Noise till 2am, water just warm and faucets leaked. They demand a $50 cash deposit on top of my reservation Only breakfast option is a bowl of Raisin Bran. And tasteless coffee Definitely not worth $80 and staff are rude Not safe.

Had the extreme misfortune of staying here for a last minute trip to the furniture market. Receptionist woman didn’t have the absolute basic manners. Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here.

It’s typically understood that budget lodgings will not have certain amenities and luxuries available at other hotels. However, this was simply a disgraceful representation of affordable accommodations. The state of the room, was far below acceptable based on what was advertised in their photos. In addition to the devastated state of the room, the overwhelming smell of cleaning products, there was no sense of safety anywhere on the facility grounds. The stench of smoke wafting through the halls, the stained walls and unsanitary state of the stairwells was another mark against this location. In my room I found mold on the bathroom tiles, black and pink mold in the grout , around the toilet, buildup on the shower head. Leak stains in the ceiling that were never addressed and the stained linens on the bed further encouraged me to relinquish my keycard and find another place to stay. Management did not even TRY to offer a remedy to my qualms. They simply checked me out, 15 min after checking in, without question and kept the fee. No sense of pride in their facility or customer experience which is the most disgraceful part of this ordeal. I would not recommend this Location at all.

We could not stay there. When I asked for a refund I was told we paid over 15 minutes ago and could not get a refund. Oh great! They must also rent rooms by the hour for hookers and drug dealers. I am disputing the charge. Thanks alot Expedia!

I had a no smoking room. The front desk asked for $50 in "cash" as a deposit. What gives, they had my credit card. I asked for a receipt for the cash, the man at the desk showed me a stack of money, each with a piece of paper stapled to it, showing me all the people that had left deposits. I attempted to shower when i entered my room. It took the hot water awhile to come up to temperature and when it did, it was at best luke warm. Too cold to shower! And it's good that i didn't, the Room had no heat!!! I cranked the thermostat up to 80 degrees. The highest temperature registered by the thermometer all night was 61 degrees!!!! And get this, there were no blankets in the room. Only a sheet and cheap spread covered my bed. I slept in my street clothes, and because I am bald, wore a skull cap to avoid a head cold. On a positive note, the mattress was in a zippered cover when i checked for bed bugs!! And of course i checked out without a shower, the morning after as the temperature was in the 40's. I understand that I paid $64 on the cheap, but i didn't expect to be treated as though it were a "flop house". The staff, no personality. Checking in our out! The worst night of my life. If i were owner of this property i would take the risk of going to jail for burning the entire complex to the ground and making an insurance claim!!!

The disrespectful and I fell and the room because the roof had a leak in it and they got mad at me and ain't do nothing about it they ain't say they was sorry or nothing I had to go to the hospital cause I just had surgery a few weeks ago and mess my toe and back up

Housekeeping goes in your room while your gone without your knowledge sometimes even if you tell them not to. They pretend like they don't know English when you try to tell them about it.

Someone went in my room when I was gone because the lock was broke when I came back. An someone evidently had another key for my room because someone tried to open it when I laid down an almost paid dearly for it.

Nothing. The manager/clerk at the front desk was rude. The room smelled like pee and the comforter and sheets was burned with what appeared to be cigarette burns. I contacted booking.com for a refund and they contacted the motel who refused to issue a refund. They would only issue a partial refund even though I never occupied the room. The minute I walked in the room I walked out and requested a refund. I told them I would try another hotel. The woman from Booking.com hung up on me. The guy at the front desk would not provide his name. I took the business card off the desk and ask if he was the manager named Alex and he said no but he told the woman from Booking.com he was Alex the manager. I asked the cleaners for his name and they told me Haulie or Hallie( not sure how to spell it but it sounds like Hallie). The guy at the desk was bald guy with glasses. Very rude and ignorant. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General’s Office and making sure every social media platform is aware of this motel and how they conduct business.

