Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport Hotel

When we arrived the elevators were not working. We were told about the location of the stairs. We had a baby so we asked for the first floor. They accommodated. The morning breakfast was not adequate. The utensils were empty. The waffle mix was empty and no one working around to help. Breakfast that was there was fresh. Biggest issue was the bed. Mattress was comfortable but it sat on a platform. So when you sat down the mattress would move off the platform. (Not attached). Good location but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel itself was okay, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. Several food items ran out, and when another guest asked if they would be refilled, the request was largely ignored. The serving trays remained empty for the rest of the breakfast period. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests or keeping the breakfast area stocked. Overall, the hotel was adequate, but based on our experience, I would choose a different hotel next time.

The room we got the tv didnt work so we went to tell them. He says we going to send someone wait 20 minutes. No one never came so we went back downstairs so he can change the room. He seemed upset when we said we laid in the bed already. Gives us a new room. Pillows are like pillows that should go on a couch. Bed felt moist and bathroom reeked of wet clothes thats been sitting for the longest. We slept on the towels to avoid growing through with changing rooms again. Even ran into another family that said they had ants on their bed. I stayed here before many times but this honestly fell off a lot. This was the worst hotel stay ever.

There was no indication on the booking that the pool was under construction. They were painting in the hallways in the middle of the day during our stay. They placed us on the 5th floor a few rooms down from our room and there were guests smoking weed in the hallway and the rooms were permeated. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was alright.

Customer service was great they switched my room 2 times and the 3rd room I left the next day and they refunded me my last 2 days.... property needs to updated/ upgraded and managed better, rooms smelled moldy, still have digital tvs where u could only get 2 channels the tv that wasn't digital the pic was dark, tvs outdated, microwave and refrigerator old, swimming pool was shut dwn.....especially for what they're charging

All of the above were great. However, I’d recommend that staff approaches each other with respect and refrains from being loud or rude. Guests may be taking notes.

The most important thing to me in a hotel is the bathroom. I like that the bathroom sink wqs apart from the shower and toilet. The bathroom was also clean.

The shower stream is low and water isn't hot.

This my second time staying here the first time was way better . The 2nd time my experience was not that great the room I had stink, towels was dirty and had hair everywhere in the room . The room was close to the back door so all I smelt was cigarettes. The breakfast was ok but who ever cook that bacon need to be fired was so raw omg .! The pool was not working but they did drive you to another hotel to use there

When they see the picture, I say I like the hotel but when they go, there is true dirty dark you don’t feel comfortable so my daughter she wants swimming pool it’s not swimming pool. He said he wants to take me with the shutter another place to swim and come back that’s right ever ever to get this hotel offer.

Everything was great! We only stayed for one night but it was comfortable enough for a longer stay.

The minute you arrive you smell a strong perfume to mask how dirty this place is. This smell is also in the rooms. The air conditioner controls does not work, so it keeps at 64 degrees no matter if you set to a higher temperature.

Hotel was very nice though and truly better overall than the other Best Western that had the better breakfast.

The room had a few issues that I noticed. The chair in the room was damaged and had a piece of wood/plastic sticking through a hole in the armrest. The showers head holder was broken so the hand head shower appliance was just hanging in the shower. The shade in the room seemed to have mildew or mold on it. The wooden desk in the room wasn’t well kept either.

The first room we got, there was a strong sewage odour from the washroom. We felt disgusted. We complained to the front desk staff and the gentleman working there was kind to give us another room. The second room was good. The issue was the laminate floor was damp and the highway noise was noticeable. The noise didn’t keep us up but it didn’t feel relaxing.

Room was ready when I checked in. The phone didn't work in the room! only one person in the Hotel spoke enough English that I could understand! The room key stopped working! I had to go down to request more towels and wash cloths since the phone didn't work! The Phone never worked while there, even after complaining in person at the desk! The breakfast eggs were ok but the bacon was cooked in a steam machine and not fully cooked. The second day they had sausage which taste like dog food with a red sauce! The danish rolls ran out about 8:30 and never replenished! The flavored coffee creamer kept running out since they only put out 5 at a time after I had to find someone to restock! The pool wasn't in operation and wasn't told when booking, I had to ask and they said it was being renovated! I wouldn't recommend this Hotel! Joyce Willis 407 340 4039

The system was tricky. Hard to get a good balance for room temp. Freezing was OK, but not much in between.

