The carpet is dirty and the breakfast is scarce. We stayed 2 nights and at the second morning, long lines of poeple and not much food left to eat, even boiled eggs are out.

The location, staff, and the airport shuttle are the only good thing about this hotel if I’m being brutally honest. The beds are not that comfortable, and more importantly the hotel takes every chance to charge extra on things that other hotel don’t charge for (example; why on earth would you charge your guests a hefty parking fee on top of the room rate?) the breakfast was also below average.

Nothing seemed to work. Luggage carts with bad wheels, one elevator working, shower sucked. Hyatt has never disappointed me until I stayed at this property.

I booked for the shuttle and the shuttle didn't operate like other hotel so paid extra.. Usually I like hyatt place but this one is leaning toward ok won't stay again Also some creepy person was in the hallway and smells weed

The staff were polite and the shuttle was good. The pool was filthy. The depth marker signs were filthy above the water line and the pool floor was brown, especially around the filters. The elevator did not have a safety check certificate, it said to visit the office to view it which is highly unusual. The breakfast did not have any pork products, presumably because of muslim faith. This was not mentioned prior to booking and limited the breakfast options. The bed had a duvet but the duvet had no cover.

Quick easy check in, close to the airport. They offer shuttle service too! The room was big and clean. There was breakfast for free and yummy cookies you could buy. And the staff was so nice! The parking was sparse but we got a spot.

Nothing. The pictures on booking.com are not a true representation of the hotel.. The reception i received on check in. I had a baby and arrived 30 mins early. Room was clearly ready but the staff refused to check us in and at exactly 3 sharp the keys were available. Made no sense . The 2 ladies didn't seem friendly or helpful. Sadly the other one must have been a manager. Secondly the hair dryer had hair on it. I bet you that hair is still there ! Overally the cost and the experience were huge mismatch!!

The neighborhood is really quiet. The hotel had a small indoor pool & a nice gym. The room was large with a nice L-shaped couch & a desk & small fridge. It was also easy to plug things into the TV with a dedicated "plug in panel" next to the TV instead of behind it. And there were plenty of outlets to charge electronics. Pay attention to the parking: you need to be in front of or between the Hyatt & the parking garage. The large parking lot between the Hyatt and the Marriot - belongs to the Marriot & has "you will be towed" signs, so be aware. There should be at least one bottle of water in the room as a courtesy rather than selling them for $4 each at the desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. This is the first time I have been to a hotel and there was no body lotion in the room. The breakfast could have been better, the eggs were cold and the selection was very limited. There were no fruits or yogurt the two days that I was there. My husband asked for hot chocolate the night of our arrival; they only had tea. There was a parking fee.

The hotel is a business traveler hotel. No in house restaurants. Located in business park. They did offer shuttle to restaurants nearby. Very nice room ,mini suite. Setting area separate from sleeping area.

We were only there to sleep a few hours but close enough ti air port to make things convenient. I’d stay there again.

The shuttle from and to the airport is convenient and the drivers were helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. One of two elevators was not working leading to longer wait times. The breakfast was included, but the ambiance was not appealing to me and I decided to take an Uber and have breakfast in a diner 15 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is located a couple of miles off the airport and in the middle of residential communities (condos, apartments, ...). For the price we paid and the fact that we only stayed one night to connect flights it was OK, but I would nonetheless try another hotel the next time.

Close to the airport The shuttle ended at 11:45pm and our flight landed at 12am. It was a $100 uber ride from the airport to the hotel even though it was only 3.5 miles away.

I booked this hotel after a long two days of international travel strictly because of the proximity to the airport and that it had a bar/restaurant on the property. It does not. There were holes in the sheets and black mold in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, however that one was just as run down with red stains on the carpet and questionable stains on the couch. The bed was lumpy. Save your money on this outdated, dirty place!

