What a great location! The room was very clean. Having a stove top kitchen is a welcomed plus, and it's stocked with plates, utensils, and drink ware. Also, the rooms have beach chairs and umbrellas (which, as a suggestion, are due for an upgrade/replacement). Will definitely book again!

The property was very close to the boardwalk along the beach, only a short walk to the band shell. Free evening entertainment. Yes, there are bicycles, but in desperate need of crankshaft repair. One bike’s brakes did not work and my son ran into a palm tree. People would stare as they were noisy and not smooth to pedal. Unit one was cool, comfortable, and clean, but the shower needs a shelf to place any shampoos or shaving materials rather than stooping to the floor. The water guard is broken at the bottom of the door and water leaks onto the floor requiring a towel. The sink has no drain guard and anything falling into the sink disappears down the drain. We appreciated that someone had left coffee and filters and the cup of coffee on the beach at sunrise was memorable.

We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Great place for families full size frig and cookware included. Steps away from the beach. Will definitely book again real soon.

This, being my second time staying at this hotel, was one of the best experiences! The communication from hotel staff was amazing, clean room, property and steps away from the beach. Boardwalk, you’ll find plenty of cool eating spots; with a few having live music! I will be staying there again!

Beautiful spot steps from the beach. Owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again as well as refer to family and friends. Perfect spot for beach access and all the restaurants on the board walk.

Everything was amazing, I would come back here everytime with no hesitation! Caleb and his team were incredible, master class.

It is very close to the Broadwalk where you’ll find the restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. The area seemed safe and not overly crowded. We didn’t experience any issues regardless of the time of day or evening while we were out and about.

There were pros and cons. The first pro was Caleb, who was wonderful from Check-in to check out and extremely attentive. Another pro was that they put two beach chairs in the room for you, which is the first time I’ve ever had that at a beachside resort and made it really convenient. Another pro was that it was so close to the beach and felt like a very safe area. The cons were that the towels did not seem like they were fresh. The bathmat was dirty and had holes and tears, but they did replace them immediately when requested. The room does need some sprucing up. It was very stark, which really showed the wear and tear on the walls and paint. Could use some decor artwork on the walls, etc. Also has a coffee maker but no filters or coffee packets for the first morning so never got to use it. Overall, I would stay there again, but I would probably bring my own towels and bedding this time and filters for the coffee maker

What a cute place to stay! Steps from the beach with all supplies needed for a beach day available for use. The kitchenette was supplied with basic essentials. I think the only thing I can think of is that they place a roll of paper towels in the room for guests who are only staying a couple of days. Overall it was awesome!

The location is wonderful. The only staff I spoke to was via text. Made checking in a bit confusing. Very clean and comfortable otherwise.

The room is very clean and well maintained with full kitchen, utensils, cooking pots and stove. It has everything you need for a beach life, free beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, floaters and free bicycles. Walking distance to main activities at night but still quietly to sleep at night. We traveled with kids and have a pleasant stay. Recommend this place.

The room was very clean and updated. Great little kitchen and bath, good lighting, kitchen was well stocked, and they provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. They also had hooks in the bathroom and in the room - which is so great, and most places don't have! I loved being able to borrow a bike and a beach chair without hassle. The location is super convenient to the beach but doesn't really have a beach view. My view was of a wall - that is my only complaint, but for the high season the price was a bargain and the property wonderful!

We stayed in room 8, and the view of the beach was immaculate!!!! The only thing i disliked about the property was the face that the bathroom was very small. Overall, it was very much worth staying. We will book again!

I’m delighted that I chose to stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There were numerous extra amenities available for guests, including bicycles, beach chairs, and beach equipment, which we were able to use for free. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The room was absolutely spotless. I wipe things down with a Clorox wipe as a precaution, and I didn’t get a single speck of dirt off of anything. The air was cold. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this place.

The room was very clean, and had everything we needed for a simple meal. I loved that they had beach chairs, umbrella, bikes to use and beach floats etc. Just a note, the wifi/tv was not working on our last day there. It's a bit challenging that the office is only open from 9 am -5 pm. Otherwise, Caleb was kind and friendly and you cannot beat the location!

The room was clean and well taken care of. Caleb was easy to work with. The location is nice, just off the beach but only a 1 minute walk away. They have beach bikes and folding chairs to use. Several decent places to eat along the boardwalk. Take one of the boat tours like the Sea Rocket, worth the money.

Lock is tricky...takes a few tries to catch. Need wider shades to block out light, especially door. Should move bikes and other around corner, away from the unit...bikes chained to hand railing...awkward if anyone needs a bike (see shade comment). Would stay here again otherwise.

Charming little place, very close to the beach with lots of available beach toys, bikes, etc available to use. The only negative was hearing someone coming in at 2:30 am in the room above us. Heavy footsteps and furniture moving woke us up. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect beach getaway. Steps to the beach, cafes, restaurants along the boardwalk. The room was clean and simple. Beach gear handy, bike was fun to ride. I paid extra for the parking spot right in the property which was perfect. I’ll definitely rent again!

