The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie made sure I was able to check in a little earlier than 3 due to my flight getting in super early. That was very nice of her as it was based on availability. Not many places in walking distance for food but DoorDash found me just fine.

The room was clean, except for a few coberwebs. The TV and phone weren't working, and some of the outlets weren't plugged in. The staff was fine, but we couldn't enjoy the room as much as I would have liked because it smelled strongly of damp.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty and in bad shape paint pealing, caulking pealing. Stained carpets in the hallway. Shower leaked out onto the floor and out of the bathroom and into the hallway. Sofabed mattress was in terrible shape totally worn out with no support and was dirty with crumbs and lint all over it. Furniture stain and color was chipping. Elevator did not work from our floor you could go up to it get but the button down did not work. Had to take the stairs down from the 4th floor. Only thing decent was the breakfast. Oh and and let’s not forget the rooster!!! The freaking rooster that wakes you up at 4am. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep in!

El aire de la habitación no servía de pronto estaba en 60 como a la media hora en 80 los cajones del gavetero no se le podía poner ropa porque permanecían abiertos no cerraban, el refrigerador ni el agua enfriaba solo la mantenía a temperatura, por lo demás bien el servicio al cliente muy bueno, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable pero demasiado caro para el mal estado de las habitaciones.

The coffee machine is slow, and did not allow to regulate the amount of desired coffee. Parking on property is decent. The hotel is family oriented. The swimming pool and the room bathroom need some out keeping. Overall this was a decent stay.

Convenience was great. I found grapes on the floor that was left so I am assuming it wasn’t vacuumed .

The area was crowded with very loud. Roosters were screaming around 4am and the doors to every room of my for slammed when someone entered our record their room! This made it very hard to sleep through the night.

Clean and affordable the breakfast was delicious! The pool looked clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was musty and smelled of mold. The AC United had mold spores all over and it was moldy smelling. This triggered a bad sinus response and I became sick the entire trip.

I didn’t like it I arrived, the front desk person wasn’t the most friendly of all. Nothing bad, he just wasn’t too inviting. When I arrived to my room, there were about 8 teenagers just sitting in the hallway on their phones, some shirtless. This was very 3rd world vibe and sketchy. Then the door to my room didn’t open so I had to go downstairs and tell the front desk guy. He had to come up and open it for me (apparently I had to turn the door knob down and then up which doesn’t make sense).

Great location, we were going to hard rock stadium. It was 18 minutes at most. Also dolphin mall was close as well. Clean rooms with microwave and fridge. 24 hour coffee and good service. The key would not work. I had to take it many times to the front desk to configure it again, until they changed de key. But the doorknob would take forever for the green light to open, I think the hotel has to upgrade the doorknobs. Also the elevators are a little bit to old and take forever in the morning

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was good — while the variety was slightly limited, it was still more than enough to start the day well. One big plus is the free parking, which made things very convenient. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool, although we didn’t have time to use them during our stay. Another nice touch was the availability of free ice and cold water. I would definitely recommend having a car if you plan to stay here, as it makes getting around much easier. Overall, a great hotel and a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

I’ve been in the cleaning industry for 14 years and y’all‘s room should be kept up with dusting cleaning the filter for the AC maybe adding a make up remover. I know that will get your ratings up a little more housekeepers. Add little notes not much. Just enjoy your stay.

Centrally located around anything you could need. Easy access to the highway. For some reason the pool was shut down the weekend both days of my stay.

We had 3 people in our rooms and asked for 3 sets of towels every single day and never got them. Had to go down stairs and get an extra set, EVERY day. The cell signal is terrible and the hotel’s WiFi is garbage. The WORST Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. EVER!

The hotel needs a major renovation the rooms were not clean. The card reader at the door was not working at all . I had to ask the maintenance guy to open the door for me every time. Then after 3 days of stay they change the door lock. Please don’t keep such hotels in expedias website. There were flies in the room.

The room looked good at glance. But there were ants, windows dirty and tables had crumbs. I asked staff for a wake up call and they didn't do it. I never got my $50 deposit back.

We also had to have our room keys reprogrammed every day, an issue that affected many other guests as well, not just us. Upon check-in, our interaction was disappointing. Other staff members, however, were great and very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel does not match the pictures, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

The photos online are not a true representation of the hotel. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. While looking around the room, there was a painted section on the wall near the air conditioner that was trying to cover the discoloration from mold. The corner on the floor near the air conditioning was peeling from the wall, white-ish color like mold. I have allergies to mold and mildew, I couldn’t even stay in the room, having to check out shortly after getting there. I had to find another room with a different hotel, I could not take a chance that the hotel would just put me in another room with such toxic conditions for my health. Also, my trip was cut short because I now paid for a room that was not suitable for health reasons, to go pay for another room. I will be contacting the property manager today, they should refund the room and pay someone to fix it properly! I have stayed at Holiday Inns all over and have never been so disappointed.

