Absolutely one of the worst places we've stayed over in Hollywood. We had to listen to a massive party each night there. We spoke to management and they didn't do anything. People were blocked in at night in the parking lot for staff vehicles. My kids couldn't even use the pool, that we specifically picked this place to have, due to the one large party constantly in it and took control of it. Management doesn't care about the rules posted by the resort. The group of people partied, smoked weed and drank all around the pool. We were miserable. The room wasn't any better. Floors very warped and run down. Marked and missing boards, felt like you could step through the floor in several spots. We will never go back here again.

The location is excellent! There was no parking available at the hotel. The room was very small and outdated. unfinished patchwork on bathroom ceiling. Rusty doors and mirrors. The bed was a full size instead of queen size as described. The TV was really small and damaged with a big green patch on half the TV screen. The towels were tiny and thin.

The property is ok, it’s really the location right there on the beach. The rooms are VERY small and dated. We had toilet running issues, there is no ice machine on the property and they charge a daily parking fee to stay there and they try to sell so many parking spots that my car was blocked in by numerous cars all weekend, that is a hazard. Will not be staying there again. Thanks

Only big problem we had was even though we put the do not disturb sign on doorknob, someone entered our room, put 2 towels on the tv, didn't refresh bathroom, and went through where we put money in envelopes and moved them around.

The location was perfect. Close to the boardwalk and ocean. Was surprised when we had 2 bathrooms in our room. They helped get our room cleaned early and let us check in hours early

Our room was spotless. It must have been repainted or renovated recently. There was a Tiki bar in the courtyard but the frozen drinks tasted strange and didn’t seem to have liquor in them. The draft beer was very good though. The steps to access the room are very steep. There is no elevator. I have a handicap and it was extremely difficult to get up the stairs.

It was a good layout of the room and nice to have a tiki bar on property. The smoke alarm chirped all night and no hot water for shower. They did "fix" the smoke alarm but didn't work.

Location is amazing. Just feet from the beach and in the middle of the boardwalk. Many shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing. Andy was great. He came to our room at 9pm to change our smoke detector batteries when I told him it was beeping. Such nice people. My only critiques would: be very slow Wi-fi, pool was heated and nice, but small. Unfortunately we had loud teens above us that made it difficult too sleep cause we could hear all the noise. However, it was spring break so we expected that. Nothing the hotel could do. We would definitely come back, but maybe stay on the second floor. Overall, our family had a great time and the place and people were great. We will be coming back!

It was way too small of a room; the bathroom was smaller than a cruiseship bathroom. There was no elevator, but thankfully they put us on the 2nd floor.

The tiki bar was good. Pedro was a really great bartender. The a/c is a challenge. It was not hot when we were there. We will stay again!

The Caribbean club was very close to the beach with the boardwalk. Having lots of restaurants snd shops. Beach was nice with the availability to rent cabanas and chairs and also bikes to rent. Would definitely recommend.

Cons- Futon option for the kids was not great. Sheets were old/worn and no blanket and it was after office hours by the time we realized that. Pros- office staff was kind and helpful, there was a nice pool and close walk to beach and boardwalk!

The front desk girl is amazing and the property is well equiped.

The front desk was easy check-in and they let us use chairs for the beach. The room was very clean and the staff was really nice that clean the rooms. They were doing construction on the bar, so it was a little trash until they finished.

The office door was locked with no note about what to do. We got in to our room by talking to the bartender. When we arrived a second time in the morning, after our cruise, the office was locked, even though it was supposed to be open at 9 AM.. again, no note about what to do. A woman did come out to help us minutes later. I just think there needs to be better communication.

We were amazed at how beautiful the area was.We were there staying one day before going on a cruise.We are going to return when we have more time to enjoy the area.Such a cozy place. The confusion of finding office and the fact that our room wasn't ready till after 5 pm.

These aren’t even negatives, but the only things we has trouble with was tracking down extra pillows/blanket and the light from the parking lot was quite bright in our room, even with the shades drawn.

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very outdated. But you get what you pay for. We had a good time. Beware the pool closes at sunset. So it means on January it closes at 5:30

I find this to be a health issue. I was told by the manager that this is how the accommodations in the area operate. Trash bags are then disposed of in the dumpsters! We left after seeing the room and stayed in a facility where you could flush your fences urine paper away. We were not refunded any part of our 3 day reservation since that is their policy for leaving early. I would not recommend staying here

The room and the hotel is are a bit older so know what ur getting for the price. Its an older hotel, not a new high end resort. There us a bit of city noise in Morning ( garbage truck action) and lil kiddo splashing in pool. Expected both as this is city life and resort town. If u are a sleeper pick room away from pool area and use white noise features online(it helps). Place is clean tho and fit our needs for overnight stay. I would recommend and would patronize again.

