Nice room and reasonable price

Staff is courteous and helpful so no complaints there. Property overall appears a bit worn down, interior is clean but trash is visible in the parking lot. Room is clean and pleasant but dryer in guest laundry is not working properly, clothing was still damp after two drying cycles. Breakfast wasn't especially appealing. Hot waffles were OK but other hot food items looked quite nasty.

The breakfast was only so-so, Waffles were great but the eggs were cold. The room was clean and the one problem I had was fixed immediately by staff. the air conditioning was more than adequate. over all it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast is terrible. The corners in the room were not clean. Bathroom was suprisendly clean and checked it with Ultra violet light. Pillows are cheap materials and old and smelly. I had to cover it with a towel. Behind the desk was a red t-shirt forgotten by the prev. occupant.

Staff not so hospitable however the property and location overall were good for a 1 to 2 night stay.

Great stay near airport.

It’s located relatively near to Reston and Herndon town centers. The provided breakfast met expectations. Firstly, I requested a room with a king size bed, but received a room with two twin beds. Secondly, their cleaning staff placed bedsheets with tags toward the pillows.

It was only 1 room service during 1 week. Linen was in a brown/red stains. Roaches in the bathroom, next to the fridge, night stand!!!

The AC/Heater is old, I hardly slept because it was so loud. The bathroom needs a major upgrade, leaky faucet, chipped paint in the tub. My room was unfortunately near the lobby so there was a lot loud conversations, both there, outside my door and parking lot

Location close to Dulles. Facility had a business area with a printer that did not have toner. When needing to print materials desk Supervior had an issue. 2nd floor Rooms 1st Room assigned at check in had Luke warm/cold showers, safe was locked (instructions not working) and unable to be utilized to store valuables, digital door lock broke and was unable to access room again. Given access by staff and then assigned a new room. 2nd Room same problem with shower temperature not being hot despite letting water run, safe open but unable to be locked could not use to store valuables, and coffee machine inoperable. This location may be convenient to airport travel but it is a disappointment in logging and services rendered.

I wasn’t able to go to sleep because the fire detector would beep every 30-40 seconds, I had to go down stairs to ask for batteries and I changed the battery. Lady didn’t even offer to assist, didn’t work and she acted like moving to another room was an issue but allowed it. My husband finally just got up and pulled it off the wall so I could get rest. Just felt like there was little effort from the front desk, I even recorded a video to show her and so she could hear it. I ever told her if she comes upstairs she can hear it from outside of the room.

The evening boy almost refused to help me. I had to ask him in so many ways. At age 80, I was on road for 7 hrs. My hands are swollen and hurt. I needed help with my stuff. Even when he agreed with the cart, he gave me a hard time. He did not look normal.

Our stay was excellent. The only complaint was that the wifi was sub par. It was slow and kept cutting out. The breakfast was better than I expected and the staff in general was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fact that they had coffee ready for us when we arrived.

The hotel was nice. It was clean nicely appointed and the staff allowed us to check in a little bit early to attend an event, which we appreciate it. Breakfast was good in the area was clean and there was enough space for everyone. Front desk check in was quick. Our hotel room was Modern, offered USB ports next to the bed which was very convenient and the floor we were on was quiet. There was plenty of shopping nearby. My only complaints is the water didn't get very hot, but it was warm enough to take a shower and the air conditioner was loud to me. Other than that our one night stay was pleasant and we would choose to stay there again, but I would take a look at that unit because clicking on and off at night in the level of sound that it creates can wake you up. For the price it was a good stay.

The first room had a strange odor. Our door key card wouldn’t work the second night, had to get new key cards. No one was at the front desk when we wanted to checkout. It took 15 minutes to find the person. No explanation or apology was provided.

Stopped here overnight while driving through Virginia. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and loved the location. Lots of restaurants, shops and everything was in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

I don’t usually comment but this hotel is so terrible I have to write something. I lived in room 236 last night. I arrived at 10pm and there was only one front desk. It costs me 20 minutes to check in. Hotel inside is old and dirty but with this budget what can I expect. One hair on toilet floor when I entered room. Room is freezing cold and wet. The most important is some Latino people came to the parking lot at 1am morning, playing loud music non stop. Racing car making a lot noise. This whole thing continued to 4am morning. I called front desk, he said he cannot do anything. He seems like know those people. I said I cannot sleep in this noise. This is crazy. Then he says he will go take a look and never called me back. I have to stay with this noise to sleep. Today I am so bad energy, I cannot enjoy my trip. Because I barely sleep last night. This is my first time leave bad reviews. I had such a bad experience.

We booked a one king bed room but we were given a room with two double beds and when we inquired they said they were totally booked and had to move things around. Parking spaces were very narrow. Two people in the next room we're having what sounded like a bad argument. We reported it and the main desk said they were aware but these two women were loud talkers...we had a good laugh about that.

