Conveniently located for events we attended! Walking distance to Hollywood Bowl for Rod Stewart concert and Pantages Theatre for Hell's Kitchen play.

They lost our trolley covers while transferring the room and also spoiled our kids milk by freezing it.

Loved the location: just off Hollywood Boulevard and next to ovation center with convenient restaurants and pharmacies!

Maybe location On arrival I ask to get into room early as we travel from Ireland that morning and was asked abruptly by Pamela in reception for 100 dollars extra didn't get room till 4pm And we decided no to have anything to purchase in hotel for 4 days after that your loss

The location is good, especially since it is connecting to the shopping mall. The staff are good. But the room is really old and needs to be renovated really soon. I paid for an upgrade room on the 20th level. The bath top was really rusted and old, and the bed sheets were teared in multiple places.

Location and property facilities are both excellent. Close to all key attractions - connected to dolby and TLC through the Ovation mall. This makes it a convenient place to stay, especially on a short trip. Staff is not upto a 4* mark. Bar waiter served me mocktail in a plastic cup, this was such a funny way of insulting his place of work. This happened 15-20 mins before closing - someone next to me was served in proper glasses at the same time, so its not like they could not serve as they should, they chose not to. This was the defining moment to decide whether I will ever book this place again. Extremely slow room service, very unfriendly front desk on call and in person. Managers are good and try to save the situation, but if one has to reach out to a manager for small issues then the training is definitely lacking somewhere.

The room was spacious and you can’t beat the location. Just yards away from the corner of Hollywood and Highland, and with easy access to the metro! The staff was friendly— popsicles for the kids on Saturdays!!! We’ve stayed here before. Every visit as great as the last one!

I woke up with horrible neck pain every morning because of the couch. We would’ve never booked this hotel if we knew the room situation was going to be like this and the showers were going to be outdated.

We had an incredible stay at Loews Hollywood! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the location and the fact that we were steps away from the Walk of Fame, the TLC Chinese Theater and Madame Tussauds. We also loved the close proximity to some terrific restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

We loved this hotel. We had an awesome room with view of Hollywood sign and king beds. The hotel was very clean. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The restaurants for both breakfast and happy hour were very good. Great location as you can go through the hotel to get to the outside mall and access to chinese theater and other tourist stuff. We for sure stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but we did feel it looked as if it was ready for a makeover. The pool area is nice and breakfast at the hotel (we opted for the buffet) was no more expensive that a lot of eateries within the area, given the amount of fresh food that's on offer. Overall, a really nice stay and a Hollywood hotel worth considering.

We liked the location. It was right at Hollywood Walk of Fame and also right next to a metro station so we could take the bus or metro anywhere. The staff was great too - everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms could be more modern like the bathroom's air conditioning was quite lacking. Any smell would linger in the bathroom. I think having a breakfast option included would also be nice.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Hollywood, walking distance from everything. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay the decor felt quite dated for the price point. For what you pay, you’d expect a more modern and refreshed interior. It’s a solid choice if location is your priority, but don’t expect luxury for the price. A good hotel, but with room for improvement on the design side. Cleaning issue

1. The hotel is very well Located at the center of Hollywood attractions. 2. The hotel has a direct passage to dolby theater , tcl Chinese theater etc. I found this extremely convenient . 3. The hotel is a prime hotel and I got to know from my dolby theather tour thsr Hollywood celebrities do stay here or pass through during Oscar nights . This gave an extremely pleasant feeling. 4. We had a double bed room which is quite spacious. 5. The hotel has many restaurants around it but most of them open at 8am. 6. It is walking distance to major Hollywood attractions and the a lively Hollywood street . 7. We liked the swimming pool as it has a warm water plus it had a direct view of the Hollywood sign . My kid loved it. 8. Hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful and solved requirements within few minutes of a call. 9. Aorund 15 to 20 min uber Ride to Hollywood sign and universal studio. 10. Target and CVS outlets are within a 5min walk. 11. The city view room was enjoyable with a clear view. 1. The room needed a microwave to heat up basic kid food stuff , rest all was perfect.

It was fine. The resort fee is a rip-off. The bar, food etc was nothing special. Not sure why NOTHING is available between 3-4 pm. Valets were on it and we never waited more than 5 mins.

Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property and room. First room we were assigned had a funky smell, we were quickly assigned another room. The entire floor and the next room had the same smell. Didn’t bother to ask for another room, just not satisfied.

My stay at the Loews Hollywood Hotel was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when staying in Hollywood. The location is unbeatable, but what stood out most was how seamless and elevated the entire experience felt from check-in to checkout. The staff was warm, polished, and genuinely attentive without being overly formal. The property had a refined energy while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. I especially appreciated the beautiful city views, the convenience of being connected to shopping and dining, and how close everything was without the hotel ever feeling chaotic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to actually relax after long days in the city. There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only downside is there was no spa

Excellent stay at Loews Hotel, from the time I arrived the staff was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, the representative was very professional, warm, accommodating, and informative. I can’t say enough about how polite and welcoming the entire staff was. Everyone from the bellmen to housekeeping. The location was great with plenty of shops and places to eat a short walk away. Hollywood Boulevard is only a short block away as well and the mall is connected to the property. The hotel coffee bar offered a lot of goodies, but a little on the pricey side. I ventured out and tried the cheese pizza, unfortunately for me it was edible but not great. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell. It appeared like the room hadn’t been used in a while not to mention there was no exhaust in the bathroom so showering was interesting. Overall it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to LA.

The location is a good choice if you're here for Hollywood or wanted to wake up to the Hollywood sign - that's what we wanted and got. It's also nearby (walking distance) from pretty good food options in the area. Robe and slippers are provided for guests, the robe is super comfy!!!! I stayed at Loews New Orleans and super loved my experience, so I had pretty high expectations coming to their Hollywood location. They offer a 24/7 text message concierge service - which I actually tried to use as I left my toothbrush at home...no reply. The room we booked (King Bed with Hollywood Sign) is huge...too big, to be honest. We stayed on the 7th floor and there's constantly some railing/moving/sliding sound. Not sure what it was but if I wasn't exhausted from my days, I wouldn't have been able to fall asleep. I did not like their pillows...it's too soft, no support. The bathroom looks newly renovated. I HATE it. The toilet and shower is in a different "room" from the sink. Think of a walk in closet. The toilet-shower room has no shelf/hook/platform for you to put anything (such as glasses to shower, etc). It's just a bare room with just the toilet, toilet paper and shower. No space for any toiletries. No space to put your clothes, no space to put glasses, nothing. The sink room is strange - it had a desk and a bench across from the sink and that's where the coffee sat. How weird!? I'm preparing my coffee in the bathroom!

We checked in late and I think we got put on the fourth floor overlooking the air conditioning units and the room was very dated. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub and the vent about the shower was filled with dirt and dust. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were both empty. It seems like the rooms on the fourth floor are not often utilized because it was not very clean and very dated looking. The front desk was helpful in bringing us items we forgot. The location is good because you can walk right onto Hollywood blvd and all the shops around the hotel are great. Location is good but that was about all.

Good location walkable to walk of fame. Good location to stay and get all main touristy bits done too. We braved using the metro and got on great stop right near the hotel. Staff friendly and hotel clean Nothing really only thing we found weird was there is no footpath really in the car pull up area at main reception to get to the pedestrian crossing on the road so found we were dodging cars a bit.

You can't put a price on peace, comfort and luxury when away from home and Loew's always provides exactly that for my family and I.

I really appreciate all of the staff. They are very helpful. Hotel Is conveniently located and very safe. I had the room decorated by the concierge service and they were very accommodating and let me know everything and if they had questions. I’m definitely going to come back and will recommend to anyone who is going to LA.

I have stayed at Loews at least a dozen times. Definite favorite. Most recently, I stayed in a two-king bed studio suite. Perfect for two adult travelers, enough room for us each to have our own areas, large bathroom, great shower.

Better instructions to use drop off at lobby and then park afterwards would have been helpful. We thought it was valet entrance only.