After several stays and trying to give them a chance to improve, I will not stay here again. Their hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. There is mold in rooms, housekeeping doors a terrible job. I have messaged with Ronald at the hotel and sent him pictures of some of the things that are wrong with this place. He requested I contact you because he is willing to refund one night after he saw what i dealt with. Not sure how you guys can make that happen. This place is terrible and even a health hazard.

My only complaint is the TV channels are not listed on the screen and not paper listing. They also dont have a list of local areas. But they do have internet. The only downside of that. The printer was running out of ink when we were there. Everything else was fine.

Overall all was great! I love HI Express.

Room was clean enough, but could definitely use a detail clean. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful but nearly the exact same for the five days we were there. Staff were kind.

During my first stay, the sink counter was literally falling apart, and I had to be careful not to lean on it. More concerning are the recurring issues that extend beyond just my room: shower gel is not refilled, sinks are often clogged, and guests consistently complain about the same problems at the front desk. Worse, I found roaches inside the ice machine on the 5th floor. The air conditioning does not cool the suite evenly—the bedroom is tolerable, but the sitting area feels like a sauna. When I called reception about the missing shower gel, I was told to come downstairs and get it myself. That kind of service is unacceptable. This hotel is going downhill fast. Instead of addressing serious problems—lack of breakfast variety, poor maintenance, pests, broken AC, and dismissive service—management seems content with offering the same canned apology about “not meeting expectations.” Unless real action is taken, this property will continue to disappoint and lose the loyalty of frequent business travelers like me.

The hotel and room were very clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great.

The first room I got has a broken shower door, and water is spilling out. The second room bathroom door is not working. They need to check before offering the room

The first room we have to returned after found that the bed sofa mattress had blood spots. The second room under the bed sofa we found the remote control for one of the TV and a lot of debris. The room looks outdated and had a few repairs patch on the drywall but not well done. The shower door had a leak. So when we take the shower the water spill out. Breakfast room too small for the hotel capacity. Was crowded the 2 mornings that we stay. Food was Ok and servers were very nice. Desk team are nice and wiling to help us all the inconveniences found.

The room was very spacious and roomy. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Our main criticism would be about the very small space for the breakfast. The area where food was presented was too small and very difficult to navigate comfortably if more than 5 people were in same space at same time. While the pancakes were very tasty and unique, they should have more than one as it was very slow producing the finished pancakes so a very long wait when others were using it.

La unica queja es una empleada del desayuno a las 9:30 am que te bota del desayuno diciendo que lo siente pero que deben abandonar el area para ella y su equipo limpiar y que vuelvan cuando ellos acaben. Completamente molestó mu ho atodos los clientes enviados a sus habitaciones co la comida en la mano.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend. The cleanliness, the staff and the breakfast was good and the area where it’s served was immaculate.

There is professional, friendly, employees, and nice room and great coffee machine. I received updates to ask how I was doing the whole time I was there which is a very nice personal touch.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. Rooms were cleaned, beds were nice & soft. Some areas need a little tlc like the bathroom but everything else was great. Breakfast was wonderful.

Location was very convenient for our needs. Staff was friendly, however noise from the highway and traffic was continuous. Carpet in the room was outdated and smelled like dirty shoes.

I had a pleasant stay at this location. Cleanliness, location and service are all important criteria for a good stay. I felt safe because there was a lot of cop cars parked when I got in later, and in the morning they were having breakfast. This gave me a sense of safety even if I deemed the location and establishment safe altogether. Nothing made me feel unsafe or looked unsafe but it was good having law around. The room was very clean and had no foul smells( a big thing for me), the bed was comfortable but maybe a tad too soft. A firmer mattress would do. The carpets looked clean enough and sufficient towels provided. Breakfast was typical of a hotel but good choices. Healthy options of fruit and protein. Lobby was clean. No noise to speak of. Pool seemed clean but was always too crowded so did not get to enjoy that. I needed emergency laundry done and it was such a blessing to have had machines available which were clean. Personnel were extremely helpful and polite so I commend them for this. Room service was great. I would stay at this location again if I needed to. I felt I got my money’s worth. Don't expect too much from tv service. Bring an iPad. Wifi is good. No problems.

Went on a cruise had to stay a night here and was very clean comfortable convenient etc

The hotel definitely appeared dated. Bathroom and room were both dirty. Hairs on the fitted sheet when i pulled back the blanket to get in bed. Breakfast was okay.

Fridge, microwave, and elevator all broken on my stay. Took several days for them to even be addressed after asking several times per day for help. Lost ~$40 worth of food over it. Disgusting place I would never go back.

We stay for two days only but the service was great , the have continental breakfast with variety of food to choose between to eat , bagels , pancakes , scrambled eggs , house potato , orange juice , coffee , cereal , the have a pool , didn’t use because I’m sick but was great , a lot of free parking , the check in was almost at 3 , I think because is busy season , that was the only thing that I think off people will have to have to be patient.