Hotel was unsafe and not clean. It appeared to have been vandalized and the exterior environment was unexceptionable, we were not able to stay there. Ended up at a different hotel that met the expectations. I would love a refund to cover the cost of our stay at quality inn in Greensboro NC Unsafe Unclean

This place needs work!! The a/c didn't work properly. The TV didn't work properly. The shower was very Frustrating... When you turn the hot water on, warm water does come out of the bathtub spigot. However, when you flip the lever to get water out of the shower nozzle, cold water comes out! I had to use the ice bucket filled with warm water to rinse off!! Aggravating. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

The place looked like it was literally falling apart. The doors to the hallways would not lock. Room was not ready at specified time

My nephew came with me and booked on property rooms 75 bucks in person but shows 60 if you do it online and guy was so condescending about it talking about new management which l’m tired of hearing. I don’t know if the people that worked there lived there too because I saw what l believed to be relatives of the other works who gave my wife evil looks which she told me about. Next morning someone spit in front of mine and my nephew’s room doors. Mind you l asked for nonsmoking room in my reservation couldn’t understand why l get there and they ask me what l want and why did l find a burn hole in the comforter. Shower curtain dirty, a/c unit broke, mold around shower. I wonder if these inspectors actually go to these place or get paid off. We got there around 8pm or so and I picked this place because it had a pool and the kids would have had a little while to swim and they said that the pool was closed when we got there. When going to the room we seen people out at the pool swimming and there were no signs saying that it closed at a certain time either. I also picked this place because they had breakfast included. I went to the lobby to see what they had and all they had was a few slices of white bread, a toaster, coffee with basic cream and sugar, and a little bit of cornflakes and milk. That was it! Don't stay at this place, it is horrible! The room was so bad, we couldn't walk around without shoes on. It stunk horribly and especially smelled bad coming out of the ac unit. The bathroom was filthy and not cleaned whatsoever, there was hair all over the floor and it was horrible. I had my son go up to get 2 more towels and wash cloths because there was only 2 of each in the room and they only gave him one of each and told them we couldn't get anymore. The maid banged on our door at like 10am asking if we was checking out or staying over. This place was the worst place I have ever stayed at

Upon arrival, I noticed that the room had a bed, two night stands and a console to hold the fridge and microwave. No desk. No chest of drawers. I mentioned this to mgmt. They brought me a desk. Room was very cold we had to sleep.in our coats, i traveled with my 2 children for a funeral. Ended up staying at a family members house. Also complained to property manager they tried to switch me to a smoking room when i asked for non smoking room was nastier than my 1st room. I called to tell them i asked for non smoking they tried to change me an EXTRA $25 for a non smoking which i already booked a non smoking to begin with. Just nasty, cold, my shower never got hot and neither did my room and very unprofessional 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes and weed, there were bed bugs, our car was not safe, and the it was loud. I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about

The room was filthy there were drops of blood on the sheets, cigarette burns on the comfiter. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast at all. Don't think we would have eaten it if it was.The front desk clerk jcamac was the epitome of bad consumer service. He lied to us numerous times. We felt the property was very unsafe with a junkyard of broken down cars in the parking lot and people up and making noise all probably deal drugs. We left a day early we were told we would get our money back for one day 71.86 but still haven't heard or seen anything from them. Probably another lie . We were very disappointed in our stay at the econo lodge 2000 Brentwood Street high point NC .

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet throughout the day and night. Parking was never an issue. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy, and I loved the fact that all the rooms had their own private balcony. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was there was only one lamp for lighting which was very dim but we just pulled the curtain from the window open and the sun brightened the whole room and also the WiFi constantly went out through our stay but those are just minor and didn't interfere with our enjoyment and relaxation in our room. One more thing, I felt perfectly safe here and never once felt as if I needed to worry, but I do feel that all the entrances to get inside the hotel need to be locked and only guests can come through with their key. Again, overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

We had no hot water. And there was water coming up from under the tile which soaked my boyfriend’s clothes and was a safety hazard. They did not offer any help and when asked to be compensated for the wet clothes or to have his clothes dried for us they refused.