The staff was amazing

Breakfast was good, clean well stocked breakfast area. Shuttle service was great, on time and quick ride to airport. I would have liked to have used the pool as it looked good but it was full of noisy teenagers and it was later at night so I didn't. Overall, great hotel especially for the money, would be a return guest for sure.

Breakfast was good and airport shuttle service was also good. Lost my bag after the checkout and staff were not helpful in finding it. They even didnt bother to check the CCTV Recording as we also told them where we left the bag.

My room was not cleaned between nights. No fresh towels. Elevator was not working. The room itself was nice but was very noisy from the folks entering the lobby.

The fitness room was small but clean. Pool area was clean as well. A negative is the parking fee, I was told a sister property parking was free. Rooms were a good size con was no in room microwave. The hotel was booked but not noisy. Overall enjoyed my stay.

The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, especially when we had problems with our first room. The shower and hot water in the tub didn’t work at all, so they quickly moved us to another room. It was still an annoying inconvenience since we had to repack everything. The bedding was fresh and clean, which was a big plus, and the pool was nicely maintained. Unfortunately, the property felt understaffed and poorly managed in several ways. The elevators were unreliable—one was broken and the second wouldn’t even go up to the sixth floor. That forced us to take the stairs, which dumped us outside at the back of the hotel with no way to re-enter the main building from there. Not convenient, especially with luggage. Breakfast was the most chaotic part. The area was terribly managed, and the second the food came out it was like a feeding frenzy. People rushed the buffet and emptied trays quickly. I was apparently the only English speaker there during my stay, and the cultural differences in etiquette around the food were pretty noticeable. The rooms are basic. The TV is quite outdated—no streaming apps at all, just cable. Fine if you just want to flip channels, but limiting otherwise. One other note: there are Section 8 apartments right behind the hotel, and parking

There are a LOT of construction workers staying here who are building data centers. They were nice guys, but their trucks take up a ton of space which made it hard to find parking in an already limited lot because their trucks go over the lines. One night they were tailgating in the parking lot as i circled around multiple times trying to find a spot to park my tiny mazda rental. Another night, the fire alarm went off at 330am due to a burst pipe and we all had to evacuate. The staff never came outside to tell us what was going on or that it was safe to come inside. We had to flag down a firefighter. The next day there was no running water. Finally, one night I asked for tea bags because this hotel has always had tea throughout the day - they outright lied to my face and said they didn’t serve tea. When I said I have stayed there before and there should be tea, the staff huffed and got me some tea from the back. Front desk staff did not care about guests.

Since I would be arriving in the early morning, I messaged the hotel in advance, but received no response. Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel again. I was at the meeting point very cold. The staff at the Mariot hotel, which offers the same service, went to pick up their guests, and I... I informed them that I was in the correct place, paid for a taxi, and when I arrived at the hotel, the attendant was sleeping, returning after 1 PM to check in. I do not recommend it. Nobody suggests booking the Mariot in advance because this hotel is next door and does not treat its guests with the same treatment. That must be why it never has vacancies. I travel the world monthly and, returning from China, I had a layover in Washington, D.C. I booked a hotel that offers free airport shuttle service. Since I would be arriving in the early morning, I messaged the hotel in advance, but received no response. Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel again. I waited at the designated meeting point, braving the cold. The Marriott Hotels staff, who offer the same service, came to pick up their guests and even informed me that I was at the correct location. After waiting unsuccessfully, I had to pay for a taxi. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was sleeping and only returned about an hour later to check us in. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. My suggestion is to book a Marriott Hotel in advance, as it is next door and clearly offers much more professional and respectful service to guests. Perhaps that's precisely why there are almost never any vacancies available.

It was overall nice- my partner and I both enjoyed our time. Room's were great and clean. The hotel itself is in a bit of a desolate area but if you don't need to leave the hotel (eg. ubereats) its not an issue. Yes...there is a 'free' shuttle- or so I thought. My partner and I are foreigners (from a place that doesn't tip) , sometimes its difficult to determine when we do and don't tip. My interpretation of tipping is that if you pay for something, the tip is a percentage of the total price. NO! The driver did expect a tip! I wish they made a note at the front desk as he seemed pretty annoyed at us when we left for the airport and had no cash on hand.

