I love this place for both business and a beach gateway its ideally located by the beautiful Hollywood beach and boardwalk with tons of restaurants and local attractions anc the rooms are clean & Convenient walk to the beach ⛱️. My favorite part is the great customer service by the staff especially Wilson and team. It's my favorite place to unwind stress free in FL

The hotel started with poor front desk service and went downhill from there. The pool was dirty with visible slime, the grounds were unkempt, and our air conditioner didn't work the entire stay—90-degree weather and not a single response to our service call. Multiple issues that were never addressed. Strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Location was perfect, about a minute walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definetely be staying again!

Overall, all i needed was a bed and was hoping to be close to the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. This place checked those boxes. Do not go in expecting more than just that. Breakfast was continental style, no coffee in the rooms.

We only stayed one night because the A/C stopped working and TV was not working properly. Spoke to front desk and they told us to speak to booking company.

The staff on the phone and "on site" were rude and unhelpful. The room was clean and did not have bed bugs, which is always a happy win, even for expensive hotels. The room was not as pictured which was disappointing. I wouldn't recommned venturing out after dark in that specific area. I did like how close to the boardwalk it was, though there is not much going on.

Decent staff, they were helpful when needed. Finding the main office was complex. Once there, I was given a parking pass and told I could park on the road. Woke up to a ticket. The room we got was not the one advertised. There was an additional $30 /day charge for random fees, beyond the two types of fees we already charged through Expedia. Parking was $20/day but that was expected.

Clean and quiet that was nice breakfast nothing cooked except hard-boiled egg cereal bread bagels, no central area and the office was two blocks away and understaffed good for a clean quiet night’s sleep, but not much else there to do

The location was great and we are sorry we got caught in Miami traffic and arrived after dark. We had to leave early so we did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast there. It would have been nice to know in advance that we needed to check in at a different location.

2) don't stay here during cold weather/wind storm - a strong draft gets right through the closed and locked door. I had to ghetto rig tying a string from the door handle to the closet door to fully get the door closed. 3) probably the saddest complimentary breakfast I've ever seen

my room was clean . the staff kept me in clean towels and bathroom stuff and they were friendly. the free breakfast is a good supplement to the room. this was my second year at Casa Pellegrino and ill probably book again next winter vacation. I also love the location , steps from the Boardwalk.

The room didn’t have a balcony like it said in description, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Lastly, the free breakfast was awful just bread and very few choices on any healthy food options.

I don't know who wrote the good reviews, but they are not true. It doesn't correspond to reality. Everything is dirty, the windows, the bathroom floors, the doors don't work. I had to call someone to open the door and close the door, which is very inconvenient. The linens are very cheap quality, and there aren't even basic normal towels.

Style of the rooms. Small, but nice Stuff is managing too many properties. They are extremely busy, but sometimes it can seems that they are rood and impolite.

All the staff except james. Dirty floor . Very noisy. Very poor breakfast, problems with charges. Requires prepayment, terrible experience.

We paid for 9 days upfront, but our flight got delayed twice in two days.So, so we lost a whole day and a half due to our planes mechanical failure. Casa Pellegrino never offered any monies back. They never told us that the cheapest parking was $3:00 an hr 24/7 days a week. The first night we were never told about the $20 a day parking, because we would have never rented a car and just ubered. Then a it stipulates in there paperwork there is no room services only between 10 and noon, then on the back ofv the room door states every three days. Although, we had a young girl in plain clothes with a little back pack try and enter our open room right in front of us while we were sitting right. I then said can I help ypu she said do you guys need anything at 5 pm then she exits the property. So, I told Damian the night 🌙 person what hapened and asked about the use of the safe and how to get into it, and he rattled off a pin number. I took that as another red flag, and th did not feel safe leaving anything of worth in hat room. So, had to bring everything with us everyday after that. So, with no explanation from any staff members about the incidents we will not be giving all these properties that are all tied into each other NO GOOD REVIEWS, because of unsafe measures, and we witnessed many anger customers asking for there monies back. It took us 4 hrs to do laundry because the two washers would not dry. Having lupus had to carry wet laundry to different places, no out of or

Room was ok, good for sleeping, thin walls. Can hear vehicles all night. Staff around the building seemed like they hated their lives but the younger man I dealt with at the front was very nice to me, everyone else was rude. Dont really recommend this place if I were to come back to Florida, beautiful beaches and boardwalk near by which was a plus

The location The check-in process was unnecessarily time-consuming due to the setup requiring guests to report to a separate location rather than the facility they were booked in. This caused congestion, with multiple guests attempting to check in simultaneously for different properties. Additionally, the unit itself was not clean—there were visible black stains on the sheets, and the air conditioning was not functioning during our stay.