We had an amazing stay at the Loews Hollywood Hotel! The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Hosea for providing outstanding service and attentiveness during our stay. He was incredibly helpful with answering our questions and helping us navigate the city, especially with directions and tips for getting to Universal Studios. His kindness and professionalism truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

With that being said , I was some what disappointed that the loews hotel moved the restaurant to the first floor with no direct view to this iconic view of the Hollywood sign. On our visit we asked to be moved from our first room because the first room was not very nice. We were then placed in a nice room with a city view, that had a nice clean spacious view! The bed was very comfortable and so was the bathroom. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the shower was nice and invigorating. The drinks and food in the restaurant including the breakfast was great! The location is a (A+) to Local attractions,shopping and restaurants. The only thing I would like to see at this hotel is a upgrade in style overall like lighter colors in the rooms earth tones /neutral colors and no displays of worn furniture or puckered carpet in the hallways . Overall our stay was great and I would return again and again! Grade! (9/10

I loved this hotel the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Got to the property around noon just to check it out and pay the remaining fees but I politely asked if they had any complementary upgrades and how much it would cost for early check in and Lili informed us that we could check in early and upgraded the room to the 19 floor overlooking the city! Everyone was so nice from the valet to front desk and even the housekeepers. The restaurant staff in the lobby were amazing! The food at H2 restaurant/bar/lounge was delicious especially the Scallop and Shrimp Ceviche. We ordered room service for breakfast and everything was hot and fresh and it arrived at the room within 15~20 minutes cooked perfectly. Every time we left the room we came back to prestine conditions clean and fresh towels freshly vacuumed and everything replaced we literally wanted for nothing everything was perfect! 10/10 definitely would recommend! I can’t wait to return in July to celebrate my birthday! I almost forgot to mention all the shops at Ovation great for souvenirs and shopping also the location of this hotel is unmatched views of the Hollywood sign, the hills, walk of fame and the wax museum literally in walking distance 5 minutes tops! You can’t beat this hotel!

Nice and welcoming staff. Decent views. The room was clean. Horrible ventilation in the room. Actually, there’s generally no ventilation, even in the corridors. The windows are sealed. The room was musty and damp and it was hard to breathe. AC makes it slightly breathable, but still is hard. Ps/ hotel parking is around $65 per night; there is an option of the underground self parking $27 next to the hotel.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great for site seeing. The food at the bar in the lobby was delicious and convenient for us. The staff was all very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you want to be in Hollywood.

We have been traveling for the past few weeks and have stayed at numerous hotels and this hotel is in a league of its own! Truly an incredible experience. You might find a slightly cheaper hotel in Hollywood but this place is worth every penny. The staff are incredible. The rooms are superb and the restaurant has wonderful food and servers. Lily does a perfect job keeping your coffee cup full. We have stayed at other hotels in the area that are very nice but don’t deliver on the incredible service we get here. Jake at the front desk even remembered our name from a month ago. So if want to make your Hollywood visit a memorable one we highly recommend this hotel.

The valet and front desk staff were great upon arrival. The room was clean; however, something about it just felt outdated. I noticed the windows looking at city view had hard water residue spots as though they had not been cleaned for a while. For a one night stay it was fine but no longer than this. It is very central to downtown Hollywood walk of fame.

Our first room didn’t have hot water, but they quickly moved us to another room. Everything else about the stay was seamless!

Location is good, access to parking was good (off course there is $25 for each entry per day but we had no issues), rooms where clean and good size Location was good, the only issue was safety, the access key works for all floors, this means people can access every floors and some incident happened during our stay for some friends.

The location is good but the room which was a Hollywood sign view room isn’t quite what I expected with the view overlooking mainly the exterior of other buildings with the sign barely visible. The room was very basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom was shower only but again clean and tidy. The hotel appears to be a business hotel and seems to cater around business facilities rather than tourism and lacks the character of other hotels in the area.

The staff is wonderful. Deal with issues efficiently and kindly.

Wow, my friend and I had a fantastic time at the Lowe’s Hollywood Hotel. You can’t beat the location as we stepped out onto the street and we were there in the middle of Hollywood with the walk of fame and all there is to offer. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and friendly, and went above board with their service. Really a spectacular hotel thank you so much.

This place is superb. This is our third stay here in the past 7 months. All of the staff are great. Jake at the front desk is top notch, Lily and Mirabel at the restaurant are superb. Incredible service here. We will be back soon. It really is a wonderful place to stay.

