This property is a block from Hollywood Boulevard and gated. The homeless problem in this area is serious. I appreciated the gates. This property was also part of the movie “Pretty Woman”. The management was wonderful and kind. It was older and needs some updates.

Nice and easy to access.not too much of a hassle. 3rd time staying here. I think a worker went in my room when I had left. my covers were tucked back in as if the bed was made and something they fell on the floor ended up on the bed. didn’t realize it till later that night. nothing was missing as far as I’m concerned though.

Walking distance is great to target, the walk of fame and restaurants. Only recommend staying here for 1 night if really needed but no longer. Price is affordable. Not so friendly

I did not like my stay here. Manager was rude. He didn’t return my payment of $170.00 for the night after he lied saying I brought 5 people I called police he told police it was 4 people which is the max and he refused to let me back in. I filed complaint with booking I didn’t get my money back.

Very close to Hollywood Boulevard, so plenty of shops and eateries within waking distance. Secured parking (15$/day), clean room. Some sketchy people can be seen around but that's normal nowadays, it was OK to walk as it's a busy area and car parking is secured.

Great location, friendly staff and quite clean. There's a fridge in the room if you need it. Noisy cleaning staff, they start at 8am. No elevator.

I was concerned with this selection based on other reviews and almost cancelled for another property option which would have been much further away from this central location. However, I kept the initial booking, and was pleasantly surprised. It is only 1 block away from Hollywood Blvd and the heart of this area. The property is behind a controlled gate on a nice side street, so safety is not a problem. The accommodations are basic, to be honest, but if that is all you need - a safe and comfortable place to stay/sleep, then it meets the requirement. Concerns about homeless people, etc, wandering about - that seems to be an L.A. thing, unfortunately, but not enough to be a problem at this property. Food is readily available in the immediate vicinity, and the range of available options is amazing. The lack of A/C was definitely not the problem that I thought it could have been, and I even didn't need to use the in-room fan after the first day, as it was cool enough (late October) with the (screened) window kept open. I was also able to leave my bags stored after morning checkout, until my evening departure to the airport. The bathroom had some water leakage on the floor, which was cleared up the following day when housekeeping came in. The cleanliness could be upped a bit - not that it was bad, but there were some hair strands in the sink when I entered.... meaning that cleaning had missed it. There was no microwave in the room, but one was available downstairs for use if needed.