We were early arriving but our room was ready. Room was clean nicely renovated in the Casa building. Nice courtyard ( where seating for breakfast is) room smaller than pictured but adequate. Quick walk to beach, boardwalk , restaurants. Liquor store about 10 minutes walk away. No groceries close by. Tip .. bring your own dish soap, coffee and paper filters, ( practical items) kitchenette was adequate. Breakfast was breads, cereals, fruit, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs. Some pastries. Some parts of these buildings are in need of updates/ repairs but overall the pools were nice. Some nice outdoor spaces to relax at, lots of options on buildings in their hotel grouping. Prices offer you closer to beachfront at Neptune.. most staff we encountered were pleasant.

We found the rooms quiet and very clean. Breakfast was nice . Close to the beach where there were many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to water taxi in the canal system. 20 minutes from the airport The only negative thing we have to say is when we arrived , we had trouble finding the main desk to check in/check out. It was not at the building we were staying in since It’s a big complex of many buildings. There are at least 23 buildings with different names. You need to check in at: Hollywood Beach hotels 1915 N. Ocean Drive St., Hollywood, FL

Proximity to the beach. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and beautifully made. Big screen television. Nice shower and enough room to dance. Room was quite big. Nice staff. I asked for towels in writing and at the location. Towels were not delivered.The lady who cooks the breakfast finally gave me the towels. Chairs in the room are a torture from medieval times. There is not a couch. There are no utensils, hand towels or paper towels. There is an itemized bill for thieves. Construction is modern but the furniture is old. The properly next door had people singing, playing dominoes and drinking really late. FYI is their property TOO!

Never could find the pool. I was under the impression the pool was at the hotel not at one of many hotels handled by this company. Breakfast was horrible

Rooms and Hotel recently renovated with an Italian villa vibe. I totally loved it. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and the Hollywood Boardwalk action. I had an issue with the hed being a little soft....I'm sed to having a hard bed, so I woke up with a sore lower back..

From the outside the building looks a bit rough but once you are inside the court it is quite cute. Rooms are modest but decent enough. Could use glasses fir drinking, hand towels and kleenex. We were a bit late for breakfast so there wadnt much to chose from but thats our fault. We were early fir check in but they accommodated us. Would stay there again

The area was super beautiful so we loved having the beach so close yet not the noise of the board walk. We loved having breakfast on the property and parking was super easy as well. Although our room was a small one bedroom, we did not mind as we were walking at the beach exploring the sights. For a couple who wants to explore the area and is not concerned about a big room, this is perfect! We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Beach.

There is one office that serves this hotel along with the 4 other Hollywood Beach Hotels. There are 2 people working to check in people from 5 hotels, and spend about 15 minutes on each person checking them in. Room: DIRTY!! Bugs!! I had to ask my room to be switched because I found a bug on my mattress. While my second room’s mattress was clean-ish, there were drain flies in my room, and in the morning I was greeted by a cockroach on my door. My HVAC wasn’t working in my room, so I had to spend even more time waiting for someone to come fix it. Safety: As a woman traveling solo, I take notice when things feel unsafe. The doors of this hotel open to a courtyard where “breakfast” takes place in the morning (more on that later). There is a gate to this courtyard that is open all the time, so literally anybody walking by this hotel can come in and hang out in the courtyard right next to our doors. These doors don’t even close or seal completely, you can see daylight through the sides of the door. (Probably how that cockroach got in.) Breakfast: OMG. The trash stays out all day- the breakfast trash is currently strewn around the courtyard. This breakfast was so disgusting, plastic bowl full of nasty hard boiled eggs.