NO COFFFEE though............................ Bathroom was small. Absolutely no counter at all. It did have a medicine cabinet that you could put your tolietries in, but no where to set anything down at all. Shower good size, no tub. So, it took me a minute, because it was behind the toliet. But there is actually a sign that says DON'T Flush the toliet paper! Hahaha They have a tiki bar? But NO ice machine. I think the staff all leaves after 10 and its quite the party place after that. From the staff (the owner Andy) to the staff were all incredibly nice to the room and property were perfection! The check-in process was quick, easy and organized. The room was extremely clean, modern, GREAT bed, GREAT towels, so many extra shampoos, soaps, lotions… cutest little kitchenette with basic utensilszzz

If you like Racket ball court near by and down from that the Boardwalk then this is the place to stay, did I mention roudy Cubans by the pool drinking and partying all afternoon until the wee hours of 11:00 pm not sure what time they ended went to sleep.

They don’t return deposits even after leaving the room clean. I wouldn’t stay here again. They are nice people but I would have appreciated my deposit back. Great area but it’s too tight to park at the hotel and I was asked to move out my spot after paying for 4 nights parking. I would go to another hotel 🏨 next time. Never had an issue with a hotel about my deposit. Be Aware when booking here. I returned my keys 🔑 and I didn’t get a receipt nor was told when I’d get it back the room was clean no damage so that’s a big reason I wouldn’t stay again.

The value of this property was amazing. It was well priced and well kept. Would highly recommend it to others.

This was the perfect getaway! This is our 2nd time coming to Hollywood Beach and we will be back. It's about a 4 hour drive for us, just enough to make us feel like we are on a mini vacation! We stayed at Caribbean Resorts and it was the perfect spot to relax. It is right off the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Once we parked the car it never moved and we walked to everything. The Resort was very clean and nicely renovated. There is a cute little pool and a nice tiki bar on the premises. Staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back! I would have expected to pay much more for this location, it is a real bargain. You can't go wrong staying here. The pictures i took of the beach area are right by the resort. Thank you Caribbean Resorts for a fantastic weekend..

The property staff were great…friendly and very accommodating (even let us check in early ) The rooms were nice and very clean. You can’t beat the location to the beach !!

Claudia and Andy were the only thing good about this hotel. From the check in experience with I think Her name was Carmen was not friendly. 450pm check in after sending an email the day before letting them know I was Arriving at 2pm. Finally getting to my room with a bullet hole in the window over the bed I’m sleeping in. A completely packed pool with blaring music. A remote control with dead batteries in the bedroom. Then the people staying next to me screaming and breaking stuff till 4am. Calling the desk no answer. Shocking part was is the owner of this motel was staying the night witnessing all of this. Pool closed at 8pm asked Carmen how strict it was she said very stricted. Multiple people still in the pool at 1130pm. Worst stay ever. Big room. No customer service from front desk. I would Only stop by to say hi to Andy and Claudia is they were the only employees with customer service.

Right behind the Hollywood boardwalk and a 1 minute walk to the beach, location is spectacular. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very late check in, so I called earlier and the very nice staff made sure to leave my key and code in a secured lockbox along with a map of the property facilities for me. The pool was cozy and there are tables and multiple grills available to cook on. Overall, it was a great stay for a family with kids. I would only say the TV's could use an upgrade but we spent most of the time out and about so it didn't really matter. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The place has been there since the 60s or 70s but gas been updated and for the money was a great place to stay. And did I mention it has a Tiki Bar! Would definitely stay there again

The only good thing about this hotel was the close proximity to the beach. I would never stay here again. The walls were so thin I could hear the women in the next room coughing all night. The pool rules said no loud music or alcohol allowed, yet there was constant loud music and beers in glass bottles. The parking was a nightmare, I had to threaten to call the tow truck myself. What a shame. I wish more people would have given honest reviews of this property so I knew to never book here.

Great time

Nice and clean basic beach motel, front desk lady was super nice. Did not use the pool- it was small but clean

The property was old and had really dirty/dusty vent covers and the baseboards were dirty. Walls were not clean, the flooring was patched with different flooring that didn’t match and there was an odor in the bathroom.