The hotel is next to i95, the cars can be heard in the room and so the people that talks and walks in the corridor. I stayed here for three nights for work. I work overnight so my first night was not used. I checked in the next day after I got off from overnight work come to find out a fire truck in front of the building as the fire alarm was on so I had to wait before I can sleep. When the fire hazard was resolved, I went to my room to find out that the front desk had given me a dirty, and used room so I went back down they gave me another room to find out that they give me a double queen bed room which was not I booked I booked a king room which cost more than they gave me. So I went back down again and I was told that there’s no available king room and I was offered to be given a full refund or change the room at 11am. The least thing i wanna do is to look for a last minute hotel that’s why i booked ahead of time I just want to get some sleep as I’m back to work overnight again. On my last day I requested a late check out to get a little bit of sleep before I hit the road which is 2 hours away from home. They gave me at least 12pm. I hang the privacy sign so I won’t be disturbed with my sleep. I woke up from a knock on my door before 11:30 and when I opened it I was just asked if I need toiletries replenish. Are you kidding me? Yes it should have been refilled before they gave the room because they were empty when I got there that’s another thing I just shrugged off since I brought my toiletries but what’s the sign for if they wouldn’t follow it? So I just went down to check out and complain but the front desk was on the phone and I was waiting forever so I just left my key and walked out with the thought to find another hotel to book when I come back for the following weeks.

Staff was excellent. Check-in was very professional and friendly. However, the lamp shade in my room was cracked and there was hair on the bathroom sink. The room has a smell of mildew and the floor gets damp for no reason. I mean the entire floor! This was thoughout the whole room. It would be damp and sticky and then it dries. Not sure if it was from the AC but it was strange. Room reminds me of a prison cell. The lobby smells really good though.

We tried calling the hotel to tell them out flight was delayed and we would be checking in late. I called 12 times. They answered, said hold please and hung up on me. Every time.

This hotel was the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at. The lobby looked pretty decent but the hallways and the rooms were awful. Carpets were filthy, multiple pieces of furniture were falling apart, paint peeling. The breakfast that was included was not good. The hot items were not replenished. The front desk staff was very nice though. Our shower didn’t have a shampoo dispenser, looked like someone ripped it off the wall, so they gave me multiple small bottles. Stay elsewhere!

Room had dirty floors, smoke alarm went off for almost 30 minutes, and there was no way to call the front desk. I tried my phone in my room twice, it was even plugged in and it didn’t work. Then I called the front desk three different times with my cell phone to find out if they’re actually was a fire or if we were in any danger at 1:45 in the morning and nobody answered.

Price To much to list but I would start with how disgusting the room floor was. Our white socks are no longer white, they’re now black. The chair in the room was gross, looks like it was. 100 years old. Wouldn’t let the kids even touch it. The breakfast was lousy at best, the bacon looked as if it was left in a water bath for hours and turned to mush.

Hotel is remodeled but smoke smell in hallways is very strong. Dirty rooms. Worst thing - hotel has bed bugs. Will never retirn again in this hote.

Close to a major highway. The rooms on the highway side may be a bit noisy at nights. People who have light sleeps should be aware.

Nothing 2601 was not clean filthy I had to clean the room went down to complain about it I was told the manager wouldn’t be in until the next morning a message was supposed to be left for the manager to talk to me it never happened the manager said no notes were left after talking to the manager and told her about the problem the room wasn’t cleaned it had mold in the room and on the lamp shades also the door was hard to close the manager said she was going to send maintenance to check the door it never happened and the manager never came up to check the room either she left at 3pm when her shift was over and didn’t let the next shift no anything either so I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome of the manager and I checked out I had to go find another hotel bad experience and I want book their again.

quick trip in town. price was right

Quite a bit run down in areas. First room given was clearly used by someone, a towel and pillow both were out of placed and showed signs of use. Top layer of bed linens were also a bit crumpled. Second room was clean and thankfully not used. Furniture was very dated and dingy. They need a bit of an overhaul. Fire alarm woke the building up at 1:30am in the night. Had to wait for fire truck to clear building before returning. Not great when you have a 7am flight the next day.

Why would you keep your toilets dirty? When a faulty fire alarm goes off and you have to stand outside at 130 am while the staff does nothing and doesn’t even apologize when things are resolved. Why would anyone stay here? I demand a refund

Dennys was next store, easy to get breakfast We booked a room with 2 queen beds, got 1 king bed that 3 of us had to share. When I spoke to the front desk they said we can go stay somewhere else but would have to come back in the morning to talk to the manager for a refund. We just flew in and it was late say we stayed the 1 night. We asked for extra blankets and towels never got them. And the employee who first started checking me in was trying to sell his side business to me for transportation to the cruise port the next day. When I declined he walked away before completing my check in and another employee had to finish.