Can be returned on checkout if no damage done by pet. But would be nice to know need cash on checkin. Advertised breakfast, on check in said breakfast served 6 to 9 am. It was pretty quit and enjoyable but could do better on providing commodities as well as not charging 10 a day after 2 guessed for use of pool thats crazy

Its an older property. Ok if youre just tired and need to sleep. The pool was the best part. Nice area there. However, rooms appear to have been in the middle of an update. No hot water for the shower. Smoking is available in some rooms. Which is ok for smokers. Office gentleman was not friendly. And there was no breakfast as advertised. I rate ** only.

The property was very unsanitary and had an awful smell. Customer service was horrible. Not even a trash can in the room or anywhere to put your belongings. HORRIBLE!!

They seem to go out of the way to make you unwelcome. I had to put down a cash deposit to have a non-smoking room, and was then put in a room that smelled like smoke. No breakfast provided. Yeah, it is cheap, but does not match the description. I should have known better.

The pictures that were shown in Expedia app is completely different than how the hotel actually looks. The hotel was dark and gloomy and had a smell that was not good. people hanging around just watching, it was very hot outside so for people to just be out hanging out was weird.

Once i checked into my room i flipped the light switch on and the room was only lit by two bedside lamps. No sufficient lighting in rooms. Made my way to the AC unit since it was hotter than the Devils D!ck in the room. Unit would only go to 70° and after several hours being on, my guess is it never got cooler than 80°, as i slept on top of the sheets and woke up sweating multiple times. Maybe from the temperature or maybe from the scumbags in the parking lot going thru a domestic situation and lots of arguing outside my balcony. Prior to going to bed, i took my shower. Bathroom was as small as a singlewide trailer bathroom and disgusting. Pubes in the sink with strands of hair, yellow spots all over the tile in the shower and to top it off, no hot water in the shower either. This was the least of my concerns as it was 102° with the heat index today and I uncharacteristically enjoyed a cold shower. My weiner, not so much. I even asked for a refund after checking in and was told i couldnt get a refund as i booked thru Hotels.com and not directly thru them. Dont waste your money, especially if its perdiem. $30 more elsewhere

The stay was nice. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would change is the bagged breakfast. The juice was really good but the crackers and bag of chips weren’t really breakfast foods.

Non smoking room required a $25 cash deposit at check-in, which was not mentioned when the room was reserved. There was no continental breakfast, which was mentioned on Expedia, but was not one the hotel website. The room was clean. We did get out deposit back at checkout. We did not use the pool because we were not at the hotel during the day. Overall, we had a good experience.

Disliked the fact that the toilet seat had something nasty on it had to purchase clorox wipes to clean and there was no hot or lukewarm water to take a shower very very disappointed.

Super friendly staff. Easy check in and even easier check out. No issues with the room. It was tidy and comfortable. The bed was actually nice. Highly recommend for a quick stay over

No hot water from showerhead. Moved to another room. No hot water from sink faucet. Smoke detector disconnected. No hair dryer. No coffee maker. Exterior doors into rooms were not locked.

The rooms are decent. The man at the check on desk is rude. But over all i would give it a 6 out of 10.

The staff was nice, But I've never stayed somewhere without 2 nightstands, more than 1 lamp for the entire room, a mirror in the main room would have been nice since the bathroom was 2 small for 2 women to get ready for work. The bed was comfortable and clean. A week of focused energy would work wonders at this facility.

When they booked me in at the front desk, one of the staff members rushed to the room to get it “ready”. When I went in, there was no art on the walls, no remote for the TV, fresh drywall patches on the walls, food and debris on the bathroom walls and truly awful bedding that would slip off the bed during the night because it was a stiff synthetic material . Also, it was a no smoking room that had venting connected to a smoking room so I had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the neighbors smoke from coming into the rest of the room. The staff was as helpful as they could be and I only stayed because there were no other rooms available during our business event.

This property is very affordable and that is about the only reason to stay here. Staff was rude, the grounds were shabby and the is no sound privacy with adjacent rooms.

