Great little boutique hotel. Lou and his wife were great! The owner was was a cool guy. Great location , steps from beach! Quiet and everything you want is a short walk down the boardwalk!! Definitely 100% gonna stay there again!!!

Great little place on the quiet end of the beach. There are 2 restaurants nearby and I highly recommend Food Lion, a shop that has a café in it. Food is freshly made. Maria and AJ were lovely. Only quibble is that there is a Nepresso machine in the room. I'd prefer a keurig or drip coffee. Will definitely stay here next time I am in the area.

Having stayed here prior to the start of the remodeling, the property is definitely headed in the right direction. Will stay here every time we are in the Hollywood area!!

Need a better mattress

Location and comfort made this the perfect stay- I was a little unsure getting an email with a combo and getting in but the room was clean, well laid out and full pf comforts- beach towels and chairs in the closet, a small but lovely and updated bathroom and a great kitchenette. Easy to regulate temperature and literally steps from the beach. I had a small issue with the shower draining that I know is an issue around beaches- and asked staff and it was fixed in minutes and provided the chance to meet the owners/staff who were lovely and friendly and super helpful. I will look forward to returning!

Staff was amazing and accommodating. What a beautiful room as well. Great working A/C!!! Can't wait to come back here.

Room was very clean and nice all along the only thing that I could complain about was the check out window. Must hotels when you request a late check out they would give you 2 or 3 ours more. But I guess this are your rules and we have to go with it. Other than that everything was A+

Room was nice, clean, just freshly, completely renovated. Great staff, Maria and Loui are very nice couple and very helpful! Small kitchenette was good and useful for our week stay.Close to the beach.

Can't beat the price for the location. My son counted 75 steps from the front door to the sand on the beach. Not a ton of amenities, but no complaints from our family considering the price, location, and nearby entertainment within walking distance. Would stay again.

I will give this place 4/10 just because it’s close to the beach , this place is probably built in 1800’s very very old place ,very dirty, cabinets dirty, bed is uncomfortable and hard ,hair everywhere,shower got low pressure ,bathroom dirty.Couldn’t eat anything in this condo because of how dirty it is, sink dirty, fridge nasty microwave. Definitely not recommended, will not be coming back here.Thankfully we only got the it for one night

The staff was so helpful to us throughout our stay! From helping us with parking to making sure we could stay in the same room with two separate reservations! The location was great!

The only hitch was an after hour check-in. First, communication via ‘email’ was through the 3rd party, Expedia. I didn’t think to look there as I was not familiar with that avenue of connection. Info to retrieve an after hour key should be to the primary email or text to the phone number. Second, the combination lock box that contained the key was difficult to get into because it involved a little switch to the left of the tumblers that was difficult to see until I used my phone light that reveled it. After those issues were solved our stay was splendid and we will stay there again.

In Shanghai, my room was on the 97th floor over looking the river and city. The Tiana beach inn is not the above. It is however, it is a perfect adventure for someone looking for a little spot where you get to know the neighbours, have great access to the beach, wonderful staff and a good clean room with a kitchenette. If you are looking for service and a gift store, stay at the Marriott one block away. ( I choose to save my bonvoy points for another time) And we didn’t see any little critters and if we had come across them, I am certain they would be as nice as the staff! But trust me stay there and you won’t regret it! Bottom line; Sure this place needs a little love, but it is very loveable!

I really liked the location, everything was clean except the floors, and I recommend to get new mattress, the bed was extremely hard, other than that I would definitely book again .

We had a very enjoyable stay at Tiana Inn on Hollywood Beach. The biggest standout is the location—it’s incredibly convenient. We were less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and took a quick stroll to Ocean’s 13 for a great early dinner. Later that evening, we discovered the Candy Cane Parade was happening, and we grabbed a spot at Riptide to enjoy live music, drinks, and the parade. The views of the moon over the boardwalk and beach were beautiful. We loved that everything was walkable—no rideshare needed and we could fully enjoy the atmosphere. The inn itself is a bit outdated, yes, but still comfortable, quiet (other than some road noise), and very friendly. Our room was studio-style with a full fridge, stovetop, and sink, which was super convenient. They even provide beach chairs and towels—such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was small and clean, but the lighting made it a bit hard to see in the mirror, and it could use a deeper clean. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room stayed cool throughout our stay. Overall, if you want an affordable, convenient spot close to everything on Hollywood Beach, Tiana Inn is a great choice. We’d definitely stay again!

This is an older hotel, and it's definitely showing its age. But the room was clean and comfortable. We were able to use one of the free parking spaces, but I think if the rooms had all been filled, we would have had to pay the $20 for overnight parking.

The office provides a link to the city parking division where you can buy a parking pass for 24 hours to park on the street. My stay was off season in the summer, so not sure how that would work out in the season (winter months) as beach parking can be tight during the season.

The location is excellent, just off the Broadwalk and Hollywood beach. The kitchenette was also nice but the dishes were dirty. We had to wash each item before using.

A cozy spot, it has outdoor seating to have a drink and chat. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked, including a nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, pots and pans etc. I would recommend this hotel.

Super close to beach, towel and chair handy. Parking almost impossible, 11 units and 4 spaces. Current rate for very scarce Blue metered parking is $4 an hour round the clock so if you stay 18-19 hours...well, you do the math.