The airport drove like a maniac.

Booked due to airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle ends at 1045 pm and flight delayed and arrived at 1045. No shuttle. Breakfast was unorganized, condensed room. Best part was the yogurt.

Checkin was friendly, but a coat of paint on old construction makes things worse. Doors didn't fit the frame (light comes through around the entire door). Floors were damp the whole stay. Decor was barely there and the whole place felt tired and cheap.

What appeared to be a bullet hole in the room window. Broken remote. Needs remodel. Mold in areas. Some staff were friendly others not so much. Shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful.

The windows were old and traffic noise (I was on the back/highway side of the building) was incredible. I checked to see if the windows were open. They weren’t, but it sounded like they were. Breakfast was too crowded and I ended up walking over to Denny’s. Front desk staff were great and I can’t complain about cleanliness.

Decent hotel stay before cruise and in close proximity to the airport. However, the rooms need better upkeep. Shower door would not stay closed and kept sliding open. The bathroom mirror was broken on the side. We tried to use the airport shuttle service but waited more than an hour before deciding to take an Uber to the hotel. Breakfast was good and customer service was good. This hotel just needs better maintenance especially for a Best Western Plus.

A few issues our cooler in our room didn’t keep our food and drinks cold had to use our cooler, breakfast needs so work only one type of bread on bagels only one waffle maker makes no sense it seems like they don’t want to spend as little as they can breakfast was poor go to Dennys next store or McDonald sad . The room we stayed in seems to have been forgotten by anyone doing maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush. The shower door kept sliding open. Rust and neglect to detail stood out in most parts of the room.

The room was clean but right on a pretty noisy road. If you’re a light sleeper it might keep you up. I also found the bed pretty uncomfortable and there were very limited plugs near the bed and no usb or usbc ports by the bed at all The elavator is a long wait.

Our door was broken and we had trouble closing it, and both the secondary locks would not work and we could not deadbolt the door. The window sounded like it was broken as we could hear wind blowing all night and the highway right next door. It would have been nice if the sink had warm water instead of just cold. The buffet was severely lacking. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.The staff (that we saw) were friendly and the hotel was clean.

I arrived from a cruise early in pouring rain and the shuttle was there ready to pick me up. When I arrived my flight time was changed and Dana in front desk helped me get an early check in so I was able to rest and shower before my flight. The room was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was clean, comfy & spacious enough Denny’s is about the only option if you do not have a car. Hotel Breakfast was aweful!! At 7:30am the counter was about bare, crew could not keep up with the demand & there was not enough tables to accommodate the guests. Complimentary Transportation from the airport was timely and easy. Pay transportation the hotel arranges for Cruise guests was $15 pp (a little steep) but timely and efficient.

One thing, if you need a ride from FLL, maybe just get a cab; the motel's phone guy proved unintelligible in the van pick-up area, and after an hour or so we got there only because another outfit's shuttle driver took pity on us

The floor in the room was dark woodgrain tile, after walking around the room in our bare feet, then getting into the shower, the floor of the shower was filthy from the dirt on our feet. Reported this to the front staff, they simply asked the room number, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The corner chair in the room had a large stain on the cloth seating.

Not good anything I m not recommending anyone to stay here anyone of my friends and family, it’s looks old style everything in room they have to improve that standard accordingly to their status and money they charged.

Staff never cleaned room. Gave a lame excuse but made no effort to get any of the staff that was still on site to correct situation. Whole hotel needs to be refurbished.

Tv didn’t work in the room ,, called down waited 45 minutes till someone came in and somehow got it on ,,, in the morning same thing no TV turning on again. In the breakfast room coffee machine not operating, no OJ and the hot water for tea was barely warm. Won’t stay there again

The hotel was old, the elevator was small, there was a dehumidifier in the room. The room was small and unsightly. If you just need a place to lay your head after getting in late and you're not planning on staying in a hotel and enjoying the amenities, this is the place.

