    Realmente me sorprendio que este hotel no estuviera bien limpio ya que habia visto buenos reviews, las sabanas estaban llenas de pelos, el colchon estaba todo manchado. Nos cambiaron de habitacion y la siguiente habitacion el cabezal de la cama tenia como fluidos. Realmente muy mala experiencia

    I arrived and the staff were so kind! The hotel is on a beautiful lake with a view. My room was not cleaned when I initially arrived and the staff were SO helpful and upgraded me for the inconvenience! My room was perfect for what I needed and had a microwave AND fridge. I will be staying again!

    Room was large and clean with a little wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was as good was can be expected and it filled the void. Off the beaten path but right on the water and a few minutes away from retail. Lyft was about $22 with tip from Ft Lauderdale airport.

    - Front desk: Lloyd, Kelan, Robert, & Nadia (desk) and Susan (breakfast attendant) were the stars of my stay - so helpful and kind. They deserve an 'excellent' rating. - Room: Comfortable. More vacuuming in corners, esp in bedroom, is in order. The mattress was very comfortable. There was plenty of room in closets and dresser, though dresser's drawers were a bit out of alignment. - Housekeeping: These services kept some of my ratings from being excellent. They change bedsheets only on 3rd day following check in. I'm not surprised that a hotel catering more to those coming/going from cruises doesn't know how to schedule cleaning for a long term guest, but I had to repeatedly ask for sheets to be changed. Front desk staff did their best to communicate this with them and three times told me they'd asked the housekeeping manager to contact me. That manager never did. One front desk associate had had enough and walked a member of housekeeping to my room one evening to get the job done. Housekeeping would empty trash every day (at one point even something that they deemed trash but was not in the trashcan) and changed towels as needed. They would not scrub the sink or tub even when asked. They did, however, change out the shower curtain and wipe down the tub's rim (not the interior of tub) the day I reported pink mold. I would come back if staying for less time. I needed a kitchen.

    My family and I stayed at your hotel on [fecha]. After our stay, multiple family members started experiencing severe itching and possible bites. We are concerned there may have been bed bugs or fleas in the room. We are currently inspecting our home and belongings and may need professional pest treatment. We would like this matter investigated immediately and would appreciate compensation or reimbursement for the inconvenience and potential damages. We also request a copy of any recent pest control inspections for the room where we stayed. Thank you.

During breakfast boiled eggs and susauge were served for our entire stay. I will try to explain this experience in the most professional manner as possible. But do not underestimate the gravety at which this experience could have easly went "SOUTH" for everyone present. Customer service rep(s) at the front desk had a personal confrontational "THREATENING" conversation "over the phone" with someone from outside the hotel while at the work place. They should try to resolve their issues outside of the work place. Management and Supervisors needs to be aware of the activities by their staff that takes place at all times. When staff members are being threatened while at work from someone on the outside (away from the work place) in a confratational manner, over the phone, then everyone present can be at risk if the situation changes for the worse.

    On check in it took 2 staff 15 minutes to check us in, and I was the only one there, the hotel was in a really poor state, the air con was blowing hot air, the floor was dirty, covered in hairs everywhere, don’t try think they got working hoovers, doubt the cleaners actually do anything, The decor of the hotel is very poor, the breakfast was rubbish boiled eggs and patties that tasted like a rubbish bins, orange juice watered down so much it may as well of been water, the man on check out was nice though, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY MONEY , Don’t recommend it to anyone

    This was a very clean place to stay. The breakfast was great and the pool was very clean and refreshing. It was easy getting the reservation and the desk clerk, Robert was very kind, helpful, and professional. We really appreciated him and our shuttle driver, Mike. Mike was so helpful and kind. He explained what was nearby the hotel for dining and shopping and actually took us to places and came back to get us! They go above and beyond for their guests. We will continue to stay here in the future. Thank you!!

    While the staff members at the hotel were very excellent and always willing to help, the quality of the hotel was lacking. The hotel was very dirty, there was always food and trash on the floor in the hallways. Outside of the pool area, an animal kept pooping right near the water and it would be left on cleaned all afternoon. The bedrooms were also not serviced. We had a reservation for more than four nights and they only came once to get us new towels. We had to request new towels at the front desk each day, which was totally fine. The breakfast options were awful. It was a choice of hard, boiled eggs, and overcooked sausage patties every day. The coffee, tea, hot water, and milk. We’re always running out so cereal was barely an option.