The location is fantastic, steps from the beach, the Broadwalk (no wood, so it's not called a boardwalk there), and the Hollywood Beach stage. Pool was very pretty. Even though we got a suite, we felt a bit cramped, barely any room to get around the bed, especially with luggage (no place really to put it because there is only a stand up closet and no dresser). Everything was clean, bathroom was nice but a bit small and no counter space to get ready. The kitchenette is nice to have if you're there for an extended stay. Sadly, there are no grocery stores or corporate gas stations within walking distance, just a couple of private convenient stores (that are VERY expensive to purchase anything from, even water is way overpriced). We encountered a few staff on our short trip, only one was nice, the rest behaved as if they were inconvenienced by having to speak to us, wasn't happy with that. No guest ice machine, told to go to the tiki bar and ask; the bartender was not happy the front desk sent us and only offered ONE cup of ice because they had to buy the ice at the store each morning because the bar ice machine is broken. Very little parking, but there is a paid public parking garage located on Garfield St. It's a bit of a confusing walk from the front desk to your room if you're in the suites, it's all outside and uncovered walkways which are but confusing at first and are not fun if it's raining (no luggage carts or assistance available either).

The owner was so nice and the property is right in the center of everything. The beach is just a few steps away. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent customer service and amenities in room. Upper deck furniture above pool needs cushions replaced. All else was fine!!

Stay here almost every month, It’s my favorite.

I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area.

The best! Right off the boardwalk but far enough to have peace and quiet. So many options for food. Appropriate for any traveler, whether it be solo or with a family. Don’t skip out on this resort!

The space was clean and the facility was nice and the staff were excellent - truly an amazing little gem just off the beach with easy access to everything. The staff were so incredibly helpful it was a very memorable stay.

The room needs to be thoroughly cleaned, and the entire property, including the pool, is very untidy. I will never come back

House keeping staff is awesome!!! Bartenders are friendly and we enjoyed spending time at the tiki bar!

Very very close to the beach and restaurants

Check in person very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, nice mattress, pillows a little uncomfortable, bathroom door didn’t fit properly and would not close all the way, efficiency kitchen very nice, and clean. Nice pool and pool area. Gait that protects the property very helpful but very loud closing right outside our door. Area is convenient to boardwalk & beach. A nice place to stay!

We had a great stay and wished we were staying longer! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were steps away from the beach and had a heated pool at the hotel. Our beds were comfy and the rooms spacious. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Tiki Bar-,steps away from the sea

Room was ok. No elevator to the second floor. Floors were not washed. zero space to put anything on the bathroom counter. Towel bar was ripped off the wall. Blinds were filthy. Walls in the light were just filled with dust. Shelf in the freezer was totally rusted. The couch was probably 6 inches from the floor and unable to sit on.

The location of the property was very good. The size of the unit was good, and the beds were comfortable. The unit was clean, and everything was in working condition. It’s basic but safe. The office isn’t easy to find. It is around the block from the suites part of the property. When I called to find out the location of the office, a staff member came to where I was and took me there.

Perfect location near the boardwalk.

Amazing location. Our room was very clean. Few issues with older flooring/screws poking out but the location, staff, tiki bar, cleanliness and rooftop deck was great!

Cannot get a better location and nicer staff! Walkable to many places - just steps to the heart of the boardwalk, beach and shops and vendors. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Many new upgrades to baths and kitchen area. Wanted to give all 5’s but main room but needed a few more finishing touches with flooring. Heated pool and tiki bar are great! Definitely will be back.

It was very close to the beach boardwalk which has everything from restaurants to shopping to entertainment. Great experience.

It was a great property to stay at! The suite had everything we needed and was neat. Also very close to the beach and accessible.

This was a fabulous location with a Tiki Bar and beach access right off the boardwalk. Super easy access, very close to the airport, the perfect location. It's a motel, converted into condo suites. Very nice rooms, some appliances could use an update, but we weren't there to cook meals.... everything was already on the boardwalk!!! Great price, excellent value

Room was filthy, the door had broken blinds with light shining in room all night. Could not get in gate to get to room.

We found check-in and all interactions with the front desk easy and the staff delightful and professional. The room was simple and clean. The bed was comfy and our night's stay was restful. If back in the area again, we will be booking here again.

Wonderful experience! We will be back.

Excellent place to stay

It was a great location to the boardwalk and beach. There was a tiki bar on the premises with live music on the weekend. Lots of fun!

Cons: checkin process was slow and had long line. Guests were very loud until 1 am and nobody controlled it because the office was closed.

We checked in at night and the property is situated into different sections. Much easier to navigate in the day. So close to the boardwalk and beach. Beautiful location.

Grounds are unkept and need a lot of work. Hardly any chairs around the pool and the pool area is full of leaves and unkept

We loved being a 1 minute walk away from the strip but felt like we were tucked in our own little area. We loved the locked gates around the inner rooms.

A typical older hotel, but it's location is excellent, minutes to beach and many, many restaurants.

Very good place

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had! I came back to the hotel after a night out with friends and family. When I turned on the lights there were roaches crawling everywhere! I gathered my stuff and just left! I'm not talking about a couple roaches, it definitely was an infestation.
