The area 115 is horrible. I don’t know. Why would they even allow someone to even rent that room out I understand it’s a motel but at the end of the day it should’ve been more suitable. She had to walk me around the property to find a decent room for us to stay so we stayed in another room. It took for a while for the hot water to heat up. They didn’t have any washcloths.

The room was overall very dirty, the facilities were outdated, and the smell was terrible. For $80, I would honestly rather sleep in my car.

Found old food on the ground.Also smelled like cigs. Smoke alarm taken off the wall (I will be telling the city). Partner was itching after being bitten by some kind of insect all night. Expedia would not give me a refund.

Well the last laugh will be mine the electrical box is out code making this accident gross negligence and the law firm across the street will be suing this establishment and I'm not to forget I will make a code enforcement complaint on on Tuesday.

The staff was friendly and helpful The mattress and box spring were on the floor. There was no towels, wash cloths or toilet paper in the room. There was roaches so bad in the first room I had to ask to be moved to another room

This hotel is in a great need of an update! The rooms are VERY minima, and very dated furniture. The small refrigerator for example had rust all over the front. The rooms here are mostly the housing for low income occupants. Very noisy!

We did not stay the night. After checking in and the room they gave us had NO ELECTRICITY and the second room they offered us had broken blinds. Reserved a single queen and both available rooms were 2 Doubles. NO BLANKETS on the beds or TOWELS in the bath. The light source in both rooms was a lamp with a bare bulb.

The main light for the bedroom didn’t work. We had to use the bathroom light and the kitchen you wanna go outside light. There are no tables to sit around and eat. The kitchen. Cabinets are falling apart. We did not get clean sheets or they did not make the bed for us and we only got one set of towels no shampoo no body wash Just two little bars of soap the floor tiles were misshapen and a mess hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The most disgusting place I have ever been. Cleanliness. Broken appliances. Lock on the door was broken. Stains in carpet. Random clothes from previous guests were in there including used panties and underwear.

Dirty cigarette burned sheets, TV didn’t work for hours until a man came and fixed it, pool had trash floating in it, when I tried to get required cash deposit back there was clerk on duty.

The door that goes in between rooms was unlocked and slightly open and the tv was turned on when I came in. The person attending me try to tell me that they turn on the tv and ac for every reservation that is made however they didn’t even know I had made a reservation so how could they know what room to turn on the tv and ac for. It’s not a smoke free motel and the room was dirty

Stayed at the beach and town there were holes in the wall the tub was stopped up there were no towels no washcloths no soap no light theTV didn't work and they tried to change the room the other room the door didn't close and it had no TV in it at all no towels no washcloths no blankets and downstairs they were shooting fireworks and guns I saw the young man with the gun the management knows what's going on they are aware there's also drug dealing going on at the property they choose to ignore it .The manager was very nasty to me he even called to their other properties and told them not to rent to me because I complained about the conditions of the beach in town to booking com.

This is the most nasty and most dirtiest place I have every stayed I stayed on the first floor room 104 twice I had to call front desk to tell them someone keep knocking on my door it was 11:05 pm and then again at 11:35 pm with no response from front desk I told the person if they don’t stop knocking on my door I am going to call the cops that’s when it stops. Please stop giving this place a 3 star this place is like a homeless shelter ,I took a video of the room .

As victims of Hurricane Milton, we had to evacuate. It was difficult finding a hotel, but we eventually found this one, pics attached. It was so falsely advertised. We had 7 people and needed a big enough place to accommodate all of us. It was very expensive, but had what we needed. The ad said it had two bedrooms with four beds and a living room and well-fitted kitchen. None of this was true. Upon entering, there was a king bed in the living room and a separate room with a queen bed, no other beds. There was also a broken loveseat with no bedding. Three men could not even open it as the metal was broken. I hurt my back trying to help open it. We had to sleep 4 to a bed in one and 2 in the other with one person on the broken loveseat. We also paid for two bathrooms. There was one tiny one with a broken bathtub drain. We had a child with us. They left us three towels and washcloths for seven people and two little bars of soap. The whole place was disgusting. Let’s talk kitchen. The so-called well-fitted kitchen had not one utensil or even one drinking glass. We called and asked to what is a so called kitchen kit…for a fee, but they never gave us one. No glasses, no kitchen towels, no silverware, no pans…nothing. To top it off, the refrigerator was broken and the shelf fell off and an entire bottle of wine broke all over the kitchen floor. Do you think we even had a broom and dustpan to clean it up, NOPE! The bed was made, but the sheets had several stains and a lot of cigarette burn holes (10+ holes). Lastly the towels provided were torn holes in them and looked like light gray cleaning rags. However, the common areas around the facility looked cleaned and the staff were all friendly and courteous.

I would not come back to this place. I have got this place for 2 days. After the first day I left and came back and they threw all my stuff away. When I asked them about where my stuff was at they told me it was trash and they threw it in the trash. And they overcharged me on my car that card. I am very upset about that.

When we first arrived we were given a 2 bed room and paid for a 1 bed king and the a/c didn’t work properly, one of the beds was not made and i had to kill 2 roaches within 20 mins of being in it and i made s complaint and they switched us to a a room we were originally supposed to have, after that it was better then what we originally had.

You I are in shady neighborhood with a hotel that belongs there. What can I say it was a last minute stay and it is what it is. Ughhh it reeked of people smoking in there for the last 20 yrs.

I had to walk around for a few hours to get a different room. And then, when I tried to cancel my reservation I couldn't find any information or directions to do so. I was still charged the near $150 for a room I never stayed in!