Room was dated. Chair had an attached tray that was worn out and flopped around. Useless for sitting anything on. Hallway stinks of cigar/cigarette smoke from check in to check out. Elevators were a joke. Step in press the floor then step out allow doors to close then call again. Yes seriously. It’s on an instruction sheet taped to the elevator. Said there was a pool but it was down for major repairs. It was all ripped apart. Definitely not a redo

The entire hotel was a disaster. From the room to the complementary breakfast. The furniture is breaking down, the AC is broken, the bathroom was gross, the bed pillows hard as bricks, the breakfast was cold and woefully non existent. The $150 i spent on this hotel is crime. Im demanding a refund. Ill challenge my credit card company to demand a full refund. Best Western you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Clean-ish room, poor breakfast. Took several attempts to get someone to answer the phone for the shuttle from the airport. When they finally did answer, the process of being picked up took an hour and a half, even though the hotel is about 4 miles from the airport!!

I was a bit nervous staying here after reading reviews of this hotel, but was glad I stayed here. While the hotel is by the highway and you can hear noise, I had a travel fan that did drown out the noise and it did quiet down overnight. Others stated it was dirty, but it just needs a little bit of love from the owners because the main areas are used so much that the traffic patterns make it look dirty. The room we stayed in was clean and looked updated. The only thing that should have been mentioned is that the shower temperature is backwards so I thought we didn’t have warm water until I called the front desk. The staff was outstanding and nice.

we had two rooms one room was OK. Did not have a fridge for microwave as mentioned the other room The bathroom door didn’t shut. or open all the was so hard time getting in or out. it took an hour and 20 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport after several times of calling..

The property needed to be cleaner.

This hotel is falling apart and dirty. There are large stains on the only chair in the room it looks like it was bought at a thrift store in very used condition. The TV turns on but onlyfuzz on the screen. There are no plugins on either side of the bed. You are unable to charge your phone while you’re in the bed. You also have to get out of bed to turn on or off the bedside light. There are only 2 lamps in our room. Not overhead lighting at all in the room. The bathroom wallpaper is falling off the walls and the shower faucet is not installed correctly when you want to turn it off it blasts you with ice cold water from the rain shower you have to keep turning the faucet until about 8 O'clock to get the water to turn off. The window is closed but so thin it sounds like it is opened. It is none smoking but there is an extremely strong smell of Pot in the hallway and the smell came into our room as well. There was no way to keep the smell out because the gap was so big around the top sides and bottom of the door we did not have enough towels.

It was adequate for a pre-cruise hotel, but rooms were very small.

Staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean, comfortable bed and nice shower. Sink area is small, not much room for toiletries. No ice on our floor (someone said ground floor only), and no refrigerator. Free airport shuttle (saw a sign for cruise port shuttle for a minimum cost). Basic free breakfast, but Dennys and McDonald’s right next door.

The rooms during our stay were on the shabby side. Probably time for an update. The dining hall furniture is painful to sit on. The free breakfast was adequate.

Roach in the room. The discount I received was only 10%. I have the picture of the roach, which staff requested & received. When staff went to check, it was said they didn’t find any roaches in the room.

Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. It is a decent 3 star hotel for people just wanting a place to sleep. Beds are clean and comfortable. We had a large group and saw rooms on most floors 5 and lower and they were all the same. The breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and the usual continental items. There is a Denny’s and McDonalds adjacent to the property. Both elevators work providing if you are on floor 3 you hold the 3 button until the doors close in Elevator A. The pool is an elevated structure (access off floor 2) on the side of the hotel and is closed - likely permanently until the structure is rebuilt.

The room was very dated, stains on all furniture, musty smell throughout the room. Would not stay there again.

Staff was nice and so was the lobby. The room was disgusting and the window wasn’t sealed so the freeway was blasting into our room all night. It seems like there was a little cleaning done as possible. Breakfast buffet was disgusting. It looked like they had boiled the sausage links. The eggs were so runny… I am glad we only had to stay one night.

The staff was great- but the room was TIRED. The sink was hanging on by a thread to the wall, there were open holes around all electrical outlets in the room, and only one outlet in the room worked. None were near the bed. I also wish there would have been somewhere to place our suitcases.

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the airport. The room was clean. Though, I did see small insects on the table fixed to the wall. The containers in the shower were all empty (i.e. no shower soap, shampoo, or conditioner). Also, I asked the front desk multiple times for a "do not disturb" sign. I utimately had to go down to teh front desk and pick it up. Overrall, good value for the low price.