The location of this place is what is spectacular! Easy to walk along the beach. It is self check-in and there are instructions taped to a window. Easy and self explanatory enough. The room was fine, but a little unclean. I washed everything before using it as it felt like a layer of dirt on it. But the low cost and proximity to the beach was great and I would stay here again.

The info about parking is not accurate, there are only 4 spots for 8 units and 2 of them is mostly taken by management and the street parking is very limited, they basically are not accurate and transparent about parking situation and the bathroom is very old and run down

If you are looking for an inexpensive place close to the beach, this could be it! Staff are great. We arrived way too early for check in, but we were able to leave our suitcases in the office. They called us when our room was ready. The beach chairs and beach towels in our room were a great bonus. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

TV was turned on to Fox News when we arrived and remote not working. Can’t change channels or turn off tv. No coffee pods but we did instructions on how to use them. Air Conditioner is good. Great location. Tried sending emails for assistance, haven’t heard back yet. Too late to find alternative accommodation. Would like a refund or discount, this definitely doesn’t meet even the most basic needs, I mean isn’t soap essential? We r using dish soap for hands but don’t want to use for showering or hair washing.

I am enjoying my stay BUT the room is very dated and like I’m staying at my grandmas cottage. Which I don’t mind but it is definitely not luxury. Has everything you need and everything works. Very clean. The location is fantastic… literally steps to the beach. The bed is new and comfortable. For a cheap night in Hollywood I Would recommend this place. Also the staff are very friendly and hospitality is top notch.. I stayed in room one, the cheapest and smallest room. It’s on the road side so I can hear the traffic. Has a TV, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker kettle, set of dishes and cutlery for 2. Small dining table for 2 and bathroom with shower. Sink and counter. I mean it’s like a bachelor apartment. It’s good.

Comfortable and 2min walk to the beach! My only regret was that I didn’t called ahead and ask to remove the plugin fragrance from wall it took more than 3 days of windows open to get rid of smell. Nothing fancy but perfect location.

Nice place. Every now and then you could get a good deal on a place like. Small room, well appointed. God bed. All you need.

We really enjoyed our stay. A quiet easy to get to apartment with a little kitchenette that was perfect. It was clean and welcoming when we came in and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend

Great no/frills accommodation with good access to beach

Location, steps from boardwalk, is excellent. Rooms are dated, but very clean, & like an efficiency, with microwave, stove, refrigerator. Parking is limited, but we were fortunate to get a free spot on grounds. Staff very friendly & accommodating.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights for for the orange bowl in Miami it was the perfect place to stay and if we’re ever back in the area this is this is gonna be my first choice it was a beautiful area basically right on the beach the room is the perfect size for a couple we were in room 1 this had more amenities then any hotel you’ll stay at for the price or even double the price from a fridge to a mini stove a table to sit beach chairs beach towels dishes for two people it was just a amazing experience especially for the price and I almost forgot to mention awesome outside seating just book it you won’t regret it

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property managers are very nice and took care of us super well! I loved how the beach was just a minute away and I loved the location. Rooms were clean! I only wish they would remodel a bit the rooms but that’s not a complain, just a suggestion for the future, it’s been a wonderful stay and we will come back and stay here!

We stayed here before our cruise, then loved it so much we came back for the one night after! The staff is very friendly and multilingual. The beach is a block away, and there’s a boardwalk loaded with shops and restaurants. This is the quieter end of the beach, according to the staff and our Uber driver. It’s perfect! Fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee provided. CLEAN linens and a fresh scent in the room. I would come back here a third time!

It was like a cute little old-school apartment turned into a motel room. Perfect for what we needed.

We spent two nights here after a cruise. Quaint old style accommodation and decor. Full kitchen and fridge/freezer made for easy meals. Perfect location for the beach and walking along the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here in the future.

It would be helpful if the lock boxes were clearly numbered; clear directions (i.e. a simple map) to illustrate where each room is located. Room is very clean; all necessary items are provided.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we got there, but they were working on it and had it ready to go within 20 minutes of our arrival. Everything seemed clean and it was half a block to the boardwalk which was great!

The room was comfy and I enjoyed my stay.

We were unable to make the trip due to an injury my wife sustained the weekend before. And, as it turned out, hurricane Helene was headed that way. We requested a refund , or at least, a credit voucher for a later date, but, never got a response.

The staff were great and tended to needs quickly. Great location to the beach and safe to walk alone.

Close to the beach, had everything I needed for my stay . Lovely kitchen area small but perfect. Could of have a couple floor mats ,seeing that it's so close t the beach.

Decent shape for the money. Room smelled clean but there were human hairs covering the bathroom and around the bed.

This place was perfection ! I don’t have enough nice things to say! Th apartment was very clean and smelled great! The space is comfortable. We are a family of 4 and I was very comfortable. Kitchen, fridge microwave all great! Bathroom is comfortable and clean! Everyone was so nice and the patio community area in the front is so cute, and kept very clean. The outdoor shower was convenient! Over all it was perfect and go the price?!? Just book it now! We will be coming back

Absolutely lovely hotel just steps from the beach. We have vacationed in this area for 20 years. First time staying at this location. It was all newly remodeled. The staff who was there to welcome us was very friendly. Everyone really went above and beyond.