Went from bad to terrible. I booked this while on the phone w/ Expedia instead of looking online as I was driving. I arrive and am immediately disappointed at the location and exterior. I suck it up and check in. They still have physical keys here. There is obvious signs of previous forced entries to the door of my room. As it stands now anyone w/ an ink pen could pop the lock. The room is terrible, the bed lumpy and hard. The AC barely works. The furniture is in very poor condition. I settle in and can't get online. Asked the manager & he tells me about the name of the Wi-FI. Turns out it can't reach my room. We spend 3 hours going back & forth with him telling me he is going to check some settings. He eventually gives me the passcode to the Office Wi-Fi which connects but the signal is so weak as to make it unusable. I called Expedia to get a refund. They call the hotel & are told "no refund because he has been here 3 hours" Yeah, 3 hours trying to get Internet...ok. I spent the day using the data allowance on my hotspot. The next morning I ask for an iron & ironing board as there are neither in the room. I get an iron but not an ironing board. I use a table in the room. Alone, I couldn't call the office for help as the phone wasn't working. The next day, not feeling safe I checked out. The clerk did not believe what had happened and would not refund the next 2 nights for which I had paid.

Hotel was good for its purpose for this traveler. Arriving past midnight and not wanting to arrive at family's doorstep in the early morning hour. Decided to stay in a motel close to airport, when really only needed a bed and nothing else.

Everything inside room was very old. The room services ones in 3 days!!! The same location mane motels was mach cheaper and better!!!!

Room was ok. No microwave. Parking was free but felt the car needed watching. No breakfast or coffee. Places around though. The Arts park was close by and meant to take my daughter there but didn't get the time. Motel was just for a night's rest and served it's purpose. It's on the US1 and convenient. Neighborhood'S just not that great.

I wish that I could tell you about my experience here however thanks to expedia. when I showed up to check in the guy told me that he hasn't worked with Expedia in over a week and he was booked

This hotel was OK. Way too expensive for what we got. Clean though. Quiet. No charge for late check in. Did have refrig and microwave in room. Would have preferred a hair dryer. Only 2 towels for 2 guests. Limited parking. Good location, quick access to Hollywood Blvd.

Clerk at front desk was rude and needs to practice his customer service skills. Never again will I stay here. Thankfully I found a Ramada Inn a few blocks away.

They took my money before I got there tried to lie boot they don't have any rooms then gave me a room with no ac hot dirty roaches

Awful. After booking a room at another place to find out you sent me to a room that didn't exist, I have a 30 minute phone call with some foreigner to get a replacement room. I go to this dump at 230 in the morning. As I'm going to my room that actually has a key and not a card, 5 police cars pull up. The officers get out with guns and ask me if I heard gun fire. I said no but I don't feel very safe here anymore. The officer encouraged me to go elsewhere and told me I was not at a safe place. But it's 230am and I have to be at work in 6 hours, where am I going to go, I'm already at the 2nd place of the night. Upon arrival in the room I use the bathroom to find out there is barely any toilet paper left so I get to use a wet wash cloth to wipe myself. As I get into bed at now after 3am I'm almost asleep when I hear more police car sirens drive by. Morning comes and I go to work and attempt to check out. There's no one at the lobby desk and the door is locked. There's a sign that says pick up phone for manager. The phone of course is dead, no one to be found. I leave the key wedged in the door and leave, still fearful for my life, never ever to return. I'd sleep in my car first.

It was a comfortable place to stay at. Home away from home. Staff were very nice!!! Except maybe one guy...he seemed rude. I'm glad he wasn't the one who checked us in. Cindy was very nice and understanding.

I was very fortunate to obtain a motel during Spring break that was very comfortable and quiet and reasonable for my expenses. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will be happy to return on my next trip.

There were bugs in the bathtub. Noise from the street sounded like we were sleeping on the curb. Drug addicts next door. If I was so exhausted I would have looked else where

The ceilings were moldy, the curtains were broken and did not close to provide privacy, the shower handle was broken making it impossible to take a shower. The gentleman at the front desk was short tempered and unfriendly.

Worst hotel ever! Very primitive looking hotel. Guest reported later that there was no soap in room. We booked for an older relative who had an early flight on Dec 28. Tho we had (with help of front desk)ordered a cab for him for 4AM, there was no cab at that time. He was waiting outside the hotel with no way of contacting anyone & no one was available to let him back in or get another cab, etc. Very bad experience!!

As soon as we got in the room it was a muggy no centeral air wall unit beds didnt seem to have fresh sheets out side was hood ladies of the night walking the negihbor hood wouldn't stay there if it was free

It was a good place not a 5 star but it was very good my family had a great time. We where able to bring our own music and had a great time.

Good location, great price, but you get what you pay. The door was very old, not safe, the furniture was clean but old, does not have any theme, things were just put together. the pool was clean and nice but did not get to use it.

the staff was bad, the room was so small for $150.nite, no amenities, clean, go location. be aware of things to not work at the hotel.

The rooms did not look clean. We were very uncomfortable with the room. It didn't look welcoming at all. The bathtub did not drain even though we only used the shower. Everything was stained. The pool looked nice. There was no room service. No one came to v lean the room until after our stay was over.

We had a very dirty room , TV did not work in Master Bedroom.

Old motel, old furnishings, old tv...you get the idea...bright spot was the effort to make me as comfortable as possible..if you just need a bed that's conveniently located..it'll do..but expect very little else.