    Pool and hot tub were great. The guy that checked us in was also great! We ending up finding a really big cockroach in our room, the lady at the desk was no help and when we went downstairs she was kind of rude and tried to move us to the next room over. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Even had to contact hotels.com to get a refund for the last night.

    Necesitan mejorar en la limpieza en todos los sentidos. En la habitación el aire no enfría, alfombra sucia, tardaba en bajar el agua en la bañera y nunca rellenaron jabón, shampoo ni acondicionador de pelo. Lo dijimos en front desk y nada paso. La última noche vimos 3 papas fritas en la alfombra del pasillo a los cuartos y por la mañana seguían allí a pesar de estar en el área las personas de mantenimiento. Desayuno co ti e tal estaba bien para ser gratis. Todo estaba bien pintado pero los pisos estaban pegajosos.

    Hotel was okay but it needs updates. Few issues we had: Elevator was little scary and very slow, our microwave was gross like no one cleaned it in a while, our tv did not work, only 2 outlets in room we had. Pool/hottub outside were nice. If you are not looking for 2-3 star then probably be okay. Overall my family was not happy.

    The airport shuttle was a total disaster to the point I eventually used Uber. I called from the airport and was told to wait. Forty minutes later I called again and informed that I should have made a reservation. Forty minutes later, I called again and was put on a permanent hold. Eventually, the shuttle turned up but drove past me, never stopped and left the pickup point before I could catch it.

    Few and poor choices for breakfast. Hotel is old and dated. The keycard /readers for the card to unlock the door are not working well, we changed room and still had the same problem. It taked 10 or 20 tries to open the door. The pool was very nice. Staff were excellent. Location is close to a lot of restaurants. If the hotel was refreshed, it would be great.

    Much older facility and located off the main area. We just needed a bed for early flight next day. Met our needs but not sure I would stay for extended period of time.     I would not stay here again even if it was free. When I pulled up the most recent reviews I was only shown the positive reviews. After we checked in and I pulled up lowest reviews all the recent low reviews were finally shown. I would never have booked it if I had been shown the recent low reviews. This place needs to be closed and renovated. It 's an embarrassment to the La Quinta brand. It's in a terrible area as well. And the staff seems depressed and not sympathic - after all the complaints they've become immune. The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. Just make sure to wear flip flops to walk to the bed as the carpet is dirty.

    It took over an hour for the courtesy airport shuttle to pick us up. The shuttle van was very rundown. Check in was very smooth. The soap and shampoo bottles were empty. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t work. The room definitely needs updating. We needed a cab to the airport very early in the morning and were told to dial “0” when we were ready and the desk would call a cab for us. When we did that at 4:30 AM, no one answered. When we got to the front desk, no one was there. She was apparently assisting another guest. When she finally returned, she said we could call a cab ourselves. We said we had no idea who to call. She finally called for us. It would have been nice if there was a list of cab companies available.

    Staff at the front desk were amazing-so friendly and accommodating! The Shuttle driver was also super nice, and made us feel comfortable. The hotel itself is old and dated, beds seemed relatively clean and very spacious, but the floors- part carpet part hardwood were quite dirty in all areas. For the price considering everything else around was crazy overpriced, I was content with this hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice as well- could have had someone clean out all the leaves, but otherwise a nice little area to swim and relax. Breakfast was nothing special but nice to have a quick bite to eat that’s free. The waffles looked great but there was always a wait for them so I didn’t get to try! For the price I’d stay here again.

    Upon entering the room, we observed several areas that indicated a rushed preparation. Specifically, there was a noticeable musty odor. The bathroom presented multiple issues, including hair found on the sink and within the shower. The toilet seat was unstable, and the bathroom floor appeared unmopped. I contacted room service to request a mopping of the bathroom floor, and the cleaning cloth used subsequently appeared significantly soiled, which is quite telling. Additionally, I had to request assistance from an attendant to repair the toilet seat. The reception area could benefit from an enhanced welcoming atmosphere for our guestsAdditionally, my key card experienced repeated deactivations.