The room was very sketchy with a broken mirror in the bathroom. Peeling wallpaper and the towel rack fell off spontaneously. The A/C worked but was very noisy. The most unbelievable part the was only one standard outlet behind the night stand making changing difficult. Sketchy neighborhood as well. The staff were very friendly. They just worked in a dump.

The room was a bit rough with a strong smell The unwanted 6:30 am wake up call wasn't good. Not a great breakfast. However, the staff was generally very helpful.

The room had a BIG air purifier in it. When I decided to turn it off for a while the reason for it became apparent - the room had a not-so-subtle poop odor! Cleaning staff: We came upon them standing around eating chips in the middle of the landing area on one of the floors. Also saw one go into a guest room & close the door only to emerge 5 minutes later, enter a different room where another person was already cleaning & park herself inside a closet by the door. Weird! Outside: A bum w his pants falling off asking for money, a guy sitting inside his SUV playing rap music so loud, the car was rattling, two young ladies pulling up in a very expensive car in front of registration, BOTH exiting the car leaving their doors open & going inside to talk to the front desk - blocking traffic in the process for several minutes! This place has issues!!!

One room looked recently remodeled, but the other was Not. The chair in one room looked like it was from the 60’s and had holes in it.

The service was very disappointing. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and requested the room to be cleaned, but it wasn’t during the whole stay. The breakfast was horrible, the scramble eggs and the hot water were both cold everyday.

The shower water was very weak and I went to use the body wash and it was empty . Disappointing when you are wet and there is no soap. The other thing is the glass windows are thin so the noise from the I-95 is like you have the traffic running through your room. If you are a tea drinker the hot water has a coffee taste to it like it’s been used for a coffee pot before. Front desk were friendly enough.

Nos hemos hospedado en esta misma línea de hoteles en Naples y en San Agustín, y nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia similar. Esperábamos un ambiente más agradable y acorde a una ocasión especial. By worth it for the price. Very noisy, doors slamming all night. Did not feel safe and secure at all. Janky elevators that close on your body and don’t go to correct floors. Way over priced for the room. Sheets kept coming off the bed and room service never came. I had to ask for a fridge to be brought to the room on check in as there wasn’t any installed. Pay less for better somewhere else!!

The rooms are outdated there was a slight moldy smell I didn't see any mole though but it had a damp smell the TV was 30" at most the AC had any annoying noise but my Family and I only need some place to crash for the night but we picked it based on the reviews and they we all great reviews I don't understand but nonetheless it was ok Staff was very helpful and friendly at the front desk so I appreciate that but I would probably recommend to someone just looking for a place to crash before leaving town the next day or whenever

Shower had an odd design and was extremely narrow. Sink was outside the actual bathroom. Staff at front desk lacked hospitality and I felt I had more enthusiasm than her. Finally no one attending the desk when I left in the morning, so I almost missed my flight because I was unsure of what was needed on my end to check out.

Person that checked us in was on their cell phone. The pool was under construction and I booked hotels based on their pool for my to have fun so I got notified two days before my day that there was no pool. Rooms were supposed to be adjoining they were not and was a prearranged. Shower had no water pressure and you had to literally get into the corner of the shower to even get water dripping on top of you. There was a cockroach by the bathroom sink. The breakfast was terrible. It did not have tea bags. The scrambled eggs literally tasted like I was swallowing vegetable oil. … Hours later, I still have vegetable oil taste in my mouth. Was going to do the fitness room prior to check out and the stationary bike and elliptical machines were not working. Absolutely terrible stay

This was almost the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Almost. It is in need of massive renovation and overhaul. They NEED new elevators. Walls are paper thin, there’s more, but the place was RANK! How they worked there I’ve no idea. Will not be staying here again. Thank goodness for the pleasant staff.

It was a roach in my room I have video evidence and pictures. The manager did not compensate me for my stay. Dismissed everything I showed her. Besides the roach everything was fine.

We didn’t get to stay. The weather was so bad we weren’t able to drive the 3 hours to get there. I had purchases cancelation insurance and tried to get refunded but was told that they would not refund my money.

If you are cruising or have a layover then the hotel is ok.. they have a free airport shuttle and they also have shuttle service to the ports for a fee. The rooms are outdated and very close to the highway so it’s a little noisy.

Front desk doesn’t answer the phone in a timely manner. The CEO or General Manager or pay a mystery shopper to do it. should try calling after 6 PM. Waited forever at the airport. You would be better off taking an Uber or Lyft. Other than that, the room is fine even though the safe was locked. Breakfast is basic but okay if you’re okay with the SAD diet.the location was great.

