Close to very nice restaurants and just steps to the beach. #205 on the corner with little kitchen,coffee maker,microwave,fridge and comfortable dinning table and sofa. Pool warm and clean.

Hotel, it had a full size fridge a sink, cooking stove few glasses…the beach was a black away which was perfect…

You were also requested to throw your toilet paper in the trash, which I found absolutely disgusting. That should not even be a thing in Hollywood Beach Florida.

Five star hotel

If you’re looking for a kitchenette to use bring dishes and silverware. The microwave was from like 1988 that didn’t work well. Found several pubic hair and dead bugs in our beds and we rented the two double beds. No coincidence there as this must be common practice to either reuse sheets or not wash them. I don’t know how pubic hair would get in the beds if the linen had been properly washed. When we arrived at the property, there was nobody there during their stated business hours.. I called the number only to get someone on the other end that stated.” I sent you a text.” I’m looking right at my phone and there is no text from this man. I said what are you telling me in the text because I never got one? Is there a problem with the room as it is now 8 PM and trying to find a hotel at 8 PM in this area is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. He said he just wanted to find out what time I was coming. My question is why does that even matter because we have paid online and these rooms are numerical boxes on the door to enter the room. Yes it would’ve been nice having somebody on the property so we could get the extra things that we needed like a couple more pillows because there were three of us which I clearly stated in the reservation, or to get an extra blanket or two. Furthermore, when the property owner was told about the bugs and the Hair there was no comment and walked away

I will definitely stay here again for a longer period of time. Property is well maintained, clean rooms, and amenities made the experience a great time. Property has a well maintained pool, and beach lounge chairs for your convenience to enjoy. What topped it off was Ebby the owner which is very friendly and made the while check-in process smooth and hastle free. Beach is footsteps away and beach chairs are available for your use. Plenty of private parking for $20 a day. Ebby was available when you needed him and caters to your needs. Thank you Ebby, I will be back soon!

This was the best location to the beach we could’ve asked for! The price was amazing and it looks like they are starting to take care of the property and remodel some rooms. First glance the room looked very new and modern for light fixtures to the nice table and couch. The beds were trendy and comfortable. But there is still a lot to be taken care of in the room, stains everywhere cracks and flaws. We had a weird mattress left in our closet and blood stains on a lot of the blankets. Abby was a great host and even a lot of us to check out one hour late to help us with our Airport drive! The pool looked clean and inviting and the variety of chairs up on the rooftop was great.

For the price I paid, solid place. Ac worked well, had a bed and working bathroom facilities. My wife and I spent very little time at the motel so we didn’t mind, but if you consider yourself high maintenance, steer clear. Dirty utensils in cabinet, upper drawer of closet hasn’t been dusted in weeks maybe months. Floor was dirty when we got there. Paid a mandatory daily cleaning fee of $20, so $80 in total, they did not clean once or take out the garbage. To summarize, would I return, no, but if you’re a couple or family on a low budget, solid choice.

This motel is situated in a very nice location right off Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. We arrived late and were told to pay a late fee, even though the website did not state that there was a late fee. The room was not exactly clean as well. We found hair and crumbs on the counter and in the microwave, also lots of dust. The fan was not working and the beds were a little hard. The staff seemed nice, but I would not return to this property unfortunately.

Property was not at all what it was advertised to be. King suite had a queen bed in the living room, 2 queen beds in the bedroom, only 2 pillows per bed, I had to use a lint brush to get what appeared to be dog hair off the pillowcase in order to lay my head down for a couple hours after a long day of travel, no available blankets, 1 AC in bedroom had no heat and the other in the kitchen you couldn’t adjust the temperature. Cockroaches everywhere, no hot water at 12:25 at night, not one single item in (full) kitchen to use with the appliances. No facecloth or hand towels in bathroom, no after hours number to call. Was charged additional fees at property. Absolutely no view of the ocean only the sky above the other hotels. When I approached the manager the following morning and let him know that we would not be staying we were leaving. His response was us. I can put you in another room. When I asked about the roaches if they would also be in the other room he said I don’t know. Not even any offer to return the cash money we paid for cleaning or parking of the days we were not staying. This property is in deplorable condition and I would never ever refer anybody to stay here. It is not one bit of what it was advertised to be.

The location was great. Right off the beach easy to walk the boardwalk, pet friendly the property shows its date with medium results with updates. Phone it was very friendly and helpful. Good value for the price it booked in the right dates

This is a good option if you need something affordable. There were beach chairs provided which was nice since the property is less than 2 blocks from the beach. However, the AC sucks so if you don’t like sleeping hot that may be an issue.

There were two of us. They gave us 1 big towel & a hand towel each (for 4 days). I had to ask 3x for more towels. There were no face cloths.