The hotel was easy to find. The room was very clean. The staff was great. And I was very happy with breakfast. The metro was an easy walk from the hotel.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. I needed some help with some printing and had to leave for an emergency meeting downtown and the staff held my bags for me. The breakfast was better than most. One elevator was out of service making long waits for staff use and guest use with one elevator. The restaurant that was supposed to be on property was not open. The bathroom was small with awkward mirror placement on door of closet.

I love the fact our kids were free, breakfast was well put together, clean sheets and comfy beds. Location and view was great. It was quiet and beautiful. The only 2 things I didn't like were the dusting. We found dust on doors and the divider in our room also the couch had stains on it.

The pool area was a big hit with the kids, and we especially loved the patio just outside—it was the perfect spot for parents to sit and keep an eye on everything while still being able to relax. A small detail that made a big difference was the microwave in the lobby, which made it easy to heat up food without bringing smells into the room. The location was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the Metro. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Close to Innovation Center Metro stop. Breakfast in a small area was crowded. Many tables were not clean - please help each other by cleaning after yourself would be great. The manager was great with shuttle to the Village at Dulles Center, but its easily walkable too. Don't forget to call for a shuttle from the airport.

Please fix the light display of the elevator buttons. When someone pushes the button for one floor, all the buttons light up. Also, the first floor ATM has been without money for months. Is it broken? Otherwise, no issues.

The bed was the worst that I ever slept in my life. It had huge dents in it. I am so exhausted. I did not sleep at all. The bed should be thrown out and replaced. I wish I complained and switch rooms. I don’t know if the other beds would’ve been better if they’re all equally bad. Do not stay in room 426. It was the worst. Also, the phone does not work.

We asked for some cue for restaurant around the hôtel, he said yes there are some! I had to ask him for name and direction otherwise, he would have not gave me any! At our departure at 6:15, no one showed up at the front desk for 15 minutes! We left the access card on the counter and left with the shuttle! At least, the shuttle driver was nice. Expedia failed to book our room with the hotel for us but the hotel staff quickly made accommodations though the hotel was fully booked. After all the trouble, we did not get the correct type of room but the next day, they switched to the type of the room we needed and it was perfect. They were so friendly and willing to help that it made our stay special.

Dining: Breakfast offerings could be enhanced with more consistent availability. Fresh fruit like bananas and the fruit bowl were available only one of the days during our stay, having these replenished regularly would be greate. The coffee flavor was quite light (felt like flavored hot water); a richer brew would be appreciated by coffee drinkers. Facilities: We noticed only one elevator was operational, which occasionally caused wait times. Rooms: The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. Updating some of the furnishings could help modernize the space and match the quality of service.

Room was clean, staff was nice. However one elevator was out of service and the other didn’t feel safe. So we rarely took the elevator and mainly took the stairs up and down from the 4th floor.

The room was clean and AC worked great but no place to hang anything in the bathroom. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good…so many people at the time of our stay that items were lacking sometimes. Overall it was an average stay.

I stayed in room 203, The bathroom sink had a crack, the corner of tub where it meets the wall had black molds, the tub faucet the face plate was coming off, the pipe from wall to shower head had some type of white sticky material on it, the drywall where meet the tub had been lifted, the sofa was dirty, all through the night there were some mechanical noise. The room was very dark even with all the lights on, the place has not been renovated/repaired since 1990’s. I will never stay there ever.

The options available were repetitive, minimal, and not particularly appealing. If you’re expecting a diverse or fresh breakfast to start your day, this isn’t the place that will deliver it. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard I’ve come to expect from Hyatt properties.

The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located to the Metro train. It's a great place to stay if you're flying out of Dulles or wanting to use the Metro to tour DC.

