Steps to the Hollywood Broadwalk with lots of restaurants and stores. There is a small shared patio that faces the ocean where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while listening to the beach waves. The unit itself was very clean and fresh. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 full size beach towels, and full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers so you have even less to pack! Great water pressure in the shower too! This building does not have assigned parking, however, once you arrive, they send you an optional link to pay $21 a day for street parking & then you can use it all over town which is a great deal! We lucked out by finding street parking outside of our unit for most of our stay, but I think it was just good timing. Overall, we loved this unit & location and will definitely stay again!

Location was excellent for access to boardwalk and beach. Managers were very friendly and gave us information about areas to see. The fence between our unit neighbor was in much need of repair. Looked quite unattractive on other side of fence with lots of animals.

I hate dealing with hotels that don't have a front desk. I wasted over an hour trying to check in. It was a disaster and we had very slow response time to our questions until we got the problems resolved.

This place was perfect. Stayed 4 nights with my family of 3. Couldn't ask for anything better. Everything you need. From kitchen to Laundry. Right in the middle of Everything. We walked everywhere and hung out on the beautiful beach every day. Will be back for sure.

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, very modern and very comfortable. It was steps away from the beach and restaurants. The owner was available for any questions and checked up to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was nicely stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Looking forward to staying there again at our next trip. It would have been great if the property had its own designated parking however there are plenty areas to park and the owner advised us if several options available. We saved a lot from taking her advice and purchasing a parking pass with the city of Hollywood.

Location, and cleanliness. Parking, the city parking is crazy, IM fighting a fine right now. We paid on the app and I can show we paid but cant get anyone on the phone to rmeove the ticket.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. Loved the convenience of being right across from the ocean. Showers in the afternoon were barely lukewarm for the first shower of the day and got cold after. This was before anyone took any showers. May want to check that.

It’s small so a great place if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room itself. The location was great as it was steps from the beach. But the smell in the room was kind of rancid. At first, the floors were dirty but when reaching out to the manager, they sent someone out quickly and the lady was very kind. For the money, it wasn’t too bad. It wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m in the area in the future. But if I want to be steps away from the beach, don’t plan on spending much time in the room, and don’t have a bigger budget, I’d consider it. At the end of the day, you can’t get much for your money in south Florida, so all in all, it was ok.

The rental was very close to the beach and the boardwalk which was so nice. The unit was clean and had the essentials needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Jackie was very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again if we come back to Hollywood Beach.

We were there on a busy weekend and had to drive around forever waiting for a parking spot on the street to open up. It's great for being close to the beach and entertainment and food options. Did not have much of an outside sitting area except for the community front porch on the front of the building. We stayed in unit 8 and it was very clean except for the floor being a bit grimy near the kitchen area. The bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom small but nice and had a big shower. We would probably stay there again but maybe not on a weekend.

Jackie and Mark are amazing. The room is beautiful, bed very comfortable and clean, living room kitchen spacious bathroom pretty and the location is perfect !!!! Definitely recommend it and we will be there soon!!!!

The apartment is very spacious, modern, clean and is well equipped with all needed. I loved it. The rates compared to hotels around are fair as well. I already booked for the summer. The only thing I can say is parking not being on property/public parking only.

There were chairs and beach towels. All appliances were working and the check-in was easy. It is an old building so the smell from the shower drain was unpleasant and at times noticeable.

Very clean unit! Couldn’t be closer to the beach. One complaint would be with the T V watching situation. There were 2 large televisions but neither one had live programming. This can be annoying when staying for several days. Also there is really nowhere to hang or unpack your clothes. The unit itself is plenty big enough and comfortable.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past. The rooms are getting run down. The in room AC seems to have stopped working. They replaced with window units. Very loud running !! The biggest thing they had going for it was the Million dollar view as you came out of the building onto the front porch over looking the Ocean. That has been replaced with using the backdoor only overlook brick walls & other run down properties.

We stayed at room 10. Clean property , comfortable bed, pillows, mattress. Dishes all you need. Tons of TV channels( we stayed in rain season:) umbrellas, chairs , towels for beach - huge plus!! Jackie so friendly, easy to work with, fast response. Definitely recommended!

The apartment was nice. They had chairs and an umbrella. It was easily walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Anything we needed, the staff was responsive and on it. Everything was clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The suite was great. Location is amazing. We were able to use the beach like it was a personal pool. The shaded porch was a perfect place to sit and have a drink while still taking in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment has everything you could need. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels. The location was perfect! Just off the boardwalk. I could see our apartment building from my spot on the beach. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within steps. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

Spot on for location, steps to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Parking can be tricky but not the properties fault, just the way the area is designed. If your looking for a spot to plant for the week without having to leave, this is the place. Many food options in walking distance and shops for every day necessities. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Perfect for two adults, solo as well. Would be tight fit for more than two adults. Super clean, responsive service. Comfy bed. Location was superb. So easy to set up at the beach, didn’t even need to wear shoes there because we could come back and use the facilities.

The location is perfect for a getaway on the Boardwalk. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Room was super clean and spacious for a studio unit. Bed was comfortable, and unit was well equipped with full kitchen, and beach chairs. The even unit numbers do not have a view, as they face the adjacent building but you are steps from a beach view, and their is a shared patio, if you need some air. Overall enjoyed the stay and will come again!

This place was awesome! Everything you need. It was like home away from home. If you want to go to the beach then run back to your room to make margaritas and go right back…it’s that close. They have chairs for the beach, umbrella, beach towells stored in your room and you dont have to rent any or buy anything. you have a full kitchen with pots pans, silverware, plates. Definitely will be back. The price, location A1! Parking wasn’t the best but it was a great stay that it didn’t even matter. It was great!

I would stay here again! The beach is literally right outside your door. Walking distance to lots of bar and restaurants. Mangers are very friendly and helpful.