Room was clean and a really cool set up. The whole place has been recently renovated and upgraded, and did an absolutely beautiful job! You pick your own code for the door, so you dont have to worry about losing a room key. The pool and common area were right outside the room doors. Very beautiful. Will stay again!

I booked this property based on the description and amenities listed, but the room I received (Room 111) was nowhere close to what was advertised. The room was filthy upon arrival — dirt behind the bed, in the kitchen area, and in the bathroom — and I even found a roach on the kitchen counter the next morning. The “kitchenette” is completely unusable. It came with only one scratched, rusty pan, and although the manager later brought a second pan, the entire kitchen area runs off a large contractor-style extension cord, meaning the stove, coffee maker, and toaster oven cannot be used at the same time. The dishes and cabinets were dirty, and there was no dining table, even though it was listed in the amenities. The room also advertised a rain shower head, which was not present. The air conditioning had no remote, so it could not be turned off, and the coffee maker didn’t work until the manager replaced it. Before arriving, I called the property to confirm there would be cookware and a working coffee maker, and I was told yes — but none of these items were initially provided. When I asked if I could switch rooms, the manager refused and told me I “did not pay enough,” even though my room cost over $70 before applying my Hotels.com credits. Check-in was another issue. the area is very quiet nice to rest and enjoy your trip. its near to beach and Hollywood broadwalk. I'll comeback soon to this place. I didn't like the parking fee 20 dollars everyday

There was a mattress cover (just the one that goes on like a fitted sheet) obviously the mattress was never cleaned before putting it on. A very nice maid came to our room and deep cleaned it for well over an hour. The kitchen chairs were super unstable and we were afraid to sit on them. The staff themselves were nice and apologetic.

When I arrived at property I was greeted by a family, with children, smoking illegal substances at the outdoor table next to the office. I know that is a personal preference; however, it is still illegal in Florida. I arrived at 4 pm. Check in began at 3 pm. There was no one at the office. I was told via a doorbell speaker my room # and a code, which was the room # followed by a 0 and a #. I felt very unsafe, like anyone could access the room. I also noted there was a frozen exploded drink in the freezer. I didn't want to get blamed for this so I left. I called the office number and told the person about the freezer and that I was leaving. This place was not for me, but could be okay for someone else.

Had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and had plenty of space. Our fur baby's also had a blast. Abi and rest of staff very nice. Pool was perfect temp and very clean. We cant wait to go back again.

The location was great, the pool was awesome, room had 2 burners , a microwave and a decent size fridge . Big bed and a futon. Ac was super cold. Hotel also has a bbq by the pool. Rooms also looked newly renovated . Employees are also very nice. My only complain would be that the walls are super thin. You can hear if there are people talking nearby. Also there is a pretty rude lady that I believe lives there in room 201.

This place is in a great location for a staycation with parking ($$/day). Walking distance from the beach. It has nice pool and a rooftop. Relatively quiet. Room was not clean. We had to clean the room ourselves despite a mandatory $20 cleaning fee. Building facades need some TLC.

First of all they have hidden fees ..I brought my girlfriend there she broke up with me after seeing the room.. there’s people that giving away stuff .. they have a miserable chair they could have done better..i don’t recommend it to anybody

I stayed for just one night and it was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just steps from the broadwalk, making it perfect for anyone wanting to soak up the beach vibes without any hassle. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the office manager was courteous and professional throughout. The space itself was cozy, clean, and came with all the basics—simple furniture and toiletries. I’d definitely recommend Hotel P to any beach lover looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to rest after a day in the sun. ☀️?️ The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which had a few glitches during my stay. But if you’re mainly there to enjoy the beach and unwind, it’s not a dealbreaker.

BYO toilet paper, BYO paper towels, sponges for kitchen sink. Roaches the size of small cars outside, and cracks under the door almost large enough for them to spend the night with you.

The owner is very nice they have renovated the units and the size and amenities is very nice inside the units It is not beachfront which it states it was however the location is just 400 feet from the beach and the beach was very nice The weed smell is overwhelming there are signs everywhere not to smoke however clearly people do

IMPORTANT: was not expecting the posted sign in the bathroom saying DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER, PLACE IN TRASH CAN. Made me feel like I was in old Mexico, not the US! That was a bit much for me. The swimming pool is small but very clean. Hope this helps others make an informed decision. Being RIGHT on the beach and the low price were deciding factors for us. The beach is beautiful and literally a 2 min walk. Area felt 100% safe!

Furniture / Bedding uncomfortable. Cigarette burns in many places , bathroom , floor , on bedding Broken patio chair . Both table lamps were broken . Broken fire alarm. Smell of smoke residue . Linens smelled of smoke . Large clump of hair in the shower. Floor felt dirty on bare feet throughout suite.

