Omg the rooms were huge! Killer good time. 100% beach access, huge late night heated pool and hot tub, access to nightlife is very walkable, great parking access where ever you like.

The front desk staff was absolutely top-notch place was extremely clean and very nice very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this location.

Honestly, after the snafu with our Expedia reservation not being found in the system (Expedia had sent it to the wrong place) this hotel, the staff, the room, the location, and amenities were all perfect! I would recommend this hotel to any and all!

The room was fantastic. It was very clean and inviting. The front desk team was nice & pleasant as well. This resort is beautiful, even in the wintertime. We will definitely choose this location again in the future.

The room was clean, large updated bathrooms, large screen tvs in the bedrooms and living room, kitchen was fully equipped, nice balcony with view of pool area. Great for an extended stay or large group/family.

We thought from prior guests cooking or someone on same floor cooking We opened all sliders aired it out We called to report maintenance came said he didn’t smell it and fixed our tv after we aired it out we turned HVAC back in happened again it was awful all night so we turned it off slept with sliders open and was woken very early to power washers outside the leave blowers We liked the spacious unit it was very nice the restaurant was a joke it’s just a snack bar but there’s lots around

The rooms are very spacious There was a ROACH in my room and I took photos. The front desk staff two dark skin ladies seemed un phased as if this was the norm. They did not even apologize I was so disappointed.

Location was great, accessible to the beach and Coligny Square. Staff was amazing and food was well prepared.

Only thing I’d change is the cleanliness. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but a little extra elbow grease in the rooms and common areas would go a long way. Overall, great place with awesome people and gorgeous scenery. Just a tiny bit of sprucing up and it’d be perfect!

We didn't have hot water in the morning to take showers on Sunday and Monday. We even let the water run for about 10 minutes before getting in shower.

The condo was big with nice finishes. It was quiet during our stay. Great access to beach and walkable to shopping and some restaurants. Housekeeping seemed a bit disorganized, but kept everything clean. The on site restaurant was closed most of our stay and it would've been nice to use it.

The restaurant was closed ( the reason we booked was there was a restaurant) and the room was dusty. TP was like sandpaper. Overpriced for the value.

Great stay. Parking was a little frustration just due to time of year but that is the only issue. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was on top of their game. Loved the in room washer/dryer and the fact they had evening you needed from blender to dvd player.

I had a great time staying here with my wife, kids, and mother in law. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the full kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and keeping food and drink costs down. The property is well located, clean, excellent pool areas, and the onsite restaurant was convenient for food and drinks. It's near the beach, so we were able to wake up early and walk to watch the sunrise on the beach. Also enjoyed drinks on the balcony in the evenings before bed. Two minor issues the bathroom plugs stopped working on the last day of our stay and missing pool towels in our room at check-in. Pool towels were available at the front desk though. Parking may not be available if you go out for the evening and get back after 9:00, but there were always spots available in the overflow lot across the street.

This is a beautiful property right on the ocean. The staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. We had a wonderful time staying in our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with ocean and pool views from our balcony!

Our only complaint would be the staff at the onsite restaurant seemed to want to avoid helping guest. The first night they told us the kitchen was closed even through it was at least and hour before scheduled closing time. I went down for breakfast the next morning and there was no one there to take my order, other people were sitting there eating their food so I know they were open. My wife and her sister were finally able to get lunch there, but said the staff seemed unfriendly. I highly recommend this property for a Hilton Head vacation. Just avoid the onsite restaurant and you should have a great stay!

Great location on the island and lovely view of the ocean. Unit was very large, plenty of space for our group. Unit was relatively clean but the floors were pretty dirty. Parking was fine in the off-season but I imagine would be challenging in the summer.

Beautiful low key condo oceanfront. Visited with family of 6. We have 4 kids ages 6,8,11 and 13. Great full kitchen and washer and dryer. Would highly recommend. We spend day at Westin because visiting my sister who has a family wedding there. The Westin was more of a resort many restaurants. Rooms were pretty small at Westin and much busier place. Was happy with our decision to stay at the Hilton grand vacations.

Furnishings old. The couch smelled. We had to wear shoes in our room because the bottom of our feet were black from the floor. Only 1 employee worked food/bar counter and it closed too early. Won't stay again.

It was nice and didn’t feel congested w people. Had everything you could want for a family vacation at the beach.

Easy access to beach. Hotel is nice, great balcony views. Great for both families and couple getaways. We stayed 5 nights. They were not planning on cleaning during our stay until our 4th day but were very accommodating when asked to come clean earlier.

This property consistently delivers! Quality amenities and attention to details. This was my 7th stay…just as awesome as the 1st.

Quiet and peaceful. Needed some necessay items.

The accommodations at this property are excellent. The condos are spacious and very clean. The pool, hot tub and beach front location were wonderful and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend staying at Hilton Ocean Oak Resort.

But the best part was your staff. Debbie at the front desk ensured my party had the best week ever. She was a key part of making our vacation memorable. Thank you so much for having her on staff and allowing her to serve us. Really. Alex was a great guide and helped us also.

Beautiful hotel that seems very new. The 2 bedroom oceanfront suite was perfect for my friend and I to spread out and have our own space. We loved the balcony and spend lots of time out there relaxing. Kitchen was well-equipped. The bathrooms are amazing (great showers). Beds are comfortable but maybe a little soft for my taste. The pool/hot tub area was great and not crowded when we were there (it was a bit chilly). Not many food options there, but we were able to get groceries delivered and do doordash pretty easily. Great location too. I wish we had rented a car only because it was hard to find cabs/ubers, but a bike rental would also work great!

Really nice, spacious and luxurious.

Beautifully remodeled and spacious room with an ocean view. The grounds look like they would be a lot of fun in warmer weather. High end appliances worked nicely. The kitchen could use some additional gear. For a short stay for two adults there was enough, but for a large party and a longer stay, I would want more plates and bowls, as well as a few various other kitchen essentials, i.e. colander, measuring cups, etc. There was one oddity, at times in the back bedroom you could almost distinguish conversations from neighboring rooms via the ventilation system. Probably not an issue at most times of the day, but hearing other kids giggling, chatting, and playing was mildly annoying in the evening hours. All in all a very nice room, the kitchen issues are easily solved, but not sure about the ventilation noise.

I loved EVERYTHING about the property! Their customer service was superb. Literally from beginning to end . So much that I kept extending my days!! One of these best vacations I've had. Sooooo peaceful. The condos immaculate & extremely spacious! Most definitely worth the stay. Definitely plan on returning soon. Can't wait!

The location was excellent, and the staff were very helpful

Property was exactly as expected. Room was clean with a great view. You definitely got what you paid for. Beach access was nice and pools were refreshing. We were just passing through but definitely hope to return one day for a longer stay. Breakfast on site was great especially the hash browns and yogurts. Extremely pleased with our choice to stay at this resort.

I was absolutely blown away as soon as we stepped onto the property! The staff at the front desk were all so friendly and make you feel like your needs are a priority. I have no complaints. Me and my party LOVED our stay here and we will definitely be back. The ocean-view was just as pictured in the photos online. Every single detail exceeded our expectations. Super satisfied!

Very nice suite and staff were nice!

The beach is a short walk from resort. No smoking and everyone was very friendly. The room wasn’t as clean as we would like. Shower had mold and room had quite a bit of dust, nothing major. Overall a good stay.