You might want to spend a little more and get a breakfast that is advertised. No hot water in shower. Just stayed one night, wouldn't stay many more.

Shower would go from hot to cold, could not get a good shower. Continental breakfast consisted of brown bag with chip, crackers and a small Sunny Delight

Do not stay at this place if tou can afford a better one..it serves its purpose to sleep only. Bedspread is as thin as the sheet. Definitely not cozy, I was changed from room 118 to 116 because shower didn't work room 116 didn't have sufficient and hot water. When hot water came out was only for seconds literally so I only washed my hair. Do not stay at this place in winter that's for sure.

Q: what time does breakfast start A: I don't know. Q: You don't know?? A: I don't work that shift Got to the building w/our room. Hallway was freezing, room was COLDER! Turned the heat on 75° and waited. And waited! I'll just get in the bed and cover up and wait for it to get warm. Oh waaaait! No blanket. Burr. Walked back (outside) to front desk. Q: may I get a couple of blankets, our room doesn't have one. A: No. Sorry. Q: You're SORRY? Just get a blanket! A: No. I don't have keys to the linens, they took them away from us. Q: lots of open rooms, can you get one from there? A: No. I can't leave the office. Q: Well, I can! Key me into a room..and I'll get it!? A: No. I can't do that. It was now 11pm and we just wanted to sleep. A knock on the door. The maintenance man, here to fix the heater. Apparently, he UNLOCKED it so it would actually come on! I told him about having no blanket. He apologized and said he doesn't have access to the linens.. but he does LIVE here so has an extra blanket if we'd like to borrow it. "Yes please!" He brought it. Not a blanket but a throw, however, it was wonderful and very much appreciated! Finally got to sleep. Woke up. Barely half a roll of not one-ply TP but half-ply! No extra in the room. Back to the front, the rude woman was replaced by a rude man. I knocked to get his attention. He raised his hand and walked farther away toward the coffee machine.

The hot water in the shower didn’t work. They said it was on a timer WHAT. The electric went out in the middle of the night called them it was a breaker said they would come look at it in the morning not. Then got a knock because someone dog was running around thought it was mine not. I will never stay there again. It sucked

Room had no lock on door. Bathroom door didn’t have a latch so it never stayed shut. Bloody handprints throughout the hallway. Used a rod to lock the sliding door. Completely horrible will absolutely never stay at this place again.

This hotel is the worst! It smelled liked mold. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. No extras. “Free breakfast” was a juice box and chips in a brown bag. Awful place.

Econolodge was disgusting. The people at the desk were very very rude. Not nice people. There are people who live in the hotel but after 3 nights we were told to check out and that we couldn't stay any longer. There were roaches coming out from behind the bathroom mirror and something in the bed biting my son. Please, this place is awful don't stay here

There was no continental breakfast. I was given a bag with hot flaming Cheetos and sunny D at 9am. Definitely not a good experience, I booked the hotel hoping to have a nice hot breakfast.

I paid for the room bc it had a pool got there and it was closed.it I would have known it was closed I wouldn't have even rented the room.....the bathroom was covered in animal hairs. First bed rail was broken.... This morning while packing up my car, there was a woman clearly on drugs, falling asleep standing up and then bothering people for cigarettes...

very dirty, has a sign outside that says no pets but gives the impression online that they allow pets. They will make you pay 120 for the pet when the room is not worth even 60 dollars

They tried to charge me an extra deposit in cash upon arrival. I didn't have any cash, so it was waived. The sheets had not been laundered, the restroom was filthy, with very little hot water, the wifi inexplicably stopped functioning at some point during the night, and there was a clanking noise from somewhere that continued through the night. This was the worst motel room I've ever occupied.

The staff was rude. No courtesy or please or thank you for your patience. Give me your driver's license was barked at me when I reached the counter. There were two people at check in counter with three people in line. Rather than each handle a customer they only handled one at a time. The room was filthy. A lamp wasn't operational. I did not feel safe. I left a day early since I was traveling alone.
