart. Wifi barely works. Breakfast consists of coffee and bread. Non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes.

The staff was great with changing my reservation to the correct hotel but the rooms door didn't close all the way and the bathroom was missing a few things but overall it did the job

Clean, decent, well-located, noisy. Pillows were pathetic. Appreciated a real coffee pot. I'll use them again.

As an employee from hotel for over 20 years there is a lot of thinks that can be done with the hotel the smell of cigarette is too strong, they need to have somebody at the front desk all the time and paint or clean some walls

This was a wonderful trip and the hotel was really cheap! The only problem I had at all was the wifi did not work in my room but overall my room was clean, the service was good, and I had no problems.

I arrive and my credit card and itinierary don't match,then i found a roach on my room door,i was refused the room with a jacuzzi because the rates were higher amd the couldn't accommodate Edpedia's discounted rate although it was the only room available per the front desk. Although as I'm on the phone calling Expedia front desk says now room is available But it's handicap.So i had no choice but to accept (it was late and I had been on the road All day). I will not use use this hotel nor Expedia for that matter. No one has reached out to me regarding my refund difference or any remorse for my experience. the breakfast wasn't even fresh.Oh and we also had to keep resetting our keys.

Was pleasantly greeted at front desk, but so disappointed in the rest of our experience. While the towels and sheets were nice and white, that was the only high point of our room. The bedspreads were the old fashioned floral quilts that you know are not washed after each guest, so when we removed those from the beds, we discovered huge rips in the blanket on one bed, and many dark stains on the blanket on the other. The edge of the boxspring had a big suspicious looking stain. The front of the vanity where the Kleenex box goes was all broken open and shattered. In the bathroom, much of the paint was off of the door, the handle was loose, the ceiling was moldy and it dripped liquid onto anyone sitting on the toilet. (We did not discover the leaking ceiling until we returned late at night, or would have asked to switch rooms. When we told the front desk in the morning, we were chided for not saying something the day before...but the ceiling was moldy and wet, so obviously this was not a new problem.)

I had two disappointments: The first was with the television. It was the old-style picture tube TV. The picture was very blurry and sound was bad. The cable service was poor as well, with few options and incomprehensible remote. They need to spring for flat screens. The second was the wireless connection provided. It was very confusing to use and I was never able to actually get through the registration process. Other hotels make it much simpler.

My stay was great very comfortable most I like was going down stairs for breakfast and coffee was great.and front desk was very nice and helpful.

Staff lacks interest, except for breakfast guy, he was kind and helpful. Walls in room dirty, furniture broken, pillows half the size of normal, literally. Burn hole in bedspread, blanket falling apart. Small things, but not giving you a sense of comfort, wondering how dirty is it.

I had roaches in my room. Also i had problem with the toilet. I called the front desk and they didn't have no housekeeping available to fix the problem they moved us to a mew room but we still had to deal with the roaches. The next day wasn't better for breakfast i noticed that the coffee creamer was expired and the cream cheese was bad too. I had the worse vacation ever. I will never go back and i will not recommended to anyone.

Place was clean next to other hotels and also next to highway and gas station wawa reasonable priced as well

Dirty, bugs, etc. never again will pay more to stay somewhere else.