The location could not have been more perfect for our weeklong trip to the Netflix Is A Joke Festival. We were able to walk to both the Hollywood Bowl and the Dolby Theatre with ease, which made getting to shows stress-free and fun. Having the Ovation Hollywood shops and restaurants right downstairs was incredibly convenient for grabbing meals, coffee, or exploring between events. One of the biggest perks was how close the Metro station was — literally steps away. We were able to easily catch trains to Santa Monica, downtown LA/Union Station, and even Anaheim for a Disneyland day trip without needing to drive everywhere. The rooftop deck and heated pool were also highlights of the stay. They became our favorite place to regroup, recharge, and relax during downtime between adventures. Overall, this hotel was the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and classic Hollywood energy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were just here for a night to see a show at the Dolby Theater. Very convenient! Close to everything. The bar and coffee shop had excellent service and lots of choices. My only negative is actually getting to the hotel was confusing even with GPS.

The room was perfect. Loved the view. I hope to stay again, and next time request not so close to the squeaky-sounding elevators. I paid an extra fee for a room with a view of the Hollywood sign. City view would have been the best choice to stick with. That was amazing; extra $ for sign view not worth it. You had to stand with your face against the window to make it out.

Loewe's is adjacent to a large shopping mall, a movie multiplex, and has views of the Hollywood Sign. There is a very short walk to Hollywood Blvd with well known visitor sites. The hotel itself is clean, has a friendly staff, and food options are very good. If guests wish a fine dining experience, none are available in the hotel, but I found dinner through room service quite nice.

The location can't be beat. You'll find yourself right in the center of everything, yet it's quiet and safe. The staff is courteous and helpful. The in-room dining menu is competitively priced. But the room itself, though clean and comfortable, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom door slammed shut behind me. One of the sliding closet doors was stuck, leaving half the closet unusable. The ice bucket didn't work. Considering how much the room cost, I expected better. Still, I'd stay here again. The location and staff are that good.

When I checked in the cleaning staff obviously did not know the previous guest checked out so they bothered me multiple times asking to come into the room. As your first experience with a new hotel that was a bit terrifying.

First of all, I have to shout out the concierge service. Miss Anna helped me out with everything anything I needed next thing just the Hotel itself treated me like a VIP they upgraded my room to a corner suite which the view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great food drinks everything I will definitely be coming back.

You basically have to step in the shower and endure the water warming up because the shower doors don’t allow you to turn the water on by standing outside it. Otherwise my biggest complaint is the rooms not having TCM. So many stay there for the TCM Classic Film Festival.

The breakfast was delicious. The two servers I had, Maribel and Liliana, were the absolute nicest and most wonderful ladies ever. So welcoming and kind. The air conditioner was a bit loud when it started up; it sounded like someone trying to enter my room. Also, the bathroom door cannot be propped open.

I'd like a nice upscale restaurant in the hotel.

The rest of the story: housekeeping did not refill toiletries despite repeated visits to the front desk. Our “upgraded“ room turned out to not be upgraded, and was loud all night because of the elevators it was up against. At check-in, the front desk clerk told us she would text us when our room was ready. Hours later, with no text received, we went back to the front desk where they told us, “your room has been ready for hours.” The view we were supposed to have with the reservation turned out to be nonexistent. The room was somewhat worn and battered, and the clown who installed toiletry pumps in the shower put them on the wrong wall. The breakfast restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. I could go on and on. Nothing made the place a dump, but for a four-star hotel that charges premium prices, you should expect much more than the mediocre effort they put into taking care of customers. Let’s be clear: you are paying premium prices for location, location, location. Don’t expect more.

It's a very nice hotel! Convenient location and helpful staff, he changed our rooms from king to queens so we could all be on the same floor.

Jake was the best. I arrived early and he gave me a quiet room immediately which I requested on Email prior to arriving. Room was very quiet bed was extremely comfortable views were fantastic. It was a real treat. No noise from the passages or the street. Coffee machine needs cleaning or replacing. Poor quality coffee but there is a Starbucks downstairs if you want good coffee. The desk chair has seen better days. Bathroom is kind of basic but good enough.