I had a wonderful experience at The Marlin Beachside in Hollywood Beach. The location is perfect—just steps away from the beautiful beach and the lively Broadwalk. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a wonderful view from the window, where you can see the ocean, and it’s amazing to take a morning bike ride using the bicycles available at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hollywood Beach!

The fact that each room comes with 2 beach chairs & an umbrella was amazing. A broom in the closet was very much appreciated as the sand was never-ending. The only drawback was the noise from the room upstairs. Every step, moving the dining chairs, closing of the cupboards & even the conversations were all quite loud.

The Hotel is located in the perfect spot for a beach getaway. My unit, unit 8, had a great view of the ocean from the small patio. The Marlin Beachside is a gem at the north end of the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. It's a beautifully remodeled property inside and out while maintaining its original character and charm. Perfect location that is close to numerous dining and shopping options. There great views from the room of the beach and turquoise ocean. The staff and owners are very friendly and attentive. Just perfect property in a fantastic location. We can't wait to visit the Marlin Beachside again.

The Marlin Beachside is a gem at the north end of the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. It's a beautifully remodeled property inside and out while maintaining its original character and charm. Perfect location that is close to numerous dining and shopping options. There great views from the room of the beach and turquoise ocean. The staff and owners are very friendly and attentive. Just perfect property in a fantastic location. We can't wait to visit the Marlin Beachside again.

Excellent location across the street from Hollywood beach and Broadwalk, while in a quieter location about 10 min walk away from the central area with most restaurants and shops. We were in Apt 8, which was exactly as pictured complete with the beach/ocean view. Beach towels, chair and umbrella are provided which was very convenient, and bikes are also available for use. Only additional charge to expect is parking which is $22-25/day; there are 4 spots in front of the property which the management will assign if available, otherwise there is a large parking garage right behind the property. Would choose to stay here again.

My daughters and I stayed in room 4 for 3 nights, got in late but the instructions for check in were great and we had no problems. There specifically for the eras tour, wish we would have had more time to enjoy the beach, but we loved that it was literally steps away from the beach, so nice (although massively windy!) We walked down the broadwalk to Margaritaville in the mornings for coffee. Natasha and her husband were so accommodating, everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.

3 words. Love this place. We have been there 2 times in a month. Best place. Close to everything; beach, restaurants, bars, nice place, quiet and super clean rooms. This is our spot in hollywood beach. Staff is great, great comunication and friendly.

This was by far, the cleanest property I’ve ever been to. Felt right at home… the location is excellent! A few steps from the beach, not too far from bars and restaurants yet not too close to the noisy part of the broadwalk.

The Marlin Beachside property turned out to be a great pick. The room was spacious, clean and just what we needed to spend a couple of nights in Hollywood. Could not have asked for more!

Amazing stay! The hotel and surrounding area is very beautiful, right by Hollywood Beach and the broadwalk. The check-in process is easy and the staff are very respectful to guests. Stay here and you won't regret it.

The shower water also filled up too high and may need unclogging. Also a light weight vaccum for the room would work wonders instead of a dust pan and broom. Just some friendly suggestions.

We booked three nights at this hotel based on reviews. Clean, comfortable mattress, cute inside/out, and so close to the sand. We met several repeat customers and all were very friendly.

This was a great stay the apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need to enjoy a carefree weekend. Great beach access with an outside patio to beautiful beach views

Excellent property location, just north of all the shops, bars, and restaurants on the broadwalk. Nice quiet spot with outdoor seating on the property to enjoy. The hotel has bikes for use, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even kids toys. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Marlin Beachside is by far the best choice for any vacation. Its steps from the beach, parking is easy, the rooms are clean and modern and the owners/staff are super friendly and accommodating. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The staff were very helpful and it was an easy check in. They got back to me promptly for any needs or information. I have already booked a second stay! Definitely Recommend! A 10/10

The aparthotel was very clean. Check in and check out were very easy. It was the perfect blend of beautiful and economical. There wasn't an ocean view but walk a few steps and you were at the beach. I was a little weary when i saw all of the reviews were good but they were all pretty spot on. There was not a daily maid service like a traditional hotel but anything we needed they were able to do for us. I definitely plan on returning. I would give more stars if i could.

Great place right near the beach. Clean, updated room with a small kitchenette. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided. Would definitely book again.

Great experience. Clean and the hotel property was very accommodating. They let me and my wife store are luggage at the hotel after we had checked out until we caught our flight as well.

It was PARADISE!It was most wonderful vacation that i ever have!Stuff was very responsive,clean room,30 seconds to get reach the ocean,amazing broadwoak,Theatr etc. I am missing that place and i will return there!!!

Right around the corner from the beach. Staff was very convenient and helpful. Had access to bikes to ride on the boardwalk. Definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is good, nice comfy bed and sofa bed. Quiet, you can grab the bikes and go for a spin, everything was very nice. Definitely will come back