    The hotel was severely run down, roof tiles were caving in. The room was filthy, the showers tub was so nasty we didn’t even take a shower. Our phone chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in because the outlets were so old. The mattress was very uncomfortable and noisy. Overall the hotel just felt rundown and neglected.     Upon first arriving staff was good , I had two rooms reserved got one about an hour before check in which was nice. Second room was not ready so I told them I would be back and to take their time cleaning, when I returned they gave my room to someone else and I told them I wanted to be by my kids on the second floor but they put me on the fourth, okay whatever it was for one night. Then when we were going to bed I noticed that there were no pillows or blankets in the room for the third person I called down to ask for those things and they made me come down stairs to get them myself. I found that a little impressionable. I was very glad it was for only one night. Probably won’t book this hotel again.

    The staff was kind and well intentioned but it seems like the owners are doing the bare minimum to keep this place going. Rooms could use some updates and lack simple things like outlets on the bedside table for charging your phone. We waited at the airport for 40 minutes after we called the hotel and were told the shuttle was on the way. Once the shuttle arrived the driver said that the hotel was not calling him to let him know that guest’s were waiting. The breakfast staff was very kind, however; they did not have the equipment required to do their job. For example they only had one coffee pot so they were not able to keep up with coffee needs and were not able to brew decaf and regular at the same time so people waited up to 20 min for a cup of coffee during breakfast.

    First, there was no WiFi available during my stay, which is a basic necessity, especially for guests who rely on internet access for work or communication. The room itself was not properly cleaned and had a strong musty odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The door key was another ongoing problem. It repeatedly stopped working, forcing me to return to the front desk multiple times. I was told the key was not programmed for the full length of my stay, which made no sense and felt like a poor excuse for their lack of proper preparation. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The options were extremely limited and unappealing, consisting of cold boiled eggs and bread. This fell far below even the most basic expectations for hotel breakfast service. Overall, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, unreliable room access, absence of WiFi, and poor food quality made the stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise management to address these serious issues.

    We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, though it was available. We were able to leave our car for four nights at a fair price in a well-lit parking lot, which gave us peace of mind. The shuttle to the airport on the morning of departure was prompt. Airport pickup took longer than expected (close to an hour), but overall the experience was positive. A special thank you to Mr. Sterling, our friendly and helpful shuttle driver, who made a great impression. Overall, a satisfactory and good-value stay.

Restaurants were a 15 minute walk away (Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Dave & Busters, etc). Breakfast was fine: Coffee, juice, sausage, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffle maker, cereals, oranges. The seating outside was very nice. The only problems we had were transportation related. Waiting over 90 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Made a reservation for the shuttle to the cruise terminal ($15 each person) but the next morning when we attempted to board, the shuttle was full. Ended up taking a very nice Uber XL for less $$ so it all worked out.

    I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for a park and fly. Very disappointing for an airport hotel. Breakfast and shuttle do not start until 7 a.m. Our flight was early so we had to take a cab to the airport. On our return we called twice for the shuttle.     Room was run down, dated, and cleanliness needs to be improved. Doesnt look like any vacuuming had been done under and by headboard in a long time. Housekeeping left our dirty towels and garbage outside our room door for 2 days before removing. On the positive side check in was quick and easy and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was aweful except the waffles from the automatic machine. Another positive is that hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping area and close to cruise port. Over all expiernce was ok and suited our needs but would not stay at the property again.

    The stay was good. Check-in was a breeze. The front end staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel cleaning staff needs to do a better job in the common areas including the lobby, elevator and floors. These areas were littered with trash and paper. The fruit infused water dispensers were not maintained. The water was gone and the fruit looked to have been sitting for some time.

    Airport Shuttle never showed up. Shower leaked, bathroom floor was wet. No toiletries incl soap. The room key did not work after breakfast in the morning. 1 elevator, long waits. Housekeeping with a very large cart took the elevator while guests were lined up waiting.

    Check in was late. I got there early (10am) with a medically fragile person. Staff told me they would get our room ready next. We sat in the lobby and waited. It was after 3 when we checked in finally. Many other people were checking in before us Evening staff was rude, day staff was very nice.