No early check in available but they store luggage while you go around. Room size decent but washroom is dirty looking. Shower door doesn’t close, toilet was clogged and no one to fix. Was told to use the public one or can change rooms. But the change room option was held until maintenance got to work before giving. Apparently other rooms has same problem. Probably won’t be staying at this location again.

Property is very close to a busy freeway, we heard traffic all night long. The facilities were run down, the soap dispenser in the shower pulled right off the wall. Hotel staff were nice enough, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cruise transfer, front desk staff

Room was spacious and updated. The fact you could sign up for the cruise port shuttle for $15 helped alot. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of items but enough to fill you up.

we needed to request a refund One of our employees took a video of the several bugs crawling on the counter tops and walls of the room. I was maybe ants and another bug that I'm not sure off however the facility was full so couldn't ask for another room to see if that would have made a difference. The good news about this is the hotel did give a refund so hopefully that all reflects how it should we had to book another reservation somewhere else. We appreciate how the hotel handed the rectified the situation but was not pleased with the room due to several bugs on the table top the walls and close to the bed.

Overall the hotel was average. There is only one restaurant in the area within walking distance. The hotel could use with some updates.

Room 205 there was something with the air vent with a hole in the wall. Room 605 the tv didn't work. So i was moved again to room room 618 my last night there was a peeping hole in the bathroom. I just put towpaper in the hole. When i checked out i told them about the hole in room 618. Then they can't speak in english. The worst hotel I ever been too. If I could have have gave them a zero star. I would have. had in a hotel i had a hotel

Checked in given a room key that didn't work. Couple in the elevator said they were gjven that room also and the key never worked. Asked for a quiet room and we were the closest to the highway with extreme traffic noise all night. Will never come back or recommend.

The lady was nice at the front desk. The first room the gave me had food on the floor and by the microwave so I went downstairs to tell her, she immediately gave me another room! I really am not use to dirty. The walls are dirty as well as the stools and I cleaned my shower and you can see the dirt on the cameras! I literally went outside to sleep in my car in after midnight. The Costa was booked. I’m sorry I couldn’t give this a better review but this is not a place I would stay again and those elevators need to be inspected because elevator one won’t go to certain floors you have to send it to 6 and then the other one will come down! So inconvenient

Ice machine still not working after a week. Our room didn’t have a microwave, and the first room we were in did not have a refrigerator. And when checking in, it took roughly an hour to get our room. When we finally got to the room, the key wouldn’t work so we had to go all the way back down to the lobby to get new ones

Rooms and service

There are no plugs by the bed. We had to use an extension cord to plug in cpap. They have free airport shuttle but they don’t answer the phone when you call. I tried three times and then took an uber. Not impressed with this hotel at all, especially for the price. There is a hole in the chair. Blinds in some of our peoples room don’t work. I would highly recommend you don’t stay here. It’s pricey and not good.

Bugs

Breakfast was OK. Airport shuttle was good.

I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Poor communication and the wait of course was way too long. The other two people on the shuttle canceled a reservation they had for this hotel in March because of this. I could not take the shuttle to the airport the next morning because I could not count on it being on time. I will avoid this hotel in the future because of this. Also, the water in the shower was not hot. There is something wrong with the handle. The water in the sink was very hot so the water was ok, it is the shower handle that has the problem Also the shower head will not stay in position on the wall. These are maintenance issues that can be easily addressed, but the person responsible has not trained staff well. Very poor. Also, one elevator does not work. No excuse for this. Person at desk is nice though. Also, extreme traffic noise in the room on the side where I stayed. Overall a very disappointing stay. Also, horribly overpriced food in the vending machine in lobby. A complete insult to guests.

The location is convenient, close to the airport, but even for just one night before a flight, it’s difficult to rest. Be prepared to stay awake all night!

We just recently stayed at this hotel. We requested our room to be cleaned every day but two days we came back to a dirty room.. garbage, overflowing, dirty towels, and receive one face cloth for two days. We were not impressed., twice we had to go to the front desk to get our keys re-keyed so we could enter the room,

Well the shuttle was convenient and the staff were very nice, but the hotel overall left a lot to be desired. The water in the shower didnt get even close to hot, the water pressure wasn't great and the shower door wouldn't close. The beds didn’t have blankets, it was literally just a sheet on top of another sheet. We asked for blankets and the staff apologized but said they didn't have blankets at all. One of the rooms we were in faced the back of the building and we were kept up by someone in the parking lot blasting loud music. The doors to rooms didn't close unless you pushed hard on them. It was fine for a single night but I definitely wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Yes no problem with wi fi breakfast suited us. Front desk were excellent. Location good near Las Olas Boulevard.