My stay was comfortable and comforting given the emotional state that I was in—visiting town to see my dad, who suffered a medical emergency. Not only did Nina and the front desk staff show compassion and stellar customer service, they showed genuine humanity and care during a very difficult time. Their kindness made a huge difference, and I’m deeply grateful for the way they went above and beyond to support me.

The room is cleaned. The breakfast was so generous with many items. The only glitch was our room key card did not work the next day but the front desk staff fixed the problem. We will come back to stay again.

Unfortunately, this a.m., l discovered, that the frig freezer was broken when l went to retrieve my dry ice packs & they had defrosted; l alerted the front desk gal @ checkout. Except for that, both the sitting & bath rooms were clean & comfortable

I gave this property 3 stars, only because it was quiet, and the gentleman gave me a free upgrade when I checked in. Otherwise, it would’ve received 1 star, at best. We got to the room and it was a jacuzzi suite, which was super nice of him! But, the jacuzzi did not work. There’s a fridge, but that was running at about room temp. We did get a great nights sleep. When I went to check out, I told the lady at the desk, who seemed irritated that her doomscrolling on her phone was interrupted. All she told me was that she will let maintenance know… no apologies, nothing. It was a free upgrade so I couldn’t ask for any money back, but…… I guess that’s how it goes.

Not sure if it has to do with the air conditioning being off when you checked into the room. 4) no food left for breakfast if you come after 8 am even though it is from 7-10 am. 5)no towel at night. Was told you have to wait until the next morning.

The bathrooms feel a bit tight / small but all around a clean and comfortable room. The only real issue was our room keys kept demagnetizing and we had to go to front desk to reset it a few times.

The person who is in the reception only gime the key and never told me what is my room number or the floor very rude person.

Generally ok for the price, they assigned an uncleaned room at the start and then the other one assigned that the safe locked and the bathroom was not in a good shape

Room was dirty bed was clean. The floor had opened ketchup packets there. Good parking and water took a very long time to get warm. I had a foot bath because the water did not drain. Easy to go in and out of the hotel because no exterior doors were looked not good from a safety standpoint. Large stains on the curtains didn’t even want to touch. Microwave was good but sounded like a truck was starting.

I had requested a different room each time I checked in. However, when I checked in on Saturday, the receptionist was extremely rude when I informed him that the assigned room had a strong odor and was unsuitable for my stay. Although he eventually provided me with a different room, he warned me that if this one also had an issue, he would not offer another alternative. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to spend the night in the unpleasant room. Given this experience, I would not stay at this property again.

It was as clean and comfortable as you would expect of a budget hotel but no hot water in my room. Was disappointed to not be able to shower during my stay.

Stayed in room 304. Took a shower early Saturday morning and it was freezing cold. I called the front desk and the night shift guy answer and said that the hotel was built in the 90s and I need to give it time to heat up since the hotel was full. I asked for maintenance to come check it out and no one came. Later after breakfast, my son took a shower and the water was a little warmer but never got hot. I also the front desk to put in for my room to be serviced by housekeeping. After we returned later that evening nothing was done in the room. The next morning another cold shower. Front desk was rude about it and said there was nothing they could do. Also the eggs were very dry in the warmer. Overall the hotel does look clean and bed was comfortable. Front needs someone coaching on customer service.

We were given a room that smelt like cigarette smoke. When I complained about the smoke to the man at the front desk before leaving, he asked me why I had not reported the smoke as soon as I arrived in the room. He was accusing me of causing the smell. Hotel was OK

Not so clean. Hotel needs upgrade and a working elevator.

Ac vents dirty. Heat unit nonfunctional.

This is my go-to hotel when I need to be in Herndon for work events. It's clean and has a decent breakfast. Staff are friendly. Hotel is right between Carpool (my coworkers' favorite bar) and a small shopping center with a 7-11 and a couple restaurants. Super convenient if you need to be in Herndon or Reston Town Center.

My husband has stayed at this Comfort Inn multiple times. We are currently having some marital challenges and it’s necessary to have some distance between us sometimes . This hotel offers a very reasonable rate that we can afford and a clean room. However, you do get what you pay for. Some of the at this hotel are up to no good and there is a constant smell of Marijuana in the Parking lot. The front desk is not super friendly either.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. I especially liked that they brought back Waffles, that made breakfast much more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and quiet.

This property needs updating. The cockroach in the bathroom was an unexpected guest. The people at the front desk were nice.

Bed was firm, HVAC worked well. Water pressure was only okay, but temperature was good. For some reason our room was not freshened on a multi -night stay so towels were damp, trash can full etc. when we came back after a day's work, not very inviting. Front desk staff very accommodating and professional.
