It may be an old motel, but the salt water pool is nice, the room was super clean, and the price was right. We have stayed there twice now during the weekend of the Miami GP and found it perfect for our needs. Most other guests were F1 race fans as well which added to the experience. Thanks to the staff who were professional and friendly. Will stay there again.

Old hotel .i don’t like s can dark inside and It's a little bit expensive and far from the center of San José.

Everything was awesome especially the staff. After my misunderstanding of the room types he was very helpful explaining the differences, and was very patient with me.

This place was extremely nice and convenient for me. The room was clean and the bathroom. It's not far from the beach and amenities. Safety is fine but a people hang out by the street however police presence on each corner. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will come back again next time. My weekend successfully fun and relaxing because of Curtis Hotel.

The hole place was a great visit except they got my reservation wrong and moved all my stuff during my stay when coming back was very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again because of how nice and the location of lots of shops and food around.

We enjoyed our stay at Clarion Inn very much. It is a nice, clean property with a convenient location. The pool was great. We will stay again if we are in Miami.

Our unit was spacious. There’s a ktchen and a living room. It was adequate for an overnight stay.

Excellent stay for the price! Older style but has been updated some. Comfortable bed, great AC, nice pool. The parking area is rather small, and it took us a minute to find the office entrance, but we have no complaints! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

The furniture is a bit outdated and the shower could use a revamp but nothing to really impact the stay

I stayed for one night. The location is not far from the airport and has surrounding amenities. My room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I was very shocked when I walked in the room, it was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely book with them again.

Very clean, check in good and friendly. My only issue was I purposely booked a place with full kitchen so I could cook. There was not enough pots and none when asked, no kitchen towel, paper towel or even dishwashing liquid or a sponge. Had to buy those items, I am used to getting those items at other name brand hotels. Otherwise its s good value.

The room was outdated mold in shower an kitchen I checked in a little after 2Am after driving from Alabama to Miami ask if I can get a later check out they told be yes the at 10:46am I get a call telling me I have to check out at 11 and I can’t extend my stay.

There wasn't a hair dryer to use, and no coffee for the coffee maker in our kitchen. Also, if we had dishwashing liquid, We could have washed the dishes that we used.

The place is a disaster, the coach in the living room was torn in many places, towels were dirty. The building is in bad shape. We booked for 2 nights, but checked out the next day. For the money we paid ($150/night), you would expect something a bit more decent

The entire facility looks tired, old and with lack of maintenance. The room service only happened one time out of three days and never made the bed. The bathroom was full of ants everywhere, in the sink, countertop, toilet tank and seat, tub and shower, and the floor. The ants were crawling on the towels. I had to keep my toiletries in my suitcase, while keeping the suitcase locked and suspended on a chair to minimize ants entering into it. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were bad and of poor quality. The front desk employee wasn't useful nor friendly. Nothing

Across the street from a CVS and not far from i95. Surrounding area looked decent. Didnt go in the pool but it looked nice. Not a lot of parking and tight spaces. Outside didnt look the best and there was a dumpster right outside our window. Bedsheets had a couple stains and stuff on them.

We didn't realize that was a motel and not a hotel. Nevertheless, we only needed a place with parking to stay one night since we had an early flight the next day. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was a strong smell of some desinfecting chemical in the room.

The staff was nice but the hotel was run down. No light in the room worked, Bed felt like a wwe ring. Black mold in the bathroom, smelled of humidity and the walls were covered in mended holes that were not painted over again.

We stayed at Curtis one night before our cruise. I was a little nervous from the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, beds comfortable, and even had a pool. I would stay there again.

When I arrived to check in, the door was locked and no one was there. After 10 minutes and someone else calling the motel's number, someone finally showed up but he didn't speak a word of english and I have no idea what he said to me. The walls and window are made out of paper. I heard the adults and children in the next room playing and yelling for hours on end. Every time someone closed a door, my walls shook. The rolldown blinds did not block out the daylight or the nightlights outside. The TV remote's battery cover was missing and the batteries were constantly falling out. The programming was provided by digital antenna, not cable. When I walked in the room, I was hit with a horrid smell that was like a combination of Vicks Vaporub, some cleaning product, and a disinfectant. It was absolutely awful and never dissipated during my stay. The bathroom plumbing was abysmal. It took many minutes for the sink to drain. The toilet almost overflowed twice before finally emptying. This is supposedly a family-owned business, but each person gives you different information. The 1st time I asked for a late checkout of 3pm, I was OK'd at no extra charge. The 2nd time, I was denied, asked to pay for another night, and would have had to change rooms. The 3rd time, I could stay until 5pm but would be charged 85% of the nightly charge and didn't have to move.

The out side doesnt do this place any justice. I thought this was going to be another rundown place but the room we has was so clean and spacious. There was a weird smell but it was not a bad or dirty smell. Other than that it was our stay here was great.

To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Every time I asked a question or raised a concern, I was met with attitude or completely ignored. The noise level at night was unbearable — people yelling in the halls, slamming doors, and what sounded like a party on my floor well past midnight. No security, no accountability. I didn’t feel safe, I didn’t feel clean, and I definitely didn’t feel like a paying guest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for one night. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

The staff was friendly. Property was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and bedding was amazing. The hotel is a little older and it appears that they are updating things slowly (for example the bed and flooring looked new) but the tub was dated and needed replacement, but it was very clean. For the price the hotel was great!

The location itself is convenient due to being near I-95 and the beach, but the area itself is unsafe. The room was nothing like the picture and the hotel description, although I read multiple reviews that seem at this point to not be true. I would not recommend the hotel to someone new to the area. The room itself was poor and dirty and there is limited parking in the area.