Booked a stay for a short get away to the beach. Best part was the proximity to the beach. Staff was friendly. No problems with parking. Found parking right outfront. However, our room had a portable AC unit that was very loud, I guess wall unit was not working. There was no hot water and when i called the front desk no answer.

Still in a great location, but instead of the charm and friendliness of the Italian family who previously owned the property, now you get to deal with the indifference and even arrogance of a large corporate owner. Customer service was poor at best. Room 2011 was clean and cool, but had issues. The shower lacked anywhere to place shampoo or soap except the floor. Towels were poor quality and in short supply. Kitchenette was bare, Floor needed work. Room 2112 had the same issues plus the bathroom fan was out resulting in a mildewed ceiling and the mattress rivaled the tacos was had for lunch on the boardwalk. Will be looking for a new place to stay next time.

Breakfast was right outside my room so I was lucky compared to ppl that had to come to the propriety for breakfast. Room was super clean that was a big plus. Paying for parking was unexpected and additional expense

It's really not worth the price when you pay for parking at $18 and a $25 "resort fee" but it's far from a resort. It's like 5 blocks of different motels owned by the same company. They switched out room when we got there to a free "upgrade apartment" however it was 2 double beds whenever the room I reserved was a queen bed room. So it was super uncomfortable. I didn't have any roach problems like I saw in other reviews. But the rooms are dated & felt like a cheap apartment for sure. The water pressure and shower head were awful. We were luckily only staying one night and I was trying to feel the down south vibe by staying somewhere different but honestly for what we paid I could've just stayed at the nice Marriott down the road and not had the problems. I wouldn't stay again

The air conditioning broke down and from 2 in the morning until 4:30 in the morning they did not solve it. The person who was serving was very rude and disrespectful. I did not feel pleased and I hope for acknowledgment for not having been able to sleep despite having paid for a night with all the comforts and I did not have them.

I called he night before to see if they allow early check in; and I was told yes. When I arrived I was told I had to wait until 4pm (5 hours) yet I saw several people check in early after I asked. They didn't even ask me for my name or which building I was checking into. My toilet seat kept falling off and the toilet kept backing up. we had to use the plunger several times. The refrigerator didn't get cold enough. They do not provide any ice. it had to be purchased. The items sold at their store were dollar tree items sold at 6 times the price. The free breakfast was terrible and was the same every day.Bread, cereal, hard boiled eggs and little debbie snacks. they offered community style buckets of cream cheese and peanut butter that everyone had their fingers in. The coffee cups had holes in them and would leak. People would also come off the street to get breakfast and beg for money. The office bathroom is dirty and the bathroom door can use a painting. its black with dirt. Casa Pellegrino is a nice building minus the issues I had with the toilet and fridge I would stay there again.

The check-in front desk person was crabby and unfriendly.

Horrible super lengthy check in

Very basic place close to the Broadwalk. The breakfast serving area is tiny and crowded. The lady working in there was helpful. The office where you check in is a block away and serves multiple locations. We really struggled with the remote for the a/c unit. Probably spent half an hour trying to get it to do what we needed it to do, temperature-wise and fan-wise.

Absolutely great location. 45 second walk from the beach. Room was kind of small but not bad at all. Everything was clean. Would stay here again definitely!

The black woman at the front desk was extremely rude.

Was hard to find, didn't know that the Casa Peligrino was part of the HBH group.

Very unique feel and felt private even though it was next to a major road.

Tiny breakfast area sharing with the others hotel guest limitited sitting area. One receptionist take care all the hotels guest i guest more than 10 hotels. Room cleaning every 3 days just changing towels and sheets not cleaning.

The architecture is beautifully decorated resembling Europe I feel welcomed! Thank you

Long story short; rude and AC didn't work. but according to them, there's a physical AC in the room so I cant say the room doesn't have AC.

It was a nice stay, loved the walk to the beach being 2min away. Very good stay. Only thing i would recommend is better selection at the continental breakfast.

This was our second time staying here. We loved it it’s clean and staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like to much was breakfast. They should have more choices to choose from.

It was not your standard Hotel , it was different.