The Loews Hollywood is my hotel - I have stayed there every trip to LA from 2010 onwards. Great location, always a super clean room, the staff are always incredible and its a central location for me since I fly into Burbank and do business in Hollywood. Can't wait to head back

The hotel is conveniently located near the walk of fame which is also where the Dolby theater is (Hollywood Oscars and premieres) and a lot of the city tour buses are located there. If you’re a tourist or a first time visitor, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location - location - location! Can’t stay any closer to the Hollywood action than the Lowe’s. Right next to the Dolby theater. Self-parking in the parking garage below. Rooms have amazing views of the LA skyline.

The location of the hotel is perfect for Hollywood Boulevard. There is a wonderful Japanese restaurant about eight minute taxi ride in the hills. Great view wonderful service. The on and off bus and other excursions are right around the corner from the hotel. Jimmy Kimmel is also located around the corner and you can maybe sneak some tickets.

Lovely location in the heart of it all. Arrived super early on my birthday and got a chance to check in early complimentary. The room and view was great extremely nice. Breakfast delicious but pricey. The gym could use more weigh lifting equipment but the pool and view from the pool was gorgeous! Enjoyed my quick 24hrs.

I stay at Loews pretty often when I'm in LA. It's centrally located. The parking garage is a distance from the hotel but it's better than paying for valet. The gym is also good. The carpet could be cleaner.

Nice hotel in a tourist location, convenient for our visit but not the nicest area in LA, when we arrived at 6pm told our room wasn't ready despite check in starting at 3pm, told it could be a couple of hours so to check our bags and come back, I said it would be good if they could accommodate sooner as we were travelling with a tired 5 year old, and then the concierge managed to find us a different room that we could check into immediately, so they turned it around quickly which was appreciated.

Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. We found the area to be quite safe contrary to some of the negative online reviews. Hotel allowed us to explore more of the Hollywood walk than we would do otherwise. Tour buses depart from walking distance, making everything really easy with young kids

Great location for all of the Hollywood attractions. Convenient walk to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Parking was expensive and the only in-and-out option was to valet. Valet is expensive, but they do a really good job having your car ready to go when you need it.

Room was dusty on the dark furniture and warm when we arrived but consierge opened curtains and put on air conditioning when we arrived and took our bags up. Lots of shops, we parked in streets opposite, just juggled times and streets with street cleaninh days.. didnt havr breakfast as $25 a day each i believe. Lovely to have pool and be central though

Overall it's a very nice hotel, the bed was the most comfortable bed ever! There was a dirty glass left in the bathroom, so the housekeeping should pay more attention, don't put a dirty glass in the bathroom for someone to use, gross! Also the velvet headboard was so filthy! They should seriously consider having the housekeeper vacuum those daily! Velvet is not hygienic. Overall nice, beautiful view, have to pay for parking $25 a day which adds up.

The room was always spotless. The personnel working in Preston were extraordinary nice, efficient and professional. At the front desk Myla was very nice and see told me about the amenities given to guest, the person who did the initial checkin did not talked about them. I did no have to spend $50 in tge hop on hop off ride because of her. I was grateful. The location of the hotel is expectacular with the stores in back, the movie theaters, the stars in the sidewalk, etc.

I used to really enjoy the Loews Hollywwood, but the hotel is now really showing its age. Scratched furniture, dirty walls, well-worn serving dishes at the buffet…and worst of all, a front desk which is clearly aware of this, but dismissive of feedback and not committed in any way to guest satisfaction..

Self-parking employee was kinda rude for no reason. Was being sarcastic with me when I asked a question regarding the valet parking that was included with my stay. Made me feel stupid, which I would have never expected from a hotel. Other than that, everyone else was nice and my stay was alright. That really left a negative impression on me, though

Stayed one night for a special event, overall a great hotel and experience. Andy Diaz Campos, was amazing; he went above and beyond at the time of check-in and check-out. Loews hotel was as advertised and we'll be coming back for sure. Outstanding location and very convenient when visiting Hollywood. My only problem I had was that i visited 5 floors (5-9) and none of them had a working ice machine. No ice, one of the five had a "out of service" sign. I notified staff about the ice issue, the following morning still no ice. Breakfast was great and the two women at the front counter in the breakfast restaurant were also very helpful and professional. Loews best assets is it's staff along with a wonderful hotel.