    Interior of the hotel needs a major refresh. The paint is all nasty, wallpaper peeling, floors are a stick mess, especially in the hallways. Overall, very unclean. The old toilets are so low to the ground that you feel like you're sitting on the floor. Air conditioner wouldn't produce cold. They tried to give us another room but the air wasn't working in there either. Overall, the building and grounds look nice when arriving but the interior of the building is something else. Also, there is only one elevator and it is as slow as can be. There were often times when people were backed up trying to get on it.

    We felt like we were scammed! We paid $240 for a room that was not worth $80. The pics online show a nice updated, renovated motel. In reality this motel smells putrid, is falling apart and is in desperate need of repairs! All our soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. The plug ins in the walls were coming out. Hair that was not ours in shower! This was by far one of the worst places I have stayed for that kind of money!!

    If you are looking for a place to lay your head for a night, then this place is suffice. If you have med to high standards, you may want to look somewhere else. The essentials are here but this hotel is tired and could use some refreshing. Beds are comfortable, Breakfast is food. And you won't feel like someone will mug you. You can pick this place apart...breakfast very crowded, shuttles are very slow(1.25 hours waiting at the airport cause hotel staff had poor communication with the driver). Half hour waiting for cruise shuttle (gave up and called Uber...half the price). House keeping not taking care of basics like filling soap bottle( ours was empty). Rug in room was damp (humidity???). Would i return? Probably. Just know what to expect.

    Will never book again! We called three times for an airport shuttle and waited over 1.5 hours. This is not acceptable for a hotel that advertises airport shuttles! We ended up taking a Lyft service instead. We did not feel safe in this hotel and the elevator was dated to be inspected in August 2025 which hasn’t been completed yet. Very disappointing stay.

    Shuttle service could’ve been faster. Had to call twice. Waited over an hour. Front desk said shuttle. Would be there in a few minutes. Never arrived. Took an Uber, which was there in four minutes and got to the hotel. Seemed like shuttle service could’ve been way quicker as other hotels Had multiple different hotel shuttles go by never saw ours going.

    The staff were excellent…friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable (beds not so comfortable). Several restaurants and shopping were within walking distance making this a perfect place to spend two days when our flights had been cancelled due to weather up north. Breakfast not the greatest but it got our days started. Garden and pool area were very inviting. We’d definitely stay there again!

    The bathroom has awful, mold, molding torn away from the wall and the hardware in the tub was old and chipped, old cigarette burn on the tub. The night stand had rings from the last occupants drink. The carpet was so old and dirty. I mean.....$250 for this old dirty room is ridiculous! I would not spend $50 for this place! Horrible!     The room was awful. Roaches in the first room made me move immediately to the second floor. Left some items in that room since I was in a rush to get out of there and get some sleep. Room 204 was no better - dresser is old and drawer was off the railings. Roaches and reptiles were found also in that room. Rooms 105 and 204 were neglected, dusty, and old. Doors did not shut right either rooms - had to be pulled hard. The bathroom had a leaky faucet.

    From the shuttle from the airport taking exponentially longer than expected (super rough with kids after a long day of travel) to having to request a crib *again* (not hard, but it all adds up, ya know?) to the final straw of the 4:30 AM fire alarm, this was the worst hotel stay ever. The only silver lining is that the staff was all nice enough, but that just didn't offset everything else. Add that to there being about half of the amount of seating for breakfast in comparison to all of the guests and then some, absolutely nothing went right about this stay. In regards to the fire alarm, if you're thinking well - that's not really their fault it's a fluke and could happen anywhere, I noticed the certificate for the elevator was expired since August and apparently the fire alarm was related to elevator issues, so in my mind that is completely on the hotel and lack of maintenance and upkeep. It was just the cherry on top of a crappy travel day. There are about 10 other hotels around the same price point - avoid this one.