I liked the space of the room and kitchen area. The A/C was good. We did find a shirt under the bed. Overall great experience with a great location. The bed could be better as it was slightly uncomfortable.

Linens smelled of smoke residue. One room had broken / disabled smoke detectors. Broken patio chair. Couch was very cheap and uncomfortable. Little details like this make a huge difference. Replace the lamps , invest in better bedding / linens & furniture. Easy to do.

The room was disgusting. There was a pair of dirty womans panties hanging off the shower knob when we arrived. Lights didnt work. Fan didnt work. Other peoples trash was left everywhere to include used razors and old food. The toilet apparently leaked sewerage into the room below us and the guy actually asked us to not use the toilet in our room for the last 4 days we were there. It was close to the beach, this is the ONLY positive thing i can say.

Waited a week before the date and paid $250 total. Another couple there booked 6 weeks in advance and paid $117 which is Ok. Book early. I had little or no choice but to pay a premium. Good location one block from the Boardwalk and beautiful beach. Ok for one night.

So much so that we went to stay at another hotel. I called Expedia and they told me they could not refund me the money because the owner of the hotel didn’t want to return my money… I was with customer service for over an hour and nothing was resolved. Highly disappointed on both property and Expedia

Has a ring doorbell that I had rang twice to receive toilet paper that manager shut off alert and never came to door.. pay $18 a day for cleaning which they never done. They do not put wash rags in room. Left only 2 towels. Had to track mgr down to receive towels for next day. Was extremely noisy and people fighting outside at 2am. Only thing good was being close to beach and boardwalk. I do NOT recommend this property!

This property was dirty, you could tell they don’t sweep or mop. The pictures on the website are far from reality from what the property looks like. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Gentleman who works at the office is friendly and easy to reach out for anything. The room was overall clean, but not perfect, lots of dust under the bed, the television screen was dirty. There was no coffee machine which was the worst for us, but near, there’s a little market where you can get a really nice coffee, the king food. The pool was clean and confortable. Really close to the beach, not even a minute walk. Not the best place if you want to stay in the room, but if you’re looking for a good place near the beach, perfect place!

Check was not welcoming. Lobby locked up like Fort Knox you ring a bell they come unlock it. Did not get a receipt for anything. Surprise parking fee. You have an in-wall air conditioner you turn on, no washcloths, no face towels (there were 2 bath towels), no tissue, not even 1/2 roll of toilet paper there total, no little soaps or anything sanitary at sink, old blanket on bed. You get idea. The good news was it is 1 block from beach and the overall price was more than fair. A little more attention to cleanliness and details this place could really improve and I think people would glad to pay more for that!

Loved it the beach was 2 minutes walk right in front you can watch the sunrise at 705 am it was the best birthday celebration I had.

Owner was incredibly kind. Let us check in at 11:30 PM, and had very good parking. Very nice and clean room, especially for the price. 2 minute walk from the beach. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice has comfortable bed and pillows. Is an apt separate kitchen area with full size refrigerator and a two burner stove top along with a toaster and microwave. Also a table for 2. Much nicer than I expected and easy walk to beach and I have mobilty issues. Side walk and less than 3 min walk. Great area!

I arrived about a half hour early after a 2 hour drive and 90 degree weather and my room wasn't ready. Everything else was great

First, I was charged $120 when I booked this property. I asked the owner and he told me by phone that included parking and taxes. At the property, he told me that he didn't charged that, that it was Expedia. No beach towels, not enough towels in the room. He was very rude, a kitchen with no pots or utensils, the bed sheets had stains. This is really a posada to stay 1 day not in the beach area.

Nice place, a little outdated in some aspects, but the pool was clean and the fact that they have parking is a bonus.

Beautiful hidden gem !!! Worth going amazing rooms and amazing hotel !!!

Excelente Atención por parte del Personal , Principalmente de Su Manager, Mr. Abby. Cuenta con todos los requerimientos para un perfecto fin de Semana de playa. A escasos minutos a pie de Hollywood Beach. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

This property is a hidden gem. Our room was beautiful the staff was polite and attentive. We will stay here again!

Great customer service

This was a last minute stay and it was wonderful. Room was very clean cold AC, bed was big and comfortable. Even pet friendly which was a plus for us and our frenchie. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was beautiful and clean. Definitely can’t wait to come again!!

I just stayed 4 days here and I LOVED IT. Albee the worker was beyond amazing in every single way and made sure we had the best trip ever! It was very quiet when I went I was only one in pool every day and the rooms are what you pay for. Nice air conditioning and everything you need for beach vacation. The roof top is very nice and I will be coming back every time!
