Enjoyed my stay except the bed was little uncomfortable. Great location and easy to get to. Other than that had a good time.

It was a late check in, and next day checkout, so I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities, However, the front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very clean!

Room size and communal spaces were nice. Lobby was nice. It was probably beyond managements control but tenants beside us were smoking and you could smell it throughout our rooms.

The staff waa friendly, knowledgeable and gave great service!! Check in/front desk staff was accommodating and worked thru a check in issue together. The bed/mattress was not comfortable at all my back and neck still hurt. It was hard and that is my only complaint. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay!

Other than the mini fridge not working or the tv on the commons area by the pool the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were no issues at check in. I’d stay again.

The indoor pool was wonderful! It was nice and warm and felt so good. I was a little disappointed with how shabby the hallways and rooms were. It looks very dated and in need of a remodel.

Stayed here several times, our son goes to LR, it’s close to campus and nice and clean hotel!

Wonderful stay

The pool and hot tub were perfect!!! Warm and sooooooo enjoyable!!!!! The fitness center was nice and clean and was great to get a quick workout in:) Would have like large towels for the pool area but there were plenty of them available and area was pretty clean. Could use alittle repair with paint and could tell it was a moist area .

The pool being heated, the Bistro, the staff, the shower, the glasses that are in the room to use! Literally i can’t believe such a nice hotel was in Hickory. Don’t change a thing!!!

Bar was closed July 4th, understand that, closed the 5th because the server had a family emergency, I’m in a wheelchair ♿️ so I rolled myself to the Hilton garden inn .2 miles uphill for drinks, might stay there next time, everything else awesome

Wonderful stay. Honored my request for a corner room with no neighbors and allowed me to check in a bit early. The people up front were super kind and my boyfriend and I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

This was my second opportunity staying at this property. I was not let down like other hotels I have stayed at that have started to decline and their service, cleanliness, and customer service. Courtyard by Marriott Hickory is a great property to stay at and has the most friendly staff. Definitely earned five stars and I will be staying here again.

I have no real complaints. The traffic was loud into the night, but that’s not something folks in a hotel can control. Overall very good stay!! Linens were very clean and plush. Bed was comfortable too.

The rooms were semi undated, like an old motel. Something I don’t typically care about but feel as though it is worth mentioning. During our first night, the staff was rude! My friend and I went to the lobby, at around 8pm or so, to purchase snacks and we could tell that we totally inconvenienced the woman at the desk. She visible acted annoyed and that interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth. Then, later on that night, the fire alarm went off at 1 am! It took about an hour until we were allowed back in. Once back inside and in our beds, the alarm went off yet again! This stay was lackluster, to say the least. I can say that I will probably not be staying at this hotel again. May I add that the hotel was not nice enough for it to act so ugly.

Our stay was amazing! All the staff we encountered were so helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Quiet and convenient. We were traveling with our group of dancers and families. The pool area and outside sitting area allowed us to gather and have a great time.

Customer service and friendliness could be better. Bar/ food area had a very passive aggressive sign stating to be patient if nobody attending the counter, that they were making someone else’s order and I just found the signage to be very inappropriate

My only real complaint was that the restaurant closed at 10 pm. Generally it's ok but it was closed by the time I had checked in. The walk up the hill to the closest fast food would not be doable for some. Although delivery is an option, I chose to walk. I'm in decent shape and I was exhausted after travelling and walking airports all day.

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a nice and safe area with plenty of food options nearby. We traveled to Hudson and Blowing Rock during our stay and both were convenient to the hotel and not too far of a drive.

Microwave was located too low

Great location and amenities, very well maintained hotel.. Love that it has a nice bar/lounge in the hotel. Within walking distances of several decent restaurants. Was with 6 other motorcycles in a group and there was plenty of room under the entrance for all of us to park under the canopy without interfering with other guest or cars.

No recycle, especially plastic, trash cans.

We loves everything about this hotel. The check-in was super easy and the lady upfront was very friendly. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Nice pool and hottub, along with a good selection of breakfast. We will definally be staying here everytime we pass through Hickory

Non smoking room with smoking smell, that is the only uncomfortable thing to stay in the hotel. The rest is very good.