    The hotel was convenient as a pre-cruise overnight stay. Shuttle to the port was $15 pp and well-run, on time with a pleasant driver. Those were the only positives. Upon arrival from the airport there were about 6 different guests in line to check in, with one harried but professional clerk trying to handle the front desk and phones at the same time. I had paperwork indicating my prepaid room of two double beds for two single ladies. On arrival, I was informed that the room configuration was no longer available, but we could have a King with a pull out couch. That would have been fine, but upon opening it up, it was a thin badly sprung mattress with no bedding at all, (pillows, blankets or sheets). I went down to the front desk to ask for some, and was informed by the a different night clerk she really wasn't "obligated to provide that". When I asked if she wanted guests to sleep on bare mattresses, she asked me if I wanted her to get some sheets. When I said yes, she huffed off and came back with an armload. There was a man in line behind me with the same problem, so housekeeping needs some re-training here. The breakfast was adequate, although the poor girl in charge was having trouble keeping everything filled up. I don't fault the staff, but the management. A property catering to the volume of travelers in a cruise port should staff more than one desk clerk and one waitress.

    First off, we waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport with their shuttle. We called and we were told to stand at E, so we moved where we were from and waited 45 minutes at E. We finally called and he said that’s not where he was and he moved to a different location, so we needed to go there instead. What!! So we walked to his new location and guess what…he wasn’t there either! Four more phone calls later and we finally got our shuttle. When we got to our room, we went to the bathroom to wash our hands, and the hand soap dispenser was completely empty! The bathroom doors needed to be slammed in order to be closed. We had ONE washcloth in our room (for a family of four.) We went down to get more and we were told they didn’t have anymore?! We went to use the pool and there were only two bath towels left. This never got refilled while we were there. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were completely empty. The toaster started smoking when my son put his bagel in, so I quickly pulled the bagel out and it wasn’t even toasted! The elevator is extremely slow as they only have one. Luckily we laughed about all of this. It seemed like everything was broken or empty. We did like the restaurants that were close by and the wildlife around the property. The hot tub was nice as was the pool.

    Our experience with acquiring the shuttle from the airport was very disappointing. Called the hotel three times, choosing the correct option, and nobody ever picked up the phone. We finally had to take a cab to the property and the attendant there did answer the phone once while we were there concerning the shuttle. Other members in our party had a similar experience only after the phone was picked up they were hung up on and the shuttle never arrived for them either. The rooms were so so, with drawers askew or not fitting securely. But I guess you get what you pay for.

    Check-in/out was very quick and easy. The room itself was OK. The bathtub was very rusted and looked dirty, even though it wasn’t. The bathtub faucet was extremely difficult to open and when we called to have someone come help us open it, reception told us to try harder. In addition and to our utter surprise and disappointment, WIFI IS NO LONGER FREE on this property. This should ALWAYS be noted on every reservation. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are many other options in the area. Thank you, anyway.

    Dirty. The room was cleaned by the staff, but there is ground in dirt on the carpet, doors, and shower. It needs to be deep cleaned. Loud. The hallways are 1/2 carpet and 1/2 tile, so anytime a cart of any sort is run down the hall it makes a big slam sound when the wheels transition from carpet to tile. Location. The location is inconvenient if you want to walk to get something to eat. This hotel is sort of an island onto itself (not literally). The patio in the back is nice but it doesn’t justify staying here.

    The room is outdated and furniture shows clear signs of aging. Not very quiet but still manageable. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. Airport shuttle is nice to have but is every hour so you will spend some time waiting to be picked up or to be dropped off.

    Staff was friendly, nothing else about stay was pleasant. We have stayed here a few times but always book through hotel website, booking through Expedia I have to say I felt like we were given the worst room. Breakfast was nothing but a waffle , non of the other items were restocked in 30 minutes I sat and waited, asked for extra towels never received any. Beware the pool and hot tub are both closed booked this hotel specifically for our daughter’s birthday for hot tub and pool don’t go by what is on Expedia page it is closed and they said it probably would be for another month.

    The hotel needs drastic renovations. Staff was courteous. Not enough staff to clean rooms. Room was not ready until about 3:20. Breakfast was ok. Not great. Ran out of coffee. Need more coffee pump pots. Waffle machine was not working well. Person at desk was nice to print out my luggage tags. Took an uber for cheaper than hotel provided ride to port. They charge $15 a person while we took an uber for $23.93 for 2. Wyndham needs to see how hotel is being run.