Cannot find a better location to visit the theatres. Close by parking and restaurants, as well. 15 min to Burbank airport, and in-hotel Avis rental is a plus. After a day at the universal studios which is 15min away, it is like heaven to dive in the constant temperature pool for a relax swim. Friendly front desk and service helping us set up in-room hot water boiler as well. Will definitely come back again.

1) We booked through Expedia a King standard room inputting that we were a party of 2 adults and 1 teenager. The description said occupancy 3 instead of "sleeps 2 with max occupancy of 3". We had assumed a sofa bed when we see occupancy 3. When we checked in we were told all of us would have to sleep in the king bed. BUT we could upgrade to a room with a sofa bed for another $50USD per night. I was too tired to argue because the Lillian the check in person said this is a problem they frequently have with Expedia. After a good night's sleep I decided to check the Loews Hotel own website and they have the EXACT same description which we felt was misleading. The manager Fadi, gave us 6 vouchers for their breakfast buffet (priced at $35USD per person plus 20% gratuities and taxes). We were satisfied with this; we would never normally pay this amount for breakfast. They have a warm swimming pool, no hot tub. The hotel is connected to a small mall, the Dolby Theatre and the Chinese Mann Theatre. You can get to all these places without going onto the sidewalk area. Some rooms have nice views of the Hollywood sign. There is an exercise room. All the ellipticals were out of service. Thanks to Jayro for the late check out.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Prior to arrival, I had requested a room upgrade and higher-floor rooms. Unfortunately, not only were the rooms not upgraded or assigned on higher floors, but the rooms we received also did not have a view, despite booking rooms that were advertised as having a view. I had followed up on these requests during the stay as well, but they were not addressed. Additionally, the rooms appeared quite outdated, and the overall condition was noticeably different from what is shown in the photos and descriptions on the Expedia listing. There was a clear gap between the online presentation and the actual experience. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be reviewed and considered for future guests.

The room was great. It was spacious and roomy enough for my family. We love being so close to food, shopping and entertainment. The staff was also very friendly at the front desk and when we will go to breakfast at the Preston’s restaurant every day, I would love to stay there again when I return to the area.

The check in area is beautiful. The rooms, are pretty basic. There is a $35 per room destination fee per night. The water in the rooms are $11.50 each - but there is a Walgreens right around the corner where you can buy water. The beds are super comfy! Bathroom needs upgrading. It was clean - but had seen better days. We were on text with the front desk - super efficient and very nice staff. The service is fantastic. The location is great for Hollywood & 10 minutes from Warner Brothers studios and 8 minutes from Universal. Magic Kingdom is right there too - walkable (you can’t go in). Upgrade to that Hollywood sign view - it’s definitely worth it! The “La Popular” Mexican restaurant in the shopping plaza ‘Ovation’ was excellent! Hard Rock Cafe and Chinese theatre and Netflix theatre and shop are all walkable. Parking is $25 a night self parking and $60 valet. Santa Monica is about 25 minutes drive - definitely worth a trip! The tour buses around that takes you around Beverly Hills is WELL WORTH IT!! You can’t beat the scenery! If we come back here - I would definitely stay again! The lady on the front desk gave me a hug as we left as I was feeling emotional due to family memories. Which was really ever so kind. Thank you!

You can’t get a better location in Hollywood CA. The hotel is literally connected to the Chinese theater, the Hollywood walk of fame and more. I got the corner room with two walls of windows. Amazing views and more. I even paid an extra $100 and they let me check in at 10am versus 4pm

Room with view of the Hollywood sign is not worth it. Several unwanted sites to see as you look down in the area of the gas station on the corner. Staff was friendly

The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are tired and long overdue for updating.

Metro is near by and restaurants also (literally across the street and the hotel itself had a great restaurant and coffee shop. Staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful. I would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great room. We had an issue back in July at the hotel and Tay the manager remembered and took care of me and my daughter. Best place to stay at in Hollywod.

The room was amazing, we ended up getting an upgrade to a corner room with amazing views of West Hollywood. The staff was very nice and checked in with us the entire stay. Also the upgrade comes with free perks and discounts at certain attractions. 10/10 would stay again!

Our room 2039 had amazing views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory and skyline overall. Watching the sunrise over LA from our room was beautiful!