The hotel was good, close to airport and acceptable. I tried to get a shuttle to pick me up but they never responded. $17 taxi ride there. The breakfast is served on paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. It is a good one nighter between flights, what I used it for on a missed connection.

My family of 6 almost missed our flight because the driver of the airline shuttle just disappeared. The front desk person tried to locate them but got no response. It also seems like they overbooked for the shuttle as it was a smallish van and there were so many people outside waiting. The shuttle service was the determining factor for me choosing this location so I am very disappointed.

The shuttle took a long time to arrive at the airport despite multiple calls to the hotel. Several of us were outside for 40+ minutes in freezing cold temperatures waiting. Because of this I did not trust to use the shuttle the next morning for my flight. The hotel room was spacious but it felt a bit run down and disheveled. I was surprised after looking at pictures and reading reviews how the hotel appeared upon arrival.

Exquisite hotel. Sara (Manager), the young Black woman working the morning (Amazing relational skills), the wonderful Afghani man that cleared the snow, were unforgettable. The rest of the staff was also excellent at the front desk, breakfast staff, room cleaners. I'm not easy to please but I found the whole experience fantastic. And I was there for a few weeks. Lots of time for them to mess up, but they didn't. A very comfortable, fairly priced, quiet, helpful hotel in a perfect location. i recommend it highly. Jeff Brown

The room was fine. The shuttle pickup from to airport was a disaster. We arrived at 9 pm and called the hotel to request the shuttle. We waited for over one hour in extremely cold conditions before the shuttle finally arrived.

For someone like me who is traveling through, the check in and check out process were smooth and easy. The room was clean but somewhat dated. Otherwise, the floor was quiet and an easy shuttle ride to Dulles airport.

Found a hair in my eggs this morning. 5. The parking lot is like a an escape room, only with terrible clues, ESPECIALLY when it hasn't been plowed from the snow and there's no where to park...

They advertise a bar and restaurant but there is not one..there is a small snack bar open at 4:30pm only. outdated TV and one of only two elevators did not work and motel was crowded so long waits for the one.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport with good shuttle service. I was caught here during a snowstorm and the staff was extremely helpful. They offered shuttle service to a local shopping center. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The only thing worth mentioning is that they say they have a shuttle bus, but it was running a bit late. When we were waiting for it, it arrived about 20 minutes later than expected, which made us a little nervous, as we weren’t sure if it was going to come at all. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Superb and very sweet staff, answered all questions politely, rooms very clean and welcoming without the strong scent from harsh chemicals, a welcomed reprieve. Shuttle service went smoothly too.

The only problem we stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned for the first night. Therefore we did not have fresh towels for our showers the second morning.

Overall, this is an average place to stay. If you have transportation needs, make sure to use ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft instead of relying on the hotel shuttle.

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. The shower water handle was set in a manner that I could not point it in the direction of hot water. never saw this before. the result: lukewarm water shower in the evening and morning. I think this water handle was purposely set in a manner that the customer could not turn up the hot water setting. sad. When I pay over $100 for one night, the least you could give me is a hot shower. Last time at this place.

This hotel is run-down and weathered. Not worth the nightly price. Couch was stained, the work chair was broken, and the AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. On top of that, they charge $15 to park. You have been warned stay here at your own risk.

Let me start by saying you have to pay for parking, but they have limited spot. The host explained that they have their own private towing company, which is crazy. Additional cars cost even more. Breakfast was very very limited and honestly sad. The oatmeal tasted like tap water that had been sotting out for days and the orange juice was so separated that it was in layers. Ew. The rooms are large and spacious, which we loved, but they have old school ac/heat8ng units that took forever to heat up the room. As for amenities, the tv is very old (dont count on a smart tv. Bring a fire stick or something) and there wasn't even coffee in the room. Just two tea bags. The bathroom was extremely small, but clean. And the checkout host barely paid attention to anything. Overally, the hotel looks decent, but is definitely overpriced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location seemed safe and quiet. Rooms were large and well laid out. I can’t give this a high rating because of some basic cleanliness issues . Toilet was not clean around the rim and leaking. Lights in bathroom were poorly lit. The worst was when I saw a white gooey substance on the wall near the bed. Stay was spoiled after that.