Charged for parking without specifying. Charged for ice, no cups in room then proceeded to charge for the cups. The check in process is miserable over two blocks away, VERY minimal parking. Fear that you’re going to get towed because of this. Lastly, got awoken by maintenance 30 mins prior to checkout time with a man yelling in our WINDOW, who does that.

I booked through hotels.com and arrived Friday evening at 2 am. Their check in is in a store at the hotel next door and we couldn’t find it at first. Some people staying there were nice enough to walk us over, but were drunk and touching us. When we went to check in they told us they are fully booked but we can “upgrade” you to a motel. We denied that and said we booked here but this place looks disgusting regardless and the people staying there were even worse. He said to contact the company you booked with. When we did that, the hotel lied to hotels.com and stated that we stayed there and denied our request for a refund. Where’s your proof that we stayed and which room did we check into? We will be suing the company and the hotel because the service we received is unbelievable. They won’t speak with us and lied that we stayed there. I’d never stay there if you payed me to. Avoid the most disgusting stay and fraud company and place! We were two girls alone 5 am driving around and looking for another hotel. Everything was booked and we had to sleep in our car, yet they stole money from us and acted like we stayed there. Avoid this trash at all costs because they will steal your money and not give you a room that was promised. Hotels.com was not helpful either because they claim the policy is the hotel decides. This isn’t over and we will take action. DONT STAY HERE. Lying thieves, dirty, and unsafe environment.

We stayed here for just 1 night after cruising and it was great a spot to enjoy a night in Florida. Would recommend and will consider for another time.

I had a 1 bedroom suite in the Neptune instead of Casa Pellegrino and it was amazing Anyi made the check-in process quick and easy she explained in detail where parking pools breakfast was located I would definitely stay here again!

Checkin was absolutely ridiculous! The girl told us our room was ready at 11 o’clock but we couldn’t go in until four unless we paid $35. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been to a hotel that charges to get an early if the room is already cleaned, the room was nice, although it had a terrible smell of mold and mildew.

1. Check out is not at the address of hotel. You have to find it after dropping off your bags. 2. The staff does not appear to do appropriate housekeeping. The bathroom smelled like urine. Luckily I found one lady who went and cleaned the bathroom. 3. Dishes in kitchen were dirty. 4. Pool was ice cold, I mean ice cold. The kids that jumped in screamed bloody murder. 5. There is no coffee in the rooms. The breakfast consisted of boiled egg floating in dirty water, tang and apple juice. 6. The demonic cook started screaming at me because I opened the fridge to get ice for my drink. She also threw me out of the area all the while screaming that I come eat at her food. I did not. I had breakfast on the boardwalk at the pizzeria and it was wonderful. 7. There was a cockroach that scattered into a crack in the shower. This was a wonderful boutique hotel that I stayed at previously. What a sad case of bad management. I am so sorry I did not read the recent reviews.

NO CABLE TV, it’s not owned by a family anymore rather a group that owns about 20 properties in Hollywood. Room was “remodeled” worst job I’ve ever seen!! Avoid Hollywood Hotel Group!

**Buyer Beware** I got in at midnight the key didn't work three times remember you check in somewhere different and then have to walk down the street two blocks with your luggage. I discovered after I caught my flight at 5:00 a.m. the desk clerk did not hand me back my driver's license so when I got to my destination I was unable to rent a car. I called and they said they in fact had it and they said they'd hold it in the front drawer for me. I caught a special plane flight to Fort Lauderdale to pick it up and I just left there and they said they sent all the IDS to the post office to get mailed back which makes no sense since they said they would hold it for me and I'll be there today. I will end up going to my hometown and getting another driver's license. The rooms are noisy did not get to sleep at all due to parties in adjacent rooms. The staff doesn't care if you're happy or not as they bark orders at you.

Pictures on website are deceiving, property is very old not well maintained and the rooms have a strong odor that made my clothes smell. Don't waste your time on the breakfast, boiled eggs sitting in a bowl of water that looked old. The breakfast attendant was very rude and arguing with the guest. Went to the front desk to explain how the breakfast attendant was treating the guest and 4 other guests were also complaining at the same time about the same bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone!!!