The staff was very pleasant and the place was clean. However, the shower had very low water pressure and the water temperature was at best..barely warm.

The lobby was spotless. As we sat waiting, we saw the custodian repeatedly sweep, mop, and clean up after people as they came and went on the shuttle to the airport and cruise term. The room itself had been remodeled in the near past, however it was already showing signs of abuse.

There are some mold concerns on and around the base of the showers, and bathroom floors. In addition the windows in the room have a moisturize concern too. Hotel is off major highway and you can hear the traffic as it passes by or taking the off ramp right next to the hotel. Had a room change due to a tv issue of it not working. Room maintenance could not resolve it. Waited 45 mins thinking he was coming back but there was no return. Went to front desk and the night staff told us she meant to call us, Danna,. Offered us a new room as a solution. We asked for extra pillows and Danna, said there was no extra available as they only have enough per room. We were confused by this as hotels often have extras on standby. The king bed offered 4 pillows the size of square throw pillows. Breakfast was included but lacked protein options only consisted of carbs. When asked, we were made aware that it was a supplier issue. Eva was helpful and offered us a 10% discount on our hotel stay. The Front Desk Lady from the Day time, Eva M was was extremely helpful, welcoming and assisting. We truly appreciate her assistance with everything during our stay. True customer service focused. All in all 4 stars for the service and stay.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We stored our luggage before checking in the front desk storage area, and when we checked in, they gave us a choice for floor preference. We are very grateful!

I was disappointed on my second day that I came back to the room and found the bins unemptied even though the bed was made. The bath floor towel was just thrown on the shower door handle and not folded.

Run down hotel, poor breakfast, no amenities, dampness all over the 5th floor, musky smell in hallways and room

Check in on a Saturday was slow with multiple cruises leaving Sunday and only one person at front desk. Noisy location, unlikely to stay here again for that reason. Low water pressure in shower, subpar breakfast. Good points, staff was friendly, room was clean and bed super comfy. Airport pickup was smooth. convenient to Denny’s and MacDonalds.

Our room was clean. In addition, most staff were professional and courteous. However, at times, the front desk staff were not attentive and never answers the phone.

Staff support rude, the room smelled like urine. After two times complaining to front staff we finally were able to change rooms. They originally said no as it was fully booked. Miraculously a room became available. The hotel side of the building was condemned. Pool out of commission for 13 months with a notice only on the day of checking in.

Noisy all day, all night

Service was excellent but the TV in the room had a crack in it, the price I paid should of went down because of that. But everything else was excellent!

The tv and lights did not work. The breakfast was subpar. I would never stay again. I should get a refund.

The front desk staff was very nice and professional however the property was much less than ideal. There were ants in the room and a considerable amount of rust on the doors. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were all empty, the shower head leaked and we were unable to shut the water off. The "free breakfast" was not worth risking and we went out to breakfast at the Denny's next door.

The hotel was clean and nice. It definitely could use some updating the furniture in the room is all scratched up the TV remote is an old one and my TV kept losing signal. I had maintenance come and he looked at it and blamed it on the signal, but went on for like six hours on certain channels. Overall, the breakfast was OK and the staff was pleasant

Airport shuttle was late and the driver was rude. Driver took male passengers luggage and ignored the women who could use assistance. Waited an hour for the shuttle. Arrived at 1 but could not check in due to rooms not being ready. Limited outlets in room. Cold water trying to brush teeth and wash face. Cold water in shower as well. Mysterious bugs crawling around. Bed was comfortable. No tissues in the room. Loud neighbors making noise late at night and getting random knocks on door from strangers. Close to Denny’s and McDonald’s. Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were very runny and fruit was frozen. I will not return

The airport shuttle was good, very noisy with highway close, tv remote difficult to navigate, no extra blankets, were told they were all in the wash! Room was clean!

Staff was lovely

The desk clerk was rude upon check-in. We were not informed one of the elevators did not stop on the 3rd floor where our room was. The room was very outdated and small. Room phone was broken. We could not find the water or ice machine. The shower door would not stay closed either.