Lobby is lovely.. but room condition was deplorable. Hasn’t been painted in years, towel bar removed but metal wall mounts left… younger son slept in pull out couch and now has small bug bites on his arms. Gross experience- look elsewhere!

The room AC is old and noisy. The hotel needs refresh. The hotel didn’t even offer a bottle of water. The only reason I give a 2 stars is because the front desk staff did hold airport shuttle for me for few minutes to allow me to get my luggage from my room. That saved me about half hour.

There was no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Though I called a couple of times, nobody responed. Later a receptionist casually told me that she missed a call. The receptionist should be replaced because she even tried to argue against the customer. It was a terrible experience. No recommendation at all.

The restaurant was closed. Check-in took longer than usual. The airport shuttle was not available at our time and we were told that a taxi to the airport would cost $25 but. We were charged $32. And we were not given more than I class and no water available. I do not think we would stay here again

The gal at the front desk needs more training and they need more than one person at from desk. We waited over 30 min to front desk. Plus she asked a friend to help her that was just hanging out at the bar area, I ask the girl if she was the manager and she said no I use to work here years ago. Really not how you do business. Not a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable so I will say that. They need new management or manager to get things in order.

This is a typical nicer upscale hotel close to the airport. Elevator access to rooms on each floor from inside of the building. No access to your room from the outside is always what makes it better. The only issue I had was being charged $4 for a bottle of water but the $4 on the cookie 🍪 tasted excellent. Other than that they had a robust continental breakfast which was pretty good each morning. They offered shuttle bus service staff too and from the airport and the front desk staff accommodated one of my requests. The rooms were nice, clean and organized and pretty big for the price. The neighborhood was definitely a bonus to me. Extra plus because they had a wooded area that had a walking trail. This gave me time to meditate and to relax in peace on this journey. Overall I would actually stay at this hotel again in the future.

The staff was very friendly. They had a good amount of breakfast options. They allowed us to store some of our baggage after checkout so we could explore DC before our flight left. The shuttle person was very courteous and helped us with our bags to the terminal, it was very spacious (although my mother and I were the only passengers during our time slot). We had a double queen bedroom and it was very spacious and there was a refrigerator in the room and a microwave downstairs for general use. They also have a little café where snacks and small bites can be purchased. It is also close to a public rail terminal so the trains can be taken to explore DC in the surrounding areas as well.

Pathetic Staff, Terrible Service!! I booked a King bed but I got 2 Queen without any heads up or apologies. To make things worse, my room had a broken toilet flush which kept making dripping and flushing noises all night long. The complaint to the reception fell on deaf ears. Lastly, the Girl on the reception in the morning shift was rude and declined my request for checking out an hour late without even listening to me completely. The cleaning staff kept knocking sharp at 12 pm and then again at 12:05 pm. Worst stay of my life by a stretch.

Everything was nice except the car parking fee. Why on the earth there is a charge for a staying customer who drove for a weekend gateaway? I will never stay in this hotel chain or book from hotels.com until my parking fee has been returned. I will also share the bad experience with my collegues. One huge problem - have been charged 3 times by the hotel. Once for the room itself when booking, second for the deposit and when checking out we had a third charge, not sure for what. Still waiting for the hotel response.

We are regular Hyatt customers. This Hyatt brand was not upto Hyatt standards. We paid $250 for a night expecting Hyatt standards. Rooms are outdated and definitely need renovation, breakfast was definitely NOT Hyatt standard. The receptionist when we checked in was great but the lady at checkout lacked proper etiquette.