The rooms look like one bedroom apartments, which I did not expect. My only complaint about the room was my fridge had tape holding several pieces together and the tub had a big Rust stain that was not tended to. Other than that, I highly recommend.

I stayed 2 different motels this 2 nights 3 days trip that was my first experience of motels. This Curtis inn and suites was the second. Comparing to the first one, I appreciate there's 24 hours opening front desk. Also this motel is really efficient at everything to my lifestyle.

We are located next to a fire station. That made us feel very safe. Directly across the street is an excellent restaurant, grocery store, and Dollar Bargain store. It was so convenient not to have to drive. Our room was right next to the pool entrance. There is a lovely courtyard/ sitting area. The staff was very kind. We also had a full kitchen!

Excellent !! Since I manage vacation properties in the Caribbean , I’m probably more critical than the next person. I found the Curtis Inn absolutely wonderful. Great staff, impeccably clean and all around excellent service. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again.

One night emergency stay as other hotel which was reception closed at 6pm (Caroline) and also looked very very run down. This hotel came a Nice surprise much nicer hotel cheaper price and room enormous with large tvs . Plenty of free parking and still close to all amenities . I would stay here again.

It was all very good. The suite was very clean. It was a large area with a bedroom, kitchen dressing room and bathroom. The unit was freshly painted. The linen and towels wer attractive, The only drawback was that there was nothing open closeby to eat after 11:00 pm. Even a machine with snacks would have helped.

Upon arrival, we weren’t really sure what to expect however, upon check-in, the lobby area was impeccably clean. The rooms were extremely clean and huge. I’m not sure if they all have one, but I had a kitchenette as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

The heater, it was 40 degrees that night, did not initially work in the bedroom. There was no hair dryer in the room. We had to go to the front desk to get one. We were locked out of our room the next morning after making a quick trip to CVS across the street. Apparently, the locks had been changed. A maintenance employee had to be contacted to remove the handle from the door. There were stains on the comforter. I have been traveling for 45 years and have never sunmitted a negative room review. I believe that this information was important to share.

Curtis is is a great place to stay. Very well maintained and clean. And the employees are great.

Great place to stay. Booked a suite - manager was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. Only issue was our door locks were physically changed while we were still in the room and that was quite noisy for about 15 - 20 mins. Probably could have been completed at some other time. Other than that, clean space with modern amenities. Will return if in the area.

Wierd find...rusty butcher knife on the steps upstairs - that raised some eyebrows. Room needs a little TLC...but overall it was okay. Walkable neighborhood to the west if the property-otherwise it's typical strip mall stuff. Probably stay here again - decent price.

The room was clean and comfortable and I will definitly stay here again.

This property is a hidden gem the staff is great. The rooms have been updated with a full kitchen and all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining. The room is huge and in the bed I slept like a baby. There’s great restaurants and the casino is near by and many other amenities. I’ll book here again and tell my family and friends. The price was great too.

We did an overnight stay here , very friendly front staff, it was very clean and spacious. Will definitely use again.

They are going above and beyond in this area to make the hotel nice. My only complaint is the housekeeping staff didn't speak English and I couldn't get adequate services.

This place is excellent. Staff is very friendly and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. Highly recommend.

My only issue (unrelated to the room) is that when I called this property to ask for late checkout, I was told it was an option but I would have to check back once there for availability. When I arrived I again asked the clerk at the front desk and he told me it was an option but to return the next morning when the manager was there and he would likely take the cost of my deposit. I did exactly that and this manager was very rude and dismissive saying it was not an option at all, waving his hands. I don’t have a problem that late check out wasn’t an option but if I’m told something twice but then only be told no you can’t do that, it’s a serious problem and I didn’t appreciate the tone of this one manager. But otherwise if you’re looking a nice room at a very reasonable cost, this is the place for you! Not to mention it’s within like a 5 min drive of Downtown Hollywood

The staff Was not available when I arrived at midnight. I stayed outside for 1 hr knocking on the door to get the key and after that place was clean and well-maintained. I will recommend it to anyone 👍👍

Very nice

The room was not accessible by my electric scooter (no ramp to get in the room). Parking lot was very small, I don’t think there was parking available to all the rooms. The worse part was their check in is at 10:00am and the staff start to bang in your door at 9:00am. They banged like the building was on fire and I woke up so scared! They did it three times!

Never again will step foot on that property. Staff if extremely rude & inhuman. They treat guests extremely differently based on race. Not to mention rude as heck.

He made this reservation so easy for us ! When we entered the room we were amazed at the complete facilities available to us. Kitchen, safe, cleanliness and friendly staff. I would rate this as a 10 or more compare to the other place we have started in FLL. I TRIED TO BOOK 4 more visits for 2025 however, unavailable. Will continue to do so. Thank you Joy and staff. I have stayed at this property over 6 times and always have a great experience.The rooms are clean, the staff are real nice, and every room is private and in great shape.

The room was updated and clean. Checkin staff was friendly and quick. Outside of the building could use some repairs and updating. Pool area was nice.

We encountered minor deficiencies but they did not affect the overall impression to any significant degree.

Very nice and spacious rooms with a kitchen, quality LED TV with cable. Enjoyed the quiet pool atmosphere to sit around at night for relaxation.

There were live roaches in room. Coffee pot had scum build up. Drawers to put clothes in had rusty door knobs in it. I have stayed here many times. I am sorry to say that this place has gone down hill. When I mentioned the roaches, they knew about them and said it is because of rain. Very upset at how this place has changed

Very good stay we stayed here twice five days apart. Clean rooms super roomy and a very nice swimming pool as well. We felt safe staying there as well. A good neighborhood with free parking parking.

Been staying here for the past few years and I have no complaints. Great place to stay. Quick 15 minute drive to the Hollywood beaches. It is a quite area.