    There is only one elevator in the building, and it is also very old, which made waiting times longer. The breakfast area is very small and felt crowded and limited. Although the property was generally kept clean and the staff was friendly and courteous, the hotel is clearly in need of significant renovation. Considering the condition of the rooms and facilities, the price does not feel justified. Overall, I was not satisfied with the stay and would not choose this hotel again.

    The bathroom had roaches. The shower head had green on the shower head. I explain to the staff that I seen roaches in the bathroom. He said they would spray my room. What happened to exterminate the building. The room looked clean. No updates. I had forgotten that I had been there years ago and they had sprayed the room with roach spray and it smelled awful. I was so happy that I only had to stay one day. Never again! I will remember this location. Problems of bugs never resolved.

    Not a bad hotel, just very old and seems run down. Staff was okay but the room could definitely use some TLC; curtains were stained.. AC seemed like it was holding for dear life trying to blow cold air. On top of that the tub was full of water when we got it since it seemed like the towels fell in and the drip just filled the tub. Location was pretty decent though, few shops nearby and fairly close to the cruise port.

    Bugs in the bathroom. Both elevators stopped working during our stay. The "7AM-10AM" breakfast ran out of food at 8:20. We watched as some customers got angry with the unfortunate staff member caught in between the cheated customers and the stingy management.

    The Front Desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, but the hotel looks to be very old and not kept up to Wyndham standards. Walls needed to be painted. Carpeting needed to be cleaned and replaced. The pool area looked very sad. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel definitely needs to be upgraded. It was OK for sleeping one night before a flight, but we have stayed in many other La Quinta’s and this was by far though one in the worst shape.

    The hotel transfer from the airport to the hotel was over an hour and a half wait, we had to call 6 times for them to come pick us up, one time they hung up on me. The toilet was leaking and they didn’t do anything. There was water all over the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible, and there was no food open near the hotel by the time we arrived. Terrible experience. 1/10 do not recommend.

    The air conditioning was not working well. For $100 plus a night, EVERYTHING SHOULD WORK PROPERLY. There was a wall control that didn't work, so we tried the old fashioned room unit. We had to drop the thermostat down to 61°, but that still didn't cool the room sufficiently. Very disappointed.

    Waited over an hour for airport shuttle. Called hotel multiple times, sometimes they didn’t even answer. Flight arrived @ 9:30 p.m. shuttle didn’t arrive until 11:02 p.m., after multiple calls. Carpet in room torn, filthy, shower curtain torn. I’m really shocked how dirty it was!!! Bed was comfy, only positive.

    The hotel was very dated, the pool was closed (it stated on their website it would open October 31). The free shuttle took over an hour to arrive at the airport. The shuttle driver spent the entire drive complaining about the traffic, kept saying it was the traffic that caused him to take so long. There is no way this was accurate because we saw other hotels (located close to this one) that had the same shuttles arrive and depart 2 or three times within that hour we were waiting.

    The two ladies who checked us in were not friendly at all and very rude. No smile. No "welcome". There was NO water and the food coolers were completely empty. Our family had to wait for the front to make sure their rooms were ready and it was 7pm at night! Uncalled for! Not a friendly place at all. Then another lady came out to the front, not sure if it was a worker or not. Started arguing with the front desk lady and the front desk ladies were so rude. We will NOT be staying at this location EVER again!

    At 10:30 at night a couple were given my room as theirs and they tried to enter. Then at 1:30am the same thing happened, except the key worked and they tried to force the door open through the extra locks. The staff in the morning apologized and said that the system said the room was empty. I am a solo female traveler and to be awoken by someone trying to enter my room is unacceptable.

    wildlife much in evidence. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, decent bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good for a help yourself arrangement. Check-in was very efficient. It was about 9 am and our room was available so we were able to access it immediately. That made a great difference to our plans for the day.

    The room was good and the location from the airport and ship terminal was good. Ran out of water to drink in the lobby in the evening and coffee in the morning. Bagel was good. Biggest complaint was wait time for shuttle from airport and trying to get through on the phone to hotel. Another driver would be appreciated and if you know how many guests are coming in and at what time who need a shuttle should result in shorter wait time.
